Fact: The Earth rotates very quickly. As a result, different parts of the Earth move at different speeds - the equator at about 1670km/h, and the poles at none.
Fact: Summon Object can be used to move an object from any location to a space near you.
Thought: By summoning an object from the equator, it will be moving West at a significant speed. Likewise, by summoning an object from a pole it will be moving East at a significant speed.
Fact: I live in England.
Fact: England has a longitude of roughly 54⁰. The radius of the Earth is roughly 6321km.
Thought: If my maths is right, England moves at roughly 1324km/h.
Fact: 1324km/h is a reasonable speed for a bullet.
Fact: 1324km/h is Faster than the speed of sound.
Conclusion: By casting Summon Object on rocks in The North Pole, you can create bullets from thin air.
serial escalation in supernatural is so funny. In Season 4 it took an entire garrison of angels fighting for months/years just to get one guy out of hell. In Season 8 they just bribe a reaper, kill off a major recurring character, and get in and out within the episode. By Season 15 a trip to hell takes less than ten minutes, can be pulled off with ingredients they already had lying around, and doesn't even waste screentime showing them getting out again because it's that much of a nonissue. Everything about the show is like this.
Yukari Yakumo's spellcard background uses her appearance from Perfect Cherry Blossom, where she had the outfit with red ribbons.
In Imperishable Night (as opponent), Shoot the Bullet and Impossible Spell Card she has the outfit with blue ribbons, but the background is still with red ribbons.
recently thinking about oscars old quirk where he is a professional conspiracy theorist (picked up from his uncle) and as a result ended up keeping several notebooks worth of weird ideas and evidence he finds. complete with nice handwriting and illustrations/diagrams/etc.
when mochi sees his notebooks (and after he finds out correctly guesses that shes a witch), shes like "Wow, your notebooks are so nice and organized!!!!!" and asks him to become the guild scribe. general purpose of the job is to help mochi fulfill her witch duty of writing spellbooks, since his handwriting/diagrams are so much nicer than her bubbly and incoherent spell rambles
(she makes good spells, but mochi (who doesnt pay attention in school, and so sucks at writing) is awful at describing them and writing instructions. even when she looks back at her old things she cant decipher what she was talking about. its like reading a recipe with vague instructions that makes you want to cry.)
(for @foolforbuffy || further explanation about this post)
So first things first, Willow ressurected Buffy which ended up leading to Warren trying to kill Buffy, and with that Tara died. This doesn't mean Taras death is Willows fault, it just kinda happened, like Tara would've survived if they had decided to go out for icecream, they were both just really unlucky.
When Buffy was shot things weren't looking that good for her. Like she may have slayer healing but she was shot in the chest. Slayer healing probably only really kept her alive for as long as she did so she didn't die imediatly like Tara.
Because Tara died, Willow absorbed all the books and went dark. Now more powerful than ever, she saved Buffys life, since we've espablished Buffys life was actually in serious danger.
Meaning if that bullet had missed Tara, Buffy might've died instead. And Willow would've lost one of them either way. But since Buffys ressurection ultimatly caused Taras death, Taras death also then ultimatly caused Buffys survival.
Its a life for a life.
And Willow accidentally ended up chosing Buffys life over Taras that day when she ressurected her.
