Someone pls remember this beautiful ship😭
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'm literally surviving off of my own crumbs😭 I've read every single fic and headcanons available. I resorted to using c. ai for these two😭
I miss reading fanfics and headcanons about their cute ahh relationship 🥲
And to all those writers out there, please stop putting Ayo x Aneka in the tags of you're fanfic when it's literally all about a different ship, imagine my disappointment after reading chapters of a story and Ayo and Aneka being brought up only ONCE.
I'm going insane for these two, I need a kissing scene that's all I'm asking.
No matter how dead this ship will look, this ship is my literal life support.

The ‘I Worship My Wife’ Committee (Part 6)
Amends and Surprises
Link to Part 5
Tumblr media
Months had passed since their last meeting and everyone was counting down the days until their next meeting. Life had gotten unnecessarily busy with missions and unprecedented incidents, and now life was finally slowing down.
Each committee member missed the small wife worshipping community they had managed to make.
To make up for the large time, they decided to have a small celebration where everyone would bring something for everyone to enjoy. When the day arrived, they all slowly made their way into the meeting room, eager to spill updates on how things had been going as proud members of the ‘I Worship My Wife Committee’.
Aneka grinned as she helped set up the serving table while three fluffy white ducks followed her around. Quaking and fluttering their feathers when someone got to close to them.
Namor: I’m surprised you still have those ducks, Aneka.
Aneka: They were gifts from my beloved. Who am I to get rid of something I begged for?
Oni: I guess we’re all impressed that they’re thriving and that Ayo didn’t grow irritated enough to roast them.
Namor set down a platter of roasted fish before nodding in agreement.
Aneka, rolling her eyes: Ayo would never.
She ignored everyone’s glance as she set down a chocolate cake adorned with strawberries.
Oni: Right. I guess Ayo is just exceptionally patient with you.
Aneka kissed her teeth playfully before stepping away from her cake a with playful glare.
Aneka: She is.
Oni: Anyways, Attuma.
Attuma: Hm?
Oni: How is Okoye? Did she go into labor yet?
Attuma smiled as he set down a bowl of fruit salad and a bowl of grilled squash and corn.
Attuma: She’s doing well. She's not due for another month or so.
Oni: I swear Okoye has been pregnant for forever and a day.
Attuma: Imagine how she feels.
Namor: Perhaps you should keep your hands off of her after this child.
Attuma: I will try, but Okoye is quite seductive when she-
Namor raised a hand, motioning for his general to stop talking.
Attuma: What? I thought we could be explicit here.
Namor: Yes, but not before I have to eat.
Oni: Yeah. I personally don't want to know in great detail how my nieces or nephews get made.
Attuma couldn't help but chuckle at the group.
Attuma: I apologize. I will explain afterwards.
They both grimaced, earning a chuckle out of Aneka.
Aneka: Well, I'm sure things have been exciting preparing for a new baby.
Attuma: Yes. I’ve been helping K’iin prepare the house. We've done a lot of nesting and shopping.
Namor arched a brow as he watched his general let out a soft sigh of exhaustion.
Namor: That bad?
Attuma: No. It’s never bad. I just need to get better at doing everything after patroling. I need to get better at not falling asleep after work.
Oni: Hey. If you ever need someone to cover a patrol shift or mission for you, you can ask one of us for help. Namora and I would be honored to help.
They all watched her set down a bowl of plum punch before she continued.
Oni: These next few weeks, Udade is going to call on you a lot. You can’t keep stretching yourself thin. She needs you at your best, which means she's your number one priority.
Aneka: She’s right.
Attuma: I will keep your offer in mind.
Oni: Good and you better take it. Having a baby is a lot of work.
Namor: Actually... I have a bit of news.
They all looked at the god king skeptically as they began to dish themselves up.
Oni: What kind of news?
Aneka took a sip of punch before speaking up.
Aneka: Yeah? What kind of news?
Namor: Well... Shuri and I are expecting a baby.
Aneka choked on her punch, Attuma grinned, and Oni cackled before punching the air.
Oni: I KNEW IT.
Aneka: Shut up! What!? When!?!
Oni grinned as she wiggled her eyebrows: Remember when he made amends with Shuri after that argument they had?
Namor: Oni please-
Attuma: It is unexpectedly soon, but I am happy for you. How is she taking the news?
Namor: She tried to kill me when she first found out.
Attuma winced and Oni cackled again.
Aneka: Honestly, I’m not surprised.
Oni took a bite of the fish on her plate: Is she happy about it now?
Namor: Yes. We talked about it and I guess we both knew it would happen eventually. It makes sense when we both reflect on the day we made amends.
Attuma: The power of love.
Oni and Aneka nodded in agreement.
Aneka: I’m sure the council will be overjoyed whenever you two choose to announce this to the public.
Namor: She wants to wait until she’s unable to hide that she is pregnant.
Attuma: Okoye did that as well. She was happier getting to keep things to herself without worrying about what everyone thought or felt about her being pregnant with my child.
Oni: It’s less stress. The council isn’t exactly happy about the treaty, despite signing it, you know.
Aneka: Yeah. The public can be overwhelming too. The former general of Wakanda having a kid? The Queen of Wakanda having a kid? The priestess of Wakanda in kahoots with a warrior of Talokan.
Aneka listed each thing while raising a finger.
Aneka: The amount of gossip they would have to endure would put them at risk for health complications.
Oni nodded in agreement: It is wise to hide these things until you cannot to minimize stress.
Namor: I won’t let anyone stress Shuri out.
Attuma: Some things are hard to protect one from.
Namor: Are you saying I'm incapable?
Attuma: No. I am only saying that the only way you could escape every single rumor from reaching Shuri’s ear, is if you went somewhere without either of our nations present.
Oni: Knowing Shuri, she won’t be happy about leaving.
Aneka: Yeah. She'd want to be around family and loved ones.
Namor: What if I took her back to Haiti for a bit to stay near Nakia?
Attuma: Would the people of Wakanda let their Queen flee again?
Oni: It could work, but you'd have to have a legitimate reason. Maybe some international ambassador work?
Aneka: That could work. It would keep her busy and she would only have to make a few public appearances.
Namor: I don't want her working too hard.
Attuma: If the queen is like Okoye, it is inevitable to slow them down until they choose to do so. Okoye was extremely stubborn in the beginning.
Oni: That's Udade, for you.
Aneka: Hey. You wanted an idea. I think this could work for your stress-free pregnancy. You can leave just before it's hard to hide her pregnancy and then boom. No stress.
They all nodded in agreement before taking a few minutes to eat some of their food.
Namor: Alright. I'll present this idea to Shuri and see what she thinks.
Aneka: Great. Good luck.
Namor: Thank you.

Imagine getting caught under the mistletoe with Ayo and Aneka
Tumblr media
"Maybe we should just tell her how we feel" Aneka suggested. Her and Ayo were watching you play with the baby rhinos a few feet away.
"No we have to ease her into this Aneka, or we could scare her off" Ayo said shaking her head.
"Okay then just exactly how are we suppose to do that without telling her the truth. She's completely missing all the signals we're sending her" Aneka complained. A whiny tone in her voice. Two weeks had gone by since you let Ayo in past all your walls, and things couldn't be better. You were attached to both of their hips at all times these days. If you weren't with Ayo then you were somewhere with Aneka, heck you even postponed your trip back home to spend more time with the two of them.
When Shuri questioned you on the vacation extension you simply told her that. Your training with Okoye was doing wonders for helping you improve your control over your evolved powers. But that couldn't have been farther from the truth. While the General was helping you improve your combat skills, and the lessons she taught you went well with remastering your powers. It wasn't the real reason you wanted to stay, and even though she saw right through your lie. She let you believe you had fooled her. In reality you couldn't fool anybody considering you hadn't spent a single minute of your time training with Okoye since then.
Every time you were caught in the training room it was with either Aneka or Ayo at your side. Or more like on top of you training with them mainly involved both of them just sparring with you until they pinned your body under theirs. Ayo would give you a victorious smile, and tickle your sides when you refused to tap out. Aneka was the complete opposite, and you couldn't be more grateful at the fact. That your skin complexion hid any blushing on your face, because whenever she got you pinned. Instead of letting you a tap out Aneka would lean down till her face was only inches from yours with a smirk on her face. She was teasing you with her beautiful brown eyes boring into yours. You would swallow hard eventually looking away with a nervous chuckle. Aneka would giggle then proceed to peck on you on the cheek, and finally letting you up afterwards.
The first time she did that she beamed witnessing the way your legs turned to jelly. When you tried to stand up but your legs started to wobble, so you settled for sitting on the mat for a few more minutes.
"Do you really think she's missing our signals. I mean we're making our feelings pretty obvious aren't we?" Ayo asked her lover.
"I don't know about you but I'm definitely am" Aneka answered.
"Aneka" Ayo said in a warning voice.
"Calm down I haven't made an actual move on her or anything yet. I'm just not subtle about wanting her is all." Aneka told her with a shrug.
Ayo let out a sigh of exasperation not sure if she could believe her lover or not. Patience wasn't her strong suit and out of the two of them. Aneka was the more eager one to bring you into the relationship with them. It was funny because in the beginning she actually tried to hide her attraction for you, but Ayo was able to read her like a book. It didn't take long for her to coax the truth out of Aneka, and she was jumping for joy when Ayo revealed that you had her captivated as well. Now that both of them had established a pretty good friendship with you, and were ninety percent sure that. You felt the same way about them as they did you.
The biggest obstacle was presenting you with the idea of a poly relationship. They didn't know where you stood on the subject, and figured the main reason. You were so hesitant to take things any farther with either of them. Whenever the opportunity presented itself was because you knew for sure they were together. The flirting probably confused you more than anything. Which is why both of them brought you out here to the Border Tribe grounds today. You had been begging to see the rhinos for the past couple of days, and this was one trip Okoye wanted to sit out for obvious reasons.
Your eyes widened in surprise when you opened the door to find both of them standing on the other side. Dressed up in casual clothes for the day out Aneka had a picnic bag on one of her arms.
"Um guys a little help" You called out to them your voice dissolving into a stream of giggles.
Both of their heads snapped up into your direction out of curiosity more than worry. They knew you more than safe around the animals. The Tribe Leader took the time to introduce to all of them, and get them acquainted with you to make sure. There were no sudden accidents, so you weren't being attacked. At least not in a violent way. A group of baby rhinos had piled up on top of you forcing you to lay on your back. Some of them were nuzzling their noses into your stomach, while the two focused on licking your face showing you as much affection as they could.
"Ayo come on" You pleaded with a squeal at the cold touch of the rhino's nose on your bare stomach. All the nudging they were doing had caused your shirt to ride up a bit. You knew out of two Ayo would probably be the one easier to convince to come to your rescue. Aneka was more than likely in the process of taking pictures right now.
Ayo shook her a head with a small smile on her face. It was hard to believe that you were one of the most deadliest Avengers at times. A warm feeling overcame her as she glanced over to Aneka who was indeed recording the whole thing with her kimoyo beads. In her eyes the three of you were already official so why did it have to be so hard to make it real?
"Ayo please" You cried out again.
"I'm coming sthandwa" Ayo finally answered already making her way over to you.
"Oh come on ten more seconds" Aneka chuckled.
A Day Later
"Have you two still not told her how you felt?" Shuri asked a hint of disappointment in her voice.
Ayo shook her head. "We don't know how" she admitted sheepishly.
"Why not just be honest with her about your feelings" Shuri suggested as if it was that obvious.
"That's what I said" Aneka exclaimed smacking Ayo on the shoulder. "Ayo is afraid of running her off with the idea of being with both of us."
Shuri scoffed. "Oh come on surely you see the way she looks at both of you, and not to mention you two is all she can talk about."
"That is when she decides to take a sometime away from you two to spend time with someone else" Okoye chimed in. The General had a small pout on her face. Which was rare for her.
"What's wrong?" Ayo asked her attention switching from her own dilemma to her friend.
"Nothing" Okoye murmured looking away quickly. It was obvious that she was lying.
"She's upset that you and Aneka stole her favorite American from her" Shuri revealed with a chuckle. Okoye shot the Princess a death glare clearly not caring about status right now.
"Wait you and her are pretty close aren't you?" Aneka mused walking to stand behind the General.
"We use to be" Okoye muttered under her breath turning around to face the younger woman.
"Oh hush y/n still loves you alright she's just going through the early stages of the honeymoon phase with these two" Shuri said.
"Yeah and the sooner you help us figure out how to approach her with all this. The sooner we'll get through the honeymoon phase, and you'll have her to yourself again." Aneka told her pausing for a second to think then continued. "I mean eventually she'll want a break from us and you're going to be the first person she calls to hang out with."
At this point without either of them realizing it Ayo had come around to stand on Okoye's left side. "What Aneka is trying to say is if you help us. I'll take over morning training sessions for the next three months, and she will handle cleaning duty for the spears and armor."
Aneka frowned and opened her mouth to protest, but Ayo shot her a look telling her to wait. She wasn't happy but listened anyway.
Okoye pretended to mull over the deal for a while already knowing it was a win-win for her. While getting up early to lead training for the Doras were no problem for her. It would be nice to sleep in every now and then. And as far as cleaning duty for the spears and the armor it was usually a task she assigned to any Dora, but sometimes they would try to argue with her decision. Having Aneka take care of them for the next few months would save her a few headaches. Not to mention with both of them being preoccupied at times. You would be free a few times throughout the week at certain times of the day. She really did miss having you around.
"Fine I'll help" Okoye finally said after two full minutes of silence. Ayo grinned while Aneka just shook her head.
"Why do I have to take cleaning duty?"
Ayo shrugged "because I'm second in command."
Two Days Later
"I didn't know you guys celebrated Christmas here in Wakanda." You said spinning your body around to get a full view of your body in the dress. It was third one you had tried on and while you did like it. This one didn't seem to be the right fit either for the Christmas party being held at Ayo and Aneka's home. No doubt the dress would impress Aneka who would love the way it hugged all your curves just the right way, but you didn't think Ayo would be a big fan of it. You wanted to pick out something both of them would like. It was starting to seem like an impossible task.
"We do its just our traditions are a bit different from yours. We tend to be a bit more festive you know. Parades and parties with minimum gift exchanging" Shuri explained. The Princess of Wakanda was a bit casual for the event in black dress that fully covered her shoulders of average length. "You know we're going to be a late if you don't hurry up and pick something. Its not going to be anything too fancy did they not tell you that?"
"They did but still I want to look good" You whined stomping your foot. It was frustrating not knowing if it was even appropriate for you to being trying to get their attention. Since the two beautiful women were already in a committed relationship. Were you crossing a boundary here.
Shuri walked over to her bed where you had all the dresses spread out. She looked over them before coming across a beautiful red dress with gold mixed at the shoulder sleeves, and slits cut in at the thigh. It was perfect not too fancy but not super casual either. "How about this one?"
You looked over your shoulder to see which dress she was holding up, and your eyes lit up in joy. "They'll love that one it matches their armor."
"So which one are you pinning for?" Shuri asked with a teasing smile. As you came over to take the dress from her already shimmied out of the last dress.
"What?" You squeaked out nervously.
"Well obviously you're hoping to impress one of them who's the lucky girl?"
"Come on Shuri both of them are taken by each other. I don't stand a chance I just know they're going to look good, and want to match them" You lied smoothly.
Shuri let out a laugh filled with disbelief. "Yeah because you hear me calling all my friends sthandwa."
Now that got your attention considering both Aneka and Ayo were using the word on a regular basis with you still. Yet you still didn't know what it meant. "Hey Shuri what exactly does that word mean?"
Shuri tilted her head to the side with a smirk. "You're going to have to ask one of them. My lips are sealed sthandwa."
You let out a groan but was finally done putting on your dress, and it was perfect.
The Party
Aneka latched herself onto your arm the second you walked into the house. "You look beautiful, sthandwa. I love the dress," she whispered into your ear.
Heat rose up on your cheeks like it always did whenever she complimented you. "You look great too and your home is beautiful" You replied.
"I can't believe its your first time here" she said. And it was crazy considering how much time you had spent with the two of them. But then again being in their home only served as a reminder to you. That both of them were taken by each other, and the relationship was serious. All of sudden you got real self conscious about how close the two of you were together while walking.
You tugged on your arm to get her to let go which she did without a fight. Aneka shot you a worried look as you put a bit more distance between the two of you. The sudden switch in behavior caught her off guard. You had never gave her the cold shoulder before, and she was learning fast she didn't like it.
"Is everything okay y/n?" She asked nervously.
"Um yeah is Okoye here?"
Aneka nodded pointing in the direction of the outside porch. You looked over to see the General surrounded by a few members of the Dora Milaje and Shuri. "I'm going to go outside with her tell Ayo I said hi" you told her. You walked away not giving get the opportunity to protest or say anything.
Aneka watched in disappointment as you walked away pulling Okoye into a hug. Once you reached her had she just screwed things up with you?
"She probably feels like a homewrecker" Nakia suggested. After Aneka got through telling her and Ayo what had happened. A hour had went by and the party was in full swing now. You hadn't budged from Okoye and Shuri's side since. When Ayo approached you to compliment your dress. You gave her a small wave and looked away.
She hunted Aneka who she knew had gotten to you first to see what had changed.
"Why don't you two just tell her how you feel? Nakia asked in confusion.
Ayo let out a frustrated groan tired of explaining this. "We don't want to scare her off."
"Well then you better figure something out before she says bye bye."
"We have a plan but unfortunately it involves her actually talking to us, or at least being near us you know."
Both of them shot the former spy a pleading look. Nakia shook her head with a grin. "I got you where is she meeting you lovebirds?"
"The kitchen" Ayo answered.
"Give me ten minutes" Nakia told them.
At some point M'Baku had joined the crowd, and now you and him were exchanging stories. While everyone else around listened. A few minutes later Nakia joined greeting you with a hug which you returned. While you did feel bad for blowing off Ayo and Aneka out of nowhere. You felt like it was for the best in the long run. You were guilty of a lot of things but never breaking up a happy home, and you weren't ready to add to the list.
As time drug on everyone started to run low on drinks. Okoye was the first one to get up to get a refill when Nakia spoke up offering to get her one instead. "How about I get everyone something" she insisted. The crowd let out a small cheer at that, and Nakia pushed off the railing she was leaning on headed back to the inside. She turned back upon reaching the entrance to look back at you.
"Y/N will you give me a hand?"
"Sure," you answered quickly, jumping up from your spot between Okoye and Shuri. You followed her into the house not seeing any ulterior motive.
Once the two of you reached the kitchen you grabbed a tray to carry the drinks out on. While Nakia started preparing them, and two minutes later the refills were ready to go. On the way back Nakia paused in the doorway of the kitchen her eyes drifting upward. A chuckle escaped her lips making you follow her gaze to sit a mistletoe strung up over your head. "Oh Nakia you don-"
She held up her free hand to stop your protests. "Don't get me wrong y/n its not that I don't like you. Its just that kiss already belongs to someone else usisi."
Before you could ask her what she meant by that without another word. Nakia took the tray out of your arms with her hand, balancing both of them perfectly. She went back to the outside porch. A pair of strong arms wrapped around your waist from behind, and you were tugged back into someone's chest.
"You've been avoiding all day sthandwa I don't like that" Ayo whispered into your ear.
You let out a laugh bringing a hand up to rest on her arms, but the same guilty feeling flared up inside before you could get comfortable. "Ayo I don't think we should be doing this."
"Don't you like me?" she asked.
"Of course I do but there's Aneka you know I kinda like her too, and then there's the fact the two of you are together."
Just like that Aneka appeared in front of you with a grin. She rested her hands right on your lower waist below Ayo's. "Then its a good thing both of us like you too and have no problem sharing." She said with adoring eyes.
"What?" You replied nervously. Part of you was doing the backflips inside your mind. While the other part was wondering if you truly dreaming at this point. Aneka leaned forward to press her lips to your cheek, and you felt Ayo do the same to your left cheek. Their lips lingered for a few seconds before both of them pulled away at the same time. "We like you y/n and if you're okay with the idea. We want you to be with both of us." Ayo clarified.
You were silent at first, not sure how to answer them considering. You were just now coming to terms with the fact that you weren't dreaming. This was really happening. You had spent the past three weeks bonding with both of them. It only took one week for you to realize you were falling hard, and even though you wanted to pull back. It was impossible to do so Ayo and Aneka had somehow managed to capture your heart without you even realizing it. Of course, you were down with the idea. But you did still have one worry.
"I want to do this" You started watching as both of their eyes lit up with joy. "But I've never been in this type of relationship before. How does this work? What if I do something wrong?"
Aneka took a step forward closing the distance between the two of you, and caging you in between her and Ayo's bodies. Then she pressed her lips to yours in short but adoring kiss smiling when you kissed back. "Sorry I've just been waiting a really long time to do that, and as far as this goes we'll figure it out together."
Ayo brought a hand up to your chin to gently turn your head to the side. So you are facing her and shared a kiss with you as well. "Aneka's right, my love. we got this. After all, you are the first woman we've ever asked to join us. You're special to us y/n and whatever it takes to make this work. We'll do that."
Your stomach was filled with butterflies as your knees were so weak at this point. You were pretty sure if it wasn't for the two of them holding you up. Your knees would gave out on you about two minutes ago. "Alright then I'm down" You agreed pulling away when Ayo leaned forward to kiss you again with a smile. Both her and Aneka frowned at your reluctance. "Why didn't the two of you just tell me how you felt days ago? Why set all this up?"
"We thought if we were too forward it would scare you off" Ayo said.
"No she was thought it would scare you off" Aneka corrected her. "I wanted to tell you from the start."
"This isn't the type of thing you just tell someone" Ayo argued.
"She would've been fine and we could have avoided all of this" Aneka shot back. You shook your head with a grin and captured Ayo's lips in a more passionate kiss this time. She let out a gasp of surprise but her eyes closed as her lips moved in sync with yours. It took about five seconds but eventually Aneka gripped your chin prompting you to break the kiss to lock her lips onto yours. You were left breathless by the time she pulled away. You leaned your head on Ayo's shoulder while the two of them shared a kiss of their own.
"Its about damn time" a familiar voice said a few feet away. All three of you looked in that direction to find Shuri leaned up against the wall with a grin on her face.
"Y/N I don't know if you realized it yet but these two have been obsessed with you since you got here. I mean they could barely focus on their duties" she teased.
"Yes and they've been hogging you" Okoye added appearing behind the Princess with her arms crossed over her chest. A disappointed look on her face.
You chuckled as both women finally released their grip on your waist. "Is that so?"
"Yes now that the three of you are official and all. It would be nice to get a day or at least an hour of your time" Okoye said.
"Hey she's spent this whole party right up under both of you" Aneka argued.
"And the two of you spent this whole party mulling over her now that its done. Maybe you two can actually entertain your guests" Shuri reminded them.
The party went on for another two hours or so winding down as the sky got dark, and soon enough night came. Everyone started to pour out to head back home at that time. Okoye, Shuri, and Nakia stuck around to help clean up the mess. It didn't take long for them to notice you and Aneka were nowhere to be found. Ayo was alone in the kitchen washing up the dishes.
"They're in the living room" she said raising an eyebrow at them. She knew the conclusion all three of them were drawing up in their head. Indeed you and Aneka were found cuddled up in each other's arms on the sofa sound asleep. Aneka was situated between your legs leaned back resting on your chest. You were pressed up against the arm of the sofa with your arms thrown over her shoulders your hands connected at her stomach.
Shuri took a few pictures letting out suppressing her laughter when Nakia nudged her. "This is perfect blackmailing material."
"I'm guess this means y/n is staying here tonight" Okoye stated.
Ayo had finally finished the dishes and came out of the kitchen to stand over the back of the sofa. She peered down at you two unable to hide the love in her eyes. "Yeah she can crash here tonight I'll be up to lead training in the morning." she reassured the General.
Okoye waved her off. "Don't worry about it you can takeover next week, but just so you know. Y/N is my favorite American and I won't take it lightly if either of you hurt her."
Ayo never thought she would see the day Okoye threatened her over someone. "You don't need to worry sister."
The three of them finally left leaving her alone with her sleeping girlfriends. While Ayo didn't want to disturb either of you because of how peaceful. The two of you looked sleeping together she knew there was no way. All of you would fit on the sofa, and the bed was much comfier anyway. It took a few nudges but Ayo was able to get you both to wake up.
Aneka stretched before making her way to the bedroom immediately mumbling. She would be waiting for you and Ayo to catch up. Ayo led you to the giant room with a hand on the small of your back. "You're okay with this right sthandwa?"
You gave her a sleepy nod but the nickname made you perk up a bit. You still didn't know what it meant, and now that you were official with them. They wouldn't have a problem telling you right. "Hey Ayo" You whispered walking into the room.
"Yeah" she answered back guiding you to the bed. The room was dark and the light snores feeling the air told her Aneka was passed out again. She didn't want to disturb her by turning on the light.
"What does sthandwa mean" You managed to ask climbing into the bed, and scooting over into the middle. Your body sunk down into the mattress as if it was cloud. You felt like you would fall through any moment, but didn't.
Ayo grinned knowing you had been trying to get it out of everyone else for the longest. She laid down next to you and turned onto her side wrapping an arm around your waist. Ayo rested her head on your chest before whispering the answer. "My love it means my love." she shook a bit as your body rumbled with laughter.
"So you and Aneka really were in love with me from day one" You chuckled.
Ayo gave you a small nod that you felt. "Hmmm that's good to know since I had a little crush on you since the Battle of Thanos."
She wanted to ask for more details but sleep had finally claimed you again. After those words and five minutes later Ayo went under as well at some point during the night. Aneka would shift over to rest her head on your shoulder while throwing an arm over Ayo.

It’s been long enough, and I haven’t feed y’all with anything😭 so here are just some silly HCs I thought of, I honestly enjoy angst very gery much. Even though im not really supposed to. I just feel like there isn’t that many stories or HCs that talk about what she’d do when T’Challa passed. And I honestly lowkey like reading angst, there’s just something about it😮‍💨 but yea Lmk if y’all want a part 2!
Mentions‼️: SH, attempts of suicide, depression, eating disorder, ADHD (not sure if I missed anything else)
Tags gng: @neptoons1998 @s0lam3y @mal-urameshi
(Most of these are connected which would most likely be under it or would be somewhere!)
-After T’Challas death she took sleeping pills because without she’d end up laying thinking about him. She also tried to take them when her mother died. But they don’t work due to the herb.
-would draw T’Challa all the time, and even thought about tattooing a sketch she did of him on herself
-T’Challa always smelled good, so when shuri found a shirt that she had stolen from T’Challa, she began to cry uncontrollably because it didn’t smell like him anymore
-shuri began to isolate herself so everything could hurt a lot less. Especially after her mothers death.
-After Ramonda told she T’Challa passed Shuri ran to the table and shouted out at him. Telling him to wake up, but was held back by 5 Dora’s including Ayo and Okoye because she was “disturbing” his peace.
-When Shuri began to think less of brother she slowly forgot what he looked like.
-Never got to say a finale goodbye to T’Challa
-Locked only herself in her lab for an entire month with no food or water as a form of punishment
-Every day for the month Okoye, Ayo, Aneka, M’baku, and the Dora army would try to open her lab
- Once they were able to open it they found her on the ground on the verge of death. She was very skinny and lacked a lot of sleep and energy.
-Everytime someone would try to get her to talk about her feelings she’d blast her music till they sounded on mute
-One of the main reasons why she made earrings, was to be able to ignore people with her music
- Her last words to T’Challa was “Shut up! Can you stop apologizing and saying that I can’t do anything anymore? You’re not going to die, I won’t let you!”
-Everytime Aneka found her having a breakdown she’d called the lab and told griot to lock it for the day so she’d grief properly
-but she would always find a way to go to her lab
-Hallucinated about T’Challa during the day in her lab, and would do the talking for him. She’d often do their handshake that they’d do
-Her lab members would look at eachother knowing that itd be best if they left. Because it would normally end off with Shuri realizing he wasn’t there and she’d get mad
- Always always had eye bags even before his death but it wouldn’t be as noticeable till he did pass away. From afar you could be able to see them, and would think that they weighed a ton.
-Because Shuri would always pull pranks on T’Challa, he’d return them but they’d be a little too much. So when she was shouting out to him on the table, she shouted out “Get up, I don’t like this prank. Please”
- Would make the things T’Challa would ask her even if they were dumb like a some figurines T’Challa liked from movies.
- Sometimes while working if she’s in a bad mood she would often break her pencils or supplies due to the grip/strength she would hold them at
- She left Nakia short, but harsh and cold voicemails the first 2 times she tried reaching out to her. And would ignore the other voicemails
- Sometimes for the fun of it she’d answer the calls and would quickly end it
- Changed her wardrobe because T’Challa really liked Shuri’s style (it was a mix of American style and his style) but at the end she just dressed up likeT’Challa.
- Completely destroyed the outfit that we saw at the beginning of BPWF because it reminded her that it was her fault for his death
- Always late at events because she’d spend so much time in her lab she’d forget what day it was
- She would yell at everyone if they bothered her or reminded her to eat while she was working
- Had mood swings
- She would often fidget with her pen or anything she had near her.
- Would randomly get the most horrifying sickening nightmares or visions/flashbacks about T’Challa. And would act like nothing ever happened
- every time she’d try to sleep she always get nightmares
- Some nightmare,vision/ flashbacks she’d be most afraid was 1. Her being T’Challa’s lifeless body on the table with her screaming to to wake up. 2nd, Falling in pitch black and she’d be surrounded by everyone blaming her for not saving T’challa. 3rd, Her having the best percentage of the herb to save him, but before she could make her to him, there was something keeping her away from giving it to him so she watched him die
- Had sleep paralysis for the first time. It happened during the dream where she’d be T’Challa on the table lifeless while seeing herself shouting at him
- Her sleep paralysis demon would be her family(including Nakia, Okoye, M’baku, Ayo, and Angela) mumbling about how she was a failure
- Tried unaliving her self countless times but was either caught or stopped herself thinking that what would everyone feel like after she did. And how would she help Wakanda from invaders
- she survived her first and last attempt but was caught on her other attempts
- She would SH. And would use raw vibranium to burn herself. So she has burn marks from raw vibranium and scars all over her body
-She skipped her meals every day so Ramonda would watch Shuri eat or send Okoye or Aneka or Ayo to do it
- She would often freeze and begin to uncontrollably shake while having visions when she’d remember T’Challa in some type of way.
Live, laugh, love, Angst🫶💕

I know they didn't have a lot of scenes but Ayo and Aneka in bp2 deserve so much love
Yes! Look at this; they are so cute! Hopefully we'll get more of them in the future 🥹 Their banter in WF was endearing too.

hi! currently reading all your okoye fics and they’re all so good 😭🙏 she’s always been my fave ever since the first black panther so i’m glad i found ur writing 🥹 if ur still taking requests, how about aneka/ayo where one of them gets jealous but she’s still denying her feelings and thinks it would be “weird” to fall for their co-worker 😩 i hc aneka as the more vocal one in the relationship so i think it’s also interesting to see if ayo was the one in denial. i’m okay w anyone tho and only if u like the prompt. thank u! 💗

Author's Note: I actually like this one. So I'm gonna need you all to pretend that this is their Debut story from me, because Jurisdiction is possibly my least favourite work ever and I'd like to forget about it's existence.

If anyone were to ever ask Aneka about Ayo, they’d probably get a loaded answer.
She’d let herself grin from ear to ear thinking about the woman. Trying to find the best way to describe her.
“Ayo is…” she’d stop just as she thought she got the right words, wanting to find more.
“Have you ever had a good thing that only you know about? So you spend your entire day fixating on how lucky you are to have it but you never physically say that you have it. And when you go to sleep you’re thinking of this thing, and how you want to have it forever. That’s Ayo.” she’d say with a content look on her face. Knowing that she didn’t answer the question, and that she was just spewing out her love for the woman instead.
She’d describe her as this soft, caring, strong leader that is an integral part of the Dora Milaje. She’d easily confess that she liked the woman.
If you were to ask her what she’d do if she were given the opportunity to be with her, she’d get serious. And with hopeful eyes she’d say “I’d take it. I’d take her and never look back.”
Then she’d let you sit with that information. Hoping that you wouldn’t tell anybody what she’d told you, but also secretly hoping that you’d tell absolutely everybody.
Tumblr media
If anyone were to ask Ayo about Aneka; they’d probably get a very limited answer.
She’d tense up, looking around for the woman in question before even thinking of what to say.
“Aneka is…” she’d stop to think of the briefest way to express how she felt, not wanting anyone to know too much about her feelings.
“Aneka is the reason that Bast still makes humans.”
In her head she’d go on about Aneka being the closest thing to perfect that there could be. But out loud, she’d stay silent.
She wouldn’t want to elaborate on the statement. She wouldn’t even want to repeat it.
Instead, she’d daydream about the woman, right as you spoke to her.
If you were to ask her what she’d do if she got the opportunity to be with her, she’d hesitate.
“I haven’t thought about it.” she’d lie at first, knowing that she was constantly thinking about it. Then, feeling bad for lying, she’d again try to keep it brief.
“I’d think about it.” she’d say, before immediately retreating to go anywhere but where she was.
“Ayo. What are you doing here? Isn’t it your day off?” Aneka’s questions are what welcomed Ayo into the room that she often chose to train in.
She’d get home, and think about it. Then she’d be training, and she’d think about it. All day she’d think about it. Think about how quickly she’d say yes if Aneka asked her on a date.
Tumblr media
At first she got choked up, not knowing what to say to the woman. She knew the answers to the questions, but talking to Aneka was a much more specific task.
She wanted to say the exact right thing. She suddenly needed to make sure that she looked presentable.
She struggled to find her feet in creating conversation, but Aneka -being Aneka- waited patiently with a smile as she watched Ayo look for words.
She cleaned her spear as she waited.
“I thought that I’d come see you. Maybe get in some one-on-one combat with you.” She lied. That wasn’t why she was there. She came to be alone with herself. If she had known that Aneka was going to be there, she wouldn’t have had the guts to go. But it was too late now.
Aneka nodded, humming in delight.
“Okay, beloved. I see you feel more than up for a challenge today.”
Ayo blushed. Had Aneka just called her beloved?
The room was growing warmer. More welcoming. Ayo quickly forgot her previous urge to get out and find another place to train.
She got herself together, taking out her spear, just as Aneka did hers.
The two spent some time circling each other. Aneka looked deeply into Ayo’s eyes, while Ayo tried to stay focused more on the combat than on Aneka’s charming smile.
She became hasty in her attack, charging first to get the action going. Aneka’s expression changed quickly. Her battle face took over as she realised that Ayo intended to seriously train.
‘ She's still charming.’ Ayo thought. Then she shook her head at herself. “Focus.” she whispered to herself.
“I am.” Aneka said, swinging her spear under Ayo.
The latter responded with a swift gliding motion of her spear to stop Aneka’s from hitting her feet.
Aneka retracted, and brought her spear up to clash with Ayo’s.
Ayo tried to stay focused, looking down while blocking the other spear. But still Aneka retracted and took hit after hit, smiling when she was able to pass through Ayo’s defences.
For once she was glad that the training spears weren’t electric like the vibranium ones.
When she landed on the floor, she was even more glad that it was only the two of them in the room. Had the others been there, Okoye wouldn’t ever have let her forget it.
Especially because Aneka hadn’t even touched her, so she’d seemingly tripped on air.
“Is that all you’ve got, Ayo?” She approached the defeated woman who refused to get up and continue to embarrass herself.
When Aneka knelt down, her cocky expression turned worried. “Oh, my love. You’re hurt. Your head.”
Ayo raised her hand to take a feel of her head, and unsurprisingly her hands returned with blood on them.
“Stay here.” Aneka said.
Ayo did as instructed, sitting up and waiting for Aneka to return.
Though she considered leaving then and there, her mind told her not to. Her mind went back to the other thing Aneka had said.
“Oh, my love. You’re hurt.”
My love.
Was that something that Aneka usually called people? She couldn’t quite remember.
Her memory was hazy.
When Aneka came back with a first aid kit, Ayo’s mind came back to her injury.
She tried to make a grab for the kit to handle her situation.
“Don’t. Let me do it, Ayo.”
So she backed off, letting Aneka disinfect and place a cream on the cut.
“There.” she said when she’d put the thin bandaging on Ayo’s head.
“Um.” Ayo tried to speak, her voice hoarse and throat dry. Aneka’s face was so close to hers. So close that Ayo could tell that Aneka could feel her breathing on her skin.
She didn’t know what to do with the position that they were in. Aneka leaned closer to her face, her lips puckered.
Feeling those lips on her forehead, Ayo automatically sighed, feeling her body release the tension that it had.
“Thank. You.” she rasped out.
Aneka smiled, bringing her face lower.
When their lips were on the same level, and only mere centimetres apart, she stopped, Meeting Ayo’s eyes.
.Ayo opened her eyes to see that she was in her bed, by herself.
Just as the light touch of Aneka’s lips hit Ayo’s; she woke up.
Tumblr media
She breathed deeply, processing the hyper-realistic dream’s events.
Her hand went for her forehead, feeling completely cut-free skin.
Getting out of bed, she tried to ration with her mind.
It was just a dream. Just because she felt so good in it, it didn’t mean that there was any truth to it.
Sure, she found Aneka to be quite attractive. But that was it.
That sensational feeling that she felt in that dream; that feeling of love. That was all fake. Just her mind playing tricks on her.
But she couldn’t deny the tingling feeling that still remained on her lips for the rest of the morning. The remnant feeling of what could have been.
She couldn't deny that she possibly wanted more of that. At least; not to herself.
To everyone else she would at least try her best.
Walking into the palace, Ayo was greeted by the sound of the early-bird Adored Ones chatting in the hall before the day truly started.
The leader of the noise was none other than the woman of her dreams. Literally.
Ayo approached the glowing presence of the woman who spoke. She could tell that they were all engaging in lighter conversation, seeing as everyone was smiling.
When Aneka caught a glimpse of Ayo on the sidelines, she lit up.
“And if it isn’t the woman of the hour! Morning Ayo.”
Ayo was ashamed to admit that her heart skipped a few beats when everyone looked her way.
Though her face was serious like it should’ve been, she could feel her face tingling. She had a feeling Aneka was the only one who could sense her uncomfortability.
Aneka went to hug her, embracing her firmly. “You look amazing today.” she whispered into her ear.
Ayo’s face was on fire now. The strong blushing sensation almost breaking her serious expression.
“Thank you.” she said quickly. Unlike in her dream she was quick on her feet when she was talking to Aneka. It was the best way to stay ahead of the flirtatious advances that she often made.
Not that Ayo thought it was serious flirting.
That would insinuate a completely different thing. It was just playful flirting… that was slightly more than one-sided.
She said slightly more because she couldn’t always be sure with Aneka.
She was a lot more talkative than her. Which often meant that compliments like the ones that she gave her were given to far more other people.
That’s why being quick to dismiss her was the best option. It took the feelings out of it all.
Unfortunately, that’s just about all that it did. When it came to staying focused around Aneka, quick responses didn’t help her. She was just as bad if not worse than herself in her dream.
With everyone else joining them in training in the same room, she was more wary of how she behaved. But Aneka still acted the same.
It made for easy distractions.
Ayo landed on the floor much faster than in her dream.
Aneka smirked at her, but quickly stopped and came closer to the woman, “Ayo, you’re hurt.”
Ayo sighed, lifting her hand and just like she’d predicted, seeing blood.
Aneka went to get the first aid kit, and Ayo couldn’t help but feel a part of her hurt for the missing “my love.” in her words.
Some of the others watched her as she sat on the ground, embarrassing her more.
Aneka came back, and for 3 whole minutes, Ayo’s real life was matching the dream exactly.
“There.” Aneka said.
She looked into her eyes, leaning in.
But Ayo wasn’t ready to face the rejection.
“Thank you.” she said.
She stood up quickly, knocking Aneka over accidentally. “Ayo, Wait!”
Rushing out of the room, she went into the opposite one, where no one had chosen to train alone in.
She let herself catch her breath, feeling a headache approaching.
Hearing a breathy voice behind her, she internally screamed.
“Ayo.” Aneka said.
Ayo turned around, seeing a confused Aneka coming towards her.
“What’s wrong?” Aneka’s hand went to softly hold Ayo’s chin like she often did, but Ayo moved in protest.
“It’s nothing.”
“It doesn’t feel like nothing.”
Ayo finally met the other woman’s eyes. “I don’t know what’s wrong, Aneka.”
“Then we’ll figure it out. Just talk to me, Ayo.” Aneka begged.
The two looked at each other, breathing in deeper than normal. Time was temporarily halted. Ayo’s eyes looked down to the other’s lips for a moment before she tried to look away.
“I-”
Her eyes closed for a moment, and that light graze came again. Aneka’s soft lips wanting to touch hers.
But not quite reaching them.
“Ayo-” Okoye’s voice and frame came into the room, making the two separate.
“Oh.” Okoye had stopped dead in her tracks seeing the two so close together. Even if only for a split second.
“I heard Ayo got hurt. I was just coming to check on her.” Okoye said, looking the other way.
“Okoye,” Ayo tried to explain
“You look okay, so- I’m gonna leave now.” She turned and left the room as quickly as she came in.
Aneka’s attention returned to Ayo. “Maybe you should take the rest of today off. Just to figure out what’s wrong.”
Ayo unknowingly moved her head. Making it look like she nodded in agreement.
Aneka gave a slightly frown-like smile, going back to the room filled with the others.
Ayo stood still for a while, trying to figure out whether or not she had imagined what happened.
She came to no definite conclusion.
For weeks after it all happened, there was a distance between the two.
Tumblr media
At first, Ayo made a point to avoid Aneka. Making up excuses for her to leave the rooms that Aneka entered. Saying that she was busy, or just openly ignoring her presence.
Aneka didn’t notice at first, actually believing that Ayo was busy all of the time. But when she noticed that she was purposely ignoring her on some occasions, she grew distant.
She didn’t outright ignore Ayo, but you could sense the tension whenever she chose to compliment someone else instead of her. Aneka didn’t mean any harm in it. She just knew what she wanted, and since Ayo wouldn’t admit that there were mutual feelings there; it had become a way to make her see what she was missing.
To Ayo, the ‘flirting’ became a clear confirmation that there was nothing special between them.
She let herself accept the fact that she would never get to feel that sensational love that she had secretly been hoping to have with Aneka.
This didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt. Because it did.
It hurt seeing those compliments going to others. It hurt seeing her face light up seeing other people. It hurt knowing that she wasn’t even an option anymore.
Ayo always had her reservations about starting that type of relationship with a fellow Adored One, but having the option always felt comforting.
Knowing that if she just got the courage to make that one decision; to take a risk. She’d have a chance of having something great.
It was the one thing that made her day 100 times better.
Now that that was gone, all she did was crave it. Hoping that she’d get it back one day.
Spending another day avoiding Aneka, Ayo sat on a bench watching her from afar.
As a woman approached Aneka, all Ayo could see was an excited romance-adjacent encounter. Aneka was all over the woman. Hugging her intimately. Whispering into her ear like she used to do to Ayo.
As Aneka held on to her, refusing to stop hugging the woman, her eyes landed on Ayo staring.
Ayo stood up, looking away with the hope that Aneka hadn’t fully caught her.
She gathered her things, making her way around Aneka and her new woman.
When Aneka saw the look on Ayo’s face at the sight of her ‘new interest’, she couldn't help but feel slightly guilty.
Tumblr media
She’s known that using her friend as a jealousy tactic would have worked, but seeing her immediately leave with that sad look on her face again. It made Aneka want to fix things far sooner than she had initially thought that she would.
She thanked her friend for the help, making her way home.
There, she got herself ready for her big moment. Thinking about that one question.
What would she do if she got the opportunity to be with Ayo? She’d so confidently thought she’d “Take it” when first asked.
Now. she had to put that confidence into good use.
She didn’t necessarily think that she had an opportunity, but she had a small opening. One that was only being held open because of that almost kiss.
She’d been clinging to it from the moment it happened, wondering if she had imagined it.
She hoped that she hadn’t. She hoped that her opening was real.
Hope was the one thing driving her forward to make her move.
When Ayo heard a knock on the door of her home, she groaned in exhaustion. She’d been self-loathing for a few hours by then. Embarrassingly wallowing in her own pool of self-pity.
She was grateful that she’d at least changed into something comfortable, but presentable. Not needing to check for her appearance.
She opened the door to yet another dream. Though it seemed very real.
Aneka stood in front of her. Dressed like what Ayo could only describe as a glimpse of paradise. Like an angel.
Wearing a slitted cream-coloured dress, with silver earrings that stole Ayo’s attention and refused to relinquish it, Aneka stood far more confidently than she felt.
“Take me on a date tonight.” she demanded, letting herself into Ayo’s home.
Ayo turned to the woman who had passed her and was now getting comfortable in her house. She wore a confused expression on her face.
“Excuse me?”
“I said, take me on a date tonight. I'm sick of-”
Ayo brought her hands up to tell Aneka to slow down. “Wait, can you stop for a moment and let me think.”
So Aneka stopped, looking around while Ayo tried to process what was going on.
When she had calmed down and filtered her questions down, she took a deep breath.
“You want me to take you out?” she asked. Aneka nodded,
“Where is this coming from?” She asked, not knowing how loaded that question was for Aneka.
“It’s coming from years of watching you from a distance and wondering what it would be like to have you up close.” she started.
“I keep asking myself what I would do if I just got one chance to try this out. To try us out. Everytime I think about it, I tell myself that it might work. If I just get the chance. So I wait. And I wait, and wait. But I can’t keep waiting. It’s never gonna happen if all I do is wait. So I’m forcing myself to be the chance for once.” Aneka tried not to tear up at her words, wanting Ayo to know that she was serious.
Meanwhile, Ayo was doing everything to make sure that it wasn’t another dream. She checked for the time. She looked all over her house to check for any small changes. She even pinched herself a few times.
When she was sure that it was real, she still had her reservations.
“What about the girl you were with earlier.?” she asked bitterly.
Aneka scrunched her face at the thought of explaining that. “She’s just a friend.”
“A bit close to just be a friend, don't you think?”
“Look Ayo. I’m telling the truth. She’s just a friend. We don’t usually act like that. I was trying to make you jealous.”
“You were?” Ayo scoped out her whole body -mostly just to soak in the beauty of its presentation again- but more importantly to see if she was lying.
Seeing her do this, Aneka smirked. “Mhm. And it worked too. Well, mostly worked.”
“What makes you think I was jealous? “
“Ayo. Are you actually going to make me answer that? Don’t try and deny it.”
“I’m not trying to deny anything. Okay. Maybe I was a little bit hurt by it. But it wasn’t that bad.”
“Really? What were you doing before I got here?”
Ayo refused to answer, looking anywhere but at the other woman. Aneka folded her arms in victory, knowing that she had won.
Ayo considered her situation. Adding the new information that she had into the equation. Was she willing to take the risk?
What if it didn’t work? She wasn’t willing to risk that.
“I don’t know, Aneka.”
Aneka sighed, going in to hold Ayo’s hand. “Ayo. I’m not asking you to say yes to doing anything but take me on a date tonight. I know exactly what I want with you, and if you need me to tell you I will do so gladly. But I know how you are. You’ll stress out the entire time and feel pressured into taking a thousand steps at a time and making it work out as soon as it begins. Right now, all I want is for you to take this 1 step with me.”
She kissed her hand, looking at her with her entrancing eyes.
Ayo couldn’t help but start to feel that loving sensation all over again.
“Okay.” she whispered.
“Okay?” Aneka asked excitedly.
“Yes, okay.”
Aneka released her hand, going to hug her.
“Just one step?” Ayo asked. Aneka nodded in agreement.
Ayo let go, “Before we do that.” She couldn’t help herself as she leaned into Aneka.
There was no denying that their lips touched then. They connected and held each other gently, until they were ready to let go. Then they did it again. And then one last time for good measure.
When they departed for the last time, Aneka couldn’t hold in her giggle.
“Just one step at a time.” she told Ayo.
She reminded the both of them of that one thing.
It was just one step.
One night.
One date.
And a plethora of other possibilities.

Imagine if Aneka used to date this guy in the past who was a total red flag but didn't show it until they were a few months into their relationship and Aneka was miserable for months but when she had met Ayo, she soon took a liking to her and she found herself staying behind more to watch Ayo spar with Okoye, and Aneka's ex soon got tired of her so he broke up with her but she didn't mind at all and she mustered up the courage to ask Ayo to spar with her, she was overjoyed when Ayo agreed. She lost every time but she didn't care.
As the months passed of Ayo and Aneka spending more time together, they began to get a little bit more touchy during sparring sessions, began to hang out more, little acts of service like bringing the other food, began arriving at the training sessions late and would arrive together, let the other rest their head on their shoulder, light teasing, holding hands. They were basically dating without knowing it since they were so blind.
Eventually Okoye got so fed up with them she took the situation into her own hands.

When They're Jealous
The Sun & The Sky AU
Some things are censored with a multiplication sign, so it's not too explicit.
p.s. @sphinx81 he got punched here. I'll see what kind of pandemonium I can cook up in Storm for M'Baku to get punched by Namora there too. 🤣
Attuma × Okoye
Tumblr media
When Attuma is jealous, he makes it extremely clear to everyone that Okoye is his. Whether that be him randomly shouting "Has anyone seen my wife, Okoye? Oh! There she is!" To scooping her up, tossing her over her shoulder and announcing that he's going home to make love to his K'iin. Okoye is always extremely careful to not make him jealous to avoid this, unless she's intentionally trying to make him jealous (when they had a bad argument and he won't apologize first) or when she's tired of someone who's persistently trying to flirt with her despite telling them she's happily married.
If Attuma suspects that she's intentionally flirting with someone, he will not hesitate to lay her out on a table to blow her back out.
In public.
Namora: ATTUMA NO! WE'RE IN A PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT!
Attuma: *ignores Namora as he speaks to Okoye in Xhosa*
Oni: Why don't we ever do that, Amora?
Namora: In yakunaj, if you need to be pleasured, we will do it at home.
Oni: *bows her head in prayer* Why couldn't it be me, Bast?
Namora: Oni!
Namor: *still eating his food*
Shuri: *has a waitress screen off the area while Okoye curses back at him in Xhosa before she began to frantically apologize and moan*
Aneka: Why would she flirt with the waiter?
Ayo: I don't know, but that's none of my business.
Ross: *minding his business*
M'Baku: *also minding his business*
Tumblr media
Okoye does her damn best not to be jealous. In fact, Attuma is such a faithful man. It's rare that she does feel jealous. The only times she's ever felt jealous was when she saw a beautiful warrior talking to him in Talokan. (She really was beautiful, but to her surprise, she was into women... and Attuma was actually telling her that Okoye was his wife... because she was interested in her. 🥴 His jealous ass.) And the second time was when she saw him helping a woman carry some things home because she was pregnant. He just looked like he belonged with her, despite it being an innocent act of kindness. She felt so bad about it that she cried. But it was just the pregnancy hormones. 🥹
Attuma showered her in kisses and fed her chopped pieces or melon to lift her spirits.
Attuma: I was only helping because she was pregnant. My sweet wife is pregnant, and I would want someone to help you if I wasn't around. *feeds her a piece of fruit*
Okoye, trying her hardest to stop crying: I know. But she's so pretty.
Attuma: Okoye, you are the sun in the sky. What could outshine you?
Okoye: *starts sobbing again*
Attuma: K'iin?!?
Okoye: What about at night!? *wails* Doesn't the moon shine bright too?
Attuma: *shocked Pikachu face*
Namora x Oni
Tumblr media
Oni is a literal demon when she's jealous. It's never truly Namora's fault. The warrior is completely oblivious to flirting now that she's married and her rest face still scares people off. Despite that, some people are super persistent, and Oni has no issue making it very clear that Namora is married.
She'll watch things unfold quietly and watch how Namora reacts. Then she'll step in and drag Namora away to do some very explicit activities until the only coherent word she can say is 'Oni'.
Oni tilted her head as she kneeled before the dazed warrior and grabbed her jaw.
Oni: Who do you belong to, Amora?
Namora, panting and sniffling from overstimulation: Oni.
Oni: *smiles sweetly as she cupped her flustered cheeks* I don't mind reminding you. Forget as much as you'd like. You will always end up like this when I'm done with you.
Namora finds it very hot but is always careful not to let Oni get jealous too often. Oni has no shame and will definitely do something freaky in public to remind everyone who she belongs to. 🫣 She has literally climbed under a table to eat her out before. Don't ask for the specifics. 🥴
Oni is the type of girl that will finger a grapefruit to get her point across, so I'll let your mind go wild with what else she's capable of. (Yes, she can tie knots with cherry stems. 💀)
Oni: Amora!
Namora: Mm? *looks up at her wife*
Oni: Watch this.
Namora: *watches her wife toss a cherry in her mouth and close it with a super focused look on her face before sticking out her tongue to reveal a sparkling clean cherry seed and a knotted cherry stem*
M'Baku: That is the skill of a woman who has conquered many men.
Shuri: Don't start.
Namora: Oni is a skilled warrior. *furrows her eyebrows* I do not understand the offense.
Aneka: He just called your wife a hoe.
Ayo: Aneka.
Aneka: I'm not gonna lie to her.
Ayo: *shakes her head*
Namora: A hoe?
Namor: *translates before taking a casual sip of his drink*
Namora: *gets up and beats M'Baku's ass*
Ross: *still minding his business*
Oni: *looks at Shuri* Can you do it?
Shuri: Let me try.
Okoye: *eating her food and watching M'Baku get beat up* This salmon is delicious. You wanna try it?
Attuma: *also watching the Namora win the fight* Sure. *eats her offering off her fork* Wanna try my food?
Okoye: Sure.
Tumblr media
Now, when Namora gets jealous. You better run. Namora will more than likely send you off to meet your maker or catch and release you into the wilderness, halfway across the world.
Oni is a beautiful woman, and she's usually very friendly until provoked. So it's natural that honey would attract bees. She appreciates those who back down after learning that Oni is married.
What Namora won't tolerate is when you continue to flirt with her wife after Oni informs you that she's married. Provoking and upsetting Oni will get you on her list. And with heightened senses, she knows when it happens whether Oni tells her or not.
Over 15 people have gone missing after flirting with Oni. And Namora being Namora, she always gifts Oni something that they were wearing. Like a watch or blouse. To make it abundantly clear that she did something and will not hesitate to do it again.
Don't worry. These people found their way home months later, absolutely terrified of the couple.
Well. One guy never made it back because he slapped Oni's ass, but Namora won't tell Oni what she did to him. She simply gives her a kiss and pretends she never asked anything.
Namora earned herself the title Sea Demon, because she has been spotted dragging people out to sea a few times.
Just don't bother her wife, ok? 😮‍💨 Leave Oni alone.
p.s. Oni doesn't flirt with people, so it's their fault if Namora has to get them. Bast doesn't mind it either. Namora is the best protector her vessel could have ever had.
Namor × Shuri
Tumblr media
Namor does not enjoy feeling jealous and things will always boil down to three options:
1. He'll do something explicit in public to Shuri in a discreet manner, where no one knows what's happening but the two of them.
2. He'll punish her for entertaining someone by edging her for a few days.
3. He ends them. (A last resort option, because Shuri doesn't like it when he does it.)
Not a single soul in Takokan or Wakanda would be bold enough to flirt with Shuri. (They don't want to die, and they know he would end them. 💀)
Shuri: You know what sucks about marriage?
Oni: What?
Shuri: People don't flirt with me or compliment me anymore.
RiRi: You married the King of Talokan.
Shuri: So?
RiRi: Did you forget what he did to Wakanda? If he caught anyone flirting with you- not a single soul would survive his wrath.
Oni: I agree with RiRi. Namora makes people disappear. Namor would definitely make a country or even a continent disappear if someone dared to flirt with you."
Shuri: But what if it was one of you guys?
Aneka: Girl, what?!
Okoye: She wants to watch the world burn.
Shuri: Well, if I kissed one of you, he wouldn't get mad.
Oni: You can't be serious.
Shuri: It's a hypothesis.
RiRi: That shouldn't be tested, genius.
Okoye: We're all basically sisters to you anyways. It wouldn't work out. Especially since everyone's married, but Ri-
RiRi: -it doesn't even matter that I'm single. That man barely forgave me for my invention. He will never be given another reason to want to kill me, God willing.
Shuri: But what if we pretended we did and pulled a prank. Like a joke. A lil jokey joke.
RiRi: That man doesn't play about you. I'm not using my life as bait.
Shuri: You guys don't get it. It's exciting to see him jealous.
Okoye: How hard do I need to hit her to help her think properly?
Aneka: *rolling up a magazine* I got it. *gets up and chases Shuri around*
For this reason, it usually happens on missions when they're in another country, and no one knows who they are because they're undercover.
Shuri handles it pretty well, and will sometimes flirt with random people to set him off because she finds it fun. (Sis is playing with fireworks in a bonfire. What did J. Cole say in that one song about not wanting to be saved? 🫣)
Unlike Namora, Namor doesn't have a partner with unhinged blood lust. So, people can't just go missing without Shuri getting upset. Unless it's to the point that Shuri feels extremely uncomfortable or unsafe.
They have a safeword for when she's fine with him taking them out, and it centers around his real name.
It's only been used twice, so far.
Random guy: Why are you playing so hard to get? *grabs her wrist roughly* We were dancing and everything, and now you're trying to leave.
Shuri: I was trying to be nice, but you're making things difficult. *snaps his wrist like a twig before walking off*
Random guy: *follows after her, reaching for his weapon* Why you-
Shuri: Ch'ah Toh, in yakunaj. Áantení. *hurries outside as she whispers into her kimoyo beads*
(Ch'ah Toh, my love. Help.)
The sound of bullets firing made her panic as she looked around for her husband. Just as the man came outside and grabbed her by the back of her neck, a spear went zooming past the queen's head and into the man's skull. He dropped to the floor, his touch no longer contamininating her skin.
Namor: Are you hurt? *looks her over frantically*
Shuri: I'm fine.
Namor: You didn't fight anyone, right?
Shuri: No. I'm fine. *gently touches her stomach* We are fine.
Namor: *exhales softly* Good. Did you get what you needed?
Shuri: Yes. *holds up a tube of vibranium*
Namor: Then we can go?
Shuri: Yes, my king. *smiles as he peppered her face with soft kisses*
Namor: *scoops her up* Great. You did well, my queen.
Even before she's expecting, they had this safe word prior to in the event Shuri is fighting someone she can't beat on her own. And no, she's not expecting in Storm, lol. Shuri and Namor have kids somewhere around Okoye and Attuma's fourth kid.
Tumblr media
Shuri doesn't handle jealousy any better than Namor. Namor, however, doesn't entertain it or initiate it. Even while on missions, he's very dismissive to people who flirt with him.
Drunk Namor however may fuck up if he sees a woman who is slightly reminiscent of his beautiful wife. Although Shuri finds it a little endearing, she will not hesitate to use PDA to make it very clear that Namor is taken. She'll kiss him. Sit on his lap. And in a few extreme instances, she's literally warm his c×ck or given him a h×ndjob. 😳 Do with that, what you will.
Alexa, please play Partition by Beyoncé.
Shuri: Aj K'uk'ulkan. You should be able to differentiate me from other women. *bouncing on his lap in the corner of a restaurant that is slightly screened off*
Namor: I am sorry, my Queen. *grabs her hips as he struggled to stay quiet* I was only confused for a moment.
Shuri: I don't like it when you gaze upon other women. You should only look at me like that.
Namor: I thought she was you for a moment. I looked away once I realized she was not.
Shuri: You tend to struggle when you are drunk. *grabs his jaw and pulls him closer* Let me help you remember exactly who your wife is.
Namor finds Shuri absolutely enchanting when she's jealous. She's so needy and affectionate, yet demanding and dominating- and he can't help but melt under her every single time. Seeing her uptight facade fall while she's making a very public scene makes him very h×rny.
I would type out these scenes in deeper detail, but I'm not trying to get yeeted. I might crank something out and toss it up on AO3, if I have some free time. 🤷🏾‍♀️
What are you thoughts? Am I missing anything?
I contemplated doing something for Aneka and Ayo, but Ayo does not play those types of games with Aneka. And Aneka knows Ayo would get upset if she saw her entertaining someone. So they don't. There's rarely any jealousy between the two because the boundary is extremely clear.

Imagine Ayo and Aneka developing a crush when you come to visit Wakanda
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"She hates us" Ayo stated watching as you left the lab with Okoye who offered to show you around the city.
"No she hates you" Aneka corrected her lover resting a elbow on her shoulder.
Ayo turned to her with a eyebrow raised in suspicion.
"I brought her breakfast this morning and she actually invited me to join her. While she ate you know she's pretty cool" Aneka told her trying not sound like she was gloating.
"She won't let me anyhwere near her" Ayo complained with a pout.
"I wouldn't either if you judo-flipped me onto the floor the first time I saw you." Shuri said walking past both of them on her way to her workstation. The two of them had chosen to stand guard over the lab today in anticipation that you would be here hanging out with the Princess, and you had until it was time for a break. You wanted to go out to eat but didn't know a single popular spot to go to. Okoye stepped in without hesitation to show you some.
"How was I suppose to know she was one of your American friends?" Ayo defended.
"You could've asked before going all Dora on her, and throwing her to the cold hard floor then putting your spear to her throat." Shuri said pouring a liquid into a vial, but still had a smirk on her face.
"She came out of nowhere and just walked up to hug you. Its my job to protect you I was just suppose to know she wasn't a threat." Ayo protested walking over to lean back onto the work table.
Shuri's attention shifted from her experiment for a brief second as she glanced up Ayo to see the pleading on her face. You really did just let yourself in using your power to turn into a current of electricity and travel through conducting material.
"Fine I'll talk to her when she gets back, but what do you two want with her anyway?" Shuri question standing up straight her eyes flickering back and forth between both of them. There was amusement in them.
"We just find her to be interesting that's all" Ayo said with a light shrug.
"And beautiful" Aneka threw in with no shame.
"Aneka" Ayo chided her softly smacking her shoulder.
Shuri just shook her head giving both of them a playful smile. She already knew what they wanted with you, but wanted to see if they would admit it.
Hours Later
You ended up staying out with Okoye for the rest of the day considering. Shuri had some important lab work to catch up on, you were grateful she agreed to run some tests on you last minute to see. What was up with your powers lately, and why were they going haywire. You had the ability of electricity manipulation and for the longest you had full control of it. Able to generate it, teleport with it, absorb it, and shock or just electrocute people. But lately something had been going wrong whenever you would go to send a stream of electricity at someone. Your powers would just cut off short and you were afraid that. You could be possibly losing them or something.
Shuri was able to come to the conclusion that your powers were just involving, and giving you new abilities with them. You just needed to start training to figure out what they were, so you could to master them. It was a bit annoying to know you had to relearn your powers when it already took you years to master them in the first place. But at least you weren't losing them altogether.
"Are you sure you don't want a training partner?" Okoye asked.
"No you've done enough for me besides I don't want to end up shocking you. You can show me some more combat moves tomorrow though" You said.
Okoye grinned. "Are you sure last time you didn't land a single punch?"
It was true the last time you and her had a friendly sparring match. Back when she was visiting America while accompanying T'Challa on diplomatic business. You ended up kissing the mat four times, and just gave up after that.
"Hey I've been training a lot more since then, and that's why I said you can show me some moves" You reminded her.
"Alright see you tomorrow" Okoye said then walked away leaving you at the entrance to the training rooms. On her way to the lab to see if either Shuri or Queen Ramonda needed anything else. She walked past Ayo who just gave her a nod. But Okoye could tell something was eating at her second in command, and knew it probably had something to do with the way she was staring at you earlier. She gave her a teasing smirk.
Ayo was hoping that Shuri had found the time to talk to you. After all it was her who told her you would training in the gyms of the palace. She really hope she wasn't being setup to be electrocuted. When she reached the gym her ears could pick up the sound of you moving. Ayo paused at the door to watch you train.
You were attempting to construct weapons out of electricity, so far only managing a rope. It was hard to gather the electricity, solidify it, and form it into something. The closest thing you had ever done with this in the past was a lightning bolt. After Thor dared you to do it.
You could feel someone watching you from the shadow, and at first assumed it was Aneka. The beautiful woman had made it a habit of surprising you out of nowhere. She showed up today while Okoye was showing you the market. Aneka begged you to let her whisk you away for just a few minutes. You had let her and didn't have a single regret. But when you glanced over your shoulder you realized it wasn't her, instead it was Ayo the one who put you on your back earlier.
You took a deep breath knowing you had been a bit too harsh to her afterwards. Shuri called you and pleaded the Dora's case telling you that she was just technically doing her job. That if Okoye hadn't known you personally she would've done the same. You knew she was right and was a bit curious to see what she wanted with you.
"I know you're there are you coming in" You asked with a ball of electricity taking form in both of your hands.
"I hope that isn't for me" Ayo said walking into the room.
"What no" You laughed before launching it at a dummy. It soared hitting the dummy in the chest causing a small explosion that left it with a gaping hole. "I'm not pissed at you throwing me I guess I lowkey did deserve it."
"I'm sorry for that I should've waited for explanation" she apologized.
You shook your head. "Naw I should've used the front door like every other visitor."
"In that case let us start over I'm Ayo"
"Nice to meet you I'm y/n"
Ayo beamed and let her spear lean up against the wall as she kicked off her shoes. She joined you on the mat. "So I hear you had trouble pinning Okoye last time you two sparred. If you want I can show you some moves."
"Well I'm getting nowhere with my powers tonight it might help me relax." You agreed walking over to stand in front of her but pausing a few feet away with a hand held up. "You promise to go easy on me right?"
"Of course sthandwa I will always be gentle with you" she replied with a smile.
You tilted your head to the side in curiosity at what she called you. Aneka had used that term more than once with you today, and Okoye reassured you it meant nothing bad. It was quite the opposite actually, but wouldn't tell you what it meant. You made a mental note to just ask Shuri later doubting either Ayo or Aneka would tell you.
