What is the best case in AA5/6?
A lot of people seem to like turnabout storyteller but I personally wasn't able to make it that far through aa6 because i found the game so loathesome and unpleasant to play. I am also the ace attorney fandoms most dedicated Simon blackquill hater so I can't imagine I would have had too much fun with it either way
My vote will go to magical turnabout because even though trucys writing was meh she got some much deserved screentime. and there were some really cute moments with her and apollo. Even though phoenix should have been the one taking that fucking case. Additionally I really liked Betty and Bonnie's designs and if I am living in a world where aa6 is real imagining a world whwre both phoenix And his daughter accidentally bag identical twins is hysterical.

The Magical Turnabout: Cleared!
Whoo! I haven't had a shot of the old AA charm in a while, but something about Case 6-2 clicked for me in that front! I suppose I should go through the old bullet points then, shall I? Let's do this!
(Cutting this off here because GOOD GRIEF are there a lot of thinks about this case)
TRUCYYYYYYYY! I'm so sorry for what DD has done to you, but I really liked her and Apollo here! Who knew that giving your character a stake in the plot and room to breathe actually makes them an interesting person to watch and root for? The legacy of the Gramaryes weighing on her shoulders, her dedication to her magic, her wonderful bond with Apollo... it all shines through, giving me a lot more to grab on to emotionally than in the prior game. In Trucy We Trust!
APOLLO JUSTICE IS DOING FINE! He's got something of a legacy to hold up himself, being the only one alongside Athena to hold the fort while Wright's away. And they were under serious attack, too - losing out on the office and a dear friend & daughter of Wright is a hefty thing to deal with. And yes, he's as jaded and snarky as he ever has been.
Athena's here. That's pretty cool. I'm not going to complain much about her not getting too much here, since this isn't really her story. She's still a god-damn riot and keeps up a charming dynamic with Apollo, and her righteous indignation at Retinz's shenanigans is pretty cathartic.
Ema gets a nice look here too! Showing her in a much happier tune after achieving her dream job - a little reminiscent of her younger years - while still keeping the snide built up from AJ. I do like the conflict of interest her with Trucy on the line. Seems detectives can't go a trilogy without someone they actually like being put in the slammer, but it's a nice crumb.
Case 2-3 was pretty fun in how it faked a magic trick to hide the real murder, but a lot problems got in the way of fully appreciating it. This doesn't have nearly the same issues and manages to make use of the inherent mysteries and mechanics of the magic tricks performed to its advantage. Even the main villain had a grander illusion to unravel at the very end - that being the mystery of how the victim truly perished. It was fun following along & seeing the show behind-the-scenes!
Bonny & Betty are fine. Both are sympathetic enough being admirers tricked into being accomplices in muder. Betty in particular seems scorned to all get-out, having to pretend to be the other for so long. Bonny has to deal with self-esteem issues and a slightly controlling twin sister. I liked them!
Roger. Motherfucking. Retinz. The man's got intelligence up the wazoo but that's about the only admirable trait I can assign to him. This man is easily the most despisable AA villain I've seen in a long time - not counting ones that are hateable due to bad writing, Dual Destinies - who almost managed to get one last cut in on Trucy before he vanished for good. He doesn't make his grudge a secret and his actions - both in setting up his schemes and his general behaviour - make him one awful son of a bitch. A mistrusting, dishonest, egocentric magician who stands in stark contrast to Trucy. Pretty dang good for a one-off villain!
Now then... you're probably wondering what I think of Nahyuta Sahdmadhi. While I'm not going to make sweeping judgements until I see the whole story, I do have some thoughts. Just bare with me.
Khura'in is a country that hasn't seen a Not Guilty verdict in over 20 years. Nahyuta didn't oversee Phoenix's first trial there and the next has yet to come. They have a poor opinion of defense attorneys and a deeply religious reason to want justice for the victim in order to bring them peace. Nahyuta is an asshole. I will make no illusions to the contrary. He is the product of a country that has - at this point - not had any reason to believe the accused isn't the culprit. It's probably not a fair system at all; Manfred's perfect record didn't come about by playing fair, after all. But that's the environment Nahyuta practices and was likely raised in as well. He's got good reason to be an insufferable prat at this point and it's clear we haven't seen the full extent of his character. His cultrue may have largely informed this side of him, but I do enjoy him being in conflict with Ema over indicting someone she knows and cares about. Ones duty taking priority over ones emotions seems like a hint at something... tragic. This is a man who's probably had to push similar feelings down and is well practiced in that, to the point where he's completely shut-off from someone he used to know. We have seen, however, that he is very open to learning about different cultures when the need arises. He went so far as to wait an hour to sample something as simple to L.A. as a burger - enough to be able to recommend a particular flavour. He's researched television programs, social customs, and is even willing to admit that cultrual differences means he might not carry things out as expected. It's one of the more charming parts of his character and I really do enjoy it.
His connection to Apollo... I don't really know what to say at this point. It feels like he occupies an odd middle-ground between Edgeworth and Simon in their debuts. Edgeworth because he actually bothers to talk with Apollo in the lobby, Simon because he's so closed-off that nothing really comes of that. I get what they're doing here - telling us that the prosecutor is someone from the attorney's past and telling us they used to be different - though it's missing something from Phoenix's and Edgeworth's spat in Case 1-2 that gave that scene more to chew on.
Frankly, I think I'll have to check out the rest of SoJ just to figure out if I like the guy or not. Dual Destinies - for as many mistakes it made at the end - did manage to get me to give a hoot about Simon, so maybe SoJ can do something nice with this guy. I've heard the contrary enough times to be cautious but I can't let outside opinion and heresay sway me on these things. Not anymore, at any rate. As before, I want to be damn sure my feelings are my own.
But first! Case 6-4. I've heard many a divisive thing about it - from the wonderful cast to the unfortunate treatment of its leading lady. I'll let you know what side of the coin I land on when I get to the end there.
Until next time! In justice we trust!

Immortal Desire: Chapter 22

Chapter 22:
His only worry now was whether or not Cheryl would accept him in her life. But that would be a worry for another time. Putting all thoughts of the future with his daughter aside, he brought them to Aphrodite’s secret palace.
Once Eros' magic receded, they found themselves standing before what Betty could describe as the gaudiest castle she'd had ever seen.
Everything was gold.
The structure looked to be three or four stories high, every inch covered in gold details on top of gold walls.
Betty, Cheryl, Jughead, and Toni all stood there a minute, trying to take in the sight before them but Apollo and Artemis chuckled, enjoying seeing their reactions. They had heard tales of what her new palace looked like so they were prepared. However, they understood why the others reacted as they did to the place Aphrodite called home.
“That’s…” Betty stated, then stopped, searching for the right words and failing, “something.”
“It sure is,” Cheryl remarked, not able to look away from the monstrosity that sat in front of them.
“Unique. I think the word you’re looking for is unique?”  Jughead replied, knowing that if they all said what they were thinking, Aphrodite would undoubtedly throw a fit.
“Uh, yeah... We’ll go with that,” Toni agreed quickly.

Gin-soaked golden raisins

Page 15: There are nicer, more medically accurate ways to describe it, but "dead butt syndrome" says it all, that feeling of numbness or achiness from sitting too long -- it is no joke to the many people who experience the discomfort of DBS, otherwise known as lower cross syndrome, gluteal amnesia, or gluteus medius tendinosis -- people who sit at their desk all day for work are particularly prone to this syndrome, where muscle tightness in the hip flexors and weakness in the gluteus medius muscles in the buttock combine to create hip and lower-back pain, leading to numbness -- luckily there are simple remedies you can try to alleviate symptoms and even reverse the syndrome
Page 16: Princess Diana: little girl lost -- Diana's brother Charles Spencer reveals truth about heartbreaking childhood
Page 18: There are about 100 prepaid food receipts fluttering on the wall of Ruma's Deli in Missouri and if you're hungry and your pockets are empty, you can grab one, bring it to the counter and get a free meal, no strings attached
Page 19: Pixel the cat is so creepy-looking even a professional exorcist crossed himself and ran -- Alyson Kalhagen's cat has giant googly eyes, a Halloween pumpkin smile and oversized bat ears and he's also fond of making funny faces but the two-year-old has racked up a fan base online, where more than 12,000 followers find Pixel's peculiarities precious
Page 20: Cover Story -- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is huge in every way -- the muscle-bound ex-wrestler has starred in dozens of blockbuster films, has tons of projects in the works, millions of bucks and a brand new show about his childhood but he hasn't always been on top of the game -- the dynamo has gone through so many tough times and bad decisions they would sink a lesser man but he's an open book about all of them and how he fought to get to the top every step of the way
Page 22: After a long break to raise her children, Michelle Pfeiffer is on the silver screen again and looking better than ever -- the 62-year-old is in a new film called French Exit, in which she plays a tragic widow who packs up and moves to Paris with her son -- the actress says to return and thrive in an industry formerly known as being obsessed with youth is a gift -- although her husband David E. Kelley has been behind dozens of hits like The Undoing and Big Little Lies, Michelle doesn't want to work with him because she's seen a lot of couples where they seem to have a great marriage, and then they work together and next year they're filing for divorce -- next up, Michelle will play Betty Ford in the upcoming series The First Lady
Page 24: A Texas grocery delivery driver got more than just shelter from the storm when her car became stuck in a customer's driveway -- the people who lived there took her in for five days and made her feel like part of the family
Page 26: Deep Focus -- stunning underwater pix from an unseen world
Page 32: Pet Projects -- family portraits get everyone into the picture -- photographer Tasha Hall creates "farmaly" photos, which include each and every one of the household where they've got two feet, four feet, paws, claws, hooves or wings
Page 34: While everyone loves a comfortable, cozy mattress, having a really good becomes more important with age because a bad one may leave you with aches, pains and posture imbalances but the problem is that these specialty mattresses are very expensive -- fortunately, Medicare may cover up to 80 percent of the cost if you go about this purchase the right way and you'll then be responsible for the remaining 20 percent, as well as any deductible
Page 40: Psychic Self-Defense -- many people are born with a psyche that is naturally sensitive -- there has been a modern-day rise in occultism and practicing psychics and the way of the world at this time had made many more people seek help -- this has produced a far greater awareness of the need to protect and defend ourselves when working in a magical or psychic context -- we are all constantly being bombarded with psychic vibrations, not all of them good
Page 42: 20 Things You Never Knew About Tiger Woods
Page 44: Eyes on the Stars -- Jenny McCarthy is in high spirits as she preps to tape a new episode of The Masked Singer in L.A. (picture), Goldie Hawn works out in L.A. (picture), Jane Fonda has given up on getting hitched -- she has three failed marriages and being single means she can watch whatever she wants on TV, Kelly Clarkson admits that since her marriage soured she no longer considers marriage a fairy-tale thing and she can't imagine being married again, Charlize Theron admits she hasn't made the grade when it comes to homeschooling her kids Jackson and August, Patrick Schwarzenegger is looking to follow in the footsteps of his dad Arnold Schwarzenegger but says his dad hasn't offered any pointers when it comes to a career in showbiz, Bindi Irwin is close to welcoming her little wildlife warrior with husband Chandler Powell and her 17-year-old brother Robert Irwin has some opinions about his sister's ever-expanding figure saying she's massive

Page 46: We all get a bit snippy at times, but if you tend to fly into a rage, it's not good for your health or friendships -- here are some simple anger-management techniques you can do any time

16th warm up sketch about DC’s latinx and hispanic heroes and antiheroes, and this time it’s turn for Gregorio de la Vega, aka, EXTRAÑO (but don’t call him that), who’s also DC’s first openly gay hero.
Since we’re approaching the end of the characters created in the 80′s, you might’ve noticed that one of the bigger trends of the decade was trying to make the DCU a more expansive and diverse place, with a lot of international characters; while at the same time, failing almost miserably because most of the efforts where really tone-deaf (some directly, or borderline, racist) and mostly spearheaded by white straight creators who, while mostly good intentioned, weren’t the most appropiate voices for these characters and stories. And no other effort failed more catastrophically than what happened with EXTRAÑO (that’s spanish for “Strange”, this is seen as a parody of Marvel’s Doctor Strange, especially taking.into consideration that in spanish it also means “Weird”, because he was gay).
Everything basically started with the New Guardians, a new group of international superheroes created by the freakin’ Guardians of the Universe (of Green Lantern fame), intended to be their succesors and to represent the best of mankind (this was all fallout of the Millenium event, so it was a big deal at the time). These New Guardians where Gregorio de la Vega from Perú; Betty Clawman who was an aboriginal australian; Floronic Man (yes, the Swamp Thing villain) from the US; Xiang Po, aka, Gloss from China; Lyla Michaels, aka, Harbinger (from Crisis on Infinite Earhs fame); Celia Windward, aka, Jet, who was british-jamaican; Takeo Yakata, aka, RAM, from Japan; and Tom Kalmaku, the infamous best friend of Hal Jordan (who was played by Taika Waititi in the live action movie), who’s Inuk.
As far as I know, the original idea from writer Steve Englehart (as he recounts it on his website) was thas this was going to be a really progressive and realistic take on superheroes, that was supposedly going to tackle politics, sex, drugs and other stuff, but eventually DC backtracked from it, so Englehart quit, and the rest of the creative team was left to pick the pieces. It was actually Englehart idea to introduce Gregorio as DC’s first gay hero, but I have no idea if it was his idea to make the character a walking stereotype or not (he was flamboyant, he wore colorful clothes, he was both the father figure and the comic relief of the team, he called himself “Auntie”, etc).
Either way, there was another character who was rejected from the group, south-african Janwillem Kroef, who was a racist white supremacist. Enraged for this rejection, he created a whole lot of creatures, including one called the Hemo-Goblin, who was a vampire that gave HIV to people in a plot to get ride of non-white people. Yes, really. As a result of the attack, EXTRAÑO was confirmed to be HIV-positive (along with several other characters), but the comic left open the idea that maybe he had the disease before the attack.
The whole thing was a total mess (this is the comic that gave us Snowflame, the colombian villain who was powered by cocaine), controversial for all the reasons you can think, and wildly unpopular, so it was cancelled, the team died (or where left for dead) and their story was resolved in the pages of Green Lantern, and EXTRAÑO faded into comics limbo where he remained for decades.
Jump forward to 2016, when writer Steve Orlando brought Gregorio back in the pages of Midnighter and Apollo, with an amazing redesign (I asume by that comic’s artist, Fernando Blanco) and basically finally bumping him to the position of being DC’s answer to Stephen Strange. He even got married to fellow superhero Hugh Dawkins, aka, Tasmanian Devil, and they live in Lima in a magic house called “The Sacrarium” (you know, like the Sancto Sanctorum), with their daughter, Suri.
Thankfully, EXTRAÑO’s presence has remained having appeared in various issues of Justice League Dark and Justice League of America, so here’s hoping he gets more time under the spotlight, now that he became one of comics unlikeliest success story.
Just want to close thanking everyone who has supported this challenge, now that it’s been a month since I began.

Note
(aa6 spoilers? dont remember what case this one is though)
literally the only case i know and remember from aa6 is the one where trucy is the defendant and even that shoehorns more shit in abt the gramaryes its lame i just love seeing my daughter
not only do they shoehorn in shit about the gramaryes they get the gramarye lore wrong, implying in that case that magnifi gramarye was zak's father when he is in fact thalassa's and zak married into the family.
they really gave us a whole case where trucy was put on trial for murder after a magic trick gone wrong and somehow avoid 1. letting her talk to her father even once and 2. mentioning any particular personal difficulties trucy might have regarding Magic Gone Wrong Resulting In Death or Murder Trials Where Her Dad Should Be There But Isnt.
apollo athena and trucy were all sooooo cute during that case and i loved bonnie and betty but man. man. it could have been a good case and just wasnt.

COQUETTE
1927
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Coquette” is a three-act play written by George Abbott and Ann Preston, directed by Mr. Abbott, and produced by Jed Harris and Lee Shubert.
CAST
Frederick Burton as Mr. Wentworth
Elliot Cabot as Michael Jeffrey
Frank Dae as Ed Forsythe
Helen Hayes as Norma Besant
Andrew Lawlor, Jr. as Jimmie Besant
Una Merkel as Betty Lee Reynolds
Abbie Mitchell as Julia
Gaylord Pendleton as Joe Reynolds
G. Albert Smith as Stanley Wentworth
Phyllis Tyler as Ethel Thompkins
Charles Waldron as Dr. Besant
STORY
Norma Besant, a heartless belle of a southern town, falls in love with Michael Jeffrey, a crude and prideful mountaineer. Her father, a physician, is so displeased that he refuses to allow them to marry, orders Jeffrey out of his house, and, half-crazed, shoots and kills Jeffrey to preserve his family's good name. While he is awaiting his trial Besant commits suicide in a final effort to atone to his daughter for her unhappiness.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Before becoming a hit on Broadway, “Coquette” stopped in Atlantic City for one week commencing October 10, 1927.  This was not Hayes’ first time at the Apollo in Atlantic City. She had appeared there in “Clarence” and “The Golden Age” in 1919.
Tumblr media
The Apollo’s front door was located on South New York Avenue but the side was along the world-famous Boardwalk. It eventually was converted to a movie theatre and was demolished in the 1970’s.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After leaving Atlantic City, “Coquette” went to Philadelphia before making one more New Jersey pitstop before arriving on the Great White Way, in Newark. This was a last minute booking because their Broadway home was not available until November 7th as originally planned.
Tumblr media
Hayes had a major career breakthrough with “Coquette.” This tragedy showcased her ability to handle serious dramatic material.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The production opened November 8th, 1927 at Maxine Elliott's Theatre in New York City and ran for 366 performances. Lee Shubert sold actress Maxine Elliott the land for this theatre in exchange for fifty-percent interest in it -- making Elliott one of the only female managers. In 1956, Elliott's heirs sold her share to the Shuberts, who then sold the property. When it was demolished in 1960 it was the only Broadway house below 41st St.
Tumblr media
While pregnant with her daughter, Mary MacArthur, Helen was starring in “Coquette” on Broadway. Helen became sick and had to leave the show, forcing it to close. Rather than pay-off the acting company, the producer tried to claim that Helen's pregnancy was an "Act of God" so that he was not liable. He eventually did have to cough up the money to pay the actors, but Mary was tagged as the "Act of God" baby.
Tumblr media
After closing on Broadway, Hayes also toured with the play, stopping in such cities as...
Tumblr media
The Bronx...
Tumblr media
and back to Philadelphia, where it had an out-of-town tryout.
Tumblr media
The play was filmed in 1929 by director Sam Taylor, but without Hayes, who was thought to be a stage actress, not photogenic. She was replaced by Mary Pickford (in her first talkie) who won an Oscar for the role. Not to be undone, Hayes made her feature film debut in 1931 and won an Oscar for her performance in “The Sin of Madame Claudet”.
“Coquette” was remade for television in 1955. That same year Hayes returned to Atlantic City, at least on stage, in Thornton Wilder’s “The Skin of Our Teeth” which is set on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

Ohhhh k!
Skaar - Child of Ceres. Was gonna make him Ares but I thought about Meg McCaffrey and went Yup. Still rather wild from being trained by the wolves but he's getting better and protects his siblings fiercely. Most don't realise that he's one of the more powerful kids, gifted with geokinesis. Skaar was found wondering around the entrance of New Rome and spends time going between Camp Half-blood and New Rome in order to keep the peace and contact. Skaar finds that he quite likes Camp Half-blood and dislikes the idea of going back.
Rick - Son of Apollo. Rick's mother died in a car crash caused by a monster and ever since then, Rick's lived in countless orphanages, not all of them exactly safe. He was taken to camp around 15 and stays as a year rounder. He likes helping the younger kids out and has the best hope that his father knows what's best for him, though Rick does wonder about how much Apollo cares for his kids. That's nothing a good song can't fix though! Especially if some of the Aphrodite kids join in.
Jen - Daughter of Hermes. Jen always grew up not really understanding why her father had understood her, but finding out that you were the daughter of the god of thiefs and the messenger of the other gods sure helps clear things up. She came to camp around 13 and while Jen isn't a full rounder, she loves her summers at camp and looks forward to coming back every year. She's been thinking about setting up a way to help Half-bloods for when they're older, but for now, Jen works on her debate skills and serves as a peace keeper by going on trips to New Rome along with Skaar.
Red - Son of Mars. Came with Skaar to guard the camp but also came due to the fact that his half-sister, Betty, lives at camp. Red has a lot of scars from plenty of quests and doing his best to guard his home and secretly doesn't want to admit that a lot of his work comes in the hope or impressing his father. He stays full time and refuses to go home after his mother kept his demigod side a secret from him, and while Red is still young, he carries a lot on his shoulders in terms of worrying for the people he cares about and to be sure he knows he belongs somewhere.
Bruce/Hulk - Son of Pluto/Hades. Rather...unique. Bruce was born of Pluto but due to his abusive step father and mother dying, Bruce's DID ended up with his alter taking on aspects of Hades rather than Pluto. It's a rare case as not many demigods have DID but he's trying his best with Hulk and they stay at Camp Half-blood for the most part while working on being accepted to a top lab one day. Bruce is currently working to set up a schedule for him and Hulk while also desperately hoping to avoid being sent out on any quests. Safer for everyone...his friends included.
Samuel - Child of...Athena? Hephaestus? No one actually knows who Samuel belongs to and some say he's actually still not claimed despite being 16. Samuel doesn't seem willing to share and a lot of people think he might be embarrassed to share. All that people know is Samuel is 16 and unclaimed, came to camp in the middle of the night with just a bag over his shoulder and spends most of his time tucked away in one of the research buildings for the nerd thinking kids. Ngl I'm kinda laughing at him being an Apollo or Aphrodite kid but his brother is absolutely a child of Ares.

Memorable Viewing from 2020
Betty Tells Her Story (Liane Brandon, 1972)
Little Women (Greta Gerwig, 2019)
City Hall (Frederick Wiseman, 2020)
Our Hobby Is Depeche Mode (Nick Abrahams & Jeremy Deller, 2008)
Portrait of a Lady on Fire (Céline Sciamma, 2019)
Apollo 11 (Todd Douglas Miller, 2019)
The Bad and the Beautiful (Vincente Minnelli, 1952)
Love Is the Message, the Message is Death (Arthur Jafa, 2016)
The Hanging Tree (Delmer Daves, 1959)
In My Room (Mati Diop, 2020)
I didn’t see many movies in this weird year - not by my usual standards, anyway - but I still wanted to record some kind of snapshot of my viewing year. Obviously I didn’t catch much of anything theatrically. I saw Little Women at an MJR with my wife and daughter on January 1st, Uncut Gems a week later, and Varda by Agnès at the Detroit Film Theatre in late January. Just days before things started closing, I passed an hour in the cafe at the Maple Theater, where Portrait of a Lady on Fire was playing, and hoped I’d get back there to see the film before it left (I didn’t).
Also memorable, my siblings and I thoroughly debriefed Bill & Ted Face the Music over a Zoom call, having previously planned to see that together on a trip out west. Then there’s the Parasite Blu-ray that, due to the temporary closure of the public library, sat beside my television for something like four months, long enough that I’d stop noticing it. Movie-adjacent (what’s the difference?), I snuck in episodes of The History of the Seattle Mariners and Last Dance, sometimes in 15-minute chunks when I wouldn’t in the way / taxing the broadband. I loved both. And if I’m recapping 2020 accurately, I can’t overlook the three seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender that my daughter and I watched (first time) Saturday mornings over roughly six months.
Anyway, we’ve all got such stories this year. These are mine...

PJOverse Headcanons Pt 6:-
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 7, Part 8
Harley
• The senior year wasn’t fun at all like in those high school dramas that Abbie likes to see, instead it was filled with stress of checking out the best scholarships, applying into colleges and worrying about getting in
• But throughout his senior year, Harley followed Spiderman news religiously
• “You know your celebrity crush on spiderman is worst than your pinning for Peter”
• “Nobody asked you Abbie”
• “Yeah whatever, I came here to tell you I want to go to Camp Half Blood this year because it’s probably your last year and I want to go there with you”
• “Really!”
• “Yeah”
• “Ok I’ll IM Chiron and ask him right away”
• “Calm down it’s getting late, ask him tomorrow”
• About 2 months before summer vacation, Harley receives a IM from MJ
• “Not that I’m complaining but you don’t IM me without a purpose, so what is it”
• “You are right, I trained you well ”
• “So”
• “You complained way too much when Peter stopped coming to Camp”
• “I’m sorry but what does this IM have to do with it ”
• “Let me finish first loser, Peter’s coming to Camp for the first week of Summer and you don’t come to Camp in the first week like ever, so I thought I let you know because I won’t be able to listen you whining about it all summer ”
• “Really!”
• “Yup, I gotta go now talk to you later ”
• “Bye”
• Harley informs Tony about change in plan
• “What urgent business do you have that has to be done in the first week, it’s like every one wants to abandon me that week ”
• “What happened Old Man”
• “Pepper have to Europe to check on branches there, Spiderman is going on a trip with his best friend and now even you aren’t coming that week”
• “Don’t be overdramatic, you’ll be fine and you are acting like we aren’t staying at all, we’ll staying with you in the last week of vacation ”
• “Wait a sec, we”
• “Did I not mention Abbie will be coming too”
• “What do mean Abbie is coming doesn’t she have Roman Camp to go ”
• “We have Exchange programs, so Abbie will be coming this year ”
• “So you are saying during the last week of summer, I’ll have handle not one, not two but three demigods, one of which will be starting high school, one senior year and one college next week, you guys are gonna make all my hair grey with stress of handling 3 overexcited ADHD teenagers”
• “Wait, three”
• “My intern is a demigod too, that’s why you guys won’t be meeting anytime soon”
• “Awww”
• Meanwhile in New York
• “What do mean you told Harley I’ll be coming in the first week”
• “It means exactly what you said ”
• “But MJ, I’m a bi disaster you can’t do that to me”
• “I already did ”
• “B..But”
• In the summer vacation Peter and Gang go to Camp

• “I can carry own luggage, I’m 14 not a toddler, you don’t need to carry it for me”
• “But I want to”
• MJ wanted to see how it unfolds, but Ned decided to be his sweet self and help them without even knowing that was Harley
• “Do you guys need any help, my friends and I would love to help you both” - Ned
• “Are new because I don’t remember seeing around last summer ” -Harley
• “He’s Ned, hey Harley, it’s been a long time ” - Peter said with heart eyes
• “Hey Peter ” - Harley
• They stare into each other’s eyes, Abbie couldn’t take the sexual tension and interrupts their longing gaze

• “Umm.. Yeah, this is Peter, he’s a son of Athena” -Harley

• “This is Betty, daughter of Apollo ”
• “Nice to meet you”
• “That is MJ, daughter of Ares ”
• “Sup, loser”
• “That is Flash, son of Aphrodite, I don’t why he’s with them”
• “Ha Ha, very funny ”
• “No seriously I’m really confused last I heard MJ still had a grudge with you and now she is letting you hang out her”
• Abbie controls her laughter at Harley’s lack of tact
• “Well it’s been a whole year and we go to same High school, we can resolve it during the school year, you know ” -Flash
• “Wait a second, you go to same high school as MJ” -Harley
• “Harley we have been going to same school since before High School” -Betty
• “You go to same school too, next you’ll telling me Peter and the new kid go there as well” -Harley
• Betty, Peter, Ned and Flash avoids his stares, and MJ smirks meanwhile Abbie trying her best to not laugh at her brother’s dummbassry
• “Why the hell did I not know about this ” -Harley
• At this Abbie couldn’t control her laughter
• “You truly are a dumbass, let’s go keep the luggage in the Cabin, have dinner and discuss this in tomorrow, so you can recover from the shock ” -Abbie
• “You seem to be a smart person, this dumbass forgot to introduce you ” -MJ
• “I’m Abbie, this Dumbass’s sister”
• “Are you sure” -MJ
• “Unfortunately ” -Abbie
• “I’m right here” -Harley
Day 2
• “Sooo… was anyone of you planning to tell me that you all go to same school” -Harley
• “Don’t look at me, it wasn’t like we ever talked outside of when necessary ” -Flash
• “I thought you would know since you never asked how we knew each other already” -Peter
• “I thought MJ must have told you ” -Betty
• “And I thought everyone knew” -MJ
• “Why?” -Harley
• “Everyone knows, you were to busy staring Peter’s butt to notice” -MJ
• Harley and Peter turned red
• “So what do you guys do here exactly ” -Ned
• “We…. I don’t think even I know what we do exactly, most of time we do our own things and come together during Camp Activities ” -Flash
• “So, like we don’t have any schedule ” -Abbie
• “Well there are cleaning duties, the team that loses in the game are stuck with them” -Betty
• “No other duties” -Abbie
• “Nope” -Betty
• “You Greeks are so disorganized ” -Abbie
• “Of course, you would think that ” -Harley
• “You’re the one talk, Mr-I-can’t-work-without-mess” -Abbie
• “Can we please not have a sibling argument right now ” -Peter
• “I wanted to see that, what happened to you” -MJ
• “There was fight about spiderman in the morning, one his sibling said that she thought spiderman was cool and it escalated from that, Peter was right in middle of it” -Ned
• “Poor Peter” -Betty
• Ned quickly changes the subject
• “So what do you guys mean when you say you do your own things ” - Ned
• “I draw and sometimes spar” -MJ
• “I help out in infirmary and practice Archery ”-Betty
• “I work in Forges on my inventions” -Harley
• “When I came during the freshman year, I used to design the weapons so I spend most my time in Forges too” -Peter
• Flash mumbles something
• “What did he say” -Abbie
• “I do Aphrodite stuff, and spar” -Flash
• “What do you mean Aphrodite stuff” -Ned
• “He means gossiping, makeovers and meddling with others relationship ” -MJ
• “Well I’m pretty good fighter too” -Flash
• “That’s because you are on Instagram all the time and you have to defend yourself against the monster you attract” -MJ
• “Wait, you can do that” -Harley
• “He attracts atleast one monster every week” -Betty
• “It’s really hard to keep up with you guys, do even complete a discussion before jumping to another ” -Abbie
• “No” “Nay” “Nope” “Never” “Who does that” “That’s what you do” they say all at once
• “No wonder why Roman gets irritated while talking to you guys” -Abbie
• “Technically I’m a roman too” -Ned
• “Wait, I thought you were Peter’s half sibling ” -Harley
• “He’s Peter grand-nephew” -Flash
• “Flash, how many times I have to tell you not call him that ” -Peter
• “What are you going to do beat me?” -Flash
• “Maybe, I’ll do that ” -Peter
• “Than I’ll challenge you to a duel” -Flash
• “I accept ”-Peter
• “I got a idea, how about we make it in a team of two” -Flash
• “Why not?” -Peter
• “I’m a Archer, I can’t play so I’m out” -Betty

• “No Buts” -Flash
• “Okay we’ll meet here in an hour, if I win you’ll stop calling Ned my grand-nephew and if you win I’ll do the photo you wanted me too” -Peter
• “I agree” -Flash
• Flash and Peter took off into opposite directions and MJ following Flash while Harley follows Peter with Abbie chasing after him
• “Wait, what just happened and what is Ned’s parentage again ” -Abbie
• “Flash and Peter are having an impromptu duel while they team up with MJ and I respectively and one of Ned’s grandparents is child of Minerva, keep up ” -Harley
• “You got all that from the conversation and you still didn’t knew they all go to same school ” -Abbie
• “Yes, now I need go prepare with Peter for the fight” -Harley

• “What if I sabotaged the fight” -MJ
• “You haven’t lost a single fight except the one you and Clarisse fought each other, you don’t want to ruin your reputation ” -Flash
