Request: Hi hun! I just found you page and wanted to say that its amazing! Could you please write something about Minho or Jeff from The Maze Runner? Like what it's like cuddling them? (Jeff is so underrated tbh)💜💜 Thanks hun! (anon request)

A/N: Here is the Minho version darling!!! I got SOOOO excited for this one! Minho has to be my favourite character in TMR. I felt I went a little overboard with the Newt HCs, but if that's overboard then I'm already drowning with these ones LMFAOOO. Anyways, I hope you liked the Cuddling Jeff HCs, and I hope you like these ones too!!!

Minho is adamant that he is NOT a cuddler

Guess what?

He's a liar

Minho sinks into your arms at the end of every day

And he fucking grumbles if you even CONSIDER getting up

(But why would you? I'd DIE for a chance to sleep in his big strong arms🙏😌💕)

This lad sleeps like the dead

There's no way you're getting him up sooner than when he has to get up

Being a Runner is strenuous and he needs his beauty rest okay?!!!

Yeah so there's no way you're getting away without waking him first

Now, how he cuddles you depends on where you sleep

If you share a hammock one of you is going to be laying on top of the other

It's up to you which you are

But no matter who is on top Minho is going to hold you like a teddy bear

If you two are in a bed or some relatively soft ground Minho sleeps on his stomach

His head tucked into the crook of your neck

One leg tucked between yours

And an arm over your stomach

But if the ground is hard you switch

He's very smug about you using him as a pillow

(But inside his heart is MELTING!)

Sadly cuddling is 100% limited to nights in the Glade

He's a bit of a show-off when it comes to you

So your designated seat during bonfires is his lap

He just talks over your shoulder, not even embarrassed about the PDA

And don't think that being a Runner would give you any more time to cuddle

Sure when you're still a newbie you'll be running with him

But do you really wanna cuddle during a short lunch break while you both are sweaty and hungry as hell?

Thought not.

The same as Newt its hard to pull you two apart after you escape the Maze

Just not to the same extent

You two eat beside each other, thigh to thigh

It was also impossible to stop you two from sharing a shower

Your time in the shower was not PG-13 tho...Thank you for waiting until the other Gladers left to shower

It's up to you whether or not you shared a bed after the fact

Who knows maybe you just wanted to starfish after your first safe night in awhile

If not you already know how you share a bed^^^

You two can't cuddle in the Scorch. At all.

Minho is not careful enough and keeps fucking bumping his burns, the fool

Though further into Crank City (when Thomas is missing) it's a little better

He sleeps spooning you or holding you

He needs to feel like you're safe

After the Scorch and into the final trial you two are kept apart (Fuck W.I.C.K.E.D)

But after you are released from your Private Briefings you can't be pulled apart

Minho REFUSES to let those shuckfaces even come near you.

After that, y'all don't have a chance to cuddle...or even rest

Only when it's all truly over do you two have an actual chance to rest again

And when finally there is a camp set up in Paradise and things are running smoothly

You two spend DAYS in each other's arms

Finally safe

TMR walking in on you changing HCs

A/N: I came across something like this last night so I was inspired to do one for my beloved TMR characters. While I did use Gifs from the movies this is meant for the book characters (cuz I know them better)

Warnings: Nudity/Partcial nudity? That's it.

Word Count: TBA

Minho:

"Damn, is it my birthday?" He'd say with his stupid smirk (You know the one)

He'd lean against the door, making no move to leave

You'd probably have to throw something at him to make him get out

But if you don't mind he's just gonna stick around and watch

But he wont be a creep about it

He'll just chat with you, asking you about your plans for the day

But that damn smirk never leaves his face

Thomas:

"Oh shuck! Sorry!" Thomas says scramling, but still not tearing his eyes away

He'd fumble for the door but keep glancing back with red cheeks

He quickly whips around, ready to sprint out of the room

And he runs face first into the wall

"Tommy...you good?"

"Ughhhh"

Newt:

Newt instantly slaps a hand over his eyes

"Sorry sweedhart, din't mean ta interrupt."

But you can very clearly see he peeks through his fingers a few times

You have to shoo him out at with at least a hand wave before he's rushing for the door

"Sorry again luv!"

If you don't shoo him out he's just going to stand there awkwardly with his hand over his eye (peaking) until you're done

Gally:

Gally is. Speechless.

He just stares

Slowly growing redder and redder

"Gally...are you alright?"

Still nothing

Either your quickly pull on your clothes or walk him out of the room cuz this mans is frozen

He spends the rest of the day with a raspberry flush on his cheeks

Which is multiplied everytime you're in the area

Alby:

Alby would only come into your room without knocking if he had something important to tell you

"Those slintheads won't-"

He just quirks an eye brow and asks if you're almost done

Internally he's screaming

He quickly tells you what he needed to and rushed out of the room

You catch him staring at you for the rest of the day, quickly casting his gaze away when you look back at him

Brenda:

"What's cooking good looking?"

She's so dorky like that

But you can't even bring yourself to groan or kick her out because the blush and smile on her face are just too lovely

"Brenda, darling...I'm changing here."

"Oh-oh yeah sorry."

She leaves the room practically giggling to herself

Only you could do that to her

Harriet:

She just walks in, not even casting another look your way

Grabbed what ever she needed

But right before she leaves she turns around and gives you a long appreciative look

"Nice ass." And then she's gone

A/N: OFC!!!! I'm currently on my 3rd reread of the series this year!!! Newt has always had a special place in my heart. As much as i adore Thomas Brodie-Sangster's portrayal of him, the book version will always be my fav. Also do yall like my moodboard😌💕

Word Count: 534 Words

Newt can be a restless and light sleeper

Tossing and turning

Fitfully waking in a cold sweat before slipping back into an uncomfortable sleep

And of course you can't forget the nightmares

Sleeping with you calms him

He likes to have you on his chest

which helps him with the tossing about

Or being face to face, tangled in each other

There's just something about the pressure of your arms around his midsection and a leg over his that comforts him

Cuddling with you by no means gets rid of the nightmares or keeps him asleep

But awaking in the arms of someone who loves you is much better than waking alone

The nightmares fade more quickly

Sleep tugs his eyes down sooner

Your breathing soothes him back to sleep

And cuddling isn't restricted to sleep ofc!!!!

(Though in y'alls particular case it tends to be)

But on lunch breaks in The Glade when neither of you feels like talking to anyone but each other you two can just go curl up under a tree and eat together

At times like those he likes to tug your legs atop his while you're shoulder to shoulder

His head tilting to rest on yours as you two eat and chat

When the Grievers come in the end, cycling in every night, you two hold each other

After he's made his quick rounds you curl into each other

So close you could smell the blood from his forehead

Feel him harshly swallow in fear, his heart pounding

That first night outside of The Glade you couldn't be pulled away from each other

Not as you ate

(Much to the chagrin of your fellow gladers)

"Man! We're trying to eat here, take your lovey-dovey clunk somewhere else."

Especially not when it was time to shower and sleep

The guards couldn't make you leave even if they tried

(by god they did. but they ended up giving up, shuck the patterns, this was out of their pay grade)

Yeah sure that meant you two had to wait until everyone else was done with their showers, lest you bathe alone

But it was worth it

With everything that had happened, it was a comfort to have someone watch and wash your back

(NO NOTHING HAPPENED! SHUT UP MINHO!!!)

You two even shared a bunk

Completely passing out from exhaustion, feeling safe for the first time in who knows how long

(He may or may not have even been laying on top of you that night, crushing you in the most comforting way)

After finding out that you were NOT in fact safe Newt became 1000% clingy-er

Cuddling in the Scorch was not exactly something you could do

But goddamn it, you two did it anyway

Sure you woke up literally stuck together with sweat, sand clinging to your skin

It was worth it all the same

You Two fell asleep side by side every night in the crank city

Upright and in shifts more often than not

But still, side by side

You two held each other, until the end

Whether that means on cold hard concrete or in a sea of grass in the unknown

You held each other

Newt Headcanons

What it would be like to date him

He would be very protective.

Not so protective that you cant leave the house by yourself or whatever, but he would lowkey be worried about you when you are away from him.

He loves cuddles, give him lots of hugs and kisses please.

He likes it when you make him food. He likes the thought that you made it for him, with him in mind.

He’s cheesy but he pretends like he isn’t.

He lives for neck kisses. and when you run your hands along his back and up through his hair. boy is in heaven when you do that.

Only really trusts you with Minho, bc he knows that he sees you asa little sister and is equally protective over you.

Plans cute little dates on your day off.

Likes it when you do his hair, or really just mess with it.

He is an amazing kisser, Rough but slow, ik it sounds weird but trust.

Will 100% fall asleep on top of you, then wakes up like and hour later only to ask if you are okay and why didn’t you wake him in his raspy sleepy voice.

You guys have staring contests. He fucking LOVES them, bc he can just look at you. You guys almost never finish because then he will start making stupid faces and you cant contain your laughter, which causes him to laugh too.

Is a fucking cinnamon roll with you.

Is a true fucking gentleman.

Will constantly be in on some type of physical contact with you, holding your hand, arm around your shoulder or waist, hand on your arm. it does not matter.

loves making you feel better, if only just for a little while.

Will. always. be. down. for. real. conversations.

when he accidently catches you doing something embarrassing or stupid, he’ll turn and pretend like he didn’t just catch you doing whatever you were doing. he doesn’t want you to be embarrassed.

He will stay up with you when you cant sleep, he doesn’t sleep much as it is.

Finally Newt is AMAZING at after care. He cleans you up nicely when you’ve both finished and might even grace you with a massage :’) I love him so much

How Gally Reacts to an Accident-Prone, Fem!Reader Glader:

So apparently I can’t leave headcanons as headcanons and they kinda morph into bulletpointed scenarios?

Either way, here’s some Gally x Reader fluff! Enjoy!

He takes an interest in you since you’re the first girl in the Glade.

It’s not the ‘good’ kind of interest.

To him, you’re a problem.

You’re going to destroy the harmony of the Glade simply by being here.

But since he always has his eye on you, he’s always the first to spot you getting into danger.

“Get out of the way or that boar’s going to trample you, slinthead.”

“That’s not how you sharpen a knife. Stop pointing the blade at yourself.”

“No, I won’t help you. You climbed up there when there’s plenty of good firewood on the ground so untangle yourself–…Ah, shuck it. Fine. Stay still. I’m coming up.”

He wants Alby to create a role where even you can’t get injured, since he’s sick of hauling you to the Med Jacks.

Denies it when the other Gladers say he’s got a soft-spot for you.

No, he just wants to make sure you don’t cause trouble for everyone.

That’s the only reason he keeps stepping in whenever he sees another Glader getting too friendly with you, too.

‘Accidental’ touches and lingering gazes from afar are absolutely not happening on his watch. He’s there to nip it in the bud before the other Gladers wind up more distracted from their work than they already are.

It has nothing to do with the unexplained anger that swells up inside him when he sees another Glader with his hands on you.

Aaaaand shuck, you’re injured again. How? How? He took his eye off you for thirty seconds. HOW?

No, stop laughing. This isn’t funny. You’re like a baby duckling in constant need of being watched in case you find a new way to get in trouble.

He doesn’t understand why he gets antsy to the thought of you sleeping in your hammock between the other gladers.

It gives him restless nights, tossing and turning until the early hours.

For the sake of his sleep, and that’s the only reason he swears by it, he builds a small, private hut for you off of the Homestead. There’s even a crudely designed lock on the door.

It’s all for his sake. Totally his sake. Pffft, why would it be for your sake?

No, he doesn’t need to think about why you being safe and secure in your own room helps him sleep better.

That’s a completely pointless thing to think about.

But those unsolved feelings are especially difficult for him to deal with at the bonfires. For some reason beyond his comprehension, you want to join in on the wrestling. Against him.

He refuses.

The others complain and boo him, but that’s not enough to change his mind.

Until another Glader offers to wrestle you instead.

Well. Get in the ring, baby duck. Guess it’s time to tussle.

He’s relatively gentle with you. Goes easy.

He’s not about to let you win, but he won’t shove you from the ring with full force either. Your track record tells him you’d end up back with the Med Jacks if he did.

Once the match begins, it takes him two seconds to push you out.

You demand to go again.

He says you’ve had your turn but the others back you, telling him to give you another shot.

So he does, with the same result.

“Satisfied?”

But you’re not. You ask for one more try.

There’s something about your perseverance that makes him smirk.

“Fine. Last round.”

“Last round.” You agree.

He likes the determination in your eyes, but it won’t amount to anything.

Once the match begins, he does exactly the same as before. He lunges with arms outstretched to grip your shoulders to shove you.

But as his hands connect, you catch his wrists then hit the deck. The momentum pulls him forwards before you kick him in the gut, sending him hurtling over the top of you.

He’s stunned by what you’ve just accomplished.

But then again, he isn’t the Keeper of the Builders for nothing and he certainly won’t let a greenie beat him in the ring.

Using your own move against you, he hits the ground with a loud thump but keeps the momentum going.

Using shoulder-muscles built from three year’s hard labour, he hurls his arms forwards.

You can’t release his wrists fast enough so the wound-up momentum sends you flying.

He hears you scream as you launch into the crowd of onlookers, then a hard THWACK as you hit the floor.

He’s quietly impressed by you, and winded, but those feelings fall by the wayside when he hears someone saying, ‘man, she hit her head pretty hard. Is she okay?’

With a grunt, he drags himself up, clutching at his ribs from where he landed, but his attention is on you.

You’re on your back. You’re not moving.

Shuck, why did he fight you off like that? He’s been keeping you out of danger for weeks and then he goes and—

The sound of your laughter cuts him short.

The other gladers start clapping, then they’re laughing with you, then they’re helping you onto your feet. You’re unsteady, but you’re smiling. You’re grinning.

“That was fantastic,” you say with delight, sounding shocked that it happened and dazed from the fall.

Gally can only laugh with a strange sense of relief.

Thank shuck you’re okay. You’re okay. You’re—…hang on.

“Is that blood?”

He barely gives you time to put your fingers to your forehead and see the red before he charges towards you, shouting for Clint.

You can tell him you’re fine all you want but he’s still taking you to medical.

No, it’s not just an excuse to pick you up and carry you.

It’s not.

He just wants to make sure you aren’t a problem for anyone else in the Glade.

You’re his problem, and his alone.
