This is my first time sending you an ask because I was shy, but I was just binge-scrolling your profile (again), and I just wanna say never apologize for making more beautiful content about kbsd, especially the kindall ones :'3

Like, mygosh, you have no idea how many times your updates have made my day because I am also STARVING for kbsd and kindall content kebdjshwjdbsjsjc You're honestly such a blessing for that special place in my heart reserved for just kindall HAHAHAHAHA Like damn, where you've been after all these years T-T

But anyway, I super love your headcanons about kindall, and also just kbsd in general. I wanna ask you so many stuff like how tall do you think Kick would be compared to Kendall when they grow older? Do you think Hansel would like Kick when Kindall finally gets a little closer to the friendship side of things or will Hansel be super overprotective over Kendall and basically hate Kick' guts lol ALSO, what do you think of Kendall and Gunther as friends? Or their dynamic as fellow class officers? It's been a while, but I remember there being an episode where Gunther won as president to the student council I think? And like, I'm lowkey sad that this wasn't ever mentioned or referenced again in another episode. Because on one hand, I do think Gunther is smart in certain aspects and this is a good way for him to show it, BUT ALSO, IMAGINE IF KENDALL SHOWED GUNTHER THE ROPES FOR ALL THESE STUDENT COUNCIL STUFF AND THAT'S HOW THEY GOT A LITTLE CLOSER AS FRIENDS? Sorry for the all-caps, I just think it'd be super cute if there was more content about the other friendships and connections between the side characters (especially for Kendall, cause I remember her celebrating her birthday alone on that one episode where Kick babysits Oscar I think, AND THAT'S JUST SO SAD AND SHE DESERVES BETTER)

About Hansel and Kick

I like the idea that she's not overprotective over Kendall or likes Kick right away but a secret third thing: sees him as a rival for the rank of awesome's first place. Like whenever he visits Kendall Hasel goes "aight boy, square up!" And just starts acting cute and adorable because that what somewhat gave her first place in the past.

Her cuteness doesn't work on Kick of course but Kendall? She already loves Hansel very much so whenever Hansel "competes" with Kick by rolling on the floor or rubbing against Kendall's legs you know that Kendall will be borderline crying from how adorable her kitty is.

The fact that cat can easily take all of Kendall's attention like that doesn't makes Kick mad tho. But he sure is irritated by that. Frustrated even.

GUNTHER AND KENDALL'S FRIENDSHIP IS SOMETHING THAT I THOUGHT ABOUT ADGCJVJV

Before this ask I just thought that they're neutral. Not friends, Gunther is also kinda wary of her but generally sees her as just a classmate. BUT YEAH THAT EPISODE ABOUT ELECTION. IT WOULD BE FUNNY IF THAT WAS AT LEAST MENTIONED BUT AAAAAAA

Now I kinda like the idea that Kendall was scheming to take Gunther's place after the episode. However, Gunther kinda realized that student council position? Not very hype. Barely any time to hang out. So Gunther genuinely asked Kendall for help. Like, Jacky is wack (affectionate) but Kendall is pretty much known for her love for the rules and academics so it's only logical. And at first Kendall wanted to use that to completely "overthrow" him but Gunther, being an absolute lovable funny guy he is, made her go "Ok, you can stay actually"

I like the idea that Kendall keeps Gunther from turning the school into a Nordic funny land and Gunther keeps her from turning the school into a literal prison. It's a win win situation

ALSO I TOO WISH THERE WAS MORE ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN CHARACTERS SVJVJBL

It's kinda implied that Mouth and Ronaldo are friends. Ronaldo had goons too (where did they go :( ) Also I really warming up to the idea that Kyle and Jackie became chaotic besties or even romantic partners (sorry Gunther x Jackie people, but Kyle x Jackie has more comedic potential to me)

Hang Up Raphael, I'm gonna get to know him better ♱♡‿♡♰ (Christmas Miracle L-Card PROLOGUE Spoilers I)

Hi hi once again lovelies, it is I your admin <;3 (i really need a name for you all to call me huh) Anyways, We're on to Raphael and I took way too many screencaps for this so I had to like pick and choose which ones I'm gonna use lol there were SO many good moments not to highlight. So just so you know, the beginning of it literally starts the same way as Michael's prologue with Minhyeok making a wish, us seeing his brother yadda ya (hmmm and here I thought it would be slightly different I guess not) And after that we're gonna dive right the fuck in. As per usual this is a two-parter, get yourself a snack and let's gooo ♨(⋆‿⋆)♨

So our MC was invited to Avisos in this story to celebrate x-mas but it's very different from what they're used to. Samba, festival clothing, parades, etc. Avisos be gettin' down I swear. But MC is over here like "the samba has nothing to do with-" Let them party. It's fine. Everyone celebrates differently and the Avisos citizens wanna shake their ass to some feel good music.

Naberius coming in to call them out on their thoughts, here is when I find out he can technically read minds so I'm gonna have to be careful around him...cause does that happen automatically or does he just do that when he feels like it?

I think it's cute he's feeding MC btw, but MC being guilty about what they said makes sense because it's like telling someone when you go over their house you don't like how they do something. Because you could...just wait until you get home or something don't tell me that while you're here lmao

So in this scene Naberius explains that he had the turkey cooked and made just because he knew humans ate two types of meat (really three if you feel) during christmas and wanted to make MC comfortable. It also sounds good as fuck because sauce was dripping down MC's chin.

But Naberius was treating it more like a chore than what a lover would, so this has me headcanon that Naberius is possibly part of the ace (asexual) family! now I'm unsure if he'd be demi, gray, or just full on ace but regardless, he's being cute feeding MC like this.

Meanwhile....

Our troublesome two...it's literally like watching two brothers fight and it's funny to me. Like Amon please don't take Stolas' juice T^T it was literally in his hand when he took it lmao

Also that sounds good too because it was fresh from a fruit bowl....my diet would be terrible in Avisos they eat so much and so many good foods ;.; (my ibs would probably kick my ass too)

So while Amon and Stolas are squabbling, Naberius is just like chiding them as per usual and MC asks where Bael is. He's working (poor bby let him REST) and this is when Naberius says that Amon and Stolas should be working too and only he was asked to look over MC during the festivities and that they usually have to patrol around because things get crazy lol

Stolas ofc is like yeah who the fuck cares we don't get to celebrate anyway so I'm taking this time to do so xD

He also adds that he's usually not outside during this time anyway because ppl annoy him with their happiness. (omfg Stolas is me on most days like why are all you outside? There's too many fucking ppl outside, go back to your own houses while I do grocery shopping then you can come back out)

Amon chimes in that Stolas likes staying in his dark room and how mature that is despite how he looks. Stolas gets really offended and threatens to kill him (that's on brand for our bird bby, he's so adorable)

ANYWAYS what Amon really does like to bring up that Stolas looks so young and honestly it's just like...I can see why he would be irriated about that coming up each time.

Amon ignores him of course and says he wants to make memories with MC (he's so fucking cute omfg) and Naberius whacks him on the head to remind him that he has work to do and he can't just be doing whatever.

AMON YOU CUTIE LOVE YOU <3333333 He's adorable, like I'd hang out with him all day if he wanted me to. (I also can imagine that since he gets flirty in the beel event, he'd probably feel comfortable enough to do a l o t more flirting when it's MC/you with him)

So Naberius brings in some lore about Avisos, bascially stating that they always need to celebrate something and there's no real reason for them to do so. As I stated before, this country loves to fucking party like I swear there was always something going on. He did bring up that he's slightly glad it's chilled out since the war (must of been that bad if a war makes him happy they stopped)

And MC is just like oh do you guys believe in Santa then or no?

And then our sexy sexy Beel boo enters the chat

So naturally all of his nobles are happy to see him, Amon especially and he brought them gifts!!!

He basically brought everyone back souvenirs from the places he's been. That's so thoughtful because he took time to think about what each person would like. This is also something I do when getting gifts for ppl and every day they reveal more about Beel it makes me be like "yup that's why I was paired with him"

Now we get to see what he got MC and oh.....

MC was just saying they were happy that they got to experience some adult items from Hell so they were grateful and would use it well, and while I love that response....

I would be creaming my pants already because I KNOW he bought that with the intention of MC using it with him and you know what....

But the topic of a christmas miracle starts being brought up again and Beel explains that there's always weird things happening in Hell around this time and well...he thinks it's best that you don't question it and just go with the flow

So it seems once again Raphael, just like Michael just fucking crashed into shit without any warning only the funniest thing about Raph is that he was fucking eating the food at the stalls LMAO

So we get some repeat lore about Raph, we got a little bit from the halloween event where it was Ppyong that explained how dangerous he was. And well from reading his comic he's literally as bloodthirsty as his seraph comrades...once he likes to play around and torment folks a bit. And if you're another angel that he does not like for any fucking reason yeah you're in the crossfire too. Raph's hands are rated E for everyone.

Naberius is over here growling and challenging him and Raph with those big balls of his (hehehe) is basically being like yeah you sent for me so don't trip. But that's the thing I don't think anyone particularly called for him...though it does seem like there's a specific angel that likes bothering a specific country. Raph-Avisos, Gabe-Gehenna, and Mike-Tartaros.

And then from here he starts giving critiques on the fucking meat and the customer service of the stalls and I'm like Raph bby.....why are you doing this lmao He's such a true villian because totally coming in and taking the local's food and still not satisfied with it tracks.

okay so I saw @jade-of-mourning’s post about how makorra would make bomb yuri and I am 100% in agreement so,, how I imagine tlok would go if mako was a girl.

I feel like this would totally affect mako’s backstory n stuff too because life on the street is rough for any kids but like. little girls with no one to run to surrounded by creepy criminal guys. not great! so not only would that add an extra layer of trauma, but I feel like it would also add dimension to mako+zolt’s dynamic when mako and bolin worked w the triads. like, instead of firebending gang leader who wants to shape a mini-me he found into his successor, it’s. hold on let me make another sentence. it’s a girl who’s learned to protect herself and a man she needs to defend herself from offering to teach her better. so there’s less of the straightforwardness of their canon interactions—mako knows she’s being exploited but is willing to play into it to take advantage of learning zolt’s skills and zolt knows she’s clever but wants her close. idk how fucked up zolt would be, but he could probably have some motivations related to trafficking as a backup should mako turn on him that would’ve been less viable with canon mako. idk. thoughts are thinking too quickly for me to type rn.

I’m not gonna go through everything in tlok for the sake of not yapping for 12 hrs like i did in my 100yr war mako post but through the four books in the context of makorra i imagine it would go:

b1: weirdgirl firebender who’s a control freak becomes the avatar’s best friend. she’s totally not in love btw. and there’s literally no jealousy at all when asami befriends korra either cause they’re just chill. just friends, how friends are, yk. amon is a freak but part of her is relieved he took zolt’s bending. thought the thought of her getting her bending taken away feels like a part of her autonomy being taken and that’s terrifying so she’s relieved when he fucking dies.

b2: from what I recall team avatar is more split up during b2 and do you know what that means. so much pining. it smells like a forest with the amount of longing bro. then mako gets arrested and prison as we all know is such a friendly environment for women so. more trauma. then harmonic convergence happens at that is absolutely when makorra realize they’re in loooove. then vaatu happens and it’s like ohhh shit I’m in deeeep.

b3: new airbenders yay! mako is distracted from korra a little bit when she and bolin meet their long lost extended family, until dear old grammy says that korra would make a fine husband for her granddaughter if she were a man. and cue gay panic cause DOES SHE KNOW???? HOW??? I’m being intentionally vague cause I last watched this show like five years ago and I don’t remember the timeline at all but bear with me. airbenders in ba sing se are freed, krew makes their way over to zaofu to meet opal. this is cool it’s fine. lin is literally mako’s mom and she’s still worried the whole time they’re on zaofu. korra is kidnapped. prison for mako and bolin (again). m+b search the desert for korrasami, it’s all mostly the same except more. yk. gay pining. korra is poisoned but the girls have a girl moment on air temple island after Jinora gets her tattoos :3

b4: korra travels for a while, before returning to rc. then she’s gone again to the swamp. kuvira attacks zaofu, korra defends, and then she’s back. mako and asami are. yeah. blah blah blah that one episode of makorra reminiscing gets really gay, kuvira tries to take over rc, mako lightning-zaps the mech and almost dies and then BOOM. they kiss after the battle. and the lesbians win once again as makorra walk into the spirit world hand in hand.

if you’re wondering why this was written so disjointedly it’s because I kept getting distracted mid-sentence. and I also hate how the romance was dealt with in canon, but it’s such a big part of b1 (my favorite book minus romance) and the repercussions lasted throughout all four seasons so obviously that I physically cannot bring myself to rewatch it. and girls are so. thank u lychee ur really super awesome and cool for drawing makorra as girls because I think they would’ve worked out in canon if mako was a girl. sorry I’m really sick rn and I’m a little out of it lmao 😭🙏🏼

Now that I think about it, in your AmonSasa comics (I LOVE them btw, they are adorable), Amon still has both arms... BUT consider the additional angst if Amon survived but lost his arm? On one hand Kaneki is so relieved Amon is alive, but on the other hand oH No I CuT His ARM OFF! Poor Sasaki has no idea why he simultaneously feels this amount of relief and guilt towards this investigator he just met, oh no, why is he crying, this is so embarrassing... And Amon is just frozen, processing it all.

YEAHHHH When I originally drew the comic I think it slipped my mind, admittedly lol, but I've actually thought about it a lot it

I think, similar to other CCG members that had lost limbs in the Owl Operation (Juuzou, Kuroiwa), Amon would eventually be fitted with a prosthetic. Ooh, maybe when Haise and Amon first meet they shake hands, but when their hands meet and Haise stares down at them his face inexplicably falls. The inexplicable feeling of relief he'd felt (so much that he could almost cry) is suddenly swept up and replaced by guilt (also so much that he could also cry, Kaneki's putting Haise through a rollercoaster).

I'd imagine that Akira's definitely there too, and she asks Haise what's wrong, and oh, god, is he crying? He's holding Amon's hand in a death grip, Amon can't really pull away, but that probably doesn't matter since he's frozen in place anyway. On one hand oh god Haise might know something, or maybe he's making him remember, this is what the CCG was so worried about, and Akira's concerned and maybe she and Amon glance at each other worriedly, and Haise's confused but he's also shaking, it's a Mess of a "reunion"/"meeting".

Haise shakes it off, somehow, and decides to hang around with Amon for a lot of the day. When they're alone he apologizes profusely, says that he doesn't know what came over him, and Amon doesn't really know what to say, if there's anything he can say, poor guy probably just has to do his best to awkwardly reassure him LOL.

Haise probably plays it off casually from there, but he still feels a strange pinch of guilt when he looks at Amon's shoulder, or his arm. Kaneki no doubt feels awful about it, maybe one time Haise apologizes about it (for it?) to Amon. Amon is confused (and worried, about his memories) and Haise snaps out of it and says that he's not really sure why he apologized. Amon feels compelled to think that it wasn't Haise that apologized, but he also doesn't want to think about it.

Oh also some additional thoughts with Haise and Akira (First of all sidenote, someone mentioned in a reply that they were wondering if Sasaki would be mentored with Amon or Akira, I imagine he would still be paired with Akira, for a variety of reasons. Like I said while the CCG thinks Amon would be useful for 'extermination' operations, they aren't very comfortable about him and Haise getting too close, also I feel like since Amon would be promoted (he was promoted to First Class I think? in canon after his 'death') he would be busy with operations for higher ranking investigators, and Akira herself was specifically chosen in canon because of her ability to comfort Haise)

That said I think Akira, already weary, would try to keep the slight fiasco of Amon and Haise's first meeting out of discussion if possible, but one day Haise can't help but ask her about what happened to Amon's arm. Akira probably doesn't know what to answer, maybe keeps it vague, then Haise asks if it's similar to Investigator Juuzou, who lost his leg in the Owl Operation, and she has to swiftly shut him down before he can press further. It's not much, but it's a piece of a clue, something that must connect Haise and Kaneki.

Maybe Haise tries asking Kaneki about it once, though the answer isn't too different from what he says in canon ('It's my fault').

Sorry my brain runs on angst can you tell LOL, Amonhaise can be so silly but they can also be such a somber mess under the right circumstances. I think Haise would be confused and lost about it and how it makes him feel, but it would eventually become a massive tell towards his past. Ough thank you again for the banger ask :pray:

Would you look at that? Another update? So soon? Well, it's to be expected after WHAT I've read today hahah... 3 ½ hours of losing my mind, definitely worth an update! Reached chapter 1177 thanks to the desperation to reach a safe spot!

God, there's so much to talk about. I have to restrain myself from just endlessly talking about how much I love Klein Moretti rn. Like. So much. I will definitely be sprinkling my love for him in this post. A lot. I'll do that a lot.

OK, FOR A THOROUGH DISCUSSION, I'll pick up the chat from the ending of volume 5. Which means I'll talk about like... 20 chapters? Hm. They definitely felt more than 20 in number.

Amon kidnapped Klein after Klein successfully destroyed King George III's ritual, so he was exhausted and spent. Perfect opportunity for Amon, ngl.

The subsequent time spent together was full of ups and downs. Amon gave Klein hope that was barely in his reach until BOOM the reveal that it wasn't an avatar, but the actual true body! Man, wasn't that stressful.

That also came with the realization that Amon can't bear the risk of stealing Klein's destiny just like that. Win! For now...

We reach the destination that Amon was going for (in the Forsaken Land of the Gods, btw!! God, what a crazy place...) and there, ANOTHER motherfucking bomb gets left at our door.

Fucking Chernobyl. Fucking- it's Earth! It's always been Earth!

(That was spoiled in a partial manner to me. Like, I saw someone mention "Chernobyl" in relation to LOTM and I was like "wait what? No way- AH, NO THINKING ABOUT IT. IT'S SPOILERS" but inevitably I connected some dots.

Like, I distinctly remember how Roselle attempted to bring forth the industrial revolution, but when he searched for oil and such fuels, he was unsuccessful. Which made me think about the Chernobyl thing and wonder if the previous humans used it all up and eventually perished, but then another civilization rose and that's the present.

But uh. I didn't know about the fact that the ancestors of vampires and elves are ALSO humans?? Like wow. Incredible)

Paired with that comes the realization that Klein can't go home. Technically, he IS home. Just... not in his era :') AGH I cried. ESPECIALLY when he conjured the silhouettes of people dear to him that have long since perished. IT WAS SO SAD WBSJJDJD Man...

After that dreadful discovery, Klein doesn't let that stop his desire to escape Amon, implementing Another escape attempt, helped by the Evernight Goddess. Gosh, his escape attempts were so creative! And the interactions between him and Amon were so funny after them too lmao

Anyway, after Chernobyl, Klein digested the Scholar of Yore potion successfully AND escaped to Sefirah Castle after committing suicide (what an ODD way to escape).

And next, we have Klein thinking of ways to get back on his feet AND analyze his experiences. Which brings us to the NEXT big thing!

The third "transmigrator" is in fact the Evernight Goddess!

(Ok, I got fully spoiled on that. Booooooo...)

Still! She's taking such good care of Klein <33 what a lovely lady <33

During the Tarot Club, he put in motion his plans: collecting what he needs for the Miracle Invoker potion and strengthening the Tarot Club.

And thanks to the combined effort of Pallez, Derrick and himself of course, he successfully revived in the City of Silver and ran away! Yay!

That's where I am right now. But Man, the road to getting here was emotional.

Poor Klein... hunted from so many directions, no home to return to, friends and family to protect.

And let's not ignore the fact that Klein successfully escaped Amon!!! I mean, SURE, Amon was "playing" with him in a way. But that doesn't mean he wasn't taking Klein seriously, he just had a different goal than killing Klein, which was to take ownership of Sefirah Castle.

Klein is so resourceful, so determined, so intelligent. I adore himmm! Ahhhh and sometimes, he makes me sad, but he keeps going and that's just... hah... admirable.

Praise the Fool! Can't wait to read more, but definitely not tonight. Finally reached a point where I can close the book with a light heart, I'm not risking starting another stressful arc hahahah...

he’s the bastard son of a businessman who ends up getting married to an eldrich entity, cheats on said entity with his butler and learns how to Care About People which is something he did not know how to do LMAO

he’s an asshole. by like. a lot. he’s crass (esp bc paramour is set in a fantastical 1890s-1900s adjacent steampunk world), he’s rude, he’s vain, he doesn’t care about other people as far as he can throw him (and he can throw them pretty far), and he’s so fucking emotionally constipated. He’s SOOOOO emotionally constipated. much of his character and behavior has been influenced by the circumstances of his upbringing—first neglected by both his father and his servants and never allowed to leave the estate he was cooped up in for fear of bringing shame to the family name by merely existing (and suffering many abuses within), then under the thumb of his conniving elder sibling tagetes who’s like a secondary antagonist and subject of the fourth book in the quad empire. he doesn’t trust people because he’s always been used and shit on. so he treats others in kind and never lets anyone close.

this backfires somewhat when he meets his butler amon who’s got so many issues and one of them being INTO hya’s asshole attitude and they start a sexual relationship which is wild bc why talk about feelings when you can call me my lord and choke on my dick ya feel.

hya’s also gnc (he only uses he/him and he doesn’t identify as being feminine or womanly but he does love to and does wear dresses and fashion that we would consider feminine). this is bc in galeré there’s 3 gender categories basically. there’s male, female, and a third one that i have yet to name. but it’s basically for all those we’d consider trans/nb/gnc/cross dressers/the like. hya falls into this category as well as other characters like tagetes, erecia (who’s butch basically) and rumex, etc.

aside from shopping his favorite hobbies are being left alone and reading. he’s very good with money and math and can balance a budget like no one’s business. he doesn’t care for religion at all (only sparing slight interest for his younger half brother aloe who’s deeply religious) and is generally pessimistic. his favorite drink is coffee specifically a fantasy blend in his world called misted ivory geisha. he only wears white and gold clothing as personal preference but he looks good in all colors (his wedding dress was red actually) and speaking of — he didn’t know his mother but he looks EXACTLY like her. (i’m overly fond of his mother but she won’t appear in canon; only in aus and in the series set in this same universe, alizath lol)

oh he’s also a taurus sun with a leo rising (cuz i like astrology and shit lol). he doesn’t like celebrating his birthday so he never shares the date but it’s also because his birthday takes place in the middle of the largest religious festival in galeré and that’s even more annoying to deal with lmao.

why he’s my favorite is for a variety of reasons but it also has to do with the fact that i want to be him and i want to fuck him lmao he’s the best of both worlds :)

The Israeli Empire

I am not sure if it is the right time to introduce you to ancient Israel yet, but I prefer to do it asap because high amount of the content I make of Daniel is from ancient Israel.

before I continue, please remember that the term "ancient Israel" is an umbrella term for few eras that I will elaborate on.

in this piece you are seeing Empire of Israel, and the king was Omri, which surprisingly isn't one of the eras I like to talk about much. not because I don't like this era or anything, only because my favorite era for Daniel is Kingdom Of Hashmonai, which I can sit and ramble on and on about.

in the empire era, Daniel was 15. in the Hashmonai era, Daniel was 18. so chronically, I think introducing ancient Israel would make sense starting here, the earliest I have content on. (tho I do have even earlier years of Daniel, but that includes his parents, which I would like to introduce later.

so, this is a post about the empire now, please enjoy this half assed text I wrote to my friends about him, hope you like it lmao

The Crybaby Empire

This empire has no specific time frame, but I’ll go with what I got now ; 1021 bc - 922 bc,

The empire ended in a huge civil war between all the tribes (more like Judea and Benjamin vs everyone else) and that’s how the empire kinda died, but later the second Israeli kingdom was a great empire as well, and some researchers even say that the empire never actually fell, until the rise of Judea, which is that’s why I tend to disagree with the dates above, but until any further knowledge I’ll use those.

If the theory of second and first Israeli empires being one big continuous empire, which btw I kinda agree with, I’ll go with what’s currently considered as canon. I’ll go with Israel being an empire, fall, and become an empire once again without Judea. So this is the kingdom with.

Daniel in his age 15 was pretty bad teenager and annoying. He wanted everyone to do whatever he does. He wanted his neighbors, Sidon, Edom (his twin) Moab and Amon, as well as bashan and Amalek to practice in his religion, which wasn’t called Judaism at that time, it was called Israelism. Daniel took over their places and israelized them, first by, you know… cutting their pps. Then forcing them to not touch any pigs (kosherizing their asses), maybe even forcing them to pay 10% of their income to the holy temple, and not work on Shabbat.

Maybe , just maybe, the israelism is what made all of the nations around have a very similar gods. Remember, israelism wasn’t a monotheistic religion at this point, it was yet polytheistic, with Elohim, the Jewish god nowadays, being the main god in the Israeli pantheon.

The era in history is called “the Israeli era” which is the ofc, era where all cities around were Israeli.

A lot of information about this empire is either missing or contradicting so take it with a grain of salt, but countries around did mentioned king Omri and his Empire, as well as his deeds as I mentioned.

Hello! Have you read choujin x manga by ishida sui? There are two characters in it that look similar to ui and hairu (who I love and ship so much). I've been reading it since launch and feel like it's a narrowed, more honed in version of tg in a sense? Idk how to describe it. I would love to know your thoughts or if you ever plan to read it! I've been reading Choujin X since the beginning, I suppose it is more honed in in the sense that it's working with a much smaller cast so it's easier to focus in on them. Though in some sense it's a lot more messy, for example by the time we were in the 30s of Tokyo Ghoul we had been introduced to a good portion of ghoul society, we learned the conflict of this world between ghouls and the CCG via the rabbit arc, we had development for Touka going from a hostile to an incredibly sympathetic character. We hd glimpses of the antagonists Amon and Mado being shown to have their human sides.

In terms of information like the rules of the world, the different factions, the greater conflict, the motivations of the antagonists we haven't been given a whole lot of information so far. So I don't really know what to make of it. To be fair this is a series where Ishida is free to update at his own pace so I think it's great he doesn't have to rush and can do things his own way.

However, I think the greatest strength so far with Choujin X is when it is able to give that more honed in character focus than Tokyo Ghoul would ever have with it's tons and tons of characters.

Choujin X is at it's most interesting to me when it is a deconstruction of protagonism.

By Protagonist I mean, a character who assumes they are the main character of a story and therefore everything revolves around them. Between Tokio and Azama you have a character who is the protagonist and doesn't want to be because he doesn't want to take responsibility for anything ever, and a character who really wants to be the protagonist and resents the hell out of the other character.

Tokio is interesting as a contrast to Azama and an anti-hero in the traditional sense (a hero with no heroic qualities and therefore a deconstruction of the traditional character in the hero myth because it makes you go wait why is that guy the main character???) because he doesn't just feel helpless and useless like Kaneki did, he is actually useless (positive trait). When he calls himself pathetic that's not low self esteem that is accurate self-esteem. Imagine being friends with someone who didn't make a single decision for yourself, who needed you to help them with everything, who always expects you to drop everything to come help them, even if you're someone you're incredibly close to it would get grating after awhile.

Choujin X picks up steam when it focuses on the rapidly dwindling friendship between Azama and Tokio, not because one of them has a tragic backstory like Naruto and Sasuke, or one of them turns evil, or they have different ideals like Xavier and Magneto. The reason their friendship is falling apart is... they both have terrible interpersonal skills. They both point their jealous and insecure shit at each other, and don't talk about it ever, until a fight breaks out.

The first time they fight Azama doesn't flash back to some traumatic childhood memory, but the few times in childhood that he could tell Tokio could have won against him if he tried harder, but Tokio gave the same excuse as always and quit without trying. Azama burns with jealousy at Tokio because he thinks Tokio could be better at him if he truly tried, but Tokio never tries hard at anything, which makes it look like Azama's effort is all worthless.

Azama is just, a whole ball of insecurities a lot of which spawn from the fact that Tokio puts Azama on a pedestal, and Azama notices that their is this imbalance in their relationship. Because their relationship is unbalanced, Azama is kind of used to always beng the superior one, the better one, and he feels pressured to live up to that expectation and prove himself. Which is why when he's in his berserk state reduced to his most fundamental emotions he fights Tokio because he's always trying to prove himself. And he's always in this precarious position where he feels like if he's not good enough he's going to lose Tokio's respect.

But it's not really Azama just having a bit of a superiority complex in regards to Tokio, Tokio is the one who put him up on that pedestal in the first place. Tokio was the one who made Azama out to be a hero, and Azama is struggling to be Tokio's hero, and he feels a huge personal loss when he feels like he's not anymore. None of which would have really happened of Tokio could have just been normal about their friendship, and had dreams and dieas of his own instead of just deciding to live off of Azama's dreams like a parasite. As I said the story is calling for Tokio to be a protagonist when he doesn't want to be, and Azama who desperately wants to be the hero of the story is denied that role.

I'm being harsh on Tokio but that's what makes him interesting. He's not calling himself pathetic because he has low self esteem, he is genuinely that pathetic. There's a reason his biggest emotional conflict seems to be... he's embarrassed everyone else is trying hard and he's not. He spends more time beating himself up and degrading himself than actually being productive. He is a very weird combination of self-centered while at the same time having no sense of self or self-esteem. Tokio is still inside of his own head, and it's usually just all about his own insecurities but he doesn't really like himself either. Generally, it's not healthy to base your entire self-esteem off of what your best friend thinks of you. Tokio's unhealthy fixation on Azama is just going to further draw a wedge between the two of them, because their friendship as it is is fundamentally unequal. Tokio is just gonna keep building up Azama's pedestal in order to dig his own self esteem lower and lower and lower, but all he's really accomplishing is creating further distance between the two of them.

Welp, there it is. Morgiana vs the monkeys. That's what I wanted to talk about.

You remember this fight, right? We all remember this fight, right?

Well, in the manga we don't get to see it. Morgiana gets there & throws Alibaba, looks menacingly, we go to Alibaba, and later we see Morgiana after the monkey's been defeated. So this entire fight? Morgiana trying to copy Masrur, and then going with something that she can actually perform at her current strength? Yea, all of that is anime exclusive.

So, yeah. Often enough I mention how Morgiana being eventually sidelined, and the trio not being much of a trio, were things that were long time coming, but I'll be honest with you, even I didn't remember that this fight was completely skipped in the manga. But damn if it doesn't back my point. Idk, just sigh.

Other than that, it's a good fight. Short, but neat. We see that Morgiana's also learnt something new. In the anime at least.

Idk, man. No more words I can offer you about it. I know the signs were there since the beginning, but even I get extra surprised every now and then.

Like, people often complain about Alibaba for trying to, idk, talk things through rather than burning everything in his path, but while, yes, Alibaba's not a fan of fighting, the truth is - he's not that strong and he knows. He's never actually allowed to forget that there are powers beyond him, all around him. Sinbad, then Kouen, even Aladdin and Morgiana... compared to them, without Amon, he's just a guy. Especially at this point in time. In this scene, he has no more magoi left, so he's as strong as he is individually strong. And while it's not bad or anything, really, he's actually pretty damn skilled and quick-witted, he is still heavily outnumbered. Which he knows. It's not about cowardice or the lack of resolve. It's about correctly assessing the situation he's in, drawing the most logical conclusion and acting accordingly - he won't be able to win against this many people without Amon (and that excluding the fact that he doesn't want to fight his own people, which, yes, is also a factor), so he talks instead.

God forbid the guy actually thinks things through.

1. My first thought upon getting this ask was really? Does Amon really have to find out eventually? Has some event already transpired in this universe that has as its inevitable consequence, Amon finding out that Korra is his little sister? No, of course not. But we all know he's going to, because if he were to not find out, it would be incredibly unsatisfying, and I'm not that cheap. So the question arises, who finds out first: Amon, or Korra? The answer, which you have probanly guessed, because I asked the question in the first place, is Korra.

2. There is one person at this point who does in fact know that Korra and Amon are brother and sister, and that person is Tarrlok, and Tarrlok is not telling his brother anything. But when his little sister and her friend find their way to his cell, he tells her everything he knows. So Korra gets to experience her second crisis of discovering familial secrets in less than a week. And this time, there is someone around to hear the secret too.

3. Mako is having a morning. His city is under attack by a terrorist outfit that is ripping the bending out of people's bodies, and he just found out the head terrorist is his friend and kind of maybe crush's brother, and also the brother of a guy in the city government that he doesn't like, and also all three of them had a dad who was a kingpin. That's enough no information for one morning. Meanwhile, Korra is having a much deeper emotional response, understanadbly, and Mako is being no help.

4. I say Korra is having a deeper and more significant emotional response, and that's true, but a there is only so much a person can process at once, so at the edges of her mind is that ghostly sense that this isn't all hitting her yet, but it will, when things are a little calmer, a little more quiet, and it will hit her like a steam train.

5. Korra belongs to the Luke Skywalker school of familial responsibility toward people you oppose who you just found out are related to you. She barely knows Amon, and he is hurting a whole lot of people and sees her as a symbol of everything wrong with the world. But she has a secret weapon: she knows their mother's phone number.

Resolving the cliffhanger in a way that felt emotionally honest was a challenge: if Maglor had died immediately I could not see a way to prevent Maedhros from literally committing suicide on the spot, and then I wouldn’t have much of a story. So I’m happy (?) it upset you!

Anyway, some good speculations here. I will pass over most of them without comment! Only do remember that Caranthir and Amras are still chilling on Amon Ereb and will probably have to be brought into the story soon, sigh. We’re currently in arc 2 – or maybe this has all been arc 1, but I tend to think of Maglor leaving Menegroth as a natural break point between arcs – and I think the next stage of the story is going to have to feature some involvement from the Least Relevant Fëanorians. Hopefully not too much because I have enough characters already, but they are probably going to have some opinions on their brothers’ shenanigans.

So Beel at this point is done with his shit lol and is saying if you aren't here for fun then clearly you're here to pick a fight. (intensely stares at Beel's sprite because his chest is looking mighty nice)

Like, I know this is just them speaking to each other on a enemies level, but something feels sexually charged here. "Want me to murder you?" So inbetween this time, Raphael challenges Beel by spitting a fucking meat bone in his direction with such force it nearly takes his head off. Which is pretty impressive if I say so myself. Amon gets trigger happy and defends his majesty but the bullets deflect? Stolas tries next bringing out a whole tommy gun and whelp all the bullets miss and start hitting the stalls instead. At this point, since I read this prologue already I understand why this is happening, though when I first read it I was like WAIT IS RAPHAEL INVINCIBLE??? Lmao Beel even brought out his whip and it didn't even get close to him. But again Beel is the one that points out that it's the christmas miracle that is stopping all the attacks. And MC is like OH WOW SO THATS WHY NOTHING IS WORKING

Raphael here tells MC to shut up and covers his ears (so neurodivergent coded, not liking sudden loud sounds lol) it's okay bby I'll get you some earmuffs.

So after it's pointed out that it's a christmas miracle, Raphael is excited and wants to test out how long they got until his attacks can go through. (A menace I swear) And Beel accepts that challenge

So Raphael points a skewer with meat on it toward Beel to mess with him and my bitey king does this sexy ass shit where he eats the entire fucking thing (and possibly Raph's hand if he chose)

But it did have me wonder where Beel wanted to post up for this duel of theirs...and boy do we find out what he means...

And wham bam, Bael is escorting MC to the meeting place that Beel told him to come at night. Given that Bael is pissed off he didn't exactly say where he just gave some general ass description and they were walking around all night trying to figure out where he was lol

In my longfic btw, I have my MC randomly visiting Avisos and I do have a specific club I headcanon that she would go to in Avisos and Amon was the one to take her and she ends up filling in for a dancer that called in and that's how Beel met her! It was sort of similar to the vibe of this club lights wise, but yeah just dancing and drinking and strippers, no kinky stuff.

But I wouldn't put it past Avisos to have a place like this and only because of the type of atmosphere it has. This is why this place would be fucking dangerous for me because I would be in and out of those clubs like mad just observing. IRL though, there are such things at Fetish Balls and what not and I don't attend those, mostly because it's for a certain crowd and meh while I do enjoy talking about kinks I do not actively participate in them with others.

Continuing on though

I'm crying because Bael is just like "Oh you haven't been?" As if someone is just gonna be visiting these kinds of clubs all the time. Surely it's normal for them but come on Bael this is adorable lol

MC does show interest in wanting to go to one and I like that it shows a bit of that pervy character that's been missing a bit. Like ngl for the most part in the main story MC has been very sheepish when I'm wanting like full on "I'm always fucking lewd like lets fuck rn pretty much" and maybe I'm putting too much expectation on MC but come on...if canon wise MC is a woman....what's so bad about her being FORWARDLY horny all the time? Show that to me please. No holding back.

Moving on,

Bael and MC go toward the commotion in the back of the club and we find out they got my bby Raphael all strapped up

Like he was struggling so hard he was creating marks and bruises from the chains on himself. Even in Michael's story he didn't struggle too much, he was just kinda sitting here with minimal resistance. It makes me wonder if between these two angels, one just knows how to conserve energy and the other is just fucking wild.

So Beel further explains how they got Raph in there in the first place, stating that he hasn't been able to attack them so with the devils in mass numbers they were able to pin him down and drag him to the club where he was throwing a fucking fit

This is so hot of him, I swear this prologue is hitting me on all fucking sides because not only do we have Raphael acting like a cocky bastard, we have Beel acting like a sexy bitch and my coochie can't take much more of this. My body will detach from me at this rate.

Also yeah Raphael clearly fucked up the store, he probably knew what goes on in an S&M club and didn't want to go in and the funny part is since I saw that one comic, it's possible that this triggers memories of him walking in on God and Solomon bumping booties and perhaps doing a bit of kinky things so he doesn't want to be around that because it makes him go rabid.

But that's me having my theories.

So it cuts off here on Raph's prologue which honestly I think ran a bit longer than Mike's, but at the same time I noticed they didn't show his sprite dressed up like his card and I wonder if it's possibly because it will show up later like that with him wearing the ball gag and stuff. so i already spoilered some of the things this peculiar group of Sad Wet Men have to offer but i wanna start with the running back or as i (the name generator i ran through 437 times.) called him, duane cameron. he's a rb who got drafted in 2011 in the 2nd round bc i just can't let go of my senior citizens (terms and conditions apply i KNOW 34 isn't old) to the panthers. i don't know if they were actually in need of a rb at that time but fuck it they have one now and he's gorjus.

he's known cam (1st ovr pick yannooooo) since high school (after moving away from canada...but that's a whole thing i don't even wanna get into that) and when they got drafted to the same team cam was more enthralled by it than duane but hey he'll have to live w that now. no eli manning shenanigans you are STAYING THERE

n e ways he played for the panthers for a couple seasons and he was always in the top 10 rb conversations (from 2012 onwards bc the only thing people remember him for in 2011 is getting batista bombed by jj watt). he won opoy in 2014 for the first time and repeated in 2015. yk what also happened in 2015.

so in my last post i did mention a 2nd oc who's a social experiment. well his name is ansis knight (that was NOT my idea btw i asked my brother to give me a name for a cornerback and this is what he came up with) and he's a social experiment in the sense that he's literally german. like his dad is american and everything but the dude grew up in Heidelberg, schönste Stadt im Land.

as i said he's a cb & plays for the eagles as of right now and he's very. idk. he's a dumbass and he does things he shouldn't do a lot of the time but Never On The Field. on the field he's the most annoying little bastard (especially for qbs bc for SOME FUCKING REASON he's everything everywhere all at once and they can't escape him) and wrs have a burning hatred for him (so do i). but off the field he's just this very Peculiar Personality and nobody knows what his deal is except amon-ra bc out of all the wrs he bothers every week amon-ra gets the most of it. you can imagine how he reacted when he saw his week 1 matchup last season

not a lot of history on him bc he's still fairly new but i'll just say he's my weirdest saddest wettest football guy and i love him very a lot

i'll take away first that he's shrunk a bit (6'10 is ENOUGH, jfc) and he's an edge rusher now which means he's the biggest menace to society the world has ever seen. he was drafted by the colts in the 6th round after a solid college season (UNDERDOG STORY RAAAAHHHHH) but they traded his ass to baltimore (eheh. hey) after an...interesting 2021 season. let me explain por favor

basically, he was tackled pretty fucking hard at one point (however hard you can hit a 6'10 dude who's built like a fucking wardrobe) and hit the ground awkwardly. @ the beginning he thought it was just a concussion and bc it was right ahead of bye week, he came back the next game. in THAT game tho he collapsed on the field and when they did a scan on his ass they found that a blood vessel exploded in his brain which caused intracranial hematoma (inner bleeding in the brain for all you non googlers). my man basically died for a second and he didn't play another game afterwards, but in 2022 he came back w a vengeance and he made joe burrow's life HELL in week 5 (and the wildcard game)

i don't know why i went THAT hard on cole's injury i just thought that i was coddling these men too hard and needed one of them to SUFFER. i mean duane already did for the duration of the 2018 season but i needed PHYSICAL SUFFERING i needed there to be BLOOD.

This is based on the Momotarou Amon omake: his hobby is actually doing the laundry. Whenever he has so much stress or depression, he would handwash his own clothes and he finds peace in watching them being clean again. As he mostly dressed in white, he is also an expert in remove blood stains and dirt out of shirts

Alright imma go with Sumiyoshi in Kimetsu no Yaiba. So in KnY, there was a super strong, god-like guy Yoriichi. He accomplished many things, but he couldn't save the ones he loved the most so he thought he was worthless. Sumiyoshi and his wife were saved by Yoriichi and later they became friends. Sumiyoshi was deeply sad about the way Yoriichi thought of himself, so he decided that his family would carry Yoriichi's legacy so he won't be forgotten.

I think Yoriichi and Arima have a lot in common: they are both the strongest fighter of all time, and everyone around them thought that they are weird and lack of human emotions. They are the center of both admiration and jealousy.

But actually they've never wanted this strength: Yoriichi's biggest dream is living a simple life with his wife and children, and Arima hates himself for taking lives. They just want to find some peace. And since Yoriichi found a bit of peace in Sumiyoshi's place, I want Arima to have that too. I want him to have a good cry and then a good hot, homemade meal.

Bare with me while I indulge a little into my crybaby verse of my ships XD As much I thought there was a severe lack of Zennon in crybaby and honestly in most Devilman media! Like I would've forgiven so much if Zennon showed up in the Amon OVA or the 87-90 OVAs were able to be finished if I could see more of him! But hey we got some Zennon in crybaby and of his three human forms too! And I'm stupidly fond of Zennon's main human form and thought I'd draw the moment where in my crybaby verse Satan and Zennon are reunited and Zennon wants to get their relationship back to where it was before the war with Heaven, but Satan has become colder in his time through his war against God and the time loops his father cursed him with, and the thought of love being the last thing on his mind. It doesn't help that before their big sleep Satan's and Zennon's relationship was very troubled with Zennon's growing insecurity and erratic and Satan trying to appease his mate all of the time so they didn't lose their allies they needed to fight for their right to exist. And thus Satan at this point barely remembers the love he had with Zennon but all of the difficulties they had, and also it didn't help Akira made for a better lover than Zennon sooooo, maybe Zennon's hopeful romantic reunion won't go as planned. Or will Satan attempt to warm himself up to the demon he had once affectionately refer to as the King of his heart? You decide!

And once I've gotten the commission I'm working on done, I'll be sure to make a happier Satan/Zennon piece cause they deserve it. :3
