Dying Art, Batik - Kelantan, Malaysia 2019

Equipment used: Canon 70D, 50mm Lens

I have presented a series of images of the Kelantanese making Batik. Batik is a very traditional Malaysian type of decorative cloth which is used for both clothing and artwork. It was very interesting to see how the people created Batik and I find it very fascinating to experience it live. I used the B&W filter within the Canon 70D setting to creating the texture and grains in the photographs.
