The endless clash reawakens within two brothers destined to destroy eachother and the world. In the midst of such chaos their planet faces its own enemy, a chimera of human horrors forcing mankind to live in domes. What is this clash? How did it come about? Another Segment from my book...

“Suppose you were swimming about in a pool of your own tears; and suppose somebody began talking to you about lesson books and bottles of medicine, wouldn’t you swim away as hard as you could go?” I switched to a notebook. I’m surprised they let me have one here. I’m in pediatrics in Staten Island University until they find me a bed in the psych ward. I don’t think I’m really sick and I hope they decide not to transfer me . Maybe I will just get to go home. My mother and sister talked me into coming here but then again, maybe they weren’t wrong. Everyday I wake up and hope to die. In all fairness, I am going through hell. I am 19 years old, I just found out the love of my life is shooting heroin. (tip for readers: never date amazing musicians. they will break your fucking heart in the sweetest most poetic way possible.) I made the huge mistake of confiding in my mother about it because instead of mentally supporting me, she curses me out everyday and calls me names. Then my sister accused me of being on drugs (btw i dont even smoke pot anymore, it makes me feel like everyone hates me), let me tell you how amazing it felt to pee in that cup and come up clean. If I too was using, wouldn’t Joey and I have gotten along a lot better? If she ever questions my drug use again, I will of course take the test, but after she can drink my clean drug free piss for being a shitty sister. Love that a coke head (who has been using drugs since she was a freshman in high school) thought I was on drugs! LOL. But I digress, anyway, what person, in my shoes wouldn’t want to die? Everybody has their thoughts. I’m sure I’m not the only person in the world that wants to die every single day. Maybe just no one else admits it. Who wouldn’t want it all to end? No more pain. No more anything. Damn I hate this Zoloft shit. I am so dizzy right now.

“How am I to get in?” asked Alice again in a louder tone. “Are you to get in at all?” said the Footman. “

That’s the first question, you know? I’ve always wondered if suicides go to heaven. People say that they don’t because god has a plan for everyone. What if you killing yourself was God’s plan? Maybe it would have a positive effect on someone. An epiphany perhaps? Maybe Joey will realize that he was hurting me and he is hurting everyone else around him and he will stop. Every day I wonder if he overdosed and it is scary. Maybe if I die, he will realize how everyone else would feel if they lost him. Isn’t that what love is about? Putting someone else over yourself? That’s how it’s displayed in movies. Self sacrifice. Even though it’s not the same situation, it would still be a sacrifice. Saving a drug addicts life by taking my own. My funeral could bring life. Now don’t get nervous. This isn’t a plan or anything. It’s just a thought. A simple thought. One thought as apposed to the thousands in my head so don’t fixate on it like the rest of these judgmental fucks.

Also, I wonder what it takes to be in heaven. I’ve never made my sacraments or anything. Do you just have to be a good person? Or is it so much more than that? I guess no one ever came back to tell us. My friend Karl was a good person. He committed suicide and everyday I wonder if he is in heaven. He didn’t believe in Heaven though he was raised Catholic and attended Catholic school all his life. If you don’t believe in it, how do you find the way? Even if you are a good person. What if death is as unfair as life? I like to think it isn’t and that he‘s there.

Also, If anyone reading this has read my other excerpts from the book I am writing, Please remember that I am not posting things in order. This is from the very beginning of my book. Sorry for the confusion. It is difficult to choose what to put out there ya know? I am still not used to sharing super personal things like this but having Tumblr as a platform is really helping me get over that anxiety. It really would be my worst nightmare if I finish my book in a few months and am too embarrassed to even try to get it published. This is my dream and even if people don’t like my book, or the publishers reject me, I still have to try.

Sidebar: Joey is clean and has been for a year now, him and I still are friends but are no longer together. We tried the long distance thing while he was in rehab but it just did not work. I am so proud of him and wish him all the best.

I am done editing this now lol. 8th time was a charm.
