Serif has autophobia, a definition meaning the fear of being alone, abandoned, ignored, or isolated. While they can usually be by themself just fine, especially with a specific objective in mind, they'll start to twitch, shake, and/or feel burdening dread if they're alone for too long. They value their teammates' companies immensely because of this, and thankfully they value Serif's just as much, which nullifies their anxiety.

I have monophobia, scared of being alone & abandonment, & all my friends know that. So one day they all ignore me FUCKING GREAT?? Now this was a few weeks ago but i just thought ab it. I hate ppl who like to trigger ppls fears I'VE TOLD THEM THIS MILLIONS OF TIMES 2! So why fucking do it? It scared me so fucking bad & made me feel not real. Yes, ik i sound childish but imagine u have a fear & everyone triggers it. IMAGINE!
tell me why some “dumbed down” kinder detransed version of the host’s ex just showed up in the headspace? she’s like some sort of manifestation of his fears but they’re apparently insys dating again.. like a week or two after said ex abandoned the host 🙁 genuinely if any systems could explain id absolutely love that i’m so sad
Don't ever laugh or devalue people who have "weird" phobias! For you, their phobias may seem harmless and stupid, and for people with these phobias, because of your ridicule and depreciation, they may start feel uncomfortable about this, and may even stop sharing their worries with you!
(The video does not apply to any specific individuals! In this video I wanted to show the problem and my personal experience!)
Headcanon! Second Coming has anxiety and Autophobia (fear of being alone/loneliness)And a little bit of agoraphobia too (fear of open spaces, but in this case it's more fear, or discomfort of crowds.)
As the leader, they work hard to take care of the rest of the group, but the dangers that surround their friends are too worrying. They are afraid that something bad might happen and they won't be able to do anything. What if one of them gets hurt and they're not there to help? What if something happens that they can't be there? What if they are sick but you can't find a cure or medicine? So many worries surround their mind that it exhausts them.
This worry gets worse when they are alone, they can't be alone for long, their mind is full of things that can happen to their friends that leave you breathless. They cannot think in complicated situations and often need others to help them. In moments of panic, whether it's when they can't find a lost friend, when they can't find the others, or when one of them is injured and they don't know what to do, Your breathing feeds, your heart rate accelerates and you sometimes have panic attacks.
Even with Autophobia, they don't like people, especially people they don't know, they feel comfortable around people they know and love. When in crowds, they panic, and sometimes have panic attacks. They are only comfortable with their friends.
They can't sleep most of the time, and every now and then, when one of their friends is out, they wait all night for them to come back, sometimes sleeping on the couch, sometimes not sleeping at all. Sometimes they need to sleep next to their friends to be able to calm down, and sometimes they invade one of their room to sleep next to them(Mainly Green and Red who they care most about.)
Neither one of them knows of their anxiety, yellow suspects but Green is the only one who seems to notice but doesn't say anything, just tries to comfort them with everything he can.
When they find Second sleeping next to them, not one of them has the courage to wake them up. But only Green decides to go back to sleeping next to them and they still hug them.
Second doesn't know about ther condition, and sometimes has panic attacks, ther subconscious telling them to stay alert to any possible danger. Sometimes they lose control of their powers and pass out from exhaustion. Sometimes they offer to do The others chores even when they don't have problems or are in danger of getting hurt, this worries them a lot.
Sometimes they just pass out from exhaustion even though I haven't done anything, have constant headaches, hands shake when nervous, can't speak when in difficult situations and sometimes they cry for no reason and almost don't even notice until someone points it out.
This is tricky for Second Coming (and yes, this is present in all my AU's too! Not just one specific one.) But at least they have friends who love them dearly and want only better for them. Sometimes they are the overprotective with Second Coming, knowing something is wrong but not knowing what it is exactly.
Does Eclipse have any irrational fears, like how in canon Moon and Lunar hate mannequins and dolls and Sun hates bugs? Like would he share some of those irrational phobias with his brothers or does he have a different irrational fear other than his autophobia (apparently thats the word for fear of abandonment in phobia terms)?
Both Autophobia and Monophobia work. They're both similar phobias, and technically he has both. Fear of abandonment, and fear of being alone. The monophobia stemmed directly from his autophobia. All the nightmares and night terrors he gets brought that on. Those are the only phobias he really has though
