unpopular opinion, but i did not like these. They're way too expensive, imo and the molding solution sucks and is a nightmare to work with. the fangs themselves are alright.

It's surprisingly good! i used these until i broke them - they use thermoplastic for molding, which i think should be the standard for fangs. It's far easier to work with. the plastic is cheaper than Scarecrow, but they feel solid and are a more realistic color (at least for me)

Monster High

Oh my ghoul, i love these. These fangs are a bit on the smaller size, which is useful if you're going for subtle. and of course, being monster high, i'm all for them. i mean, that case is adorable

again, these use thermoplastic. Though its imortant to note not to put the fangs themselves in hot water while you're molding them- i warped one by accident. regardless, they are so comfortable and resilient. my second favorites.

we've all seen that video of that girl using these in like 2008 and wanted to be her. at least i did... but im sad to report that these fangs dont work on my anatomy. they mold to your back molars with thermoplastic, and when you press on the bar, the fangs come down. these fit simular to a retainer as they just sit above your teeth.

i, however, am missing one of those molars and cannot line it up right to use them. (never beating the kentuckian stereotype)

Ok so I just watched Our Blue and Green World on the Video App and I do not have enough time to post my disjointed thoughts about it, and I'm frankly too much in shock by the whole thing to even say anything more. I will point out my one main thought since in a couple of hours, this is going to absolutely blow up the main WK tag and I want to get it off my chest before any major bandwagons hit. This'll be my last S7 spoiler related post for the night so I can log off and take a breather after what the fuck I just watched. Blue-whale/Amazon rainforest sized spoilers under the cut.

I am in such disbelief over this episode's ending. I'm not angry or fuming at the fact that they redeemed Paisey Paver after only giving her 7 appearances over the course of 8 years, (or maybe I'm too surprised to have any straight-forward) or the fact that they had the balls to do so, for ANY of the main villains, but I'm just.... bargaining here. They did a similar "hint" at the villains redeeming in the Christmas special only for it to be a fake-out. And in other episodes, we've seen the heroes legitimately help the villains, but through means other than redeeming them (i.e. saving Zach's life and trying to convince him to live it well, or rescuing Gourmand, or giving Donita a spider-silk dress that was made ethically).

This... is a whole new different level. They for one, pulled a Starlight Glimmer and gave her a new attire (which sucks BTW), and secondly, they had her join the Kratts, but this episode is the first out of the 4 episodes to air, meaning that this likely has to take place after those 3 episodes, so already there's my timeline post to make.

But more importantly, what next? Will they stick with this change? Will this be one of the things that is immediately undone by the end of the episode? Will this have a big role in the series? Is this an elaborate April Fools' prank??? Is this real? Is this the ultimate Paisley Paver pro gamer move to defeat the Kratt Brothers and evade arrest? Will any of this play into the Wild Kratts movie??

I'll tell you what it means [unless it is a prank, which I frankly hope it is] It is the show jumping the shark, and in it, I see one of two outcomes. Either A) it will skyrocket this show like never before, or B) only spell the beginning of the end. Time will tell. And frankly, there is so much that could go wrong. Like so much. I've seen a lot of shows completely go downhill, crash, and burn after sticking up for them so much. I would want to say that Wild Kratts is not/will not be one of those shows, but I could be wrong. In beautifully creative ways, this show has pleasantly surprised me more, and it is still able to bring out episodes that have been some of PBS Kids' best. So I'm walking in completely neutral, and seeing what the blue and green future has in store.

The Reason Why Vivziepop Should Owe Up To Her Mistakes And Reasons Why I'm Defending Her

Viv' makes characters have ongoing insecurities and Blitz (one of the few) has been trying to connect to those he hurt, so why can't Viv do the same if she doesn't want anybody attacking her? I believe she's the same as Blitz. NO matter how much she tried to make herself feel better she still makes things worse by coping and, to me, is afraid of being alone and wrong. The rape scenes are meant to be graphic and as for Viv adding a warning screen, in Amazon Prime, it will say Rated 18+ for drug use, sexual abuse, and so on. Only one episode was for 18 and up. You guys don't have to like Viv and I'm very sorry for those that were hurt, and obviously she deserves some of it, but I still don't want her to go down this path because I still see her as a human being. If I did encounter her in real life, I would really want to help her when the cameras are not rolling in hopes that she'll become a better person. It worked well with my friends, so maybe I can do the same with her. She inspired me to be an independent animator so in return, I make her feel better.

Drawing Tablet Buyer's Guide 2023

Are you looking for help to get into digital art? Are you confused for what models would you pick? Do you want success in your art career? Then this blog is for you. These are the buyer's guide for artists who wanted to take approach on digital art. As always, you don't need a latest and greatest tools just to make good art. Your handy mouse and a trusty old tablet can do fine art at the time. My Intuos 4 L still works today, even if it was released on 2009.

Here are the basic categories you'll fit into: Beginner, Intermediate and Professional.

Beginner - This is where you start making digital art for the first time.

Intermediate - These are experienced artists who are on mid-range level at a greater value.

Professional - These are same as intermediate but who are on to take approach an high-end level to mimic the meaning art.

There are three types of pen tablets for you to decide. These have pros and cons on these tablets.

Pen Tablet - A pen tablet doesn't require a screen and can benefit for a user experience such as good posture, portability and pricing, but this requires hand-eye coordination as this type of tablet has a steep learning curve and drawing on it feels unnatural to use.

Pen Display - A pen display is a monitor that can be drawn into. It is easier to learn how to use pen displays and can mimic a sketchbook you were drawing. However, there are issues such as bad posture, expensive pricing and limited portability. Sometimes, your hand gets in the way through pinpoint cursor while drawing.

Pen Computer - These are pen tablets that can be used by themselves and don't require a computer, it can be portable for travel use. However, they are very expensive, limited to none upgradability, difficult and costly repairs and have a short battery life. As such, I do not recommend getting these pen computers for these reasons above and instead look for other mobile tablet alternatives such as iPad Pro, Surface Pro 8 or Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Here are the list of drawing tablet recommendations based on three categories.

NOTE: Prices may vary due to sale discounts so I only put links to the official store from drawing tablet brands so I'm gonna keep the original price for future references. However, Amazon is safer for returns and good units and eBay is the way to go for second hand offers.

If you're an osu! player looking for a pen tablet, I'd suggest getting an Intuos Pen and Touch Small 2013 (PTH-480) on eBay. One by Wacom Small (CTL-472) has the same performance yet cheaper. The only good alternative that doesn't suck is Gaomon S620. I recommend getting OpenTabletDriver for that purpose.

If you want to invest digital art, I highly recommend getting a medium size tablet for larger hand gestures.

I brought my old mechanical HP keyboard with me when I moved to the US and married my wife, over ten years ago. Haven't been back since (because financials). The keyboard was already a few years old at the time, and it has held up admirably. But, it's finally starting to really break down. The numpad especially. Which sucks, because I actually do use the numpad with some frequency.

Anyway, I don't suppose anyone knows a reasonably cheap way to get a Swedish/Nordic keyboard in the US? Like, I literally just want a basic, wired, full-size, preferably mechanical (I like haptics) keyboard with all the keys in the places I'm used to, and I'm having no luck with my search skills. I don't need keys that light up or anything like that. Just the most basic kind of keyboard.

A while back I tried mailing HP to ask them if I could buy one straight from them (because, like I said, my current keyboard is HP and has held up for well over a decade, so I wanted to give them a chance), and they were like "but you don't live in Sweden, we only sell those in Sweden".

I've found some on Amazon, but then the pictures provided don't include Å Ä Ö, so I'm hesitant to order. Danish or Norwegian would be fine too, I can cope with seeing Æ and Ø instead, I know how to fix that with computer settings.

Hello, your work is beautiful! Forgive me for I've fallen down a bit of a rabbit hole and I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question, but I was wondering how you gathered and typeset the text for all the danmei/baihe you do? On ao3 there's an epub & other download options, but on most danmei translations I've seen there isn't.

Sorry if this is a silly question or I worded it weirdly! I've been wanting to get into bookbinding for a long time but it seems like such an overwhelming hobby to get into haha

It's plenty appropriate!!! So there's a variety of different methods I've used depending on when I was making the book and how the translations had been shared online. It's kind of a nightmare in how there isn't a one size fits all solution. And after jjwxc did that whole thing about offering to pay (mainland citizens) for translations of novels, a lot of the options got more complicated, unfortunately. And locked google docs are a thing I understand, but I hate them so so so much, I'm in this hobby because The Ephemeral Nature Of Internet Posts And The Looming Fear Of Lost Media, and locked google docs are a nightmare.

(the practical parts of making books are also overwhelming, just because there are so many pieces that go into it and so many ways to do it. I recommend sealemon on youtube as a good place to absorb the basic elements of how a book is assembled, then das bookbinding once you feel like you've outgrown sealemon. or on tumblr there's renegadepublishing as a place to see a lot of other fanbinders post their work, and they also have a number of resources on the process!)

Once or twice, I've functionally retyped a novel. This sucks. I don't recommend it at ALL if you have better options. You almost always have better options.

The usual approach is that I've gone to a website, copied the text chapter by chapter (usually adding footnotes as I go, it's easier to do them four or five at a time than to wrangle like sixty when you have a huge document and 'footnote 1' x30 to place). This is tedious, but meditative. I don't mind putting in the work at all, I frequently harvest ao3 stories that are being turned into anthologies in a similar way.

Some sites are now password-protected. If you have the brain space, identifying groups you're interested in that have sites like this and doing the steps you need to get into their discord group or whatever and have access, that's a GREAT chore to cross off the list. Some groups make this very easy and you can do it on the fly, and some groups are a fucking NIGHTMARE, and it can be hard to tell which is which from the outside.

Some websites have copy protections as well. Some of them will let you copy and paste, but a paragraph or two in the middle will be jumbled up a bit, just a simple cipher. I think it may just be shifting the letters, not even swapping them at random. There may be a coding way to get around this, but I barely know the first thing about coding, so I copy and paste and retype these paragraphs by hand. Some sites bluntly refuse to let you copy and paste, or screenshot, and I resent these sites deeply because a huge part of the fun of reading these things is sharing choice bits with friends to try to bait them into the pit with you. Circle back to this with the same solution as I'm about to get into.

And then there are the locked google docs. At certain points, there have been workarounds, like loading the whole page and then disabling javascript, which lets you select and copy. But last time I tried that, the workaround no longer worked. There are other people who care about this kind of thing, it's a question that comes up on forums, but much like questions about how to break amazon's drm stranglehold on kindle books, old solutions frequently stop working, and I have no idea what the current best practices are.

BIG CAVEAT here, that.... I get it. Translation is hard fucking work, and it's really easy for other people to put in a fraction of the same effort to scrape a translation and repost it. Or worse, sell it. I think translators deserve MASSIVE credit for what they do, and I try to support them the same way I support authors whose books I work with. I don't want to divert any traffic or appreciation from them, but at the same time, I've got google docs, I know it takes about two seconds for me to delete any given document I've ever posted. I am here because I adored mxtx and was very afraid the translations of her books would disappear someday and would be unrecoverable, which is kind of sadlarious in retrospect.

But that worry still applies very much to a lot of other talented authors who haven't been licensed, and hell, it applies to the fan translators who were forced to take the hard work they did for free offline after licenses were secured by someone else! It's a niche community thing, but I witnessed a SCRAMBLE to preserve those documents before they disappeared from public view! I don't think the ExR mdzs translation was perfect, but nuking it from the internet is still a huge loss, and nuking the newer in-progress translations was fucking heartbreaking. It still upsets me to think about that too hard. And for translations tucked behind copy protections, yeah, it's harder for scrapers to steal and repost, but it also becomes so much more difficult for someone with archival intentions to preserve the silly things.

So..... there are sites where free epubs of books can be found for the downloading. I'm not advocating for or against piracy, I passionately do not want to take a moral stance on this, every person has to work it out for themselves. Don't ask me why I own gideon the ninth as a purchased hardcover, audiobook, and kindle book and as an illicit epub and mobi. Maybe I need five copies of one book, don't look at me. But standards for uploading on these sites are kind of lax, and once, I noticed that hey, waitaminnit, these don't look like published translated novels, these look like scraped fan translations. First, they were, second, when jjwxc did the thing, this became much, much more relevant to my workflow.

I'm not going into specifics on my blog, because really, I am very anxious not to divert attention or credit from translators. These ebooks are usually not formatted with much love or care. The footnotes are generally a formatting nightmare or missing completely. When a translator site jumbles the text via copying and pasting, a lot of these don't correct it, there's just a patch of gibberish. The places translators post are usually MUCH more pleasant ways to actually read the goods. But. In the event that the original translator suddenly yoinks their page, if there's that kind of emergency, I can still decode that cipher and reconstruct the original goods. It's not usually PRETTY to format these things, but it's still easier than retyping a whole novel, which I am stubborn enough to do, but I'm pretty sure that's how I killed my last laptop's keyboard.

I won't go into more detail than that on the public-facing part of my blog, but hopefully that's enough to go by! I can answer private questions as well off anon, but I do realize that I should have probably expected questions like this sooner, considering my hobbies XD I wanted to make it very clear why I'm doing this, and elaborate on the tricky line to walk between supporting the fans who do this hard labor for free and (understandably!) don't want their work stolen, and preserving these works so that they can't just disappear overnight. I am constantly aware (and lowkey anxious) that it would be easy for someone unfamiliar to take a glance at what I do and accuse me of being a dirty filthy pirate who's ready to destroy this community with my Thieving Ways, but I have a genuine passion for the archival aspects of this hobby, and it really is a driving force in what I do. Capturing and formatting these cnovel translations isn't easy, and if I wasn't passionate, I would have stopped ages ago. I do it because I think it's important, I think it would be genuinely tragic to lose these stories, or to lose variations on these stories when fan translations are taken down in favor of official ones, and I passionately want to see them preserved.

Are adult pacis from ABDL/BDSM stores/boutique and normal baby pacis from convenient stores the same?

Nope, There are several differences when it comes to baby and adult pacis.

You can get baby pacis practically anywhere and I tend to get mine from the dollar store. You can get adult pacis on sites like Amazon, Etsy or even just looking up shops on here. I got mine from LFB on Amazon since they have three packs. You do have to be aware that some of these shops cater more to NSFW users so if you need a paci shop exclusively for SFW age regression make sure you look up those tags (If anyone has any suggestions please leave them below)

The baby ones are smaller so they don't fill your mouth in the same way an adult paci does. I would highly suggest saving up for an adult one since they feel better and can be used properly without feeling weird after a while like baby pacis do. I've seen a lot of people say baby pacis hurt your teeth or aren't as easy to suck on since they aren't really made for an adult mouth. Adult pacis are easier to decorate if you wanted to do that. Most of the baby ones I have are Disney themed and I'm sure you can find ones in practically any design (cartoon, movie, etc) but again getting an adult paci means you can have it customized to include your favorite thing but also have things like charms, your name, etc. Adult pacis are sized to fit better so it looks more realistic.

You left the papers you were reading on top of the wooden desk, the red comfy chair made an unpleasant sound as you stretched your back, a deep sigh leaving your lips once you took a look at the conversation you just had until your phone's screen went black. The day was gray, it was raining and the outlaws were staying at home after tiring weeks of consecutive missions, it was your first day at home after the chimera case but you didn't have time to rest or probably, being in the studio surrounded by screens, maps and documents with intel was better than facing reality.

You haven't seen his face since last night. You arrived late, beaten, exhausted, your energy just let you say "hello", take a shower and go to sleep but oh, how wonderful it was to see those blue eyes again. Seeing Bizarro and Artemis was great too, however, seeing Jason fine and alive sitting on the big leather couch while playing video games with his bothers online was everything you needed, it was the definition of "home is not a place, home is the people you always return to." . Once Jason saw you he stood up forgetting about his game, approached in such slow motion that it hurt and then took your sword out of your tired hands, then did the same with the gadgets in your head and face.

"Long journey, eh?" He hesitated in the last part opening and closing his pale pink lips, licked them briefly and didn't say anything else, just offered a smile. If you were dating someone else, that James, he should stop calling you "Preciosa", "bonita" or any other variations. It sucked, it made him feel frustrated but who was him to do something about it and claim you as his? He didn't even know if that's what he wanted. The thought made him frown, his eyes focused on the living room's huge window instead of you, he was lying to himself but that was nothing new.

"Yes..." You could barely keep your eyes open but your smitten smile was intact, it was always like that when he was close, that night he looked specially cute with his typical red hoodie, gray pants and messy, extra messy hair, you couldn't help yourself. Your mind started running wild imagining coming back home to hug and kiss him, how you missed those juicy lips.

"Then you should go to sleep, Flores." A feminine voice interrupted the moment. The redhead amazon spoke from the white kitchen counter, she was drinking tea or coffee, you weren't sure. "you look awful."

"I fought a chimera. Don't tell me they don't exist, they do and are huge." You answered in an attempt to sound funny and then walked heavily towards your room after saying "good night" to your teammates.

Shaking your head you focused on the present just in time to see Bizarro offering you a cup of tea, you wondered how such big man entered the studio so quietly "You're not coming with me. You don't need to rest."

"Okay, okay big boy." You smiled following him to the living room that despite its size looked small thanks to the glass containers with Artemis, Jason and your suits, your house was particular. "How have you been, B?" You decided to focus on your kryptonian friend instead of the man training in the next room.

Your cheeks turned red by the sudden exchange with James, Kath gave him your number and he didn't hesitate to text and be adorable, he seemed like a good boy indeed. You smiled almost excited for the date, you've been wanting a new tattoo for so long...

Jason, who just finished his training was leaving the training room wearing only his Wonder Woman shorts and a towel on his shoulders, he seemed irritated, the training room was small, actually the place was small for people like him or Bizarro to live comfortably, but Bizarro seemed very content spending his time on the couch that, again, was too small for him. Jason raised his black and perfectly shaped eyebrow at the sight of you sitting beside him, smiling to your phone with bright excited eyes. His irritation growing significantly.

Did you ever smiled like that when he texted you? the truth Jason choose to ignore was the fact that you smiled like that whenever you saw him, whenever you talk to him or about him, whenever he called, whenever he texted, whenever he was mentioned, just like he found out years ago in that conversation he shouldn't have eavesdropped but he did anyways.
