Puppy Kyotani, little Kageyama and CG Yabaha

Kyotani wiggled out of his caregivers grip, sprinting out of his room into the kitchen with his stuffie, Liondog, gripped between his teeth.

“Kyoken bad puppy. Come back. I have to take your binder off before you hurt yourself.” Yahaba called as he wirily traipsed after his pup.

Kyotani dropped Liondog on the table, stuck out his tongue before grabbing the stuffie in his mouth again and leaping over the counter into the lounge room.

His little sibling, Kageyama, was sitting on a blanket, propped up by pillows and watching In The Night Garden with their service dog Volley curled up at their side.

It was meant to serve as a distraction until Oikawa got Ushijima back from his trip to the doctors, but it was quickly being interrupted by their brother almost crashing into them.

Kyotani wound himself around the regressed little, Tobio absently reaching to pat him on top of his head much like how they did with Volley.

Yahaba sighed, watching his pup wiggle about, thoroughly disrupting his little siblings down time.

“Kyoken. Puppy. Come here.” Kyotani once again dropped Liondog to give his caregiver a big toothy grin and a loud bark.

“Puppy.” Yahaba warned. “Stay...”

Kyotani seemed a little more predictable now his sibling was in the way. He nosed against their side, trying to get them to join in but Kageyama was too engrossed in the contents of their tablet.

Kyotani finally slumped down, tongue sticking out as he panted with exertion.

“I did warn you.” Yahaba scolded but he couldn’t bring himself to be too mad. “Up pup.”

Pouting as he did, Kyotani finally stood, lifting his arms above his head for Yahaba to remove his binder.

“Good pup.” He hummed as he pulled a loose fitting shirt over the boys head. “Now play.”

Liondog was back between his teeth before being flung across the room, Kyotani scampering after him with an excited giggle.

Yahaba looked down at Kageyama, who looked almost completely indifferent to the situation, long fingers aimlessly caring though Volleys hair now instead of their brothers.

Liondog flew past him, landing just a bit away on the floor. Before Yahaba could even turn to see his pup, he was tackled by the blond, who scrabbled over him to retrieve his playmate.

Maybe he should take him outside for play time... before something got broken.

If one of them really likes rocks? He'll collect cool rocks he sees walking to his dorm and give the rocks to them next time they see each other.

ALSO -🍡- Have some Dango! (Dango is a Japanese dessert, felt appropriate since the characters are Japanese, also it's super yummy!!!!!!)

TO THE SCENARIO/SHORT STORY!

Kyotani didn't pet regress often. In fact, he tried not to pet regress at all. He found that he felt more like a burden after regressing with someone so he either did it alone with extremely careful preparation or he didn't regress. When his caretaker, caregiver, and boyfriend Yahaba figured this out, he was in a lot of trouble. Kyotani got ten whole minutes of time out for it. Ten! He thought that was too unfair.

Yahaba meant well though. He spent two weeks buying things to prepare for a big planned event since Kyotani didn't have any pet space items yet. Once it was all planned, he asked Kyotani to come over and hang out. The unsuspecting puppy did just that and felt ready to slip as soon as he walked in.

Yahaba had set up several things. A small raised shelf with a large water bowl, self-filling, that Kyotani could reach when in puppy space; a large dog bed with toys on it for when he got tired; a playpen for puppy timeouts; all the outlets were covered and cords were picked up; and Yahaba held a collar in his hand. — he is a cat regressor

— he can either be super annoyed or super snuggly

— he loves holding onto things like toys or stuffed animals

— if it has a bell, he will play with it

— he is easily bord with toys, so he has to be spoiled and given new toys every once and awhile or else he doesn’t play with anything

— whenever his caregiver is working, reading, eating dinner, etc, then he will curl up by their feet and nuzzle their legs

— he loves treats, especially shredded chicken and fish

— he snatches food off his caregivers plate

— he has a bed to lay in, but he doesn’t use it because it reminds him too much of a dog bed and it takes him out of his headspace a little bit

— he is easily spooked, so if he is frightened by something then he will hide under the bed

— the only toy he hasn’t stopped playing with is a large plush mouse that has a bell inside
