I just wanted to show off my bullet journal title page. Look at it. It's shiny.

At first I wanted to do a generic dragon (belated Happy Lunar New Year!), but then I remembered that I wanted to draw the Light Dragon anyway and this is a perfect opportunity.

I'm trying to keep my journal simple and not overwhelm myself, but I still want to make it look nice (and fun to use... Important!). This year I'm trying to be smarter than last year and finish all the fun layout stuff of my journal immediately while I'm still motivated, instead of relying on my future self to want to gather together all the journaling supplies and put any effort into this project each month. Which she won't. I learned that the hard way.

Melancholy of Memories. Prt 1 (?)

Toffie opened her eyes only to see...well, pretty much nothing it was all darkness.

Well...shit.

"Now what?" She mumbled to herself. Did her power fail? If so, where the hell was she?

Not wanting to ask too many questions, she decided to try and see if she could move, and to her surprise, she was able to move her freely.

She began to feel herself all over to make sure nothing was missing. When she made sure all of her was intact, Toffie decided she would take another moment to think.

Or that's what she would do if it wasn't for the fact that she felt a hand tap her shoulder.

Surprised, she turned around quickly, having forgotten that she really couldn't see anything, Blue and Pink eyes blinked, uncertain at the darkness before her.

"H-hello?" She called out, but silence was the only thing she got. Toffie decided it was best to try to move forward cautiously. She took slow steps, trying to grasp something yet not feeling anything.

Suddenly, she felt another tap on her shoulder behind her.

Toffie spun around quickly, but again, only darkness.

"W-who ever you are come out!" She said and mentally cursed herself, as she didn't have her sword with her.

The darkness said nothing, so Toffie, not wanting to lose any progress, turned back to keep walking forward...only to her surprise a set of eyes. Two toned, pink, and brown, just like her mom's, stared back at her.

Toffie let out a yelp and proceeded to trip over something before falling to the ground.

She ground as she looked up at the set of eyes that looked to be holding a sense of mischief and amusement to them.

'Almost like they are laughing at me,' Toffie thought as she slowly got up.

"Hey, my dad said it's not nice to laugh at someone's misfortune, you know!" Toffie said to the pair of eyes, said eyes rolled its eyes but said nothing.

Toffie was about to say something until a flash of light shone from the darkness cause wherever she was to illuminate. She shielded her eyes from the light until the brightness dimmed, and suddenly, Toffie was in a big room with a one big crib.

Toffie turned around to try and figure out where the hell she was, but when she turned around, she was surprised to see a short woman, two toned hair, pink and brown, a small sly smile on her face as she looked at Toffie.

Hold up, this woman looked like her mother! ..just younger?

Did she somehow fuck up!? Is she in the past of something like that, I thought her semblance would-

*flick*

"Ow!" Toffie said as she rubbed at the red spot where the mom look-a-like flicked her. The mom look-a- like just moved her shoulder up and down as she silently giggled.

This confirmed it no one flicks her head like that except her mom...this is her mom... when she was younger!

"So, are you my mom?" Toffie asked, and the younger woman stopped laughing before laying out her left hand flat before shaking it side to side.

'Yes and no? Then who the hell are you? "she thought understanding sign language her dad and mom taught her she was about to ask more, but her mom came forward and put a finger on her lips silencing her.

All of sudden, the door to the room opened and their stood to Toffie surprise.

Her very pregnant mother and her very much alive father.

Favorite thing about him

There is a lot of things but I think that in general I really enjoy how he, hmm, hunters. He goes on missions, rides his sparrow, gets into trouble, you know, but! He's also very responsible - so much so he has a work that you would rather associate with a Titan. And he has a super that buffs his allies. But also, my mutual, Izzy, once called him a "knight in shiny armor" and yes, also very much that. Ok, I could talk about him a lot more but 💀

Least favorite thing about him

Eh, I've complained about how Bungie did him dirty so many times so I won't repeat myself. But also - he needs way more connection to other relevant characters.

You know that I have a lot so here's a few.

- He had plants! I've been thinking about ferns and orchids when writing "Night Watch" but I also think that he is a type of guardian to take care of bonsai tree for years.

- Spark is a name for a small dog, definitely a mongrel. Also probably not his first dog.

- He probably has a lot of small, random tattoos. You know, a type of guy to get matching ramen tattoos with his friends or have his pets' names on his arm.

- I named his ghost Kara Czono (niche reference) until they get a canon name.

Unpopular opinion

Hah, in this economy most of my opinions about him are unpopular! But, among other things, I like his armor. It's pretty simple, just an undersuit and some metal strapped to it but it's functional and makes sense. Also the color scheme 👀 also, nice, it show's that he's left-handed!
