I think you will all be very pleased to know of my new character for a game. His name is Tiny Tony. He is a dwarf. He's a technical barbarian but uses stealth anyway even though he fails checks all the time. His charisma is extremely high and he uses it exclusively to lie to people about being their long distant cousin, which makes everyone in the party [who aren't aware he's lying] think he's related to fucking everyone. He has connections with the mafia. He extorts people for favours up until they realize he's not actually their cousin, to which he reacts by telling our warlock to wipe their mind. His weapon is a fantasy gun that he commissioned one of his "cousins" to make. He has four guys all named Raphael working for him and when he whistles they come out of nowhere to beat up the enemy. He led the story in different directions on 4 different occasions (our dm changed it because he thought it was funny). He doesn't even have any real spells aside from rage, all his "magic" is just stage tricks. The party has not in fact figured that out. He's everything to me

I think a lot about how Leo’s rescue could have easily ended in him losing a leg as the portal snaps shut on the Krang still clutching the limb, or, alternatively, only having Leo’s right arm make it out, still held dearly in his brother’s hand as the rest of Leo is left behind. (The latter hits even harder, as it directly parallels his future self in the worst of ways.)

I think a lot about how so many things could have gone wrong during the course of the movie with even a little bit of a change, but it really is harrowing how much of a coin-flip the entirety of the Prison Dimension rescue was.
