You were crossing your arms over your chest sitting at the passenger seat beside your roommate Tara Yummy. Both of you just pulled up infront of Jake’s house for a quick get together amongst all of their close youtuber friends. You never agreed to be apart of this ever since Tara told you about it. infact, you’re not even a youtuber, you’re just Tara’s close friend that pops up in her youtube videos every once in awhile cause her content needs a partner.

“Oh come on y/n! Please! You’re so going to enjoy tonight just trust me i’ll be there with you the whole time. its not like you don’t know them! We’ve hung out with them before” Tara whines as you roll your eyes at her. You knew she was just saying that so you would get up and follow her get drunk so that someone would accompany her home when shes hammered. Tara kept whining and whining while tugging onto your mini skirt. As much as you hate socialising you just know you hate it when Tara starts being annoying.

“GOSH FINE! Lets get inside. Only cause i love you” you groaned in frustration causing Tara to giggle and peck your cheek before leaving the car. Jake welcomes the both of you and offers us some alcohol thats available in the fridge. The whole night we all had fun, played games, shared stories, shared experiences, talk about life and hobbies. You hate to admit this but Tara was right, you actually did have fun. But throughout the whole night, only one person really catches your attention and has never failed to do so for months.

His beautiful blue eyes that reminded you of the sky. His style is like one of those guys you would stumble across on Myspace. His cute smile that really compliments his piercings. You just couldn’t get enough of him, your eyes were on him the whole night, you tried your best to not be obvious about it but Tara was not going to let it slide when she caughts you admiring him from afar

“You like what you see huh??” Tara giggles as she wiggles her eyebrows towards you and johnny. “Oh shut up” you whine as your cheeks turns slightly pink at her comment. You don’t only like what you see, you love what you see, hearing him talk gives you butterflies. His croaky crunchy voice made your stomach churn in excitement. Tara smirks as an idea comes up in her head “GUYS! LETS PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!!” Tara yells as she pulls you to the centre of the living room. Your eyes widened knowing what your cheeky best friend is up to. Tara winks at your flushed face and sets down on the floor followed by the rest that is interested in playing as well and surprisingly Johnnie was one of them. Tara takes an empty bottle of beer from Jake’s hand and set it in the middle of the circle “lets get this game started” Tara smirks as she spin the empty glass bottle at this point you were just praying hard that the night would end faster.

The game has been going on for awhile and it was a mess. Tara was dared to make out with Jake as an ex. Jake had to tell a truth on what he hates the most about Tara during their relationship, Sam was dared to lick whipping cream off Colby’s belly button and many more crazy shit. Meanwhile Tara was frustrated how the bottle has not landed on you or johnnie this whole time which made you more than blessed cause the party is about to end soon since everyone was really hammered. You gave Tara and innocent smile as she squints her tired eyes at you giving you the “we are not leaving until i say so” look. Tara spins the bottle one more time just for it to land at her

“WTF?? This is not fair! Y/n and johnnie hasn’t even gotten their turn yet” tara whines as everyone agrees with her

“Yeah Johnnie! You’re missing out all the fun! Lets just pick them to do the next truth or dare” Jake says as he nudged johnnie with his elbow. “Yeah whatever i don’t care” johnnie chuckled as he takes another swig of his Dr Pepper. Tara giggles and looks at your now pale face and your big round eyes that is filled with fear.

“ok Y/N truth or dare?” Tara smirks

“Truth” you manage to choke out. You were so nervous your throat felt tight, you feel like you were about to faint

“Do you like anyone in this room? Truth only my love” Tara giggles as your face turns red. You did not expect her to ask you that, you expected her to ask you about an embarrassing memory that happened when you were a teenager or maybe what kind of kink you’re into but you never expected Tara to be so straightforward.

“Uh uhh dare, i choose dare please” you stuttered out as everyone around you groan at your sudden change of mind

“Alright alright, i dare you to be handcuffed to johnnie throughout the whole night. Its 12am now but at 7am sharp, then you’ll be free” you felt the whole world was crashing down on you. You swallowed your saliva as the room sounded muffled, your vision was getting blurry and your palms are sweating as if you just finished rock climbing or something. Tara comes back from Jake’s room with pink fluffy handcuffs that is usually used during sex which made you and johnnie turn red even more.

“Don’t worry its clean. Jake and i got this in our Fan Mail, we never used them but now it serves a different purpose” Tara exclaims as she handcuffs you and Johnnie together. You were in shock and lost of words, your face was heating up as if its about to explode but you’re more than surprised that Johnnie had no comments or refusal throughout the whole situation. He just stood still and let Tara handcuffed him to you.

“Tara come on this is ridiculous! How are we supposed to wash up tonight? I reek of alcohol right now! How am i supposed to shower” Tara only giggled at your annoyance and kept the keys in her back pocket. She walks away from you and grabbed the car keys on the kitchen island.

“And that is for you to figure it out yourself. COME ON GUYS PARTY IS OVER. LETS LEAVE THIS LOVEBIRDS ALONE” Tara blows a kiss to you before holding Jake’s hand and heads out just like everyone else is doing. You were left dumbfounded with a hot emo boy handcuffed to you.

12:45AM

it has been 45 minutes of dead silence between you and Johnnie. After everyone left you tried to tidy the place up but Johnnie suggest that you two just sit on the couch since there is no point of cleaning when the two of you are handcuffed to eachother. After that tiny interaction with Johnnie the both of you just sat on the couch in silence while being on your phones. It was so silent you could literally hear your own heartbeat and breathing. Johnnie was scrolling through Tiktok and meanwhile on your side you were spamming Tara with middle finger emojis and cussing her out. Tara only replied with a kissing emoji and disappeared afterwards. You yawned and rubbed your eyes, the alcohol was starting to drain out your energy and all you want to do now was sleep, but you know too well that you can’t sleep without a shower and a new set of fresh clothes.

“wanna head to bed?” johnnie turns to you noticing your eyes getting tired every minute. You lightly shook your head trying to stay awake for another few more hours. “Come on. You look like you’re about to pass out. Lets just head to bed and we’ll be free the moment we wake up” Johnnie insists, you shook your head again and sit up against the couch “I don’t feel comfortable sleeping like this.. especially not showering after a long day” you commented causing Johnnie to chuckle. He stood up forcing you to follow him to his room where he has a sleeping mask by his bedside. He hands you his T-shirt, pair of black boxers and a new towel. “The bathroom is opposite my room, you can take a shower there while I’m blindfolded” johnnie shakes the blindfold in his hand assuring you that he won’t be seeing you shower, at this point you can only sigh and agree since there are literally no other choices left.

Johnnie drags you to the bathroom and immediately wore the blindfold the moment he stepped foot into the bathroom. You slipped out of your croptop and mini skirt. You were grateful that your outfits were easy to take off since you clearly did not planned to be handcuffed to a boy tonight. As you were about to hop into the shower you noticed that you were wearing a strapless bra with a clasp. You always ask Tara to undo it for you since it is something that you are not used too yet. You sighed at the problem your facing knowing that you only have one option left.

“johnnie.. can you help me take my bra off..” you sighed

“Wait what-“ “JUST DO IT JOHNNIE” you cut him off as your face turns bright red, you swore to yourself when you meet Tara in a few hours you’re going to kill her. Johnnie took off his blindfolds to see you in your undergarments, he swallowed his salive before undoing your bra then wearing back his blindfold. You shook your head and hop in the shower after taking your panties off.

1:30AM

The both of you are now sitting up against Johnnies headboard. You are currently drowning in guilt, after showering you noticed that Johnnie was only in his Jeans. He ripped his shirt off and you could only guess he did it due to the humidity of the long steaming shower you were having. You insisted johnnie to shower too but he said he was too tired to shower so you end up getting dressed and dragged him to bed after taking his blindfold off. So now here you are, a duo that is muted and awkward like a married couple that just finished their heated argument. You wanted the floor to just swallow you so bad of how awkward this is, you’re trying to distract yourself by being on your phone but you literally have nothing else to search or look through.

“want to continue the game?” Johnnie ask looking up from his phone. You tilted ur head at him not knowing what he meant. He puts his phone down and stares at you with his bright blue eyes.

“The truth or dare game. Want to continue that?” Johnnie ask again.

“What why? We’re technically still undergoing the game” you asked back while sitting up

“Well… you’re clearly not sleeping and im guessing its because you’re uncomfortable to sleep on your roomate’s friend’s bed. So lets just waste time since the night is still young” johnnie reshifts himself on the bed so that he is facing you.

You just nodded to him suddenly feeling your heart beating out of your chest

3:00AM

The both of you spent what felt like hours on the game. It started off as the both of you picking truths for the longest time ever until Johnnie decides to break the pattern by saying dare and you dared him to take a shot of tabasco sauce. After that incident the both of you just had your own fun playing truth or dare, answering saucy questions and doing dumb dares.

“Omg i can’t believe you just prank called your mom saying you got a girl pregnant” you laugh out loud holding onto your stomach

“Yeah can’t wait for her to nag at me in the morning you idiot” Johnnie laughs with you as the both of you sat back down on his bed “alright truth or dare” Johnnie ask

“Truth”

“Is it true that you like me?” Johnnie smirks at you as your face turns red. “I uhh i don’t- well.. yeah” you confessed blankly. You did not expect Johnnie to ask you that, you were really embarrassed you just hid your face in your hands. Johnnie smiles removing your hands from your face “hey.. i like you too..actually i like you alot. Jake caught me so many times watching Tara videos that has you in it, I’m actually surprised that idiot did not blurt out anything to you.” You giggled at his confession, it was cute of him to come forward like that, you never really thought Johnnie actually has a crush on you since he never really shows it whenever the both of you meet. You cup his face and gently place your lips against his, feeling his cold lips touching yours made your heart melt the both of you stayed like that for a few more seconds before pulling away.

“gosh im so sorry i should’ve asked fuck i’m so-“ you got cut off by Johnnie’s lips crashing into yours. You kissed him back but this time more passionately than before. Both of your tongues meet and danced in eachothers mouth, Johnnie lifts you up and place you on his lap not breaking the kiss. The both of you made out for awhile, Johnnie’s hands wanted to be all over you but the handcuffs were too restrictive.

“Gosh i want to touch you so bad” Johnnie sighs before kissing you again. You hummed into the kiss agreeing with him, as you were about to slip your hand into Johnnie’s Jeans the both of you were shocked by a sudden flash coming from the door of his room

“Sup lovebirds! Say cheeeeese” Tara takes another shot from her Digicam with Jake standing right behind her waving at the both of you like a child at a playground.

“Tara uncuff me now so i can love my girlfriend easily” Johnnie groans as you turned your head towards him “Girlfriend?” You giggle “what you don’t want too?” johnnie smirks as he leaves kisses down your neck “Of course i want too” you peck his lips and felt a key dropped beside your thigh.

“Urgh this is nasty go unlock it yourself. Lets go jake” Tara exclaims sarcastically before closing the door. She is actually more than happy to see her two close friends get together since she has been planning this for so long. johnnie immediately took the keys and uncuff the both of you. You sighed at the feeling of relief when the cuffs were finally off, it felt good to feel your hands again. johnnie jiggles the handcuffs infront of your face while smirking

“Want to give these a try in a different way?”

Doing crowd work with my fans while performing is SUCH A DREAM FOR ME OMG. That's like one my main reasons I'm excited to have a concert because I want to interact with my audience; exchanging glances, throwing stuff for one of them to have and of course performing at my best.

🍊 — COLLABS AND HANGOUTS

Okay okay, I know I have yapped in the past about being excited to meet BTS, but first, let me name a list of groups/idols I am so hyped to be in a 2-foot radius of because sometimes a girl cant help but shriek at the thought of them🙈:

NEWJEANS ||

I FUCKING LOVE THESE GIRLS SO MUCH NO ONE GETS IT. Just a little fun fact, MKB(my own gg) is considered to be like an older sister gg to NEWJEANS because they are both famous 5 member girl groups. Some people even say that NEWJEANS' aesthetic is like a younger sister to MKB's; even though MKB isn't all that "mature" it does give off an older sister feel in contrast to NEWJEANS' AND ITS SOOO CUTEEE😭😭

WONYOUNG — IVE ||

In my dr, Me and Wony are really good friends, and we have each others contacts. I've gone to battle for her in my tiktoks and tweets against antis (I am very much popular for this too since it's considered controversial to speak out in defence for another idol and she isn't the only idol I've fought for😭😭) cus she's literally the sweetest idol ever?? I actually love her to death.

CHAEYOUNG, NAYEON, SANA, MOMO — TWICE ||

In my opinion all of TWICE is so cute and I freaking love them all, but I am closest to these four. They're some of my closest girl friends because they were the first friends i made (other than my members lmao) and I love them all so much please I can't wait to meet them (especially since MKB and TWICE both exist under JYP so we're basically always hanging out)

BTS ||

No, because you guys. the dating, fighting and relationship rumours that are gonna be floating around me are gonna be CRAZYY cus of how many frequent interactions I have with the group/ the members individually and how much i talk about them because I am SO down bad for them PLEASE (but we can't let them and army know you guys shhh🤫) and I also just be having the LOUDEST MOUTH EVER🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️

But aside from how badly I want each and every one of them, Me and MKB are super cool friends with BTS; usually, 1 or 2 of us will visit them for whatever reason needed and whatever occasion like watching them behind the scenes, sometimes, we will appear on their lives in person or on phone (cus we have each others contacts😝🤞🏾), we always wish them happy birthday (as they do back to us), and few times some of us will make special appearances on their game challenges on RUN BTS too.

Also, I'd say I'm closest to being with Jungkook, Jimin, Namjoon, and Taehyung- BUT I get along very well with Yoongi, Jin, and Hoeseok too. I just hangout with those 4 the most out of all of them. [EDIT// Actually I do hang out with Jin too what am I talking about]

STRAYKIDS AND ATEEZ ||

More hot men. Idk what to say more about this LMAO😭😭

💭 — LIVESTREAMS AND BIRTHDAYS

MKB is most infamous (other than our music of course) for our ridiculous lives. But my favourite kind of live is the birthday one. The moment of appreciation and love sent from fans and the celebration from my family members and staff is so precious and important to me. The thought into the gifts and the messages mean so much more to me than what anyone could imagine and it gives so much meaning to birthdays because they are so important to me.

🍊 — PRODUCING, FILMMAKING AND BTS

I have always been a big music nerd and my urge to produce music for a loving and interested fanbase makes me feel so warm. it's just what my silly little heart was made to do.

I have also been super interested in being involved with the work behind the scenes , not just being in the scenes of our music videos. I really want to have a say in what the concept of the video to match the music will look like, the outfit ideas, the hidden lore in the videos. It's just such a dream come true for me, and I'm even excited for whatever travelling needs to be done, too.

💭 — STUPID SPECULATIONS/RUMOURS ?

Being nosey and attention seeking is a deadly combo. Always gotta know something, always gotta be talked about somehow (and I usually prefer the fake dating allegations cus they're just so funny and sometimes cute depending on who I'm being shipped with lol)

🍊 — FOOD

I am THE BIGGEST foodie there is I swear. I have always craved and cried to eat real Korean (and East asian) food without thinking about my money or my skin as well as usual meals too and as much as I want (because I scripted my manager let's me eat anything I want since I don't gain weight (I scripted this for all idols tbh cus I just want to see wony eat SOMETHING😭🙏🏾))

💭 — V.I.P STUFF

When I say VIP stuff, I mainly mean 1st class vacations and trips. I freaking LOVE exploring and travelling.. ON LAND. When I shift though, this will be my first time flying on a plane and I'm kinda excited, kinda frightened. I have a slight fear of heights so I'm gonna have to brave through it and try not to throw up or something.

🍊 — FANMADE GIFTS (fanimations, fanfictions, fan art, real life gifts, fan edits, etc.)

I am so freaking hyped for this stuff you guys stop. One of my main love languages is gift giving and receiving, and I already get so hyped when I get a gift on a random day from a family memeber😭😭.

The fan edits and fanfiction are gonna be crazy tho omg the ships..😭😭😭 (I WILL be looking out for the ship fanfics best believe.)

💭 — GOOGLEBOX BUT ITS KPOP IDOLS

"STOP TALKING ABOUT GOOGLEBO-" STFU AND LISTEN HOE🤬

Okay, so before I explode for excitement, I had this idea to make take the Googlebox celebrities and make a K-pop idols edition, and it couldn't be more perfect. Of course, you might be worried about how little privacy and time to myself off camera I may have now that I've added this into my dr, but never worry!

I scripted MKB to get 2 weeks to a month long breaks depending on stuff like exhaustion, injuries, meeting families, or just having a well-deserved vacation. I also scripted that our fanbase is very respectful of our space and don't bombard us if we're spotted in public.

Headcanons:

I actually think Rabbit both regresses and is a cg!!

Very fussy during regression, but not in the sense that he wants to be babied as much as he wants things kept how he left them when he was big. He's very particular about his home, and he will NOT abide by any messes just because he's small!!

If he had a tv he'd be one of those toddlers who screams at the tv like NOOO ELMO THE HAT DOES NOT GO ON YOUR FOOT!!!!

But on that note, he can be very very silly. It's a lot like when he's big - he'll pout and glare about it at first but with the right tricks you can have him giggling and happy

Gets worked up really easily, especially if he thinks he's made a mistake and starts beating himself up, or if he's especially overwhelmed

When he starts to have fun, he gets REALLY into it. Think of that episode in New Adventures where he dresses up as a wizard - if he gets too wrapped up in a game he has to be redirected eventually or he'll never get any rest (and neither will his cgs)

Loves picking flowers with his cg and bringing a plushie out to his garden to show off his plants - as long as they bring a blanket so nothing gets dirty 🙃

Sometimes he just seems especially anxious or grumpy, but you can usually tell he's getting small when he starts stumbling over his words really badly, going quiet, fidgeting a lot, gnawing on his thumb or getting clingy, etc

World's #1 napping fan

Sometimes tries to force himself to be big when he really needs to regress - he has to be reminded its okay to be small because he puts to much pressure on himself to keep things in order

He won't usually initiate physical contact, but if he's upset a blanket, a warm drink, and some quiet cuddling can help calm him down

Main cg is Tigger, and sometimes they end up regressing together, though Rabbit is more in the toddler-young kid range whereas Tigger is more of a big brother type

I FULLY RESPECT OTHER OPINIONS AND HEADCANONS. THESE ARE JUST MINE, PERSONALLY. Q.) What's your headcanon for Katniss and Peeta's children? A.) Just a few things I kind of like to think about: - There is a third toastbaby born after the epilogue. - Toastbaby girl grows up to become a veterinarian. She's quiet and serene but wildly clever. Dangerously smart. And Haymitch Abernathy is probably her favorite human being in existence. - Toastbaby boy is a wild menace to society and makes Peeta specifically tear his hair out. Constantly pulling him off of cabinet doors, scaling building walls, pulling him out of hiding places where he camps waiting to scare someone (usually Peeta) They judged parents who used child leashes until they had their boy. Likes to follow the Cresta-Odair spawn everywhere whenever he's visiting them.

Q.) How old was Katniss when give birth to their daughter? A.) Just based on the math from the book she would have been 32/33 when her daughter was born.

Q.) How many years apart between them in age? A.) In my mind it's about 3-4 years. Katniss says that her Good Things List is tedious after more than 20 years and mentions that they teach the Hunger Games in school and that Toastbaby girl knows her parents played a part in them, so i'd say she's about 7 in the Epilogue. And she specifically calls out Toastbaby Boy's "chubby toddler legs" struggling to keep up with his sister, and that he'll be learning about the Games too in a few years, so i'm thinking he's anywhere from 3-4 at the time of the Epilogue.

Q.) Your headcanon for their name?

A.) I'm so sorry to say this, i don't actually have any! I personally don't like to give them names. I FULLY AND TOTALLY respect the names other people come up with and I've seen some that are quite popular. But I've actually always REALLY connected with the fact that Katniss specifically chooses NOT to give us their names. She was forced to give so much of herself to Panem, to other people, even (on a meta level) to us as readers. Within the 1st Person POV we are privy to her every personal thought and experience. The capitol denied her autonomy and privacy. The rebels did the same. And, in the end, so did we as the reader. It's a FASCINATING lens to look at the books through! (Especially if you follow the fun idea that this series are her memoirs.) But here, at the end, Katniss is choosing to close the curtain. We're not allowed to have her children's identities. Because those are precious to her. Because they belong to them and them alone. I just find that kind of beautiful and so I've made a conscious effort to never pick names for them. Q.) Who gets the singing and art skill from their parent? A.) Toastbaby boy is the singer (and hunter). The third toastbaby is the artist. Toastbaby girl loves baking with her poppa.

Oooh okay, first of all, I love this sentiment so much and I have far too many ideas for it, but we're sticking with one which got way too far out of hand!!! Sorry!

Danny Phantom, Maddie's pov

It's summer and it's roasting. It's the kind of heat that you can taste, and Maddie Fenton is braving the outside so she can surprise everyone with some much needed ice cream.

The arms of her jumpsuit are tied around her waist and her tanktop is already soaked in sweat, but it'll be worth it when she sees her family happy.

Or rather, when she sees Jack happy. She's sure she'll see Jazz happy, too, but Danny... Lately, it seems to be a coin toss whether she'll see him at all.

At least with the heat, ghost attacks have slowed down to almost nothing and she can try and get some proper mother-son bonding time in.

Part of her wonders if there's a reason for it - if high temperatures affect the structure of ectoplasm in such a way as to render a ghost incapable of functioning at their full capacity (ghosts and colder temperatures have always been linked, surely the inverse would make sense) and whether that can be translated into weaponry. A concentrated heat blast to melt a ghost?

But, she thinks with a sigh, that can wait for another day. It's far too hot to be thinking of concentrated heat blasts. Distantly, she can hear the children laughing and shouting in the park, no doubt splashing in the fountains to cool off.

Once upon a time, Danny and Jazz used to laugh and scream together while playing in there as well, but they're too grown up for it now.

Too grown up to do anything with their parents it seems, but that's fine! All teenagers go through it, as she keeps reminding herself, it's just a phase. They'll grow out of it.

In the meantime, there's always ice cream to help smooth over the cracks.

She turns the corner towards where she knows the ice cream truck awaits and she glances towards the fountain with a soft smile at the children's antics already on her face - and freezes, terrified and angry, at the sight there.

What the hell is it doing here? That... that thing? It's not noticed her yet, too busy accosting the children to pay her any attention, throwing balls of snow into the air with a sharp, twisting cackle.

Maddie's blood runs cold as he dives into the fountain, the water around him growing thick with ice - does he mean to trap the children under the surface? How is no one stopping this?

Why are their parents not fighting to get them out, to save them? She looks around at all the smiling faces and she wants to scream, how can they call themselves parents?

When the ghost boy picks up a child and floats them in the air, their ankles kicking up the slushy water, Maddie sees red. She whips out her ankle blaster (why wasn't she wearing her jumpsuit properly, this is what she gets for letting her guard down!) with a wordless cry that's drowned out by the playful screams of the children.

The ecto-blast gets everyone's attention soon enough.

The effect is instantaneous - parents scramble to get their children out of the fountain safely (better late than never), the ghost boy puts down the child, who stumbles forward when Phantom pushes him to move quicker.

Despicable, really, how he's still trying to hurt the poor boy even when she's pointing a gun right at his core. Maddie's proud that her aim doesn't falter even as rage grips her heart.

How dare he try to hurt children? How dare he?

She opens her mouth to give the ecto-scum a piece of her mind but before she can say anything, before she can even squeeze the trigger, a snowball hits her square in the face and her shot goes wide.

Another ghost?

She squints, her cheek burning with cold, and finds... little Sally from down the street, her dress soaked, and cheeks red with anger as she shouts, "Don't you hurt my friend!"

It's simple to cartwheel back and dodge her next throw, but she's not so lucky when another snowball hits her on the back, followed by the little boy from the fountain shouting "Yeah, leave him alone!"

She curses as another one hits her knee, turning wildly with her gun still raised, trying to get a clean sight on Phantom, but of course the spook has already vanished.

The only thing he left behind is a rapidly depleting stack of snowballs and children screaming for a different, fun new game.

8. what's the most fun and the least fun parts about your process

The least fun is deeeeefinitely lining things. I tend to use a softer pencil and too much pressure, so my hand and the paper will be absolutely covered in graphite by the end of it 🤡🤡🤡 The most fun is probably adding last-minute touches - making the lines a bit cleaner, adding gel pen, etc. It feels a little less stress-inducing now that basically everything is finished and I can just be a little goofy about things!

22. what inspires you

Lots of things!!! Art Nouveau stuff - particularly paintings by Alphonse Mucha - really inspires me (which definitely showed up a lot more in my older stuff than it does now). Fashion illustration has also been a very longstanding piece of inspo, as has high and low fashion in general! Anime and ghibli are also something I look to, as well as cartoons of all kinds <3 And lastly, a lot of my mutuals and people I follow on here have inspired different elements of my art style and how I approach making things in general :DDD Actually um. SPOILERS BELOW - Don't read if you plan to play hsr and don't want spoilers!

MY DARLING. I loved hsr from the moment I opened it and am so insanely happy with it. The lore, the gameplay, the characters--everything is just SO chef's kiss and beautiful. I don't want to say it's better than Genshin bc they def fill different niches and I adore Genshin with all my heart, however, hsr WAS created after Genshin and the creators clearly took feedback and what worked vs didn't work in Genshin and made hsr better in those aspects and I'm SO impressed and in love with the game. Ten bajillion words of rant below the cut hbgjweogisdkl

Something to note is that for the beginning I was insanely into the lore, so during the start when we had Kafka I went around checking everything I could--hearing her thoughts on things was SO interesting and I got very attached to her, especially since they were later contrasted by Herta's commentary (ex. idr who exactly, I think it was Aiden, who Kafka says "I don't recognize this guy" vs Herta who later talks about who Aiden is, his extremely significant contributions to society). When she tells us about our beautiful future and is like "this is the future Elios has foreseen for you--do you like it?" I was So Excited and So Attached. Getting mommy issues from a video game character-- [gets shot and dies]

Character-building wise, I really adore the decision to limit us in finding character backstory, ascending characters, getting relics, etc. using the Trailblazer level--I think that was a very intelligent decision esp bc I know the reason a lot of people got bored with Genshin was they overleveled and it became too easy. Limiting things by Equilibrium level so you have to fit the story a certain was was incredibly clever to prevent power creep.

Let's be real, we are all gremlins, and this is a gremlin game! That rando meeting we call at the Space Station? Stealing people's mail? Goofing off with the rating gun? We all know the trash meme. The game devs clearly love the world and characters they built, and give us so much room to learn about and love the game as well, which I really appreciate so much.

Something to note: Tale of the Winterlands, a book series from Jarilo-VI, which we find a copy of in the trash and with the writer (with the missing author), is noted to be banned before the story-quest and we cannot find the other copies. It's only after we finish the story-quest that the banned books are sold and can be found. I feel like there are so many little details and bits of love in the story and world that are just so, so easy to fall in love with.

All the characters are so pretty. In fact, I wasn't gonna play but my older sister was playing and I saw Stelle and I was like. Okay time to play. LMAO

I love our characters! There's not a single character I dislike! I especially love this time that there's no exactly "end goal", it's literally all about the journey and not the destination! But also, we're not alone! There's so much love I have for the found family trope and this is hitting ALL my buttons.

no joke but while I do like botw/totk (botw MUCH more than totk... I have complicated feelings about totk) I have REALLY been enjoying diving back into older zelda games

#Pokemon #I've never actually played the board game but I am very pleased to be in ownership of it lol #It looks pretty interesting! I think I would like to play it at some point #All the tokens are colour-coded to where they are meant to be placed on the board #Which means in this order - numerical - they're alllll mixed up lol #I like them just fine that way tho - easy to find #I love Kanto so much hhh #This was a fun photo shoot #It's honestly really charming to see the old artwork paired with the new figures hehe #There a couple more I could've taken pictures with in a pinch - I have that DIY MewTwo figure from a bit back #As well as a Galarian Ponyta - maybe it's just a super shiny! Lol #And smol has a Ditto but I wasn't able to get permission before taking pictures uou #Besides she wants to touch up Ditto's paint anyhow - gotta look their best!#I do really like how all the tokens have a move on them #If I end up getting back into Pokemon Homestyle it would make the whole random encounter thing so much easier #Then I wouldn't have to have a card ready to go unless they caught one - win win!#Plus chips are very common to use in place of minis for random mobs hehe ♪ It's neat #I'd still have to make a special one if I ever planned a Mew encounter but Mew is already pretty special so that's expected haha

Ayyy hi Lowkey, ty for the ask! Or asks if but I'm getting this one done because I've left you waiting for a hot minute lmao.

A song I've been listening to a lot recently that I can't pin to an exact character, but kind of fits DbD really well to me and I felt would be worth putting here as well is COUNT THOSE FREAKS by Whitey. Good chunk of the lyrics fit really well imo.

For DbD characters, I have a decent handful actually! I've made some playlists for them. I'll share a couple! Unsurprisingly, I have a decent chunk for Claudette, and for Philip too.

For Claudette, two I associate heavily with her are Quiet by Lights, and Plant Life by Owl City.

For Philip, I have Hollow by Cloudeater, Black Cat by Never Shout Never, and White Face, Black Eyes by AJJ. I have a WHOLE lot more for him that I feel really fit him, but I'll leave it at 3 for this.

For other characters, Nightmares & Flare Guns by Seb Adams is a song I feel really fits Quentin, Ghosts With Heartbeats by Plastic Patina I associate with the Nurse, Leopard by Jack Stauber I associate with Ace, and After Party by Air Traffic Controller is a song I heavily associate with all of the Legion.

Sharing music is something that's actually very personal to me, and something I really enjoy doing, especially with people I am on good terms with and really like, or want to get to know better. just people with good vibes to me ig? I've only rly described it right once, because it's very hard to place, but music is very important to me, and I always enjoy sharing it with people I think might enjoy it, or at least give it a shot, even if it might not be their thing. Feels like sharing a piece of my soul, kind of. I dunno lol.
