Prompt 130
So. Danny, Ellie and Jazz are definitely Not on the run. They’re definitely not. They’re definitely not huddled up in an abandoned corner of Gotham being kept warm and guarded by Fright Knight, who has definitely not let his whole humanoid shape disappear into a more amorphous one of Fear and Shadow and Flame to keep everyone away.
They’re definitely not alone now, their parents definitely aren’t dead now. They’re definitely not stitching up Danny or stabilizing Ellie. They’re not making a sling for Jazz’s broken arm and crying as the ghost of Autumn tries to soothe his ghostlings wards.

whoever edited that bsd official art to make it look like chuuya is holding onto dazai’s arm will be put on trial for irrevocably changing my brain chemistry and making me so much worse
the original and the edit in question. this artwork really makes me crave a mid to late 19th century historical au where Chuuya is a swordsman struggling with changes to his job due to the meiji restoration and with Dazai as a detective/private investigator who hires Chuuya as his bodyguard when a seemingly harmless investigation turns dangerous. they kind of hate each other (as per usual) but Chuuya needs the job and Dazai, while he proclaims to dislike chuuya, is also very smitten with chuuya’s fighting style and temper (as per usual).

Henry ‘Chips’ Channon: The Diaries (Vol. 1), 1918-38, entry for 12th September 1923
—
Wednesday 12th September
We play golf all day and occasionally motor to North Berwick or Edinburgh. Lord Balfour and others come to luncheon. Lady Curzon ever the divine of hostesses has brough her milieu with her and this is a very sophisticated Scotch life. She leaves us sometimes to motor to Dalmeny to take tea with Lord Rosebery,¹ who she says is still seductive and gallant. When Irene Curzon arrived a few nights ago I dressed as an Oxford don and quite mystified her with sneezing and philosophical platitudes at dinner and abominable bridge after. She thought she had never met such a bore . . . .
—
Archibald Philip Primrose (1847-1929) succeeded his grandfather in 1868 as 5th Earl of Rosebery, was created Earl of Midlothian in 1911, and was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1894 to 1895.
