Normally, Shadow wears these inhibitor rings to suppress his inherit chaos energy. This probably doesn't matter in his super form. However, I like the idea that he's potentially hiding more power behind them.

An annular solar eclipse will be visible across North America on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023. The October annular eclipse's infamous "ring of fire" will cross eight U.S. states from Oregon to Texas, according to NASA. If you're not fortunate enough to see it in person, the eclipse will be livestreamed for free so you can enjoy the wonder of the eclipse from the comfort of your own home.  During an annular solar eclipse, the moon appears slightly smaller than the sun. As such, it doesn't block the entire solar disk like it would during a total solar eclipse. Instead, the moon's shadow covers most of the disk, leaving the outer rim, resulting in a beautiful "ring of fire."

Overview of the upcoming annular solar eclipse on October 14, 2023

An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes in front of the Sun, but is too far away to completely block it. This creates a "ring of fire" effect around the Moon.

The October 14 eclipse will be visible from a narrow path that crosses the United States from Oregon to Texas, and then continues through Central America and South America.

The eclipse will begin in the United States at 9:13 a.m. PT (12:13 p.m. ET) and end at 2:47 p.m. PT (5:47 p.m. ET). The ring of fire phase will last for about 4 minutes.

It is important to never look directly at the Sun, even during an eclipse. To safely view the eclipse, you should use special eclipse glasses or project the Sun's image onto a white screen.
