Happy New Years everybody! I realize I don’t share much behind the scenes, so ringing in the new year, I’m going to share more on my tumblr! I’m still learning how to use tumblr, so my first few posts might be...interesting 😅! Let me set this video scene for you: I am getting ready for my first performance at Comic-Con with Adult Swim. I decided to dress up as one of my favorite anime characters, Violet Evergarden. To get over my nervousness, I performed the set in front of my label! Ana, my creative director, happened to film a little snippet of my performance. I cringe now watching it (I swear I’ve gotten infinitely better), but it’s heartwarming watching pre-never-performed-in-her-life hemlocke struggle not to get nervous! My keyboardist Victoria and drummer Marian were so great and patient with me, I’m so thankful for them! I’m singing sever the blight, which is by far one of the hardest songs I vocally offer (other than enknee1….WHEW CHILD that song is hard). In my opinion, I don’t sound too shabby for my first time, eh 🤣? Lockets, have a happy new years and let’s hope for a positive and cheerful 2024!

hiiii lockets 👋🏾 I would like to introduce someone to you! This is Sheela! My photographer Michelle asked one day if she could draw a face on my wig head. Me, being the nice, kind, and sweet person I am, was like “Hell, no!”
