Prompt 16 - Arrange

Previous part First part

Regulus hadn’t realised how many death eaters were in the castle. They were vastly outnumbered. Bellatrix pushed her way to the front of the group. Her wand firmly pointed at Regulus.

“I thought I told you not to touch anything!” He yelled as he spun around to face Remus. The young werewolf stood there holding a giant moonstone, looking sheepish.

“Sorry,” He said, ducking his head. “Moonstone. I couldn’t resist.”

“Put-it-back!” Regulus growled at him. Remus put the moonstone back in its case, fumbling it and nearly dropping it. Regulus was impressed that Remus had made himself look inept. Those in the room would probably start underestimating him.

Regulus turned back to face his cousin.

“Bella, I apologise for this idiot’s actions. I admit I neglected to keep an eye on him. I was looking for that extraordinary dagger you brought back from France when we were younger. I was always fascinated by the pattern on the hilt, and I thought it might be in here.” He looked around interestedly for good measure.

Bellatrix’s scowl disappeared from her face, and a genuine smile replaced it.

“It is in the cabinet over there.” She pointed to one of the glass cases on the opposite wall. Regulus allowed his eyes to light up.

“May I?” She nodded at him, raising her wand and removing the ward from it. He plucked the dagger from its stand and ran his finger over the swirling pattern on its handle.

“It is yours, cousin,” Bellatrix beamed at him as she shooed the others out of the room. “On one condition,” She looked at him pointedly. Regulus waited for her to continue. “You use it on Sirius,” She grinned nastily at him. “Make sure he realises it’s mine.” Regulus could feel a bead of sweat forming on his brow as he fought to keep his mask in place.

“I’m sure I can arrange that, Bella.” He let the corner of his mouth lift into a sort of smile. Bellatrix jumped up and down, clapping her hands.

“What is going on, Bella?” Voldemort’s voice sounded, sending a chill through Regulus. He didn’t know if Voldemort knew his Horcrux was in this room or not. Bellatrix spun around and fell to the floor as she curtsied as low as she could.

“I apologise for the combustion, My Lord. Regulus’s pet got drawn in by the moonstone.” They all turned their gazes to Remus. Remus kept his head bent and his eyes on the floor.

“And what do you have to say about that, Mr Lupin?” Voldemort asked, his eyes narrowing as he spotted the cup.

“Sorry,” Remus tried, but Voldemort’s attention was no longer on him.

“Bella, I thought I told you I wanted this in your vault.” Voldemort hissed. Bellatrix went pale.

“My Lord, forgive me, please.”

“Why is it still here, Bella?” Regulus watched as he slipped his wand out of his robes. He caught Bellatrix shaking out of the corner of his eye.

“I’m sorry, My Lord. Rodolphus wanted to display it—” Anything else she had been going to say was cut off by her screams as Voldemort hit her with the Cruciatus curse.

“See that it is moved. Today.” He removed the spell and ignored Bellatrix’s whimpering. “Regulus, would you join me in the drawing room?” He didn’t wait for an answer and swept out of the room. Regulus spared one look at his cousin, who managed to wave him away.

“Lupin.” He said before following Voldemort out of the room.

His insides were in turmoil. He hoped that Voldemort couldn’t sense that the Horcrux was now in this room and that it had followed him through the house.

He sat when told and listened as well as he could to the discussions in the room.

“My brother has not yet revealed himself. We believe the order has him in a safe house of some sort. We doubt they know that we are aware of his survival, but Remus here is narrowing down the possible locations.”

Strangely, Voldemort had accepted that excuse and seemed happy with their progress. The meeting didn’t last long, and they were able to leave quickly. Bellatrix hadn’t reappeared, but one of the other death eaters whispered to him that she’d rushed out saying something about Gringotts. At least that was one less thing for them to worry about.

Regulus had taken to using the Order’s way of apparating to random places before his true destination to throw off anyone following him. So, four stops later, they were back at Evan’s.

Sirius was sat on the bed while Pandora kneeled behind him, fiddling with his hair. He already had a dozen or so delicate blue flowers woven into his curls, and Pandora was adding more and twisting some of his hair into intricate plaits. Remus stroked one of the flowers, and Regulus heard him whisper.

“You look beautiful.” Before he pressed a kiss onto Sirius’s reddening cheek.

“So, how did it go?” Evan asked, scowling at his sister. He and Barty had been forced onto the floor.

James came to stand beside him and worriedly looked at the scowl on Regulus’s face.

Regulus pulled the cup out of his pocket and tossed it to Evan, who peered at it until his eyes went wide.

“How did you get this?”

“Bella had it in her collections room.” Barty took the cup from Evan's hands, and his mouth dropped open.

“That arrogant bastard. I can’t believe you just took it out from under what’s left of his nose.” Regulus let a huge smirk take over his face.

“Hogwarts, next then?” James said as he pulled Regulus into his arms.

“Hogwarts next.” He repeated, grinning at James. Just like that, they had another Horcrux.

First of all, i wish you happy holidays and a happy new year! U.N. Owen Was Her was the song that got me into Touhou in the first place, so i have always loved the song a lot, and it's true that there are a lot of arranges of it already, but i felt like i could bring something new to the table by playing around with what the song could be molded into, just like i did in 2018 for Cirno's theme for Cirno Day, i wanted to experiment with how Flandre's theme could be changed to be new and fresh, yet while still being recogniseable and familiar, so i wanted to aim for a Touhou 12-ish inspired style, focussing on some of my favourite elements from that game's music, such as the jazz elements like the progressive time signatures, abundance of key changes, and a bigger emphasis on instruments like the hybrid saw and reed romance on the SD-90, in a way, the saw waves here serves kind of like a replacement for Flandre's usual square waves, which is a bit of a metaphor for the arrange as a whole; a new and different take on Flandre's theme, but also trying to respect the nostalgia and uniqueness of what made UFO's music feel fun and memorable. There are a lot of references and leitmotifs hidden thorough the arrange, can you find them all? ААА или зачем кричать на тестирование?

AAA - это аббревиатура, означающая Arrange-Act-Assert. Это паттерн (последовательность действий) для создания тестов.

Arrange - Упорядочить. Первым делом создаются необходимые объекты для проведения теста. Например, если вы тестируете разницу двух чисел, то сначала их надо указать.

Act - Действовать. Название говорит само за себя, здесь совершается тестируемое действие. Если продолжать говорить про разницу двух чисел, то на этом этапе они отнимаются друг от друга

Assert - Утверждать. Теперь результат действий проверяется и делаются выводы: пройден тест успешно или нет.

Пример теста:
