I guess I should drop it here because I got a few anons who are a bit upset that I haven't read any of their TBB-related works and I'm not sure how to feel about that.

I don't mean to sound insincere, but I'm not sure if me half-assing an apology is something that should happen and it's really not something I want to do. I don't feel like apologizing for something I'm not sorry for or feel I have to be faulted for.

I haven't watched TBB yet, okay? I'm still finishing TCW because I never got to finish the full series, only some episodes when it happened. I'm not even in the Umbara Arc yet.

Give me a hot minute to juggle things.

I know for a fact that I initially signed up for Jango's copy-paste boys and I'm all up for that. I am. I just can't touch TBB-related fics yet because I've already spoiled myself with so much Wrecker snippets, I'm dying to skip. But I won't.

So, whoever those were who sent the asks or if it was just one person, I don't really know and I don't really care (in a non-combative way), just know that I hold no ill-feelings towards you and if you're upset by me not paying attention to your TBB fics, I don't know what to say but an apology isn't something but... I may get there if I am at TBB because I'm gonna obsess over it and I'll probably come across yours.

Monkey D. Luffy:

The biggest switch in the entire show

He loves tickling people and being tickled

CANONICALLY ticklish as we’ve seen

Def weak everywhere, but his worst spots are his feet and sides

Good luck catching him though, he can use his devil fruit powers to escape

VERY squirmy, but it’s just reflexes. He’s enjoying it

When tickling you he’s constantly switching the spot he’s tickling so you can never guess

He will laugh along with you

Roanoa Zoro:

Hard to catch off guard

He's always on guard and can easily catch you even if he's sleeping

He’s ticklish mainly on his torso, like his sides, belly and hips

His neck and shoulders are pretty bad too

He’s pretty lazy but will not give up a chance at seeking revenge

A VICOUS ler, but will only tickle you if you tickled him first

Can tell when you’ve had enough and will just leave or go back to sleep when he’s done

Sanji:

If you’re a man you’re getting kicked across the room

Don’t bother

But if you're a girl you can just tell him not to move and he will try his best not to

Has very ticklish palms, they’re soft since they’re never used in fights

Legs are easily his worst spot, inner thighs and behind the knees will make him squeal

His hands are very skilled so he will have no trouble skittering his fingers all over you

A SUPER sweet and gentle ler to girls, but vicious to men

If you’re a girl he will blush so hard while tickling you, and will apologize profusely if he feels like he went too far

He honestly doesn’t mind them that much, but he can’t handle rough ones

He only lets people close to him tickle him, like Helmeppo or Luffy

His worst spot is his belly, mainly his belly button

His ears are pretty bad too, he’ll scrunch up and squeak

He gets really red and cries easily, but don’t worry he’s not in pain just listen for when he tells you to stop

Like Luffy he likes tickling people, he finds their reactions fascinating

You had both stayed up drinking too much wine the night before. Some how, he manages to tear himself away from you and go for a run, leaving you cosy in his bed as you sleep on. You miss him when you wake without him, but as you come around slowly - little wine headache included - you hear him come back home; his key in the lock, chugging water before coming in quietly in case you’re still asleep.

His smile is so bright when he sees you, sleep soft in bed. “Hi pretty, you miss me?”

He smells like fresh air mixed with his deodorant, cut with his briney sweat. It’s intoxicating as he drops kisses on your lips. “Need to shower. Wanna go get breakfast? I’m cooking for us tonight, we can get groceries after.” Steve strokes your hair back as he talks, and your eyes follow a bead of sweat on his hairline. You’re thinking about his rhythmic breaths as he runs, how he’ll be naked and wet in the shower.

“You listenin’, honey?”

His grin is shit-eating as he catches your distraction. “C’mon, let’s save some water. Shower with me.”

As he peels the duvet back, you pull the front of his tshirt to bring your lips together again. His weekend stubble is rough against your cheek as he sneaks his obscenely large hands up your tshirt - his tshirt.

You come here with this first thing in the morning after the day we had yesterday? are you trying to kill me?! 😩 This is exactly how I wish I was spending my Sunday morning, instead i’m taking out the trash at work. I’m gonna disappear and live inside this ask now.

You take all the time you need. College is hard, managing time and studying and writing and wanting to write is HARD! Give yourself credit for being able to take a break and recognise you need one, we will all be here when you get back.

I know it is so hard wanting to write and being too drained not to, and thinking you should and beating yourself up because of it, but you do not need to write when you feel you can’t.

Self care is best care! And when I don’t want to write, I find it nice to just read other Whump blogs and enjoy the reading process, you will come back stronger than ever.
