2012 and Rise TMNT Crossover Masterpost

I love it how in most crossover fanfics with one or the other iterations of the TMNT and ROTTMNT the main cause of the whole ‘crossing universes’ usually almost always leads back to Rise Donnie messing with portal/Multiverse technology.

Because admit it if anyone could and would break the Multiverse it would be Rise Donnie.

Like whenever I come across a new fic I can just imagine him turning on a gigantic machine that’s glowing and sparking and all his brothers terrified behind him while he’s just:

“IT’S EITHER I BREAK SCIENCE OR SCIENCE BREAKS ME, AND DAD DIDN’T RAISE A LITTLE BITCH!”

And then he just screws everyone over and breaks the multiverse.

I want to see a fanfic of Casey "just fucking time travelled" Jones absolutely losing his balls over simple things such as birds, cotton candy, ice cream, trees even(how many trees did we see in the future?? How many??) And being fascinated by shopping malls and all the clothes in them, flowers FLOWERS, butterflies, ants on the sidewalk. Ofcourse he is no caveman he understands how all this works and it wont take him time to get used to it but BOY IS THIS DIFFERENT IN THE BEST WAY. What may save you..according to your rising sign…

Disclaimer, my opinion

Gemini Rising: the right kind of information. Especially information about navigating relationships, or advice from people you’re close to. Also maintaining your own personality in relationships.

Cancer Rising: Developing resilience and creating healthy habits to cope with your emotions, also Discipline. And doing things you know you have to do without excuses. Also communicate your needs directly, no need to manipulate people to give you pity. Just ask them to hold a safe space and be compassionate to you in that moment.

Libra Rising: Being confident about confrontation or creating separation if it means protecting yourself. Being around people which soothe your nervous system. I’ve noticed Libra risings can have anger issues , or suppressed anger they need to learn how to communicate in a healthy way instead of just blowing up at people or saying things they don’t mean.

Aquarius Rising: Not seeing people as lesser than you because they don’t know about certain topics or because they don’t do the things you do. Someone whos into men and have Mars Square/Opposite Juno(3) might attract the complete opposite of what they are attracted to. For example someone with Scorpio Mars Square Leo Juno wants a confident, open and funny partner, but they only attract the mysterious , sneaky, obsessive kind of men. Or vice versa.

People with Lilith 3rd house 🤝 having issues with their car.

Something Ive noticed, wont be true for everyone tho: The difference between Neptunian Venuses (Venus aspecting Neptune/Pisces Venus) and Saturnian Venuses (Saturn aspecting Venus/Capricorn Venus) is that saturnian Venus expects the same perfection from themselves as they expect from a partner while Neptunian Venuses be expecting to marry Beyonce while looking like Shrek.

Neptunian Venuses dream too much and have unrealistic and high standards. Saturnian Venuses have high standards but they are realistic. They dont want a fairytail princess bc they know it doesnt exist, they want someone who looks good on paper and they usually look good on paper themselves.

Saturnian Venuses can also be satisfied with someone who hasnt made it yet as long as they know the person is ambitious and will make it in the end, while neptune energy wants to be saved by someone who already made it.

Mars conjunct Midheaven be having a lot of public beefs. Or might be known for being a winner or ruthless. Beyonce for example got Mars in the 10th house and everyone who messed with her and Jay Z just magically disappeared from the spotlight.

i often see virgo placements having stomach issues but has anyone ever talked about gemini’s and their stomach issues?

to my scorpio moon babies, how bad were your cramps growing up? i remember having nights where i’d be rolling in bed and contorting in any position to ease the pain of them

leo moons are ones with lion mane like hair— big in appearance and in most cases really thick

libra in big 3, specifically libra risings are often close to their parents or will try their best to maintain a good relationship to them— even if it means having to make sacrifices on their end

aries mars you guys do thorough research when it comes to finding the best of anything especially when it involves spending money

sagittarius in big three makes you an effortlessly entertaining story teller

your mars sign could indicate what type of driver you are on the road

1st house aquarius/uranus placements often do something different from the rest, theres a need to stand out and often not it manifests in unique approaches and creativity

7th house stelliums are (if not absolutely) hyper-dependent when it comes to relationships, and it doesn’t have to be romantic ones. theres a deep desire to be close with at least one person they know they can trust and rely on with everything whether its a friend, partner, or family member.

Astro notes based on my experiences

Leo suns are clumsy, because we get caught up in feeling like the main character and end up slipping or tripping. But since everything we do is flashy and flamboyant -- we always fall in some dramatic way.

Aires go from being mature stick-in-the-muds and serious to really laid back and funny. its a good balance

speaking of balance, Capricorns love to spend money. if you see their closets you might wonder how they grab a outfit in time.

taurus + taurus suns work well as far as relationships go.

Pisces- why ya'll ignore me 'till I bring up that one thing you know you did AND STILL SAY YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. 😭

Pisces is a bit mean to Aires at times.

'Scorpio moons are the most mischievous people I know.

Leo risings when underdeveloped are hysterical and sensitive.

Aires risings are closed off but big softies, and Sagittarius risings are the real outlaws of the group. how do I know? my dad's a Sagittarius rising, my sis is a Leo rising and I'm the Aires rising.

Cancer placements are not cry babies. There's a reason why it hurts when a crab pinches you/ fights back. And cancer placements love to keep track of everything. Like that one time you did that one thing you don't want people to know about? They'll bring it up if you strike the wrong chord with them.

Aquarius moons---ok, like ya'll are precious! also your humor is all over the place.

You have something that Raph needs. He’s been tracking you for months and he knows that you have a piece of the armor he needs for the resurrection of the Shredder.

And he’s never been one for plans, so…

He breaks in through your window.

You scream and then he screams and you’re holding on with an impressive grip on the armor piece and….

And you’re…. you’re so… cute. He suddenly lets go of the glove and you go flying back, knocking your head against the wall. He lets out an eep and rushes over, cradling your head.

You look pretty freaked out at his change of heart and he doesn’t blame you.

How he’s going to explain this to the Foot Lieutenant and the Foot Brute, he has no idea.

They take your introduction pretty well. So do you, by how you actually willingly hand over the glove.

But… your reaction when you find out about the Shredder at the baseball game destroys any loyalty he has left for the Foot Clan. He can’t bear to see that terrified expression on your face when you look at him.

Leo may have snuck up to the part of the hotel Big Mama told him to stay away from. But how could she blame him? People watching was his favorite past time! Who better to watch than some stupid humans?

And when his eyes landed on you, he just knew he had to have you. He wouldn’t regret it even when Big Mama punished him. If he hadn’t have snuck up to the floors above ground, he wouldn’t never seen you.

And anyways, his was birthday was coming up… and Big Mama said he could have anything he wanted. He grinned to himself, deciding to sneak into your room that night to ‘introduce’ himself. He’d leave a sticky note and scare you. Just a little.

Big Mama adored you. She gave you all these clothes so that you could look as perfect as her and Leo. She used for entertainment for the other Yokai, even when Leo glared on with jealously.

Soon enough, she was going to get her hands on some mysterious green ooze from three other turtles that looked suspiciously like Leo. As long as Leo didn’t find out about it, you would be the perfect test subject. And wouldn’t it be so sweet to see a lover’s quarrel in the Battle Nexus? She giggles at the thought.

Donatello has been bugged by you for a while.

In one of his rare outings to New York, obviously not letting Draxum know, he had run into you. He had been trying to break into a tech store and then you had appeared behind him.

He broke your nose but he hadn’t been left i scratched.

Then he just kept running into you again and again. He was half inclined just to kill you, but he feels like it would annoy him more with how much effort that would be towards someone like you.

You were annoying and just as mean as he was to you. It irritated him whenever you came back with a comment just as sharp as what he gave you.

One day, in one of his complaining rants to Mikey, Draxum overheard. Even though Donnie denied that it, Draxum was convinced he had a crush on a pathetic human. So, he decided he would kill you. As if you were nothing. Just scum on the Earth. All so Donnie wouldn’t be ‘distracted’ any longer. By that he meant he just wanted Donnie to work insane hours so Draxum wouldn’t have to work as hard.

And Donnie… couldn’t let that happen. He wouldn’t let a single hair on you be injured.

There’s an angry turtle staring you down. Michelangelo and you had run into each other. One looking beat up and the other looking flabbergasted.

“You’re a… turtle?!”

Suddenly, you’re wrapped up in chains. That burnt badly.

“Ow!” you shriek and suddenly, just as quickly as they had come, they vanished. Big brown guilty eyes stare at you.

His face twitches before it turns disgusted. “Ugh. You smell disgusting.”

He was talking about the smell of your brunt skin. You glared at him angrily before seeing how bashed up he was. “What… happened to you?”

He was very reluctant to follow you home. And he kept asking you weird questions about other green turtles. Had you ever seen anyone that looked like him? Where? When? All these questions while you tried to stick a bandaid on him.

He also didn’t hold back on his mean comments about the human race. But as long as he sat still as you tried to rub the ash and debris off of him, you just let him talk.

Quickly, he warms up to you. It’s as if he never hated humans. He enjoys learning about everything you do and seeing all of what New York has to offer. He knows you can never meet Draxum. And even though he’s getting suspicious the more he leaves and the longer he’s out, Mikey continues to see you.

OH MY GOD EVERYONE LOOK AT ME I JUST WATCHED MUTANT MAYHEM YK THE MOVIE AND WOW I LIKED IT I WOULD HAVE TO SAY...MIKEY OR DONNIE IS MY FAVORITE AND AHHH I LOVED THE ART I WAS SCREAMING WHEN MIKEY SAID COWABUNGA

Anyway, on further notice, the April x Leo...we will see how I feel about it. I felt a little stingy after seeing 2012 Donnie and April; it practically was the same scene. but nevertheless, I will be willing to give this a shot! My guy leo deserves love and he is a teenager! So of course he would fall for someone. Of course.

Ahem. Moving on, at first I was kind of shocked at how squeaky (no offense) Donnies voice was, but it kinda grew on me after the end of the movie. i mean cmon, JUST LOOK AT HIM.

Of course his voice grew on me. Anyways I really liked the art style. First of all, it was so creative, especially how colorful it was! I mean, did you see Superfly at the arcade when he was with turtles? LOOK AT THAT EXPLOSION OF COLORS

Also the SONGS???? ABSOLUTELY ALL FUCKING BANGERS I KNEW ALL OF THEM (the ones with lyrics yk) I NEED MORE CONTENT OMFGGG AHHH AND ALSO they ACT like teenagers (no hate to Rise they did it great as well or any other version of tmnt its just it kinda felt a little more for adluts at times or mature but thats just me dont attack me ) BUT LIKE THEY EMBRACED WHAT GEN Z IS AND ALSO THEY ACT LIKE JUST SOME FUCKING GUYS IN NEW YORK (I only confirmed that information with my cousin who lives in New York I'm taking her word for but of course take everything i say with a grain of salt.)

Personally, I'm still down with my girl APRIL ONEIL! I liked their April! I personally still LOVE Rise April more then mutant mayhems but thats juust me being biased of course! But I love how they continued with the "April is like their sister" thing and am glad they made Splinter more of a father-like rise which I EAT UP they did great!

Also while I watched the beginning I noticed how early they brought Baxter stockman up. I was confused at first but later understood but that my dear readers begs the question

Is he still alive?

Well, the movie kind of makes it look like he IS dead, but in the scene where they had him, they just took him in with them, so does that mean he is still alive? Will he come back to his mutant family?? How will he react to Superfly, his first kid, being presumably dead?

questions and more questions or should I say curiouser and curiouser? (I'm sorry.)

Also, did any of you notice while they played the credits that THEY DREW MASTER SPLINTER FROM THE ROTTMNT?? I can't get the image now, but as soon as I do, I WILL SHOW YOU GUYS

I also love the references to the old turtles in the credits and, I think, some of the movie scenes.

And they also gave back Raph's sai's! Maybe they didn't want to upset the ahem uptight fans that are afraid of change, to completely tear down their movie (yes, I'm targeting you). (I saw what you did to rise. It was just a new weapon IT WASNT THAT FUCKING SERIOUS) But of course, if that was just their preference and choice, then that's cool too!

Anyway, that's enough from me. This post is going to get way too long if I keep going, i might overload your brains haha!

Final thoughts:

All in all, it was a fantastic film that I enjoyed watching. It was SO worth the year I had to wait for. (Don't ask me to elaborate, please.) Should you watch it if you want to get introduced to TMNT? YES! Should you watch it if you are already a fan of TMNT, who is a nice person who isn't afraid of change??? Yes, you should!

I promise, you will love it! or at least, like it somewhat, no pressure!

Often times people talk about how aquarius are always ghosting and how awful that feels but have u ever been ghosted by a leo ?? Like aquarius do it bc they need their alone time every now and then, but leo ... leo be doing it on purpose like they want to make sure you noticed that they're no longer interested . And its incredibly weird that such a small thing can turn them off instantly that makes them never want to talk to u again without giving any explanation. This applies to sun/venus/mars signs.

People with their venus square pluto natal usually attract that same scorpio energy to them and it's very common to have people obsessed w them. In synastry it kinda plays the same role but with more intensity from the pluto person.

Capricorns always have this type of dad energy to them and are always the ones that lowkey want to have alot of children.

Virgo risings usually have thin eyebrows and are the ones that look the same in every fuckin picture, you can tell they dont like pictures lol but their energy is likeable, not bitchy at all (they can be but first impression is always nice) not flirty, just nice and even nerdy at times, definitely known as a 'know it all' lol their willingness to serve is always present and they tend to stay out of problems. Was thinking about. Your turtles today. Idk if you've seen that one post that's Rise Raph texting "kys" to his brothers because he thinks it means "keep yourself safe," but I was thinking about all of your turtles in that framework, and idk how accurate this is, but hcs (I guess warning for suicidal ideation? I say, talking about the neglect and suicidal ideation au):

Leo: Knows what "kys" means, uses it as a "joke." She'd get upset if the subject of the conversation actually tried to kill themselves, but more in a "Hey, asshole, I can't be responsible for someone's suicide" kind of way than a "oh wow, that was a bad thing for me to say because I hurt someone" kind of way.

Raph: Thinks "kys" means "keep yourself safe" like Rise Raph. Casey is the one to break the news to him, and then does his goofy tease grin like "Awwwww, all those times you texted me that it was because you wanted me to be safe, awwwwww, you do care." Raph will vehemently deny this. Possibly slug him for suggesting it.

Donnie: Knows what "kys" means, would not say it because he knows that might be the last straw for him, so he wouldn't do it to someone else.

Mikey: Fully aware of the meaning of "kys," uses With Intent, but if confronted about it would be like "what do you mean 🥺? I thought it meant 'keep yourself safe' 🥺 Why would I want you to kill yourself 🥺?" This will work on Splinter ad nauseam because of Splinter's general estimate of his intelligence

yknow what? I think these are all more or less in character haha. Except I think Donnie would be immune to KYS texts so i dont think he'd be that serious. i think he'd just never tell someone ELSE to kys, it's always like he gets a text from Leo telling him dad needs something fixed and he's like "I'm gonna kms for real" hahfshdf

i think you're really spot on with Leo's "HEY ASSHOLE I CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SUICIDE!!" mindset. its like she cares but can't say it or admit it so would just resort to anger fdsfsd

At first I was like "no raph knows what it means" but then I thought... no,, he doesn't. He's probably not as online as his siblings (has too much housework and relaxes by hanging out with Casey) so now it's 100% canon that casey teases him about it cause thats fucking adorable.

(Alright here's the rant, there's art at the end if you don't feel like reading)

2k3 Leonardo and Rise! Raphael have so much more in common than I would have guessed despite the many differences between them. Specifically their roles in their respective teams, being the leader or the responsible sibling. Both had to grow up too quickly in my opinion, we can clearly see that both are much more mature than their brothers. (This is more of a head cannon but this is why I assume that's the reason they both are shown to own a teddy bear as I mention in the post that started me on this rant.)

To get into the more specific observations, neither one of them asked to be the leader. They just kind of fell into the role because, well, who else would?

In the Rise Movie there was a storyboard that didn't make the final cut. As Raph is talking to Leo Raph states that he never wanted to be leader, he was the oldest and it was his responsibility to look after his brothers. In the episode “Samurai Tourist”, Usagi has a conversation with Leo. Usagi says,” Your eyes betray you, they show me the oppressive burden you have chosen to shoulder.” Leonardo responds with, “ Someone has to.”

Onto my next point. OH MY GOD these poor CHILDREN are so sick with worry and anxiety that they bottle up for the sake of those around them. They are constantly worried about doing a good job and making sure their brothers don't die while also focussing on keeping calm to set a good example. Not to mention there are times they are teased by their brothers for trying to do what they can to make the team stronger. I sincerely don't think their brothers do it on purpose, they just can't relate, therefore they just view it as meaningless team building and extra training. But when there is a close call, it is the leaders fault, after all, a leader is supposed to be able to protect their team. If something goes wrong, if someone gets hurt, or ends up dead, the leader should. Have. Done. Better. They should have found a way out or made a better call, right? Anything it takes to make sure everyone gets out alive, even if it means to sacrifice yourself for the sake of your team. Or at least this is their mindset. We see this demonstrated many times with both characters, Whether it’s Raph throwing himself off a clif to help his brothers ulcock their mystic powers or taking a stab through the shell to protect his little brother. For Leo, whether it's jumping head first into tricky situations to protect his brothers or fighting the Shredder all by himself, even choosing to take on the burden of beheading the Shredder by himself and living with the knowledge of what he did just to make sure no more harm would come to his family. But when their brothers don't listen to them or worse openly ignore them, it gets frustrating and eventually that pent up frustration is going to cause “the cork to pop off the unopened bottle.”

“I'm the oldest here. I'm responsible for keeping us safe and making sure we can handle anything that comes our way, because if I dont we could all end up dead. “

“We stopped half! And only because we got lucky! Is that good enough for you? IS IT? We're always one step behind! We act like a bunch of amateurs! How many times are we gonna get beaten before you guys wise up and realize this isn't a game!?”

To put that all into simple terms, they need so much therapy. Specifically group therapy with Rise! Mikey's “doctor delicate touch” as their therapist. I also just like to think that if Raph or Leo start to think a bit too much about their shell scars and how they got them, their brothers would put gold painto over the edge, kind of like Kintsukuroi. ( If you want to know more about it look it up, I don’t feel that it’s my place to talk on behalf of the Japanese practice. Just think it's really neat and has a beautiful message behind it. Since the turtles are of Japanese descent I figured Splinter would have told his sons about it.) Anyway thank you for coming to my Ted Talk!

Venus Square Ascendant 🪞

This placement is hard since most times it means you are not your own type. So no matter how good you look its not good enough. From what Ive seen this aspect indicates a life long struggle with the physical appearance and with relationships. This placement makes it very hard to see yourself as good looking. For example someone with a Leo Venus and Scorpio Rising might want that sunny beach confident happy look with the feline features, but instead they look mysterious with a more sultry and intimidating look & bedroom eyes. Others will find this mysterious scorpio look super sexy BUT it doesnt matter because thats not the look they wanted. No matter how sexy the scorpio look is they dont see it because they are focused on the Leo look.

This is something these people feel from an early age. Something doesnt feel right when they look in the mirror. They nitpick and can become extremely shallow, superficial and fixated. You might find these people infront of the mirror A LOT, especially during puberty. A lot of them have a certain feature they especially hate on.

A lot of these people will eventually feel so insecure they start to nitpick others. They analyze other peoples appearance as a defend mechanism. Who can find the most flaws on the other? This makes them very competetive even tho the more passive people with this aspect will never show it. They become judgmental and you will often hear them comment on how others looks.

To feel beautiful they can become obsessed with status, the right clothes, knowing the right people, followers etc to make up for how they feel. You will find a lot of influencers with this aspect. To make up for how unattractive they feel they need to make sure others find them attractive. Ive even seen cases where women with this aspect will do very mean things to other women to one up them.

Having the right makeup, skincare, clothes etc. Anything to show others ”look at me, I look good”. This can lead to a horrible shopping addiction. They want the most expensive routine, the latest clothes, the most expensive schampoo and conditioner. They need to feel beautiful. Some of them will become the complete opposite tho, completely abandoning themselves. No makeup, never buys new clothes, no self care. They dont even want to try.

When it comes to dating a lot of them want either a partner whos less than them to feel good or a partner whos waaaay out of their league to prove ”look i can get her/him”. They want to be liked by attractive people because that makes them feel attractive. A lot of them find a guy who got ”a thing” for something they got to feel good. In worst case even a fetish. I know someone with this aspect and her boyfriend loves long hair. She loves to remind everyone about that, especially people with short hair lol. ”My boyfriend dont want be to cut my hair bc then its too short for him” Lol your boyfriend never said that. She does this to draw focus from her insecurities.

For women especially with this aspect female friendships can be hard because these people have the habit of making mean comments or just be fixated on other womens looks. They might want to be surrounded by friends who look less good.The envy is strong with this placement. Especially towards the women who look like they want to look. They have a love hate relationship to the people who got the look theh my want. One part of them feels this silent hate and envy while the other cant help but be fascinated. They feel a strong need to be in some kind of contact with the women they find beautiful either through becoming friends with them or by having beef with them. This can be a real ”keep your friends close and your enemies closer” placement.

These people are usually social and probably well known where they live. Image is very important for them. They feel a need to look good even going to the corner store. They know a lot of people and have a very active social life. They are usually ambitious and care a lot about having money. Physically the Square here can give kind of a harsh & intimidating look.
