I think there could be an interesting parallel between Oboro being the first one to notice how lonely Hizashi must have been at Buster Union and Sensoji probably being the only one to realize how alone Hizashi really was after Oboro died

My contribution for the Silver Lining, an erasercloud zine!
Featuring an AU where the Plot happens, but Oboro is saved not without some permanent scars (in this case, he’s expecting either Kayama or Yamada to brainstorm an eyecatching eyepatch)

okayy hear me out: what if i’m writing an erasercloud fic, and mighttt post it in the near future.. i want to post little excerpts, but i’m so scared and nervous. i would’ve written an erasermic fic, but writing for mic is soo hard (i’ll probably do this eventually, but this fic is already Kicking My Ass)
it’s the way i put the rest of my caption in the tags and wondered why no one was commenting oh my GOD .. should i post a snippet of it

that one is SO specific, but just, my hero academia au where, one, afo is izuku’s dad, and two, izuku has a quirk, but not all for one. no, izuku here can see ghosts, and isn’t it just his luck that his dad just so happens to be haunted by the shit ton of people he killed over the years?
specifically, afo is haunted by the past ofa users, and once they realize that the child can see/hear/talk to them, they just keep on trying to get him to turn his dad in, or at least, to leave. but izuku’s also really attached to his dad (duh) and keeps denying the ghosts’ request on the basis that afo “changed”

Kurogiri used to take walks with Tomura when he was young because he heard about the times Tomura would get ganged up on and he didn’t want AFO’s successor to accidentally die in a gang fight (by which I mean he’s a worried dad who doesn’t want his baby to get covered in more boo-boos than necessary). He made these guardian-ward strolls a “once a week” sort of thing, where they would run an errand or two so Tomura could experience better parts of the city and eventually visit a park to wind down if they neede a break from human interaction.
As he got older, Tomura could take walks whenever he wanted, now knowing locations that weren’t shady back alleys and were actually safer routes so he wouldn’t get dragged into a scene. Even so, he’d always let Kurogiri tag along on Sundays (as long as they get to stop for junk food… ok fine we can go to that park afterwards but the birds better not steal my chips).

anyone! gentry, is kurogiri gonna eventually face any consequences from izuku for the way he keeps putting afo's orders first? especially in high stakes situations like the last chapter? or is he safe on behalf the fact that he is the only real teleporter izuku has access to? if izuku were to spontaneously develop his own afo quirk next chapter, would he just (temporarily perhaps) yank kurogiri's quirk?
I feel that this is a spoiler and I should avoid talking about it but I am weak and I want to talk about it.
Kurogiri is aware that he is indispensable to the organization because teleporters, of any kind, aren't only rare: they get snatched extremely quickly. When you are a warper in the Gentryverse, getting a license doesn't matter because you WILL get hired and get a lot of money for your services. (Well, he is indispensable to Anyone. AFO can just... yoink the quirk and give it to someone else. But that's another story.)
But Izuku is more and more aware that Kurogiri is on AFO's side. He remembers acutely that not only did he tell everything about Anyone to AFO in the first chapters but didn't even send a message to Izuku to warn him. He is aware that he has to be careful to what he let Kurogiri see because everything can be repeated to AFO.
And there is also the fact that Izuku and Kurogiri had a really good relationship before AFO showed up. Izuku saved his bar and was welcome to hang out there. Izuku made Kurogiri a vital part of his organization and Kurogiri got a pretty good amount of money and interactions he was cruelly missing.
But AFO comes back and there is a history between them that Izuku can't really understand. AFO didn't just give a quirk in Kurogiri: he invested in him. He gave him freedom to do whatever he wanted by backing it with paying for about all of his expense for years, with no strong attached, except for a couple of favors. (Okay, most of it was manipulation because AFO wanted Kurogiri loyal to him and had the time to invest several years of effort in this man but he did great things for Kurogiri.) Kurogiri owes him a lot.
And now, you have Kurogiri warping Izuku far away from the camp to delay him.
When Izuku asked him to warp him to the camp (basically by tracking Shouto's position), this wasn't a friendly request. It was a "Hey, time to do your job, for which I am paying you" request.
So yeah, this will absolutely have consequences. Because now, Izuku has to disentangle Kurogiri from Anyone so he isn't in a vital role anymore, since he can't trust him.
Now, to answer your second question: if Izuku had AFO, he wouldn't steal Kurogiri's quirk. He would ask very politely and it would be left unsaid but very clear that if Kurogiri doesn't comply, Izuku can just take the quirk and do it himself.
