it had been you and your father since you were younger bc your mom was the “lucky” choice of some noble

but you wouldn’t have it any other way

you two are very close and everyone in the town knows

that, and that you both hate nobles

so it’s no surprise when the moriartys move into town, you’re both less than pleased

you always try your best to avoid them whenever they come into your town and your father always begs his friends to take the nobles as customers, despite the fact it could be good for business

but the town you lived in was particularly small and you did end up bumping into william

literally

some stupid man didn’t see you crossing the road and you were nearly crushed by the carriage if it hadn’t been for the hand that pulled at your wrist

“i swear people these days don’t know how to drive carriages.”

you don’t know who you were expecting

BUT ANYONE BUT A NOBLE

“are you alright?”

“i’m fine thank you—“

you’re absolutely flustered

how did i not know that this was a noble??? he smells so clean!

“i’ve got to be on my way now!” and you left william there with no explanation

but lil did you know he actually knew who you were

or to an extent, you weren’t as sneaky as you’d hoped you’d be

he saw you hiding in corners and alleyways every time you two accidentally made eye contact

and some of the townsfolk actually told him a little about you and your father so he understood why you weren’t too welcoming

but to take great lengths to avoid him??? he is very intrigued

so he starts off small, trying to send you a kind smile before you dart off behind a fruit stall

he really tries his best to get close to you and after a few weeks (and a few persuasive friends), he finally gets to hold a conversation with you

and boy does he fall FAST

it takes a while but you finally reciprocate his feelings and he thinks its smooth sailing from there right???

lmao everyone knows your father is literally the most intimidating looking man that could ever walk the earth

if they didn’t know him personally, they would be afraid of getting curb stomped 🤠

i mean,, he’s a big softie but god forbid anyone even DARES to look at you in a romantic light

you warn william of this and he’s like “don’t worry love, it shouldn’t be too bad”

it is bad

even william has cold hands bc your father is giving him the dirtiest look

dinner isn’t even dinner it’s a grill with how much questions your father is asking him

it does NOT help that he’s a noble

your father leaves the table for a little bit and you can hear the quiet sigh of relief from william

“i’m sorry for my father”

“no, no,,, i just,,, your father’s really intimidating, isn’t he?”

you let out a chuckle and william relaxed, a soft smile gracing his lips

“he can be, but it’s just something he does.” you threw a wistful gaze at the door your father disappeared before.

“he’s just worried about you, i can see it. he doesn’t want you around people like me.” you grabbed his hand over the table and he gently squeezed your hand.

“if anything, if he’d give you a chance, he’d want me to be with you. noble or not”

you both continue to have a delightful conversation, your sweet laughs filling the room

however, you didn’t know your father was listening in on your conversation and he couldn’t agree more with william

your mother left with more than just a curt goodbye and unshed tears

she left you with a tear stained letter filled with sorrowful regrets and sincere apologies

he knew you would eventually grow up to be critical of the world and if you were to find out that your mother had left unwillingly, he was afraid that you would be too bitter towards the world

but as he hears your laugh and his worries are dulled down a little

he sees you smiling so happily at william and when he chances a glance at the noble beside you, his worries are completely erased

william’s looking at you the same way everyone swore he looked at your mother

it’s a gentle gaze filled with love and kindness, one that he knew could protect you and take care of you

your father hated nobles and hovered over you when it came to love

but he couldn’t help but hold back on questions when he came back and you instantly noticed that your father took a liking william

louis: 508 words

everyone knew you as “Little Noble” in your town

the sole reason being your father literally treating you like a noble lmao

he gave you the best of everything he could afford and tried his best to not let you do any work

of course, you were a little angel and you HAD to help otherwise you’d cry about making someone else tired when you could’ve easily helped

you’ve carried this trait until your early twenties and there were no signs that you would stop

hence why you were bringing home some fresh fruits from the stall clerk before a man bumps into you

you were so caught off guard that your knee buckled and you fell on your butt

everyone was stunned into silence as you fell but louis was so apologetic

so when he helped you back up, he felt the chilling stares of the town burning into his back

and then you apologize for bumping into him when he was the one who bumped into you and you fell??????

“please, let me make you something! i feel so bad!”

he tries to decline but there was this odd pressure to say yes to you

he ends up going home with you

you’re both in front of the door before your father opens it, his eyes wide

“who is this boy?”

“oh, i didn’t get his name on the way here. what is your name?”

your poor father’s heart is pounding way too fast for his liking

“oh! look at that, thank you so much for bringing my child home! you should be going home now”

he tries to shut the door on louis but you hold it open and beckon louis inside

“i invited him here! i accidentally bumped into him earlier so i offered to make him something!”

louis is so awkward pls

your father reluctantly lets him in but gives him a side eye the whole time he’s in the house

“does your child do this often?”

“why? do you find it strange?”

YOUR FATHER IS SO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE PLEASE SAVE LOUIS

anyways, you finish making your treat and give it to louis, your father glaring at your interaction

louis is still a little stiff but the more you talk to him, his guard is let down a little

soon enough he has to leave and you wish him well

he leaves with a wave and a kind smile and you look over at your father who had been scowling since you appeared at the front door

“he is a bit cute, don’t you think father?”

your father sputters, stunned by your bold claim

“y-you’re still too young to think about men like that!”

you laugh and shut the front door, teasing your poor father about finding love while also wondering if you would meet louis again

as you talk with your father behind closed doors, louis smiles to himself as he thinks about the unusual encounter today

surely, if i met them again tomorrow, it would make for a pleasant day

albert: 546 words

he meets your father before he meets you

it was during a ball your parents organized in order to connect with the more prestigious nobles around you

your parents were obsessed with the way your family was viewed and apparently being an earl wasn’t enough

so albert hears about you when your father boasts about how you’re the perfect child who answered to his every beck and call

in all honesty, albert was disgusted

no one deserved to be brought up like that

he casually makes his way into the conversation and your father is seething

“my child is your age, it’s a shame you act like this, i would have thought of you as a prime husband for them”

who is this earl to tell him what to do?

needless to say your father crosses him off of the guest list for the next ball

days go by and your father doesn’t know that you’re currently in town, doing what you can to help the working class as best as you can

it is on one particular day of visiting an orphanage do you run into the eldest moriarty brother

you two exchange polite greetings and you both pause

“your father is the earl, is he not?”

“you are a general of the army, are you not?”

a brief mention of your father and your mood dulls slightly

“yes, but i’m here on my own accord”

he would kill you if he found out you were amongst the “filth” as he called them

“well, i’ve brought books for the children, would you like to help me read some to them?”

he seemed sincere enough to not want anything more from you, so you agreed

he was actually very pleasant to be around and you find yourself enjoying his company

the meetups continued to happen and soon enough, albert finds himself standing in front of the doors to your family estate

your father is not pleased at all

“it’s nice to meet you again, sir”

“i didn’t forget about what you said to me at our first meeting”

and you’re sitting there like,, ????? they’ve met??? and your father doesn’t like albert???????

of course, inviting albert to your home would have repercussions but you didn’t expect your father to be so hostile

he was always hostile towards other nobles unless they were of higher importance than him

but for him to hate albert so quickly and openly??? this was quite new

you had mentioned that your father has always been one for power so it was clear to albert that you obviously grew up in a home that was more,,, toxic than protective

it was at dinner that this behavior reached its peak and albert despised the atmosphere and the way your father treated you

“i’ve come here to ask for your child’s hand in marriage”

your father rejects the idea without any hesitation

“i refuse to have them live the rest of their life in your household when they could do so much better”

when you invited albert that night, you knew there would be repercussions with your father

but what you didn’t expect was that you would leave your father and adopt the moriarty name as your own, the family welcoming you with open arms

Hhh ah yes Setsuno my baby is getting the love he deserves, here's a request for steal stab bird, What if him, some of the eight precepts and his s/o play the family fun and violence game ,Uno.

headcanon|scenario|imagine|match-up

-Let's go ahead and start this off by saying this was supposed to be just a date night between you and Toya. You were searching for something simple to do at the base while he was busy unwrapping the snacks next to you. When he suggested you play Uno together, Rappa burst through the door (damn near taking it off the hinge in the process) and challenged you both.

-Your simple date turned into a makeshift family game night. This excluded Kai and Tengei. Kai wanted to get work done and didnt want to feel crowded in your room with the others. Tengai just KNEW it was going to be a disaster from the start and avoided it.

-You give Setsuno a soft kiss on the forehead while shuffling the cards. It was your way of saying "This is me shifting from your S/O to your enemy. This is Uno, no survivors...every man or woman for themselves". So the game began...

-Right off the bat Deidoro passed out from having already heavily drank before coming into the game. Tabe left his stack of cards behind to eat the snacks that were laid out. Now it was just you, Toya, Rappa, Mimic, Nemouto, Hojo, and Katsukame.

-The color was yellow, and immediately changed to red. The tension and competitiveness in the room was thicker than a snicker and the game had only been going on for a few minutes now. Nemouto was soon kicked out for cheating by using his quirk to force people to reveal their hand.

-Katsukame got pissed when he received a draw 4 from Mimic AND Hojo. He tossed his cards aside and stomped out of the room. About 5 minutes later Rappa ended up with more cards than he had when everyone started and Setsuno kept hitting you with draw 2's.

-Mimic eventually gave up and left when he realized there was no money involved. Rappa kept accumulating more cards but was too competitive to quit. It was only when Hojo got bored and left that Rappa started to realize he might not make it. Meanwhile, you kept getting down to Uno but back up with number of cards. It was a frustrating up and down. Eventually Rappa just left under the excuse that he wanted sleep, but it was really because he damn near had half the deck in his hands.

-Just you and Toya now. You moved to sit across from him and play out the game with strategies in your head. "Hey babe, heeeey...let's make a little wager heh? Whichever one of us wins this match gets whatever they want from the other for a week huh? How's that sound?" Setsuno spoke up while laying down a green draw 2 card. You furrowed your brows and agreed to his bet.

-Its safe to say the outcome after that:

•You ended up being at his beck and call for the rest of the week

•Rappa kept challenging you and everyone else to a rematch nearly every hour of the day

•And no one played Uno in the Shie Hassaikai ever again.

(Hey, at least it wasnt Monopoly!)

Kiss attacks!!!!

Ink can speak fluent French! He uses this whenever he’s too embarrassed to tell Kay what he really wants to. She can’t understand him, but she just loves that accent (๑>◡<๑)

Ink falls asleep in one normal position and wakes up in a ridiculously comical position,, he just can’t lie still while sleeping ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ink is an early bird and is most active in the morning, so he makes breakfast! And boy,, he prepares a whole breakfast bar it’s insane- As for Kay, she’s a night owl and often stays up too late. Since she’s most active in the evening, she cooks dinner 😋

While Ink writes notes on his scarf, he often gets sidetracked and makes small doodles of himself and Kay, also mixing some colors that remind him of her u////u

The two really enjoy sightseeing in the AUs. Their top favorites include stargazing in Outertale and picnics in Waterfall. In other AUs, they’ve found nice dating spots like a tree surrounded by long grass and flowers, where they love to dance; boat rides amidst floating lanterns (kinda like in Tangled); camping in a forest in the Surface; cafe places, parks in the autumn, etc.

The two put into practice reality checks and lucid dreaming exercises to reduce the effects of nightmares that Dream’s brother sometimes attack them with. (slight angst here, sorry ;w;) When they are self aware in their dreams, they imagine themselves with their loving partner uwu

On the topic of dreams, whenever Ink and Kay are closely connected in their subconscious state, they might find each other in the same exact dream and remember it in the morning!

Ink and Kay often collaborate on paintings and drawings. They preserve family memories through this artwork and hang them on their walls and atop the mantle, dressers, and tables!

Ink is still teaching Kay how to paint on a large canvas and easel. The highlight of this is when Ink holds her from behind and guides her hand that’s holding the paintbrush! Both are just,, so soft for each other hhh. Even after Kay gets the gist and Ink asks her if she understands the technique yet, she asks for a little more guidance just to keep spending time with him ��

This is already canon, but.. Ink’s snort laugh,, yes.

The moment Ink knew he was in love, it felt as if he had a real Soul and real feelings... ⁄(⁄ ⁄ ⁄ω⁄ ⁄ ⁄)⁄

Ink is the founder of the KayKay Protection Squad! The other members are Dream and Blue 💛💙 (ugh I really wanna draw this)

Kay will sometimes travel AUs on her own and bring back small souvenirs! She especially loves learning new recipes from the alternate restaurant owners / shopkeepers and adding them to their cookbook 😋

Hey I just wanted to say that your Mario and luigi post made my entire week I am so soft for them being depicted as actual people types and like loving brothers I can’t even describe it completely I just thought you should know I almost cried seeing the post and I love how you drew peach absolutely everything was perfect thank you for giving me this experience

AHHH first off thank you very much for your kind words and for appreciating my Mario related ideas & my Peach... and to me Mario and Luigi being outwardly supportive of one another is pretty much canon! They also have a mild rivalry thing going on but it’s completely good natured (in fact I also hc them as somewhat playfully rowdy but never happen to depict them as such bc I’m too much of a sucker for fluff haha. Obviously taking inspiration from that “mario lightly stepping on luigi’s foot” thing from Mario Tennis among other things, which I honestly find very cute even though most people choose to read it very pessimistically? Which is... boring, and honestly sad).

Your last question sparked a lot of ideas in my head since I think I did unconsciously set most of my Mario fanart in a personal fanon marioverse where everyone is just chilling and that’s about it – I never really have a specific game or universe in mind while drawing, though I do tend to separate the Paper Mario series from the rest because it has such a distinct flavour. I personally headcanon Wario and Waluigi as family friends with a mild beef with the Mario twins that goes way back and no one really knows what’s it all about except for the Wario bros themselves lmao – possibly some money/property related conflict that went down between their respective ancestors? Which would make sense considering Wario’s obsession with material goods and the very loose plotline of Super Mario Land 2. I also mostly see Waluigi as Wario’s adoptive brother! It’s a headcanon I’m very fond of.

Overall I see them as a very Team Rocket-like, completely inoffensive and only mildly villainous pair that presents themselves as the party poopers to follow their silly vaguely confusing family traditions when in reality they’re completely welcome in all family reunions and parties, hence why Wario and Waluigi are mostly playable in all sports/party games. (I have similar thoughts on Bowser but they’re less specific because I realise I didn’t... think of Bowser as much in depth.) I feel like I should draw them (and Bowser) more often so I can also convey these ideas directly through my drawings hhh I actually really Really like the... wahs.....

1: How long have you been in the fandom?

uhmm i’m actually not sure…? i’ve only been on tmbl for a bit more than 3 years (although i stalked the PH tmbl fandom since years before i created my acc, every month after a release came here to scream at the new edits ;_;) but when the manga was still running i used to be active in the PH fandom of other sites that no longer exist nowadays. i took various breaks from said fandoms too because the community per se wasn’t that important to me back the day so uhhh i’ve been on and off but kinda for a reasonable amount of time we could say? i’ve never been as close to any kind of ph fandom as i’m now, i always kept some distance12: Headcanons I have?ADA AND SHARON BECAME BEST FRIENDS. they had so much in common and personality-wise and inner strength as well!!! they would make such a great match ;__;

17: Saddest character death in my opinion?jack’s…. also oswald’s…. also the twins and oz disappearing…. FANG… that was one big betrayal… ;;;;but the one that probably impacted me most was elliot. when he died i was younger and by then he was my fav character sharing the #1 spot with lacie’s tomb and the surrounding mystery. i refused to acknowledge his death when it first happened, but because the manga was monthly i (and all elliot fans lbr) was anxiously clinging onto hope and waiting for the following month wishing that it was just a scare. so when there were no more doubts that he was as dead as one can be it felt like he died for a second time :’) i mourned him so much oh dear..

20: Opinion on the Baskervilles?i LOVE them!!! they have been my favorite house since the minute one and their supremacy in my heart has never wavered. i joined for the mystery, secrets and the dark vibes and i stayed because they delivered ;w; i do wish we had known more things about each member and of the history of the house though.. many of my favorite characters are baskervilles so this also added up, although it is honestly less relevant. their role was right up my alley and they have a lot of, eh, charisma imo?

21: Who would I cosplay as?i don’t think i’d ever cosplay because i don’t have the confidence… but if i ever did i’m sure i would choose one of my dear girls

26: Alice or Alyss?YOU CAN’T DO THAT TO ME ;;;;;; umm umm you see, i love both them SO MUCH and… quite equally ;;; i don’t want to have to choose…

but.. if i really had to say, i’ve got some bias toward……… alyss :’) maybe a 1% stronger bias than with alice but it’s still here…. since i’m here and to compensate alice, let me ramble about things i love about her!! *w* first and foremost i admire A LOT alice’s strength of spirit and the way she’s able to take difficult decisions with resolution!! giving up is not on her vocabulary and she never lets herself wallow in sadness or gloominess for a long time. she ALWAYS!! gets back on her feet and will try to keep others’ spirits high as well (in her pretty particular ways). i love her passion and courage, she’s one of the most gryffindor characters i’ve ever seen ;;; her heart is just so big and while she can be rash she has no malice ;v; when gilbert apologised to her for the things he told her in the past and she said she didn’t mind because the gilbert who mattered to her was the current one… look…. i was and i still am moved beyond words, this moment meant so much to me ;;;; i also truly value that alyss is the first one listed in her dearests list ;;;; she’s so caring and dedicated to her loved ones ;;;w;;;

30: If I could make two characters interact more, who would they be?

*rolls up sleeves* ada and oz!!!! my beloved siblings… i’ve been wishing for it for a long time but ever since someone made that post about ada having lost all her family + person she loved in a few days that i think about it even more often and with more desperation ;A; they loved each other so much…. THE RELATIONSHIP CHART SAID THEY FELT DEEP AFFECTION FOR EACH OTHER ;;;;A;;;; alyss and alice!!! my beloved twins who loved each other a lot and yet…? ;;; alyss and oz!!! oz and lacie!!!! oswald and lacie!!! alyss-alice-oswald!!! why did alyss dislike oswald? and i sure wish the twins had been able to meet their mom ;;also ada and sharon!!! i think we actually haven’t seen them interact at all but they for sure know about each other if only because they’re from the most powerful dukedoms…?fang-lily-doug-lottie!!! they are an incredible family, i love them so much and i loved every little interaction they had and the way they were so supportive of each other and all took care of lily ;;;;;

oz, elliot and leo as the promising friendly trio they were about to become *tea party flashbacks* ;_;

and this is very self-indulgent BUT my one ph dream for years has been lacie and lottie meeting each other!!! it hadn’t been a long time since lacie died that lottie arrived at the mansion… we could have had it all ;____; and also i wish alyss and leo had met!!! for some reason i think it’d be very interesting to see ;_;i have more more sure but now i’m unable to recall hhh ….watch me regretting not having added x or y the moment i send this

36: Favorite character backstory?

THE ALICES!!!! both alice and alyss omg… their story is full of ups and downs and they both suffered a lot and had to take harsh decisions… they didn’t get as much exposure maybe but in hindsight they had a real lot going onand also jack’s! it’s pretty simple in credible as in being the bastard son of a noble, but there was a twisted component about him from the get go that i just can’t help but be very drawn to it… i have a huge soft spot for young jack…and lily’s too ;w;

37: Least favorite character backstory?Hmmm i don’t really have one, but ifd i have to choose i suppose it’d be leo’s? not bad or anything but to me it’s one of the most average in the story

45: NOTP?i’m some ships i’m not too fond of but the only real notp is lacie and levi.since l’m an obvious jacie fan let me clarify that this is not a matter of shipping wars! i don’t think things like “it’s getting on the way of my ship”. actually i’m completely fine with how canon went and i think their relationship was interesting and without levi the twins wouldn’t exist either

i have a complicated relationship with levi, he’s my most disliked character although that’s not to say i hate him or i have particularly bitter feelings. more than anything, i have lots of mixed feelings regarding him and i’ve gone through many levi phases. the fact that the moment he appeared became my 3rd fav chara in ph is pretty indicative, imo. and he stayed in that spot for a long time, too.. but not even then did i ship him with lacie. i just don’t see the relationship this way from lacie’s side and her pov is the one that matters to me + she’s my favorite character so i can’t bring myself to pair her with someone i don’t have the same amount of love for, let alone one for whom i feel so complicated.

46: Favorite AU?MAGICAL GIRL LACIE!!!!! i wish mochijun had done an omake chapter or smth about it, it was too good??? those pages talking about that nonexistent anime are among my favs of side ph material, i’d give all my money to see more of it!! plus the pandora girls seemed to appear more and they pretty much have the monopoly of my ph top ;w; aaand also the ph gakuen? or how was it named? where the characters were in university, jack wore those horrible clothes (dungarees?) yet looked adorable & also wore one of the loveliest smiles mochijun ever drew on him and lacie looked graceful and wonderful as ever ada and sharon becoming best friends who lost so many peaple dear to them and maybe even living together. my sunshines… ;v;
