((Oh boy. So, massive life update --

I'm going to be moving out! Well, technically, our lease started about a few days ago, but we're in the process of getting things transferred over and moved out of my mom's and into a 1 bedroom apartment in my area. It's definitely gonna take some getting used to, especially since on nights where my boyfriend has to head to his job (which is overnight), I'm gonna be practically by myself if you're not including our pets.

I'm...truthfully not gonna lie, and just a small bit of a bit of vent, but I really didn't think i'd get this far. I always thought i'd never make it to 18, what with a slew of mental health issues that some days, it's hard to keep fighting. Depression, anxiety, possible neurodivergency and latent signs of C-PTSD (not diagnosing myself in the least, though I've always had my suspicions; definitely thinking of going in for possible testing) from growing up in a household that was so dysfunctional at times: I'm surprised I hadn't attempted sooner...

But enough of that! Hopefully, with the stress of being out of my childhood home and the promising outcome of being in a better, more secure place: I hope i can get more content out here in the near future! I have so, so much planned and I know there isn't very many of you guys (yet!), but I wanna be so much more on this site than just someone who posts one or two things and goes ghost for weeks.

Until then, remain patient and stayed tuned! I think I have someone I owe for something, but I'll have to go through my drafts for that! I promise I haven't forgotten, I just have been busy with so much and muse hasn't been as bountiful here as of late.))

((Update: Starstruck Seductions WILL sadly be getting another rewrite. This is probably, like?? The 5th to 6th iteration of the story, and I hope this one clicks because if not, I might just say to Hell with it and just to a brief summary of the fuckin' thing and be done. That's seriously how frustrated I'm becoming at this...

I will say this much: the WIP does have two prominent inspirations: the main one is Medusa straight out of Greek Mythology, and the other is a Stephen King classic.

Does the name Misery jog anyone's memory? >w>'

Fun fact: I actually only remembered the infamous Hobbling scene (seriously, if you're squeamish, do NOT watch that part of the movie; you will cringe and/or vomit at the sight. It's not pretty at all) before putting together the title of the film I was remembering. Either way, Annie Wilkes was definitely the inspiration for the main antagonist in this.))

The first thing that's gonna be going down is that I'll probably be cross-posting some of my stuff here. Not sure what all I'll be doing, but we'll figure that out as we get to it, huh?

I definitely know Starstruck Seduction WILL be one of them! Not sure about the rest, in all honesty. Maybe I'll keep it for myself. Who all entirely knows~?

I will cross-posting one of my original works from Wattpad. I would do A03 (yes, i have an A03, huh—?), but my GOD, the tagging system in that is convoluted as hell. Tumblr and Wattpad will always be my go-tos because i grew up more on those than A03.

I will tell you the OC in that will have a lot of things retconned from this post. That means a good chunk of it will likely NOT be canon to what's in the final product, and it's pretty noticeable after maybe 4-5 fucking rewrites of this story.

I'll try to stay more updated here but in all fairness...I keep forgetting this account exists. Oops...

I intend to do this almost bi-weekly with updates, but I may go for every 1 to 2 weeks because the work does contain NSFW of the lewd variety, and I am not...the best at smut writing. It's not even a self-esteem thing! I am horrible at it because it's hard to get into the 'sexy' mindset of it all. Even without being ace-spec, to work into the mindset of smut, it has to be

A. A spur-of-the-moment type deal. I can't just plot it out days in advance.

B. AALLLLL in one setting! 8D Yup. Can't do it over a span of days; it has to be all or nothing with the nasty. I will lose it if I don't use it while I get it.

I may also do it in batches.
