Made from balsa wood and covered in worbla. Real talk. About half way though this build I started to hate it and wanted to just restart. Why? Because it’s not the quality of work that I was producing before Covid. Before Covid I was working in a prop shop and had access to professional tools and materials, now I have basic hand tool and what’s in the basement. I had to remind my self that this is a cosplay prop, it’s not going to be on film, it’s going to hang on my wall and be seen from a minimum of six feet away and from where I’m looking at it, it looks great and I’m happy with how it turned out. So what I’m i getting at with this? Your work doesn’t have to look perfect as long as you are happy with it and had fun working on it. You’ve never been to a desert like this before. Well maybe you have, personally I’ve never been to a desert but I wanted to take some interesting travel photos. So I made my own This was a fun project. I remember I this was one of the last things I build while I was in high school

it has no interior, some of the joints could be better but I’m still really happy with how it turned out.
