You just know Saeyoung is getting fussy whenever he has to take off his wedding ring for any reason at all. Even if it's just to make sure he doesn't randomly lose it. It's his ultimate proof that you both belong together!!! How is he supposed to eye it and daydream about what is finally his reality if he can't see it all the time??

If you gift him a necklace that he can put the ring on when he can't wear it on his hand for whatever reason, he will be delighted! It's not the same thing; Saeyoung really prefers to wear it on his finger; but it's an okay solution. And yes, if the necklace is "necessary," he will wear it at the same time as his cross. He is grateful to God, the universe, fate, or whatever else it was that brought you to him, but there will always be space for you.

4. Fav colour: this topic always made me go into brain reset coz I never know what's my fav color. I say black, but I also like purple, red, and all neon colors basically. BUT i despise yellow and blue, i have beef with them hoes

5. Currently Consuming: CONSUMING? *consume by chase atlantic ft. goon des garçons starts playing* Nah but in all seriousness, I'm addicted to anything that's whole wheat and any type of tea u can think of.

6. First ship: I may say pucca x garu, but when i was little i had little imaginary friends and i shipped two of them lol the names were made up (and it doesn't make sense in english, only in my native language).

7. Relationship status: single, but it's complicated.

8. Last movie: uhhh dunno on TV but on netlix "Matilda - the musical (2022)".

I'm in the middle of reading your Unknown fic but Real Life intruded so I had to pause but I enjoyed it! Never thought I'd see a yandere from you and hey you've got potential👀

Anyway! Random question time: what's a self-indulgent thing in writing fanfics that you want to do but hasn't so far?

Eheheh thank you Xela! I'm glad you liked it (just saw your tags on the fic!). I feel like something like this was out of my wheelhouse but so much fun to write! I've written Unknown a few times now, but I'm pretty sure this was the first time I took it in this direction. It's always super interesting to get into his brain and put him in situations. He's such an interesting character.

As for the Yandere Saeyoung you mentioned in those tags, don't get me started!! I think he has the potential to be just as bad if not worse (and drowning in denial over what he's doing). It would all start from hm feeling a need to 'protect' the MC. Cue him tapping their phone, following them around (in person and through CCTV) and maybe even meeting them while in disguise. It would be deeeelicious.

Also! For the random question let's see...

I mean the most obvious answer is Knight Luciel and AUs of that sort. They're so far out of my knowledge set and I don't think I could ever do them any sort of justice. I think those will stay in my head for now.

Also, is it obvious to say smut? I remember when I first started writing I got embarrassed over writing any sort of intimacy and now I can handle a small amount of spice. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to that level of comfort but writing myself a few smut fics about Saeyoung would be the definition of self-indulgent.

There is that half-drafted V route 707xMC AU I have lying around somewhere that I started last year. The whole thing is still a bit wonky but I think with time it could be something good and super self-indulgent. Think DSMN but even worse bc V is alive heheheh

Finally... Before starting this account I used to want to write a fully fleshed out multichap fic of 707s route, filling in the gaps that we were missing based on calls and CGs. I've done a few one offs filling in some gaps but there's always more I want to say. Maybe when I find the time and motivation I'll write that one day 👀

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

Currently 36, 4 are incomplete series. Only 1 of those 4 hasn't been abandoned so I've only got 1 WIP posted on AO3 as of current.

2. What's your total A03 word count?

169,732

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Right now it's pretty exclusively Hirano to Kagiura but I tend to move fandoms once every couple years as my interests change.

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

From most to least,

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

Not always but it's about a 50% chance that I will. Sometimes if it's just a "omg this is awesome" I don't really know what to say other than thank you so once I thank one comment from the same person that comments something like that once on one fic, if they have similar comments on the other chapters, I tend to not respond to the others unless it's the final chapter

I do like to engage in questions about my writing choices though!

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I don't tend to lean toward angst endings but maybe that time I wrote a fic about youngjae grieving over a dead lover? Or when I wrote that short yoonseok Time Traveler's Wife AU.

Every ending I write usually has a little bit of hope in it, even if it's angsty. It's relatively rare that everything is doomed in an ending in my fics.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I think ABCs of Us has what I would consider the happiest ending but my plans for the kagihira Strawberry Dreams au will end better 😈

8. Do you get hate on fics?

People are nicer these days but I got some flames on my old stuff when I was a teenager. And like. Yeah they weren't that great, but the first one I ever got made me want to cry of course.

I haven't gotten any hate since I made my ao3 account.

9. Do you write smut?

Yes, however I had only written T rated stuff until like 2019 when I finally got over my hesitation (God forbid the Internet knows I have... *gasp* thoughts about sex?!?!) and wrote smut for the first time at the ripe old age of 27 lmao. I've only written like. 2 or 3 really explicit things because of that.

10. Do you write crossovers?

I don't tend to. I'm not sure I ever have actually.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not to my knowledge.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Only once that I can recall for certain. I had a sasamiya oneshot translated to Russian. I think someone started to translate ABCs of Us several years ago but ended up never finishing.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Kind of? I did the writing, but it was planned together with an old friend. It was abandoned though.

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

Right now it's kagihira (Hirano to Kagiura) but past obsessions honorable mentions include 707xMC (mysme), yoonseok (BTS), and SoulxMaka (Soul Eater)

15. What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

That short fic about kagihira bringing a kitten home to the dorm and hanzawa finding out but gaslighting the whole dorm into thinking there's a ghost cat haunting the dorms. It would be a good thing for like. Writing when I'm not feeling up to it. But I don't have a clear vision for it, only a vibe, so it's probably least likely to get done.

16. What are your writing strengths?

I don't tend to repeat myself too much, maybe to my own detriment though. My grammar is typically on par because my self-proofreading skills are good. I think my descriptions of fictional places are up there, too.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

My top is writing transitional scenes... It's really painful sometimes.

After that in no particular order are making structured plots for long fics, coming up with titles, how to open/end a story, and filler dialogue.

I do a lot of technical writing for my career so I find that sometimes I have trouble switching out of formal technical science paper mode to creative writing, but that struggle helps my narrative grammar to an extent. Not so much the dialogue.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I'm not confident enough to write full sentences in anything other than English. I had a medium understanding of Japanese while I was learning kanji but one day I stopped keeping up on my lessons right as I was starting to grasp sentence structure, and now I can't remember anything because it's been like 2 years and I haven't been using it.

I could construct a sentence in German with confidence but why would I want to do that lol

20. Favourite fic you've ever written?

I personally have the most fun writing the kagihira parent AU oneshots, but the most satisfying to write was the smut chapter in I'll Love You If You Let Me. I remember ABCs of Us being nice to write too.

"That wasn't an invitation!"

Seven x Reader

If you were being honest, you were basically already living at the bunker, considering the fact that you barely spent any time at your own place anymore. Aka, you felt very much at home there. So it was nothing out of the blue for you to move around the house freely, helping Saeyoung with whatever you could.

Usually that consisted of cleaning, making food and forcing him to take much needed breaks and get some sleep.

Currently you were sprawled out on the couch, concentrated gaze fixed on the TV as you tried once again to beat the final boss of a game. You already lost count of how many attempts had been made, so far.

When your character died once again, you let the controller drop in frustration and tilted your head back with an annoyed groan, the heels of your palms digging into your eyes.

"Ugh, fuck me!", you called out, at the same time deciding that that was it for the day. You were more than just done with that stupid game. Any more rounds and you were sure to lose your sanity over it.

But before you had the chance to silently rant more about the game, a very familiar mop of red hair popped up in your line of view and you were met with a huge grin and wiggling eyebrows.

It took you a moment until you figured out why he gave you that expression. Though as soon as it dawned on you, your face turned bright red and all you could do for a moment was splutter.

"That wasn't an invitation!"

"Are you sure about that?", his grin only grew wider, but there was a sparkle in his eyes that you knew all too well.

Oh, shit..., you thought. Now you had to act fast.

With a quiet squeal, you opted for leaping over the back of the couch, running down the hall to get some distance between you two. The situation actually made you laugh. It wasn't the first time that something turned into a small cat and mouse game.

"Oh ho ho, so that's how you wanna play, babe? Beware, God 707 never loses!" Saeyoung didn't lose any more time to chase after you.

For a while there was bright laughter, bumping into doors and walls, while trying to outrun him.

You were well aware that he could probably easily catch up to you, because he was taller and let's not forget that he was actually a secret agent. But he always gave you a head start, prolonging the chase and you didn't miss the absolute glee on his face, during your little game. You loved seeing him so happy, thinking that it made him look even more beautiful, than he already did, if that was even possible.

You didn't know how long your boyfriend had chased you at that point, but when you reached the kitchen, you were panting between giggles, slightly bent over with your hands resting on your knees.

"Time out! I need to catch my breath!", you called out, before you tried to take a couple deep breaths.

Saeyoung was still grinning, although also panting a little from the chase.

"Okay, God 707 will grand his adorable 606 a moment to catch their breath."

Well, that is at least what he said. But at the same time, he was slowly creeping closer, making use of you having your eyes closed. And before you could've even noticed what happened, he was already basically jumping at you, arms wrapping tightly around you and you let out a surprised yelp.

"Sae! You tricked me!"

But to be honest, you couldn't even be mad. Not when he looked at you with his bright, happy eyes, face flushed from running after you and that big smile still in place.

"I said a moment. We never specified how long that would be~", he simply countered in a sing-song voice, and now that you were in his grasp, he began to shower your face in small, playful kisses. On your cheeks, the tip of your nose, your forehead... You made content noises at the affection, a smile breaking out on your own lips. It was impossible to be mad at him, when he was being way too adorable.

After the kiss attack stopped, the redhead lifted a hand up to brush your hair out of your face, expression softening as he took a moment to just look at you.

Once again he was wondering how he deserved to be with such an angel, with someone who indulged his antics and could even be as goofy as himself. You always managed to make him feel all warm and fuzzy, even when you were just smiling at him.

"Do you have any idea just how much I love you?"

Your own expression softened at that statement and you got on your tiptoes to be able to brush your nose lovingly against his.

"Well, I hope as much as I love you", you murmured, rested one hand on the back of his neck and pulled him down into a kiss, which he returned all too happily.

Slowly, he began to lead you backwards to the couch, until you fell on it and Saeyoung made himself comfortable on top of you, his kisses starting to trail down your jawline and neck, where he eventually left a small mark, the action making your breath hitch.

"Soo, about earlier... Are you sure it wasn't an invitation?" And like that, he was grinning again, wiggling his brows like he had done when he first showed up in the living room.

Though it actually took your brain a moment to realize what he was referring to. But as soon as you understood, you bursted out laughing and hit his arm playfully.

"Saeyoung Choi! I thought we were about to have a cute, wholesome, cuddly moment. And you just had to go and ruin it!"

He pouted adorably at you.

"You didn't answer my question..."

Like many times before, your heart melted when he looked at you like that and you began to run your fingers through his hair, which he leaned into and his eyes fluttered shut.

"First I want cuddles. Then we can see where things are going", you suggested with a wink.

The way he made himself more comfortable on top of you, his face buried in the crook of your neck, indicated that he didn't seem to have anything against that plan.

Oct. 2nd: The Addams Family

“My darling, let me hear it!” Saeyoung begged his beautiful wife.

“Mon amour." MC smirked, holding out her arm.

“Ah, your French is so divine!” Saeyoung took her arm, holding her wrist delicately and kissing her creamy flesh, moving up her arm to her neck where he nibbled. A sigh escaped her throat at the intimate act.

“Can you not!” Saeran rolled his eyes while Yoosung snickered at his side.

“Oh come on, we’re just having some fun.”

“Movie night was a mistake!” Saeran complained.

“I think it’s sweet. I know the Addam’s family is creepy, but the way Gomez loves Morticia is so romantic!” Yoosung sighed, making Saeran feel funny again.

“Romantic?” he scoffed.

“I agree.” MC said, patting Saeran on the cheek. “You could use a little romance in your life Saeran.” She said, pointedly looking towards Yoosung, who was oblivious.

Saeran turned bright red, almost matching his hair. “Yeah, right.” He deflected and walked into the kitchen.

“Come my love, let’s leave these people and make love until morning!” he grabbed MC’s hand and swung her into his body, pressing her back against his front. He nibbled her ear and they danced down the hallway to their bedroom.

MC laughed and waved at Yoosung, who just shook his head, wishing he had someone who loved him that way too. He envied them but was also happy that they had each other. He sighed again and fell onto the sofa. He’d worried about coming to movie night, knowing it was close to Halloween and the Chois would probably be watching horror movies. But the Addams Family was actually more about family and familial love than horror. It was a good choice.

Saeran plopped down next to him and handed him a bowl of ice cream. He’d added sprinkles, nuts, banana slices, and hot fudge. Saeran was always prepared well for ice cream. He felt special seeing how the older man had remembered all the things he liked in his ice cream. He took it gratefully. “Thank you.”

Saeran grunted in response, his own bowl in his other hand. He reached for the remote.

“Wanna’ watch it again?” he asked. “Or we can watch something else.”

“Can we watch Halloweentown?” he asked excitedly. Saeran flushed as Yoosung settled back into the sofa, his body pressed to his side.

“Uh, I’m not sure we have that, let me see.” He flipped through their digital movie library and found it. Of course Saeyoung would have every single Halloween movie there was. He pressed play and set the remote back on the coffee table.

Yoosung broke into a grin. Saeran’s warmth was comforting, without realizing it, he snuggled closer to him, his head on his shoulder as he slowly ate his ice cream.

The red-head tensed as he felt Yoosung actively touching him. His head on his shoulder felt like molten lava. How was the blond so oblivious to the affect he had on him? Affected him so much so that his bowl of ice cream sat on his lap completely forgotten.

“Is something wrong with your ice cream?” Yoosung asked, noticing how full the bowl was once he himself had finished his.

“No, I just…I’m not hungry.” Saeran choked out, gluing his eyes to the movie, completely unaware of what was happening in it.

“Not hungry? For ice cream?” Yoosung laughed and held the back of his hand against Saeran’s forehead. “Are you sick?”

“Stop it!” Saeran shoved Yoosung’s hand away, but there was a smile on his face. He placed his bowl on the coffee table and sat back, hoping Yoosung would lean against him again.

“Is that a smile? Oh my goodness, the rare moody Saeran smile! I’m honored!” Yoosung joked. He giggled, almost like a schoolgirl, making Saeran’s blood heat up in a good way. He felt sweat breaking out all over his body and tried to shake it off before the blond noticed.

Yoosung leaned back into the sofa and snuggled close to Saeran, wrapping his arm around the other man’s.

“Must be nice huh?” he said, suddenly serious.

“Nice?” Saeran swallowed, his mind too muddled to think.

“Having someone love you that much.” He answered.

“You mean Gomez and Morticia? I don’t know, seems like infatuation, not love.”

“What do you mean?”

“Real love isn’t always that passionate. It’s a lot of work. Sure, in the beginning of a relationship it’s all lovey dovey, sex all over the house, can’t keep your hands off each other, but that dims. I mean, nobody can keep that up. It’s not healthy I don’t think. But the love grows into something more, something lasting, something better.”

“Better than sex all over the place?” Yoosung teased.

“Yeah, exactly. Not that I’m saying there’s anything wrong with sex all over the place.” Saeran grinned, squeezing Yoosung’s hand.

“I wouldn’t know.” He said softly. “But I think I like your idea of love better.”

“Me too.” Saeran whispered into the blond’s hair as they settled in to finish watching the movie.
