You ought to get tired of course so you try to find a bench you could sit on to rest your legs and even maybe meditate since it's been a while since you've done that

upon turning arriving at a centered road, lies ahead a playground nearby a elementary school. the school you used to go to

you prefer getting hit by a sudden euphoria upon seeing the nostalgic playground than getting hit by the feeling of drowsiness, your face curls up to a smile as you stride into its jagged pebbled ground

oh, your elementary days... how've you missed being a child. no problems, no worries, everyday is just fun! but everyone's gotta grow up right? that's what's all of this nostalgia is for, for the adult version of you to remember

you turn your head around to observe the playground, few kids are playing whether it's on the sandbox where you used to buried your profound toys, the seesaw where you used to fly as much as you can while returning the favor to your friend by coming down, or the swing that had you fast up the air to point of seeing the top branches of trees as the rusty metal chain creak with every swing of the seat.

there are lots of other playthings here as well you don't remember seeing before, such as monkey bars, a small climbing wall enough for small kids to climb up to, and oh that curved ladder wasn't there before

how have you missed playing around this place, you are quite jealous since you can't be the children you are as before, it is fun to see younger kids having fun on their own

but as much as there are a lot of playground equipments there are only a few kids playing and trotting around and most of them are in pairs in spaces they are occupying, kinda surprising that they are ignoring the swings, kids from before used to fight each other just to get a turn in it

it is after school for them most had probably went home with their childhood friends or parents like you used to before. and it's not that noisy for you to be bothered either

the children were too occupied playing with themselves they didn't even notice you striding to the swings and sitting down, perhaps you had grown a lot or they just lowered the swings for safety measures but your butt and feet are not that far from each other it feels like you are squatting but this swing is taller to you when you were young till now, it also might have sat on by too many kids that it was forced down low by their weight

though children don't usually weight that much to push down a metal swing right? you remember playing with a older kid before and he is the only kid you struggle to push the swing for because of his inch tall stature

yeah, that kid. yeah you remember him. he was that weird mysterious boy who watched you play alone that one afternoon before not even bothering on asking to join you till you asked-- well told him to and just lets you pull him around on different apparatuses of the playground to play with you

you lean back and lets your head wonder what could've been the actual reason he didn't come back that day, hated you? just wanted your toys? got yelled at and told to never play with you again? or maybe he just forgot about it, maybe you could forgive the forgot reason because you as a child too didn't really thought about it that much either and continue on living without remembering him, not until now at least

you might've leaned back a little too far because your head had hit a soft clothed pole? pretty muscly too... realization slapped the back of your head as you stopped leaning in and turn your head behind you. shit. it's a person.

"uhh sorry didn't see you there"

your eyes shift back to the playground and turn your head back at the stranger, your eyes focused back to the kids playing on the sandbox again, they were dirty and dusty now but they sure are having fun

feeling you had ignored his presence, the stranger took an initiative to sit on the other swing, and swing back and forth a bit with his foot

"you got a kid here?" you ask as you let your eyes wander the playground to the kids sliding down the curvy slides, to the three children talking at the curved ladder while one of them sits on top

"....no."

"oh i see"

"how about you? are one of them yours?" your eyes scrunched up at his statement do you look that old to be a parent?

"no way, I'm actually a student here" you forgot to mention the "was a student here before" but you're pretty sure he gets it

"you look pretty old to be in a playground let alone be a student." talk for himself what is he doing here too otherwise?

"heh am i?" you chuckle, closing your eyes and letting your ears just feel the noise of the laughter and chatter of the kids around you, maybe even the stranger's reply

"....yes" you burst out a giggle, and started swinging yourself a bit faster than him, that's kind of funny but the stranger seemed genuine with his answer

"Well excuse me sir, some people had just to hold back a grade, some are not born with lots of smart you know" you stated, jokingly of course

"oh." wait, that sounds like he took it seriously is he...? actually being serious right now?

your giggle turned into a laughter and some of the kids around and the stranger too turned to you confused with how you are acting

"that was a joke haha..." you wipe out the laughter tears in your eyes and calming down after a few seconds

"but you know, it might've been better if it's like that, i could be a child and play here forever don't you think?" another thought held you back "maybe even wait for him here forever"

"i know you're just a stranger and stuff but i got this friend i made here at this same playground, we had lots of fun and he promised he'd come back tomorrow but the next day, he just didn't" the stranger stayed silent listening to you, you look down and remember the hopeful look at that kid's face, you were sure he'd come back even if he didn't promise to because at least he'd give back your toys

"ah yeah, he took two of my figurine toys too"

"oh really?" The stranger seemed a bit curious now, is he amused by your story? the child you wouldn't take that too kindly

"yeah, he took my favorite dragon figure i got from a penny store and another thing i can't seem to remembe-"

"it was a dice" he interrupted, you look at him with a perplexed expression

"the father of the prince was actually the dragon and the evil dice took over the sand castle" your eyes widened at his words, no way. no fucking way. that just can't be

"oh my goodness is that really you?" the stranger as you call him before knowing, grinned at your baffled face

"I can't seem to push myself alone at this seat, would you kindly do it for me? I'm pretty sure you know yourself how these as you don't need my help to push yourself"

"...Malleus was it? how long has it been?" your puzzled tone turned to a gleeful one as you inch your side to him by force to get closer

"im glad you remembered my name, i thought i would've had to explain who i am again in case you would only remember a few details of that day" you shook your head, of course you remember him you were just thinking about him earlier

"i wouldn't forget you, you were the only kid whom i let off that took my things" you joke elbowing him slightly

"maybe your memory is a bit more jagged. you gave these to me don't you remember?"

"no, I don't remember giving them to you, from what i know is that you promised that you'll come back that's why i let you borrow it"

"really?" you laugh kicking the rocks off the worned out ground as he shuffles his hand through his pocket and you were pretty sure he was about to pull those out so you stopped him

"I wasn't serious Malleus, i was just kidding of course i gave it to you, you are the dragon aren't you?" Malleus smiled and pulled out his hand to clasp it against yours

"although, i have no idea where the prince is now, probably got lost in a ditch somewhere" Malleus frowned in disappointment as you break your hand free from him, guilt washed over you, of course it'll get lost it was lots of years ago, you don't even remember where'd the body parts of those toy figurines you own go most of the time.

you pat his back with sympathy, letting your eyes wander again, you remember the seesaw, this swing and that slide you never get to go to,

"hey, come to think of it you didn't get to go down the slides, when you left i did it alone, it was pretty fun."

"slides? oh that thing over there, Lilia arrived too earlier for us to have use it, i was actually disappointed when we parted our ways that time." you remember who Lilia is, he's that man with the the girly face that took Malleus that time, you wonder how he is now...

but other than that, there's no other people than you, Malleus and few other kids who wouldn't seem to mind if two people used the playground facilities as they are supposed to be used for

"we can if you don't mind."

"huh?"

you pull his hand and went over to the slides you never get to ride that time when he left too early with Lilia. to continue the fun the years he was away and you waiting for him stupidly with a castle bucket

you still hadn't asked him why he didn't return that time but oh well

at least this time you two can enjoy yourselves to the fullest.

before you read: instead of jujutsu tech, the organization you belong to is called heiwa which means peace and it's kind of like the special division for unsual powers and the military police of yokohama except it's for tokyo. i was supposed to write for fyodor too, but ideas ran out, and mostly because i haven't gotten to the decay of the angels in the bsd manga yet since im reading the yakuza's guide to babysitting & jjk.

dazai osamu !

it wasn't every day that dazai came to tokyo because he's mostly from yokohama, but when fukuzawa told him that he needed someone to pick up important documents from the higher-ups overseeing tokyo, particularly from you, dazai immediately beat ranpo to it, clearly eager to see you in your city.

it was a good thing the armed detective agency had decided to join forces with the higher-ups after the whole descendant of sugawara michizane fiasco. dazai wanted to be with you, not just see you. even though you're paired up with him almost every time by the organizations, the fact that you can't stay in yokohama doesn't help.

dazai is clingy with his belladonna after all.

dazai was in awe as soon as he arrived at your organization's location. heiwa. the structures were constructed in a traditional japanese architectural style. it was well hidden on the outskirts of tokyo, far and high in the mountains, so naturally, there are many trees around the property to further obscure the location. aside from nature, there were several deity statues, shrines, and torii gates in the area. the location was absolutely breathtaking and peaceful, but dazai knows you hated it here because of the elders who were part of the higher-ups.

"you're looking for gojo-sama, right?" one of the organization's staff that was touring dazai, inquired before momentarily glancing at him.

"yes, the armed detective agency has sent me to retrieve some important papers from [name]." dazai nodded with a smile.

"gojo-sama should be in the training grounds. she's often there, either mentoring or sparring with one of heiwa's members." the staff informed him.

dazai followed suit until eventually he came upon the grounds that the staff was referring to, and as soon as he spotted you, your boyfriend couldn't help but smile and just as he was about to intervene, he immediately halted. you were sparring with someone. no weapons or abilities at all as it seemed.

dazai has witnessed your previous fights. in fact, the first time he and everyone saw you, you were beating chuuya's ass, and if it hadn't been for him stepping in, his old twin dark partner would have been completely annihilated by your limitless ability.

today, however, was no exception. you easily countered your opponent's attacks and traded powerful blows. each move you made was sharp and precise, yet graceful in some ways, but the scene that followed left dazai's mouth agape.

you effortlessly did a split instead of simply landing on your feet just as your opponent found an opening to dive an attack in, assuming a landing after you had just performed a flip. taking your opponent and the audience by surprise, you thrust your leg over his bent leg, yanking him down quickly by tugging on his shirt and harshly flicking his forehead.

"congrats, you're dead. i win again." you remarked with a smirk.

"was that flick really necessary, gojo-sama?" your opponent yelped.

you were about to get back on your feet to stretch when you were interrupted by clapping. you turned your head in the direction of the clapping to see dazai staring at you with a lovestruck gaze; his eyes practically sparkled as he sauntered towards you, leaving behind the kind staff who had brought you to him to pull you up himself.

"dazai?" you blinked before grinning, "heya, what'cha doing here?"

"i came to see my belladonna." with a wink, dazai exclaimed, opening his arms for an embrace, which you accepted and easily melted into.

"don't forget about the documents. i know the president needs them, and you're here at heiwa for that," you said as you drew away, pinching his nose and scrunching dazai's face.

"yeah, yeah, but i really came here for you." dazai drew you closer to his embrace, muffling his face into the crook of your neck, causing you to hum happily and pat his back, "god you were amazing, darling."

dazai proceeded to plant soft open mouth kisses in your neck, oblivious to the staff and your sparring opponent's surprised looks and gasps of "is this your boyfriend, gojo-sama?!" which you simply grinned at.

"that was so hot of you just now, my pretty, pretty belladonna. seeing you fight is always a sight for me, you know," dazai said, pressing his lips against your ear and wrapping his arms around your waist, his breath tickling your skin.

"do you mind stepping on m—you immediately flicked his forehead in the same way you had done to your sparring partner, causing him to release you and let out a small whine as you softly chuckled and stuck out your tongue which dazai pouted at.

chuuya, your boyfriend, enjoys fighting, relishing the opportunity to demonstrate his combat prowess and taking great pride in his status as the mafia's strongest martial artist. however, that title is now shared with you since you two got together and you became affiliated with the mafia despite being under the control of tokyo's higher-ups. chuuya was well aware of your skill in hand-to-hand combat, having almost been beaten by you when you first met him in that café to reclaim the documents you stole from the port mafia.

but don't bring it up with your boyfriend; he's still upset about it, remembering how you sat on him like nothing. you were hot, though, especially when you leaned in and whispered into his ear about how you were going to show off—yeah that's quite enough, chuuya. we understand that you are a simp.

chuuya admires and is very proud of you. he even brags about you whenever he has the opportunity. however, you being an expert combatant sort of upsets chuuya, because he wants to protect you with his strength as well, but he really admires your natural strength and independence. chuuya, in fact, enjoys watching you train, which is why he's overseeing your sparring with a member of the port mafia.

you weren't using your limitless ability; no infinity or weapons, and your six eyes were completely covered by a black blindfold you received as a gift from chuuya, implying that this spar was purely raw strength. you were landing several precise punches, kicks, and open-hand attacks. your combative style was aggressive and domineering, but it was elegant and a sight to behold in chuuya's eyes. in fact, he had never met anyone who fought like you.

you left chuuya and his subordinates, who happened to be your audience, breathless as he leaned against the room's wall and arms coolly folded across his arms as his men watched. you had just flipped to avoid your opponent's punch. while they all predicted you'd be hit because you were giving your opponent the opportunity to hit you once you landed, they were all wrong.

instead of landing on your feet, you extended your legs further, allowing you to perform a split on the floor and cleanly avoid being hit by your opponent. you easily overpowered him afterwards, yanking him down and punching him in the face with a triumphant smile glistening on your lips. chuuya's subordinates cheered for you and gawked at you.

your confidence and everything about you was so goddamn attractive. chuuya came sauntering towards you after you got up and helped your opponent up, handing him a handkerchief because his nose was bleeding. you turned to face your boyfriend, who was looking at you with a lovestruck expression.

"amazing as always, baby." chuuya's gloved hand intertwined with yours as he proudly kissed your knuckles, "you popped off yet again."

"of course, i'm the strongest there is after all." you winked at him as you drew your hand away and placed both hands on your hips.

"so, mind sparring with me this time?" chuuya softly chuckled before loosening his bolo tie and dress shirt by unbuttoned the first two buttons.

"are you asking to be pummeled, hun? or do you just want to see me pull that off to you this time, hmm?" you teased as you tipped your head to the side attractively.

chuuya's face flushed hot at your unexpected flirtatious remark. the gravity manipulator cleared his throat and drew his hat down to cover the growing dust of pink across his cheekbones, clearly not wanting his subordinates to see him in this state. chuuya's small reaction made you laugh.

you were always able to turn the tables on your boyfriend, and he was well aware of this. your personality was endearing yet so similar to his old twin dark partner, who was always the tease, but he preferred it when it was you. only you can make him feel these things.

"goddamnit, [name]." chuuya scoffed, folding his arms across his chest, "so, will you spar with me or not?"

"how can i deny my boyfriend?" you exclaimed as you squatted and began to stretch, causing chuuya to grin.

chuuya knows that when you start stretching before a fight, he knows you're serious and won't hold back, and he appreciates that. chuuya enjoys a good fight and can't wait to dance with you, knowing his subordinates are watching. he actually wants to see you pop off like that again, but this time with him upclose.

Howdy Sharm! So sorry about the late response 😭😭😭

To start… I’m a huge anatomy and physiology nerd (though sometimes my art doesn’t present that way haha!), so figuring out the bone and muscle structure is where I started. (Also I’m so sorry if this is too much information 😅)

In human anatomy, there are about thirty bones and four major muscle groups that contribute to the full structure and movement of AN (one) arm.

So with bones, it is important to think about how long the sternum (middle part of rib cage) should be so the multiple clavicles can all connect to it; how the multiple shoulder blades (scapula) interact with each other (meaning does each arm have its own shoulder blade/socket? Or do some arms share a joint?); and the ribs’ length also matters but we won’t go that far into it.

Now that you’ve figured out the bones, looking into how muscles lag over them is the next step!

To make it short, you really only need to pay attention to the pectorals (chest) and deltoids (the shoulder muscle). If you have multiple arms, you’ll have to have multiple pecs to have a full range of motion; so, adding a pair of smaller pectorals underneath the main pair is how I’ve tackled this problem. With the men, it just looks like two pectorals next to each other; but how I’ve designed women (since boobs) is by giving them only one pair of breasts. Women’s chests have the same muscular structure as men with the exception of extra fat deposits and mammary glands (for breast feeding).

I haven’t really figured out shoulders.. because.. how?? But the temporary solutions I’ve made are by having the arms either connect at the ball and socket joint (so one shoulder per arm) or having the inferior (lower) arm much lower than the superior (upper) arm… giving both enough space to have a full range of motion :)

But you don’t need to be super anatomical with it!! For example: here are some rough sketches I’ve saved that explain the anatomy of some of my characters.

dokuhime by mitsukazu mihara. this one hasn’t been officially translated into english as far as i know but it is SO wonderful. like genuinely if there was one series i’d recommend i would PLEAD for people to read this. its about poison and tragedy and succession but also bittersweet, hopeful, sweet love. its so <keyboard noises>

kamikaze kaitou jeanne by arina tanemura… some of my taste is shoujo trash ok but this one ive owned for over a decade. something about the religious imagery, the hopefulness, the beauty of it… it still lingers with me.

Reading wolfsong rn and why is the writing style so eerie LIKE... you know what it reminds me... Like typical murder thriller storytelling in mangas I used to read. (like I know it will? Eventually involves murder) BUT MAN ITS SO EERIE

I guess it's the way the story is told like a diary. Like a dissection to the innocent thoughts of ox... he's so precious like I get why gordo wants him in the pack it's the paternal instinct. Ox's dad is probably the murderer right...

Not going to comment about the romance bcs it felt icky at the point I know I know no yucking peoples yums and its just like, what, 5?6?years age gap. but idk they're like at different levels of school... Like... Typically high schoolers wouldn't date a middle school kids right?? Then again idk when I was in middle school, ive heard of (typically girls) students that thought of dating highs schooler as something, like, normal... Idk how they would meet in the first place but?? Like alright ill stop writing. This is a post about wolfsong asshdhdjjj idk the point is im not too keen on age gaps...... ALRIGHT AGE DISCUSSION ASIDE I love love love the writing of the book so far. It has the thrills, the suspense but also... How soft it can be. I've read like, what, two books involving werewolfs so I get the gist of like wolf-traits but not so much on packs and groups aspect of it. Wolfsong delves heavy (as far as I read) and the affectionate (I would say platonic) touches, ruffling heads, patting backs LIKE... ox deserved that yes give my son the affection he deserve

Idk why ox is in two packs tho aren't wolves like territorial how come he has gordo's and the bennets... Hm...

There is so many things I want to start as hobbies and what not, but they are way too expensive to truly dive into.. SO INSTEAD IM GONNA LIST EM + go on random side rants

TLDR: Take care of ferrets, skateboard, biker, art, vtuber, open sticker shop, collect manga and figures, scriptwriter, and learn Russian.

I definitely want ferrets in the far future. There has been hours on hours of research and planning to make it happen (ᗒᗣᗕ) This is something that does have to wait a few years when I’m financially stable and sticking to things in the house.

Skateboarding.. I have a board, but it’s a very DOOKIE one so around this month I’m gonna stop by a shop for a new one. The main problem here is that I live in a city so there is really no places to skate around and I already feel judged just being outside.. Imagine me on a skateboard??? I’m dying??

Hear me out on this one.. BIKER.. I recently have been really looking into motorcycles and when I do move out of the city (x_x) I’d truly rather be on a bike then in a car for reasons I will NOT explain. Cost wise it’s pricey, will have to be long term, and 100% is being my whole personality

I have been drawing on and off for a few years but with that I can’t trust myself to turn it into something serious as I have already quick multiple times for months to years at a time. I already own a drawing tablet, you not catching me on paper, and I already have a start. With art I feel forced to start commissions because it’s already so pressured to make money off it and that ruined the fun for me.

I want to stream as a vtuber soo badd!!! I already have a model now and plan to stream on my own time, but I’d love to be in an actual agency. Behold - Assassination Classroom Iceberg

This is just my opinion obviously, and things I thought were kind of relevant. Explanations below cut!

Tier One

Shounen Jump - the weekly manga magazine Assassination Classroom originally was published in Yuusei Matsui - the series creator Nagisa's gender - in reference to the amount of people who think Nagisa's a girl for some period of time

Tier Two

Ramen gun meme - a viral tumblr post using the clip of Gastro preparing ramen with a gun which blew up far outside the fandom Koro Q - The fantasy chibi spin off manga and anime Manga only villains - Numerous characters (usually assassins) who only appeared in the manga 365 Days - The movie, featuring adult Karma and Nagisa remembering their days in class Toonami rerelease - Recent broadcast on an anime channel which has caused a sharp increase in new fans

Tier Three

Live action movies - two movies adapted from the ass class story Kunudon - the nut mascot of the school. Featured in weird BDSM situations within Koro Q Sonic Ninja - movie (loved by Karma and Nagisa) in the series. Has a whole trailer post credits in one of the episodes Nagisa's gender (controversy) - in reference to the portions of fans who fetishize him, write him as a female etc., and the fans who push back against it Pop culture references - numerous references to other anime like One Piece, Naruto, etc., but also other properties such as Pirates of the Caribbean Asano's mother - a character who barely exists aside from one manga panel, where you can see her back

Tier Four

Mobile game - a card collecting app/game where multiple illustrations of all the characters were released. No longer running. 3DS game - game based on the main story. Wasn't released outside of Japan nor translated Korotan - four book series for teaching English, but also included short stories. Most significant is Korotan D, which features the kids after graduating high school 7 years later manga - a number of short manga pages featuring a few characters in the future found in the Graduation Album. Karma discourse - never ending internal fights about whether Karma is a good person or not, especially over his Nagisa jokes

Tier Five

Korosuu - similar to korotan books, but focused on maths. Less well known due to incomplete English translation (i know im still working on it i swear-) Everyone owns the mountain - lesser known fact that E Class used their money to legally purchase the 3E class building and mountain Hachiouji - the real life city Kunugigaoka is based on Korosensei's nationality - more so because it's unknown, though there are a lot of fan theories OVA - an adaptation of the Kyoto arc before the anime was made, featuring a different voice cast and art style

Tier Six

Yada is LGBT - it's subtle but this is canon, and so she's the only definitively not straight character in the series Bonus songs - the releases of the OPs came with some bonus tracks sung by the cast (you can find them on spotify) "half middle two" - the worst translation in the series, of Karma's codename. It was meant to be a reference to the cultural phenomenon of a teenager living in a fantasy world where they're the best at everything. The shed - cursed location (i.e where Irina gets 'helped' by Korosensei) Timeline - for Aguri to have been the 3E teacher, the school year has to have lasted more than a full year Takada and Tanaka - two bully characters often seen from main campus. Weirdly implied to be gay for each other.

Tier Seven

Fuwa meta - Fuwa often breaking the fourth wall (esp in the manga), and implied to be the writer of Koro Q Bitch Sensei and Karasuma's daughter - Introduced in the seven years manga, but a lot of people missed that they have a canon child Kayano's dad is evil - a theory but with decent proof that Aguri may have been somewhat forced to marry Yanagisawa

Tier Eight

Commodore Matthew Perry - the historical commodore who came to Japan in the 1800s and forced the country to open up borders for trade (basically one of the most important Japanese historical events). In the manga, his image is shown when Bitch Sensei is teaching how to seduce foreigners. Karasuma's dead sister - referenced on the ass class wiki, with little explanation or general fandom knowledge as to who, how, or when Kayano pregnant - a theory some fans had due to the positioning of her hands in the final manga chapter

Hey, Toonami people, just for you I'll explain Karma's codename.

Long story short they localised this terribly.

The Japanese is actually "chuunihan" and comes from the phrase "chuunibyou" or "second grader disease". It refers to middle schoolers who develop a kind of fantasy coolness complex where they think they're super self important - sometimes so into anime/games that they outwardly act like they're a protagonist.

The "han" here means half, so basically they're saying that Karma has protagonist kun disease but he goes about it in a half assed lazy way

The AUs I have fully developed at this point but will probably never write

- Nagisa is an assassin who murders Karma, but this comes back to bite him in the ass when Karma turns into a ghost and starts haunting him. At first he sticks to poltergeist shit, but somehow he ends up falling in love

- Karma, being an edgy teen, decides to summon a demon to do his bidding. Considering he doesn't know what he's doing, he ends up summoning Nagisa, an incubus. Except, this is literally Nagisa's first job. Then there's the fact that Karma has no interest in doing incubus... stuff. He just wants Nagisa to fetch him food, mess with Gakushuu etc. They end up having to hug alot so Nagisa doesn't starve. Surprisingly innocent and wholesome

- A straight up Barbie in an Island Princess retelling, just with Japanese flavour. Nagisa, the son of a samurai lord, comes across the long-lost prince having been sent to scour some nearby islands. A bunch of intrigue and plot occurs, but the most important parts are that Karma is feral enough to sleep in trees, and he can still talk to animals for some reason.

- Percy Jackson AU (because I'm trash) where Nagisa is a child of Thanatos (or Hades, I haven't decided) and Karma is a son of Nemesis. Honestly, I feel like that alone speaks for itself.

- Assassin Nagisa and lawyer Karma. Nagisa's on trial for murder, and Karma falls in love with him over the course of trying to defend him. He ends up pulling out all the stops, and by some kind of magic gets Nagisa off the hook. After which, Nagisa tells him he was guilty the entire time.

- The super cool Harry Potter AU I came up with before we found out how cursed JK was. Like this one I'll definitely never write, but Nagisa as the actual heir of Slytherin just chatting to snakes in his sleep...

- An AU where they both actually had good parents. AKA, Karma's a kind, respectful, emotionally balanced kid. Nagisa's far less unnerving. They were dating but broke up when Nagisa went into E Class, and this time Karma never got suspended...

Long story short, my ability to make literally anything into a karmagisa au is frightening. The worst part is I could write DETAILED posts on all of these too.

Okay strap yourself in. This became a Karma sexuality meta. warning for koro q spoilers.

This centres around Bitch Sensei and her 'charm' ability. Note that Nagisa 'charms' (read: he doesn't actually, everyone just thought he was hot) 3E in chapter two, but what I'm talking about here is the sort of mind-control ability, which is consistently represented by a heart around the head.

This section of the panel speaks clearly. You can only be charmed if you're attracted to women. Hell, "are you gay" is right there (I don't have access to the Japanese rn so I can't double check the exact wording).

well if you insist on 6 whole wips heeheehee

okay first off

because we both like dc i have one (1) single dc wip which is a fairytale au and i cooked it up it quite a while ago with [redacted] in eeby deeby. i started writing it somewhere *rummages in folder* well it’s been quite a while, but i like it a lot still because it ended up fusing a bunch of fairytales together. for example, bruce is the beast from beauty and the beast, dick is snow white — although obviously with no romance: instead it’s his arriving at the ‘beast’s’ house for shelter from the evil huntsman (that guy who killed his parents) and i was planning on some sort of sleeping beauty-goldilocks fusion for jason where he joins bruce and co. just by breaking in and finding the perfect lunch n bed and later falls under a sleeping curse. with jason it also ties in a lot with tim because tim plays a rapunzel in this au — guarded by the same witch that puts the sleeping curse on jason for breaking into his tower. as you can see there is a trend of jason breaking into places and witches putting curses on people. incidentally talia is also a witch and damian is red riding hood. if i did decide to put duke in — though i dont know about him much, so it might be hard — i’d say maybe he’s the goose girl? (because of the ‘we are robin’ thing) or maybe cinderella? it would be interesting either way. anyway thats about the extent of my plan, though ive written a lot less (its just bruces origin story and dick arriving at bruce’s house :p)

im not going to spend a lot of time talking about this one. im pretty sure it’s a character fic. i just spend a lot of time trying to figure out how purson thinks and acts and feels especially in the earlier arcs of iruma. somehow i feel like there’s not enough knowledge in my brain of him and so it feels like he’s too serious and its fun trying to balance his snark and aversion to attention. this wip’s meant to span the manga up until the music festival arc (so, until probably season 4 of iruma?) and yet i havent figured out what im going to write about the harvest festival. on the other hand i started this fic purely because i wanted a reason to write purson making friends with a caretaker that lets him onto the roof so he can become pixie. caretaker has become an oc with a whole backstory, which will probably mever show up in canon, but im still attached to her. yeah

and THIRDLY

iruma again! it’s an amnesia fic!

this one is for panda’s prompt for an ask game which they sent in last year. as you can tell, it is taking a long time. however, i love it a lot because i get to write iruma pre-canon-development (considering he hasnt got any of his memories!!) interacting with azz and clara who are simultaneously attempting to seem like normal humans, and have become his coworkers somehow, and who keep making ‘secretive’ comments about iruma which seem really suspicious to iruma because he keeps hearing them out of context. i have absolutely no clue how to end it, but it’s a lot of fun :D

FOURTH

these speeches are getting shorter and shorter arent they. hm.

OK WHATEVER this one’s iruma again (promise its the last one) nd this time it’s a rarepair that afaik nobody has written! although it’s platomci and not romantic. anyway it’s a childhood friends au with kiriwo amy and urara valac and kiriwo gets to become friends with urara valac because they run into each other a lot — i havent written much for it, again, but i did try outlining and formatting the outline slightly differently and it’s worked pretty well so far, actually! i think the part im most looking forward to writing is the part where kiriwo realises he’s properly stuck with the valacs, and that he doesnt actually care, nor does he really want to see them despair properly. so he grows pretty differently to canon, because canonically, afaik kiriwo’s only proper friend was the one childhood friend whise bracelet he destroys and after that its just demons who dont give a shit because hes too weak. so it’s fun exploring how that would change if he had people like the valacs who are strange and different, and also really caring.

hhhh next is number 5

number five isnt a fic it’s the choose your own adventure ive rambled about a few times. im terms of the routes the mc could take ive changed up the dragons route and also added one called the bakery route, which ive also been thinking of taking back out. let me backtrack a little in case you forgot. the premise is that mc is a kid and has been prophesised to defeat the great dragon. however when the great dragon rises mc is still a little Kid. now the player can make one of two choices: choose to escape this situation (which lends itself to human and orc found families) or choose to fight the dragon (high risk of death but there is a chance you can make friends woth the dragon) . so i added two new characters that might be p important in the dragon route: bel and caelan! bel short for belesis. he’s mc’s village friend and caelan is his sister and they’re both a bit older and more streetwise than mc. and also! i changed up the setting a little bit so it’s hotter and more deserty. when mc discovers the Forest where the great dragon lives they are going to be very shocked at the Wet

league theatre troupe au. this is an imaginary wip but its so stupid funny i want to write it so bad. i am planning to when i get the time also do not fear. if u didnt read the conversation it’s that shigaraki talks like shakespeare because afo lived longer than everyone thought (like, since the middle ages) and when he got his face pumched in his brain reverted to shakespeare talk. now when shigaraki got kidnapped by afo at a young age he also started speaking liek afo. this spreads to the league of villaims. everyone now thinks the lov is a theatre troupe and applauds them whenever they appear. they are legally licensed to use quirks in public because everyome thinks they are performing. stain is a big fan and so is present mic. all might asks for shiggy’s autograph at one point. shiggy calls him a knave.

YESS !! i watched the anime a few years ago and never got around to reading it even though i heard the manga is way better than the second season of the anime (it is). i reallyy liked the first season though so im really enjoying the manga so far !!

norman was my favorite and then it was ray and now its probably between both of them 😭 i absolutely love the archetype of MC/friend of MC so bent on revenge or freedom they become unrecognizable from their original self (big fan of code geass/attack on titan/death note lmao)

who is link?

for the first real post on this blog, i thought it would be best to cover the main character himself, link. link is, of course, the character the player controls in every installment of the legend of zelda. but there's a lot about every incarnation of link that is far more nuanced than that. the first thing to note about the hero of hyrule is that the protagonist is in fact a different person in almost every game. this means that when a new game comes out (unless it is a direct sequel of a pre-existing game in the timeline) is a completely new person with his own life. the only thing "link"ing (ha) these people is the fact that they all have the same spirit, the spirit of the hero. think of avatar: the last airbender. every avatar shares the same spirit, but they are all independent people. this spirit differs from the avatar's spirit though in that it is not immediately reincarnated once the previous body dies. therefore, the spirit can go years without being reincarnated into a new hero.

why is this and why is this spirit reincarnated again and again anyway? this brings me to the first and original incarnation of the hero's spirit: skyward sword. (im not including the hero from the pre-skyward sword manga from hyrule historia as it is not canon) also major spoilers for skyward sword ahead. in this game, link is chosen by the goddess to carry out her mission to defeat demise, the demon king. at the end of this game, after demise is defeated but before he is sealed away into the master sword, demise places a curse on link and zelda. this curse is arguably the most important piece of hyrulean history and is the key to understanding tloz lore. demise states, "Those like you... Those who share the blood of the goddess and the spirit of the hero... They are eternally bound to this curse. An incarnation of my hatred shall ever follow your kind, dooming them to wander a blood-soaked sea of darkness for all time!" now i'll get more into the details of that curse in a later post, but the thing we need to highlight right now is the part where demise curses the 'spirit of the hero'. This curse sets into motion a continuous reincarnation of link's spirit, dooming it to an eternity of struggle against demise' hatred. this is the reason every hero is a reincarnation of the same spirit.

this curse is also why link and only link is able to wield the master sword. as we also find out in skyward sword, the master sword is sentient; a being named fi resides in it. fi is able to recognize the spirit of the hero and allows itself to be wielded by the same spirit shared by its original master.

the one and only exception to this reincarnation cycle is windwaker. windwaker link is the only hero who does not actually hold the spirit of the hero. why is he able to wield the master sword then? note that this is the only hero who has to go through trials specifically made to prove himself worthy of wielding the master sword. instead of automatically being capable of wielding it, he proves himself to the goddess and the sword, and only then is able to pull it from hyrule castle. i'll also go more in depth on windwaker link and what sets him apart from the rest later.

of course, we know that none of the heroes have any kind of memory carried over from their previous lives. in fact, the only time we see anything even resembling that is in twilight princess, when the current hero of hyrule is able to meet with the spirit of the hero of time, who passes down useful moves and wisdom. therefore, every hero is effectively an entirely new consciousness, with his own unique experiences.

hii!! YEAH aono-kun is so so good i'm totally looking forward for more chapters. and omg happy to hear that! im not confident in my own recs LMAO so maybe i'll just list some i recently read that you might like too :D

if you like aono-kun then in the horror genre (tw for body horror, gore, and themes about death) my other faves are: night beyond the tricornered window (by the same mangaka as ikoku nikki!) and hikaru ga shinda natsu (really gorgeous art and still ongoing)

aandd for slice of life, sukirofa and ikokunikki are my absolute faves but with similar vibes are: hirayasumi, bl metamorphosis, umi ga hashiru end roll (only a few chapters are translated but it's amazing so far!), and natsume yuujinchou (maybe a bit more fantastical setting and more episodic, it might start a bit slow but i absolutely adore it). tomoko yamashita's other works are also good even though i haven't gotten to read all of them :D

As far as an update tho, i wanna say its like...85% there? It's really those pesky parts- what do you writers call them? plot? - that are holding me back. Also dedicated a good chunk giving love to the relationship between my fav homegirls Uta, Mei and Shoko. It's usually the case in shounen manga that the women get shafted as far as backstory/character development so my brainrot wanted to do right by them. The Annual teachers conference commences in Tokyo as usual, the students are sent home for a long weekend while the faculty makes assessments and updates in regards to overall student performance and the like. Utahime threatens Gojo not to address their relationship in public or he will severely regret it; he concedes but despite his blindfold she can feel all his eyes boring into her in every shared meeting they have. She chooses to ignore it, eager to catch up with the girls. They meet at their usual spot at the fountain for lunch, chatting lightly about the students and work in between bites.

As they finish eating, Mei Mei suddenly turns to Utahime with a playful glint in her eye.

“So, how was that baseball date with Gojo? Was it, how would you say, a home run?

Utahime narrows her eyes; Mei Mei being Mei Mei with not minding her business- her bloody crows were freaking everywhere. This time though, she’d play along.

“Yah. Ended with a grand slam. Good game.” She replies boredly. Shoko chuckles as she lights a cigarette.

“Oh!” Mei smiles deviously. “Well, that's good to hear. So…will there be uh, repeat games? I get the impression the star player swings a mean bat, really knows how to put on a show.”

Utahime rolls her eyes; already tired of Mei’s obsession with pun games.

“Well, you know me. Large penis is always welcome.”

As Mei laughs at her candor while Shoko nods in silent approval; completely unfazed at Utahime’s admission. She had been well aware of the undeniable sexual tension between her and Gojo for years and it was only a matter of time.

“Indeed! But is that all it is then?” Mei inquires coyly.

Utahime shrugs. “Good d*ick is good d*ick. What more needs to be said? Besides…” Utahime continues with a mischievous grin of her own, “…I could ask you the same about Nanami-kun. He plays a little golf, doesn't he? How’s his stroke game? I imagine he serves a hole in one every time.” She wiggles her eyebrows. Oh, how she relished serving Mei a taste of her own medicine.

It’s Mei’s turn to narrow her eyes. “My dear Uta, I don't know what in heaven’s name you’re talking about.”

Shoko’s eyes widened at the recent development. “You and Nanami??? My god, you two…I should call the cops, I can’t believe I'm friends with a bunch of cradle thieves.”

All three laugh at that when suddenly Gojo bursts onto the scene out of nowhere.

“HEY LADIES! What’s so funny? Whatcha talking about???” He inquires in his trademark singsong voice. “Anything interesting???”

“Gojo!” Utahime hissed. “What the hell- how long have you been here? Were you spying on us again???”

“No! I just got here, honest!” He lied through his teeth, having heard everything.

Utahime moves to interrogate but Mei interjects before they can continue their lovers' quarrel.

“Yes, we were discussing some very interesting topics. Rumor has it you hang monster dong Gojo, care to elaborate?” She inquired saccharinely with a sly grin.

I WILL CUT THIS BITCH!!! Utahime screeched internally; it took everything in her power to school her face into a neutral expression and remain tight-lipped. She would not give Mei Mei the pleasure of a dramatic outburst.

Gojo rubs the back of his head uncomfortably. “Well, you know what they say…its a LONG story, heh.”

Shoko chimes in. “We’ve got time. We’ve got 40 minutes until the next conference meeting.”

All three ladies look up at Gojo expectantly.

“Uh,” he chuckles nervously. “…come on now, what exactly am I to you girls? Just some giant, walking, talking d*ick?”

The women stare at him blankly for an uneasy two seconds as a gentle breeze whistles past, before they slowly turn towards each other. Upon eye contact they all erupt in a howling fit of hysterical laughter.

“SENPAI- NO, ALL OF YOU- SO MEAN!!!!” Gojo cried, throwing his arms up dramatically.

“Come on Gojo, you totally set yourself up for that one!” Shoko retorts, wheezing.

“Oh Gojo-kun,” Utahime taunts, tone full of mirth, “take your clothes off like a good little bitch boy, and come give mama some of that sweet, sweet meat.” She slaps her inner thighs enthusiastically in a cackling fit.

The women roar with raucous laughter; Gojo a daunted witness to them wheezing and falling over each other with an expression that could only be described as a shocked Pikachu face as the author lacks any discernible writing talent.

there is a battle inside my mind right now because i want to recommend entirety of the shadowhunter chronicles HAHA but not the main series (the mortal instruments)** so i will specifically rec the infernal devices and the last hours trilogies (to be read in that order) by cassandra clare! i feel that of all the series in the shadowhunter chronicles, those two trilogies are my favourite. they're set in uh. edwardian times, i think? late 1800s, early 1900s (the cast of TID become parents in TLH, whichrevolves around their children). i have a lot of feelings but i wont ramble bc this is already very long HAHA

i also want to rec SO MANY OTHERS FHDSVDHSHKVBSD oh dear me. on earth we're briefly gorgeous by ocean vuong (the writing is beautiful, idk if you've seen toff or i go on about it) and the left hand of darkness by ursula k. le guin (scifi fantasy (i think fantasy too? idk man); this was also a yr12 lit text AHHA it was a really good read itself, but then when we actualyl sat as a class and discussed all the themes it instantly vbecame one of my favs. i really wanna reread this one soon!!)

**okay this is just me trying to explain about the war in my head regarding tsc HAHA also if you're not familair w the books, the shadowhunter chronicles encompasses 5 series that take place at different times // i love the entire series and all the characters and while the mortal instruments isn't my favourite and i wouldn't recommend it, it stil makes for a good read so that you can... like, get the most out of all 5 series/the universe? all 5 series (one of which is unpublished, and another awaiting the final installment) are heavily interlinked and there are little easter egg-y things in the more modern day series (plural?? whats the plural of series) that link back to the trilogies that take place earlier on chronologically (????? idk if that makes sense).

ANYWAYS so while i highly recommend reading the infernal devices and the last hours (and if you're feeling spunky, read ghosts of the shadow market in between the two trilogies) i would recommend reading all 4 currently published series for the full experience HAHAHA oh dear me okay im gonna stop bc im getting too carried away 😭😭

yippeee yay i love demon slayer!! it’s my main special interest, and it means a lot to me! rengoku is my favorite character and all-time comfort character, (i have a tattoo to honor him!) but i love every character, really!! my other favorites are inosuke, shinobu, akaza, tengen, genya, senjuro and mitsuri :))

my pronouns are strictly he/him! please do not use any other pronouns for me- this includes they/them! (i have nothing against they/them pronouns, they just don’t suit me <3) i am a gay trans man, and a lot of my writing for Hikaru reflects my experiences as such! :)

additionally, i am very neurodivergent and often struggle with tone and responding quickly to dms! please be patient with me- i am trying my best! tone tags are very helpful for me <3
