This bad boy was started on the third of November, and finished on the seventh. In total, there are thirty panels (all of which were drawn separately).

A good chunk of N's dialogue near the end came to me after I did some improv to figure out what he should say. I have since dubbed it "N's Failure Monologue."

running around in circles. nimona and ballister. do you get it. she wakes up from a nightmare and immediately calms down when he comforts her because she trusts him. he quite literally jumps off a balcony because he knows she’ll catch him. she tells him what shapeshifting feels like. lets him bandage her leg. he’s absolutely overjoyed when he sees her again at the end. he goes from rejecting her to accepting her to begging her to come back to rejoicing when she does. not only does she come back to life but she comes back to HIM. to her HOME. SHE FINDS HIM AGAIN IN ANOTHER LIFETIME. SHE GOES BACK TO HIM ON PURPOSE. DO YOU GET IT.

Between filming and documenting so much death and destruction, and working so hard to stay alive, Ismail Jood films Motaz Azaiza singing a song by famous singer faya younan. Thinking about the fact that in Peter's head it was him at May's side sobbing I'm sorry. Thinking about how "with great power comes great responsibility" can never be separated from the guilt Peter feels. Thinking about how that guilt extends to May. How it extends to Ben. How it cripples Peter so much that he tells Miles that he can't do this again. Thinking about Peter's voice as he'd begged Harry to fight - pleaded with him to not make him do this. Thinking about how when consumed with the symbiote Peter had screeched out I'm the hero, I don't get saved! Thinking about how that's not just pride, how that's not just responsibility, how it's guilt. How it's always been Peter and the weight of the world, the life of his loved ones, and their blood on his hands. And now it's Harry's and Peter just breaks. anyways, orochimaru really stays winning huh .. i think its quite funny the way he's the only villain on naruto who isnt primarily motivated by some kind of tragedy, he just mainly wants power and knowledge and immortality and he's the most sicko freak of them all, there's no underlying altruistic intention or anything to his actions. its all personal gain-motivated but then at the same time, he's also the only one who just gets off scot-free? lol. he's the only one out of the villains who ends up successfully reaching his goals. obito (dies), madara (fucking explodes into an alien and dies) as well as the other big villains, they all end up failing and/or giving up on their goals. orochimaru doesnt manage to attain sasuke's body i guess but .. he at some point just decides that he's done enough evil shit now and then he gets back to konoha and has a chill life there lol.

okay, but where's my steddie AU where steve wants to learn to play guitar to impress a girl he's infatuated with and he remembers that munson kid was always hanging up posters for his weird band at school, so he hikes out to eddie's usual dealing spot behind the track and asks (with far less groveling than he really should have) if eddie will teach him how to play, and obviously eddie says no because why would he want to help king steve, but of course, steve offers to pay him, $20 a week, and well, that's the kind of get-the-hell-out-of-this-shithole-town cash eddie really can't afford to refuse, so fine, he'll teach steve to play and they'll spend inordinate amounts of time together tucked away in eddie's room and they'll start to see that they have more in common than they thought and that they kind of had each other all wrong, and eddie will put his hand over steve's to help him get the placement for a tricky chord and it totally won't awaken anything in either of them?? where is it??

…Headcanon that the next time Kaveh gets in trouble in desert (where he is on a research trip with Alhaitham) and is lost/separated from his companion, the three desert foxes come to his help out of nowhere and lead him back to Alhaitham.

When they are back and Alhaitham listens to Kaveh telling him about how the foxes helped him, one of the aforementioned foxes intensely stares Alhaitham dead in the eyes. Alhaitham stares back at it, and after a few moments barely noticeably nods.

For the sake of his (exhausted after a whole day in the desert) sanity Kaveh asks no questions. Alhaitham acts like nothing happened. The foxes return to the desert the next day when they depart.

A silent “We entrust the good human to you. Please, take care of him,” remains a small secret between the desert and the scribe (as well as a request he will gladly see to).

not to be that person but studio bones could and would change the ending of bungou stray dogs if they so desired. how do i know you ask? because that’s what they did with fullmetal alchemist and soul eater.

#the fma manga was being simultaneously released along w the anime and when the author couldn’t keep up w the deadlines #bones veered off and gave the anime a completely different ending #it wasn’t until 2009 that they decided to do a remake of the series to keep it canon w the manga and its ending #not complaining bc fma 03 was one of the greatest things i’ve ever watched but #my biggest fear is that they’ll actually let dazai die and have chuuya destroy everything and die himself #bones loved giving fma 03 the most heart wrenching horrible ending #having edward die in the final battle having the elric brothers separated in different timelines #nothing is too tragic for studio bones. nothing is so inherently implausible that they wouldn’t think of doing it.#i am. i am not prepared for wednesday. this could just be our last episode😭#manifesting stormbringer or smth of that sort i am actually sobbing at bones’s feet #perhaps they’ll animate another light novel and leave the main plot altogether? and then revisit it in s6 (i’m delusional)#bungou stray dogs
