My job consists of meetings, huddles, 8+ different group excel sheets, interviewing and training new employees, delegating dietitians’ work, endless e-mails, meal substitutes, dealing with surveyors, and oh yeah… clinical dietetics.
I’m still wearing an N95. My cubicle is a disaster. Who has time to eat anymore?
Here is a nutrition diagnosis for my whole department:
Unintentional weight loss r/t poor appetite AEB <50% PO and fluid intake and 6% weight loss (severe) over the past 1 month secondary to long-term stress -CONTINUES.
