Superdudes or Hi-5 Reincarnated?

Stevie Nicholson’s Superdudes book is now a stage show and there are a few Hi-5 friends who have helped bring it to life.

Allyce Martins, who plays Flutterby, was once the voice of Chats; while Simon McLachlan, who plays Bubble Trouble, previously voiced Jup Jup.

Behind the scenes, Tim Maddren directed the show and Hi-5 composer, Chris Harriott, composed the music for it.

The Superdudes: Pencil Pirate (Nick Rudich, Superdudes illustrator), Flutterby (Allyce Martins, previously voiced Chats), Super Stevie and Bubble Trouble (Simon McLachlan, previously voiced Jup Jup).

Farewell Ainsley, Welcome Gabe!

In February this year, Ainsley Melham announced his departure from Hi-5 after three fun-filled years with the group. Ainsley’s replacement is Gabe Brown.

The newest series of Hi-5 House is now on Netflix. The series was filmed in early 2015 in Malaysia. This is the final series featuring Stevie Nicholson and Ainsley Melham.

Happy Holidays: A New Christmas DVD

A new Hi-5 Christmas DVD will be released this December! 

Joining It’s a Hi-5 Christmas (2003) and Santa Claus is Coming (2009), this will be the first Hi-5 Christmas-themed DVD in six years.

Happy Holidays will be available both online and in-store on December 2nd, 2015.

In 2015, Sun played the part of Sunny in Matthew Lee Robinson's musical 'Happy People'. Ironically, the musical is about life in a children's band and Matthew got the idea for it while watching Hi-5. This is a video of Sun performing 'Easy for You' with Bobby Fox.
