#nsr #no straight roads #djss #dj subatomic supernova #i have a legitimate and non-meme reason for posting this:#(big ol'rant coming up here)#despite his hairy legs literally being his charm point #and also the only exposed skin he has (except the santa suit where you see his hands and his skintone is MORE apparent)#some people seem to be 'forgetting' that DJSS's skin is a dark desaturated magenta #(it's 885b71 if you wanna be totally accurate)#like i get moving his skin closer to brown or blue/purple depending on the composition. even in some of these shots they look a lil light #due to the literal lighting #i'm not asking for total accuracy #but there's some things that you just can't do #i'll just put it this way:#if i see you drawing DJSS with light skin for any reason other than the lighting in the scene or you're working in pastels #then i'm blocking you #because i don't want to see it #as you can imagine this was originally a rant #but i decided to make this moodboard #since it serves double duty of being informative and somewhat humorous

This is pretty high up there on my list of dream fantasies 🥵 these are two of my biggest weaknesses, don't even look at me rn

One of life's greatest joys is cuddling with the other person's head resting on your chest so you can play with their hair and rub their shoulders. I love that shit, having someone else's body weight on you is so comforting.

“You okay?” Buck asked, turning his body and wincing at the pain of resting his head on his hand.

Eddie sighed, hiding his face in his own. “Yeah, I’m just… jumpy.” He sighed again. Buck frowned, reincorporating a little bit. “I keep thinking what could’ve happened to you out there.”

“Eddie, I’m fine,” he mumbled patiently. “I’m not defenseless, I know how to use our weapons.”

From across the room, Eddie scoffed, then cleared his throat. “It’s not about you being damn good with that machete, which I know you are,” he said, watching Buck nod in agreement. “It’s about the fact that you- it’s like you think this Camp could go on without you.”

It’s quiet for a few moments, before Mike finally whispers back, “What kind of story do you want me to tell?”

Will considers this for a moment. “One about hope,” he murmurs, and he closes his eyes heavily, resting his head on Mike’s chest. “About how things could be different.”

Again, Mike goes quiet. His heart beats, a gentle thumpthumpthump, in time with Will’s own, and he holds Will closer, staring up at the endless sky above them. Then finally, he begins to tell his tale.

“Once, there were two princes,” Mike says softly, “born in countries at war with one another…”
