When one sins they have one of two paths. The path further into sin. Satan uses shame, guilt, secrecy, resentment, anger, and fear to draw us to him. These are lies of the accuser to draw us away from God and lead us to believe we're worthless and that we don't deserve to be saved. And what does this do to our relationship with God? It further separates us from His presence. We dig a trench that gets deeper and deeper and further from Him and closer to Hell. Our rock bottom is when we decide to stop digging and accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. How do we get out of the hole that we have signed for ourselves? It's in repenting of our sins, a 180° turn away from sin towards God. It's in the decision to accept His salvation as we look to the cross, the only bridge there is to our Heavenly Father. I'm a recovering addict and believed I was too far gone to be redeemed but God had a different idea in mind. I'm 3 &1/2 years clean of all drugs only by His grace and love. If you are reading this and feel that life is hopeless and that you are too far gone to get help thenI'm here to tell you to stop listening to the lies of the devil and accept Jesus and receive from Him His forgiveness and salvation. He paid for our sins with His blood, sweat, and tears to give us a future and a hope. All we have to do is accept Him. It's my prayer that if you are lost or struggling you would accept Him and if you have any questions ask me. If you don't feel comfortable asking me, ask someone you trust to give you wise Christian council. I pray for each and every one of you. May God bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you.

do you guys think that part of the reason Gideon’s death was so devastating to Harrow was that before then, there had at least been one person who survived the mass murder that created her? two hundred souls had been destroyed for her sake, but the annihilation wasn’t complete — there was one who escaped. one who lived. do you think Gideon dying, for the sake of Harrow living, snuffed out her one last glimmer of hope for absolution?

Eddie to his Tiktok following: Hey guys, it’s currently eight AM on a Saturday and we just got back from the grocery store because Stevie here needs to make a pie for our neighbor and sworn enemy, Diane.
Steve: You don’t understand because you didn’t grow up in an upper middle class neighborhood, Eddie. This is warfare. She brought us cookies.
Eddie, sarcastically: Wow, thank god I grew up in a trailer park where I never got hate-crimed like this.
Steve: She’s saying that we suck
Eddie: Or, and consider this, she was just being nice? Maybe she was making cookies and wanted to share.
Steve: They’re oatmeal cookies, Eddie

Dragons Rising is too dangerous for us, cause now the writers have proved they care about their characters. Pixal still existing, Kai having screen time again, and finally acknowledging Lloyd is the grandson of God? This is too much power. One has not ever dared get their hopes up in Ninjago, not for anything.
And they're gonna be the death of me specifically, because now the chances that they'll acknowledge Lloyd's dragon heritage aren't at zero anymore.

CW for grooming
so uh. this is part of a letter from Elminster to Gale in the epilogue (God ending for Gale, unromanced).
If this isn't irrefutable proof that Mystra groomed Gale in every sense of the word, I will eat my wizard hat.
There really isn't any reasonable explanation I can think of for Elminster visiting an eight year old Gale other than Mystra sending him. Elminster is busy and his time is precious.
Gale was eight when Mystra decided it was appropriate to show her interest in him by sending her most famous chosen.
He was so young, so impressionable. Knowing the goddess of the weave, magic, the thing he was best at and most passionate about, thought he was special? Fuck.
I always thought it strange how people denied this - we may not have had hard evidence but the way Gale strings together "child prodigy", "mentor", "muse" and "lover" in the same sentence has always been extremely damning.
Can we accept it now? Please? No more discourse on how Gale is just a Hubris Machine who crossed Mystra's boundaries because he's fundamentally arrogant? Accept that he was groomed to be desperate to feel special, to adore Mystra, to do anything to prove his devotion?
I know that won't happen but a man can dream.
Hope y'all had good parties. Ain't no party like a Withers party.

Look Kristen is a kid so its understandable and Ally is great and I'm sure has a plan for this. But Kristen should not be a cleric lol. I hope that after the wizard synogue incident Cassandra takes the Archfey deal to keep herself safe and Kristen loses her powers because honestly based on her RP that girl has NO wisdom. She has NEGATIVE wisdom. If you don't like the gods currently on offer but can't take responsibility for keeping a new one alive (because you're a kid) then you should just respec. Pick a charisma-based spellcaster class that doesn't require a bunch of work like the Int classes or responsibility like the Wis classes. Give up your soul to Fig (or just give it back to newly-Archfey Cassandra) for Warlock spells idk.

a lot of people talk about scenarios where cis men are misogynistic to/around transmascs as if it's automatically something the transmasc person is welcome in, enjoys, and participates in, and not a situation that is highly conditional and unsafe, because there's never any guarantee that they aren't including that transmasc right there in their statements about women, just under plausible deniability.
like really, it's been talked about frequently before but the "one of the guys" girl* is frequently a position occupied by transmasc people, both before and after they come out, and that is known to be one where the cis men around say misogynistic things and then "well you're different" but you know if the girl* in question stepped outside that, they'd be under a much stronger threat.
i don't see how anyone can KNOW transphobia exists and what it fundamentally is and not understand that transmascs will STILL be in that situation in many many places, even IF the people there outwardly gender them correctly.
