How to cope with remembering trauma from when you were really little?? For once im not having a flashback about it and am instead just becoming aware of it and I feel like this may be the best time to figure out what to do about it and how to help myself through this but I just do not know how.

Without sharing too many details publicly its a sexual trauma that I think has been quietly ruining my life this whole time as it seems to affect me pretty heavily even when I dont remember it at all. And the flashbacks can be absolutely devastating to my day. I also believe one of my littles is tied to this memory in some way and I need to figure out how to help them when they're feeling bad because of it.

This is one part asking for help and one part just here to remind me later when I have the ability to problemsolve so its okay to not give any advice or anything I do not mind!!
