I use to never take the time to warm up properly. Now i won't do anything until i'm good and ready. Even if the class has done its warm up and i'm not ready, i'll just continue on my own till I'm limbered up. Or If i walk in late, like i do very often, i still won't rush in until i'm warmed up. As an older athlete, you have to do everything you can to avoid getting injured unnecessarily. It's a little more work but it's work you should have been doing all along. Most older guys get injured and stop, i get injured and find a way back. You can come back from almost anything if you're willing to put in the effort. I've done Shambhala meditation at the Shambhala Center in Chicago
I've done Hot Vinyasa Yoga in Apple Valley, Minnesota
I've tried QI Gong
And then five martial arts -- Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, BJJ, and American Kenpo
Adding Barre, Pilates, Tai Chi and Capoeira gets me to a total of 12 of these experiences.
So, that's what I'm doing for starters. I don't think I'll be continuing with Barre or Pilates, as I seem to most enjoy muscle-building and striking activities, but I'm not ruling them out, and I'm certainly interested in learning a few tips and tricks from them.
If i ever get more into code-switching, it would even be nice to use barre to feel like a princess. I'm sure other ideas will come to mind when I'm immersed in 20 minutes of it.

rustcohle LZ — 2023/09/26 13:45 9.25: 起床后调闹钟到10点多, 一直赖到十点多喝了阿华田+咖啡, 11点开会到12点. 于是吃昨天的chipotle, + 蛋白粉, 继续玩电脑. 2点开会到3点, 有三件事情做. 3点半开始睡觉到5点, 起床后脑子回响起 王菀之小团圆的歌词,于是搜索到黄伟文,于是看了乐评,于是搜索到黄伟文 inspired by 的张爱玲, 于是看了张爱玲生平. 下午倒垃圾, 晚上吃姐姐给我带的菜, 白菜猪骨豆腐+ 罐头生蚝+ 白饭, 吃完之后聊discord, 有吃雪糕+ 酸奶,到八点多开始看av, 看了一半 鸡鸡硬度不够不想撸了, 看了一小时. 于是打开游戏直播, 边看倪匡的'头发', 给我妈打电话, 现在继续看头发, 收拾房间, 等下上床看看张爱玲 rustcohle LZ — 2023/09/26 22:34 9.26:七点多自然醒觉得有蜈蚣在床上乱拍, 但并没有; 曾经有一次拍了, 把它的几条腿拍下来了, 本体走掉了,自从那次后, 就经常出现有蜈蚣的幻觉. 于是听 黄耀明+yoga的亲爱的玛嘉烈, 我这么容易爱人, 看discord, 11点开会但我现在困了, 我 要睡了 没睡到,朋友让我帮忙问airline的事。11点-1点工作,做方便面+3鸡蛋+罐头三文鱼、吃完继续工作。两点半午睡。睡到一半boss一个信息吵醒我,data field mapping的事,nmb。 4点多醒了,刷牙刮胡子带隐形眼镜, 地铁搭2个于是就到拳馆, 练hamstring + chest, 很多器材是坏的. 路上撞到一个走路去的印度哥, 20岁,打了个招呼. 7点上BJJ课,那个白人混血, 那脚趾晶莹剔透, 蓝指甲,皮肤滑嫩没有一点皱褶,这就是生活中的'leonardo DiCaprio', 极度好看的人, 的人生就如游乐场所. 雪嫩的皮肤,又光滑又像雪花一样白, 高又细的鼻子, 刀削的窄脸, 锋利的 下颌角,大眼睛, 雪嫩的手脚, 这, 就是神在人间. 这,就是非人, 这就是'氪金玩家'. 下课了, 我的partner 一股味道, 上课的学习的招式好难, 好累. 洗了个澡, 回家, 买了麦当劳. rustcohle LZ — 2023/09/28 04:30 9.27: 八点多被teams 的叮 ,叮醒了, 于是继续睡, 每15分钟醒一次因为怕miss 11 点的meeting, 于是喝了阿华田+咖啡+抹茶, 抽电子烟, 11点的meeting同事迟到20分钟, 12点也有事情, 然后任务分配完后. 12点多煮鸡蛋+三文鱼罐头+生蚝罐头+ 冷饭, + frozen veggie,吃完之后今天就来到了1400卡左右. 今天又不想锻炼了, 现在看看yt, 休息一下,晚上再干, 可能睡个觉.五点多睡醒、又到吃饭时间.睡觉前又是撸了一发, 射的时候停住了, 果然就没有平时那么累.感觉每次撸完只要射的时候放手, 只会射一点出来,硬度还会在,不一会就勃起了. 晚上继续看访问,看倪匡的凤凰台访问,看歌曲分析, 如陀飞轮, 于是九点多干了一点活儿之后, 出门到公园做了几组pull up 以及 row, 于是去超市买雪糕鸡蛋酸奶. 有个黑人小鬼进来了, 我对他避而远之. 黑东西一看就是criminal! 回到家, 打算看看剧, 看看文昭, 上床继续看'头发'. rustcohle LZ — 2023/09/29 02:23 9.28: 昨天很晚都睡不着,3点起来抽大麻之后才睡着的. 今天早上一堆东西,好累好忙, 刚开完一小时会. 吃个饭, 做一个document做完午睡.午睡后,听黄伟文演唱会到5:45, 去 搞gracie BJJ, 有个混血梅姐, 超直挺挺高鼻, 大眼小脸, 手脚都是修长滑皮,是配套的美女. 跟一个很强的partner去学习sparring, 混血梅姐 的脚趾, 甲型长, 皮肤嫩, 又细 又长, '全身都是宝',俗话说的好. 下课后回到家附近 5组quad + 7组肩部, 回家吃方便面+猪扒饭 rustcohle LZ — 2023/09/30 02:24 9.29: 九点多, 开始一个困难的meeting,很烦的事情,但是我最后的结论是 等待某人的东西,所以不用管, 11 点到12点, meet了另一个meeting. 完事之后, 我今晚约了姐姐做爱,微信跟姐姐说让她穿旗袍. 姐姐祝我中秋快乐, 姐姐今天去拜山了. 我想日姐姐,干死姐姐,约了九点. 现在吃个饭,午睡一下, 4点半跟京爷锻炼, 大概6点坐车去姐姐家附近,然后吃麦当劳,9点做爱. 4点45分跟北京爷锻炼, 6组背6组三头. 然后走去车战走了30min,省下3.3刀, 去到姐姐家附近解决吃饭问题, 吃了chicken shawarma , 在一个教堂下想坐下吃,结果突然灯亮了, 我抬头望见摄像头, 就离开了. 于是在姐姐家门口吃饭, 八点50分左右上楼, 今天玩了脚, 女上,传教士, spooning, 后入都玩了, 做完爱之后按摩了下, 洗澡买麦当劳,坐公交车回家. 有个新的人入住我家,印度阿叉. rustcohle LZ — 2023/10/01 11:16 9:30: 十点多左右起床,把剩下的chicken shawarma加热, 喝30g蛋白质,于是戴隐形眼镜,很痛,手没洗干静. 就去拳馆了, 走了一条特别的路, 做过了一个站但是 塞翁失马焉知非福, 看地图横跨了火车轨道跟秘密又密密的丛林,直接来到了gym,又开发了一条僻径! 上课, 今天学习的是 Rear clinch 还有punch block series 5 后的一系列脚步动作. 混血神仙颜值女没来. 之后,开始练习 5 set of hamstringg + 7 sets of shoulder , 3点结束 吃chicken teriyaki, 然后小休息片刻, 约半套,今天想要的是 大腿处夹住我抽插, 俗称股交+ 足交. 5月后就没见过这个半套小姐姐. 于是去银行休息片刻, 拿了1400刀,下个月的嫖资. 于是坐巴士, 到了站, 在小姐姐楼下等了一个多小时,听刘仲敬说孙中山的事情. 今天足交射不出来, 最后打飞机出来的. 被玩了奶头, 也玩了站着股交,但是不是很舒服. 射了之后, 满足的回家, 下地铁有个 神仙颜值, 搭讪0.5秒失败被印度傻逼盯着我看, 于是我走开到站台的边缘, 回到家做ground beef + veggie + tomato paste + ketchup + potato starch + soya sauce + oyster sauce + pepper + sugar + salt + canned oyster + black pepper sauce,应该就这么多.
