Friend, God is working all things for your good! (Romans 8:28)
Jesus said to Peter when He washed the disciples' feet, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand.” (John 13:7, ESV)
Isaiah 55:8‭-‬9 says that God's thoughts and ways are far above our human understanding, “My thoughts and my ways are not like yours. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, my thoughts and my ways are higher than yours” (CEV). But we don't need to understand, only trust in the goodness of God!
God's promises are written in His Word and can be claimed in faith when needed. Who God is shines through His Word. God is faithful; God is perfect love; He never lies; He never changes, He works ALL THINGS for good.
Feelings, circumstances, situations and seasons change, but God doesn't ever change. (Mal 3:6, Num 23:19, Heb 13:8).
Friend, if you don't understand, it's okay, because God understands. God sees the bigger picture. He sees the past, present and future, He sees the missing pieces of the jigsaw puzzle. God knows the end of the story. God knows what He's doing.
God will never let you suffer needlessly, because He is faithful love and He loves you deeply, so God always has a purpose for your pain. God will only allow your struggles and your pain because He has good reasons that He will reveal to you later on. Something good WILL come from everything you go through on your journey. Stay faithful. God will reward your faithfulness! (Matt 25:21, Col 3:23-24, Rom 2:6, 1 Cor 15:58, Gal 6:9)
Friend, stay strong, keep praying, trust God and don't give up. You may not understand why you're going through what you're going through, but God does and He is faithful! God has a really good plan for your life! Amen! 🙌

you know God is molding you when you give thanks for a certain situation that felt like the end of the world taking place bc you realize it aided in your growth and resilience and simply had to happen in order for you to know better, thus experience better. when you finally realize the purpose behind certain things and stop feeling sorry for yourself, it's amazing. i almost wanna hug the person who hurt me. all things truly work together for my greater good babeyy. 😎

Shift by Julie Arduini

I have a prayer partner and dear friend who was living a comfortable life with her family in October. A week or so later her husband received a job opportunity that was obvious it was something they needed to pursue. They prayed, we prayed, and by Christmas the husband was established in the new job in another state, their house closed in the original state, they moved into their rental and last…

“Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered, it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;” —1 Corinthians 13:4-6 (NASB)
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” —John 3:16 (NASB1995)
“The Power of Love” By In Touch Ministries:
“God offers His love to every person, no matter their past—and He wants us to do the same.”
“Today’s passage tells us that love doesn’t “rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth” (v. 6). In other words, God doesn’t want His children to turn a blind eye to sin. Yet at the same time, Christians are to look for ways to help unbelievers discover the Father’s love for them.
The Lord lovingly created each of us, and even though we’re all sinners who have fallen short, we have the potential to be made into something good. He considers even the most evil and corrupt person worth saving. How do we know this is true? Because in the first verse we teach our school children, Christ said that whoever believes in His Son will have eternal life (John 3:16). And why would He do this? The answer’s in the same Because God loves us. There is nothing we can do to deserve His love. God doesn’t work that way. He loves every single person, no matter how awful his or her sin may be.
The Lord extends His care, His mercy, and His salvation to anybody who wants it. He keeps no record of wrongs. He loves without conditions. And He wants us to love others in the same way.”

God looks on the heart is often used as a comforting verse and there is much truth to that but let us remember that if we harbor evil in our heart God will judge that.
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Matthew 5:28
Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
1 John 3:15
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isaiah 14:13
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
1 Samuel 16:7
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah 17:10
