One day, Fwhip decided to go on a fishing trip to find an atling, but after months of fishing with no success, Fwhip decided to head home, but when he came back, he found that the house he and his sister resided in was empty. After asking some villagers what happened, he learned that his sister was killed by a vampire who took her head as a trophy, after that, Fwhip made an oath to never let any villager die at the hands of anyone on the server.

Whispers in the River Mist - A Serene Morning in a Small Fishing Village

There is tranquility and simplicity etched into every brick building, wooden bench, and weathered storefront sign. Despite technological advancements beyond these village limits, there seems no rush towards progress in this secluded haven. Even time flows slower; one mustn't disturb the balance of nature and those dwelling beneath her protective veil. Here in this idyllic spot, there exists timelessness and immunity from societal burdens. It would make the perfect escape for any jaded city dweller yearning for simpler times in calmer days.

Having been too focused on fiddling with the key to her apartment that was being temperamental yet again, the blonde nearly jumped but settled for immediately straightening up at the sound of someone speaking beside her. Head turning in his direction, her eyes followed up to find a very unexpected surprise. Not only was he of a quite the large build compared to her own, but his face definitely had striking features that matched that of a shark.

. However, that wasn't really what had taken her aback, what was really surprising to her was the fact he was talking to her. As much as she had done her best to quietly and carefully assimilate herself into the village since she was staying there for the time being, she hadn't quite set up the rapport with the locals that she had hoped. At least not in the area she was staying at, most tended to keep themselves here which made her intel job a bit harder.

The blonde quickly bowed her head before smiling at him as she ceased fiddling with her door's lock, "Oh, hi, heh. Sorry, I was so distracted with this lock that I got a bit startled by your voice. I did notice someone was moving in but I've learned not to pry---I'm Ino, by the way--- and you are?"

#so the idea that popped into my mind was that ino was currently staying in the mist whilst she completed an undercover mission on the #outskirts of the village per the permission of the mizukage-#which causes her to run into him after he decided to return as a fisherman #I know she hasn't encountered him before so she'd only really know of him from hearsay probably #and she probably wouldn't jump to conclusion right away ; so for now he's just the Really Tall dude living next door sjsj #especially since for all she knows the person that fits that description died #I hope this works ; let me know if you want something different!

Fwhip is the leader of his village, but most of the citizens think he's crazy. He's always talking about sea monsters he's encountered, or any monsters frankly but he likes to talk about the water dwellers more, but of course no one believes him. Why would they? There's no way a half human half axolotl creature exists, let alone two. And there's no way he got electrocuted by two thunder gods in the same week. And don't get Fhwip started on the angel that gave him wheat. Not to mention some other unrealistic stories he has. The villagers think he's lost his mind, but at least he's the one making the houses.
