“Leah on the Offbeat” by Becky Albertalli
“When it comes to drumming, Leah Burke is usually on beat—but real life isn’t always so rhythmic. An anomaly in her friend group, she’s the only child of a young, single mom, and her life is decidedly less privileged. She loves to draw but is too self-conscious to show it. And even though her mom knows she’s bisexual, she hasn’t mustered the courage to tell her friends—not even her openly gay BFF, Simon. So Leah really doesn’t know what to do when her rock-solid friend group starts to fracture in unexpected ways. With prom and college on the horizon, tensions are running high. It’s hard for Leah to strike the right note while the people she loves are fighting—especially when she realizes she might love one of them more than she ever intended.”

Friendship blooms quickly, but could there be something more...? Charlie Spring is in Year 10 at Truham Grammar School for Boys. The past year hasn't been too great, but at least he's not being bullied anymore. Nick Nelson is in Year 11 and on the school rugby team. He's heard a little about Charlie - the kid who was outed last year and bullied for a few months - but he's never had the opportunity to talk to him. They quickly become friends, and soon Charlie is falling hard for Nick, even though he doesn't think he has a chance. But love works in surprising ways, and sometimes good things are waiting just around the corner...” (Heartstopper: Volume 1 Description)

“The Princess and The Fangirl” by Ashley Poston
“Imogen Lovelace is an ordinary fangirl on an impossible mission: save her favorite character, Princess Amara, from being killed off from her favorite franchise, Starfield. The problem is, Jessica Stone—the actress who plays Princess Amara—wants nothing more than to leave the intense scrutiny of the fandom behind. If this year's ExcelsiCon isn't her last, she'll consider her career derailed. When a case of mistaken identity throws look-a-likes Imogen and Jess together, they quickly become enemies. But when the script for the Starfield sequel leaks, and all signs point to Jess, she and Imogen must trade places to find the person responsible. That's easier said than done when the girls step into each other's shoes and discover new romantic possibilities, as well as the other side of intense fandom. As these ‘princesses’ race to find the script-leaker, they must rescue themselves from their own expectations, and redefine what it means to live happily ever after.”

I have an undiagnosed heart condition and need a wheelchair
Hi, you might remember me from my successful funding of my pink and zebra rollator post and I wanted to start off by sincerely thanking everyone who contributed to that, it has made a huge positive difference in my life.
Now though, I need y’all’s help again.
My heart rate has been getting higher lately, and I went to urgent care and then the ER for it yesterday. All the hospital tests came back normal so all they could do was refer me to a cardiologist that can’t see me until July 11th, and tell me to follow up with my primary care who can’t see me until June 24th. It is currently June 3rd.
Today I was all but bedridden from my symptoms, feeling lightheaded and a pounding chest from just sitting up in bed.
I need a wheelchair to be able to do literally anything at all besides slowly walking to the bathroom and back again with my rollator.
Please help me get this wheelchair, it is a pretty decent one especially for the price, a couple steps up from an awful clunky hospital chair (actual hell on wheels) at not much of a higher price, that I can make long term use with as a part time user even after my symptoms start to get managed better.

[ID: A “Sunrise/Jay” wheelchair screenshot with the price reading $283, and the original listing price being $405. The second image is showing the order total screen before clicking the final checkout button, being $283 because of free shipping.]
I can’t wait the amount of time it would take insurance to approve a prescription, if they would at all.
Please help me get this chair so I can live my life at all again. I need to work, I need to leave my house.
My C*sh/app is $jaysonbickel
My k*fi is /jaysonbickel
If you can’t d*nate please reblog at least so it might reach someone who can, and please check the notes for updates before reblogging and/or d*nating!! I will be posting as I near my goal and once I reach it
Thank you so much even if all you’ve done is read this far

“Reverie” by Ryan La Sala
“All Kane Montgomery knows for certain is that the police found him half-dead in the river. He can’t remember how he got there, what happened after, and why his life seems so different now. And it’s not just Kane who’s different, the world feels off, reality itself seems different. As Kane pieces together clues, three almost-strangers claim to be his friends and the only people who can truly tell him what’s going on. But as he and the others are dragged into unimaginable worlds that materialize out of nowhere—the gym warps into a subterranean temple, a historical home nearby blooms into a Victorian romance rife with scandal and sorcery—Kane realizes that nothing in his life is an accident. And when a sinister force threatens to alter reality for good, they will have to do everything they can to stop it before it unravels everything they know.”

“Not Your Sidekick” by CB Lee
“Welcome to Andover… where superpowers are common, but internships are complicated. Just ask high school nobody, Jessica Tran. On the upside, she gets to work with her longtime secret crush, Abby, who Jess thinks may have a secret of her own. Then there’s the budding attraction to her fellow intern, the mysterious ‘M,’ who never seems to be in the same place as Abby. With the help of his cousin and best friend Maritza, he performs the ritual himself, and then sets out to find the ghost of his murdered cousin and set it free. However, the ghost he summons is actually Julian Diaz, the school’s resident bad boy, and Julian is not about to go quietly into death. He’s determined to find out what happened and tie up some loose ends before he leaves. Left with no choice, Yadriel agrees to help Julian, so that they can both get what they want.
