We all know the “asexual spectrum” doesn’t exist and it’s absolutely ridiculous as most of them are just preferences disguised as sexualities so the people that use and created them can feel special uwu.
So, instead of having the ridicule that is the “spectrum”, why don’t we just create labels to describe their attraction?
Let’s get some things right, first, though:
-Abrosexual is just a more complicated way of saying questioning and it’s literally stupid. It doesn’t exist.
-Demisexual is so fucking rude to allos and it’s a normal human preference for everyone; there’s no need for the label.
-Cupio’s pretty much regular asexuality, so there’s no need for the label, but it could be considered a label for someone who still has same sex relationships.
-Apitho is valid, but not a sexuality and definitely can be used as a label.
-Gray is also valid, but it’s also sort of like asexuality. I’m thinking more of rarely experiencing sexual attraction, but having it happen without forming a bond.
-As for all of the others, I don’t believe in them. Placio just seemed rapey, and all of the the others just don’t make sense so I won’t be making labels out of them.
So I’ll be working with cupiosexual, apithosexual, and graysexual and turning them into “labels” like I identify as a lynx, a bi girl who has a strong preference for girls.
Cupiosexual ー Wanting a sexual relationship, but not experiencing sexual attraction.
You can see why I think it’s exactly just plain asexuality, since asexuality is just not experiencing sexual attraction, but people seem to think otherwise so I’ll be turning it into a label, but it’s a completely useless label to me.
Cupio sounds like cupid so I’ll do something like that, assuming they’re going to experience romantic attraction and then get into a relationship like many other people. So the label is going to be Cupid. It can be used like this:
“Cupid bisexual/biromantic.”
Apithosexual ー Some who identifies as asexual and is sex repulsed.
I’m thinking we could do something with the prefixes in/im/il/ig/ir as it means not. I was thinking immune, but I don’t know. If you have any other suggestions reblog it and tell me and I’ll reblog it, no matter how old the post, but this is how you could would use it:
“Immune asexual.”
Graysexual ー Very rarely having sexual attraction.
I feel like gray would be fine, so we’ll go with gray. This is how you would use it:
“Gray bisexual/biromantic.”

For some reason multiple of my past and current friends come (or have come) to me for relationship advice even though I'm Asexual/Apithosexual???
Is it because I'm impartial? Because I tell it like it is?
I'm so confused.
