#imaginary interview

Now you got me curious lol so which questions would you ask Louis if you were able to do an interview with him (on camera, not on paper)
ahh honestly so many ! and most importantly I would ASK HIM TO ELABORATE!! it drives me CRAZY when he says a hint of something bigger that he thinks and people LET IT DROP!! like UGH go deeper! ask him for examples etc etc and don't let him get away with vague answers lolol
in specific idk exactly bc I'd try to follow the flow of conversation and also it depends on what he's promoting at the time ! but guessing it was for an album I'd start with general questions about what was the "drive" for this album so like which concept(s) started it, is there something in particular you tried to communicate etc etc then asks about sounds, the production, specific choices he made etc (it's hard to do this based on an imaginary album lol)
more in general I'd want to ask him stuff like
- how come do you enjoy and support artists like the snuts or Sam fender or stone etc which like to make political and social commentary but you don't seem to want to make that kind of music yourself? (then elaborate based on his answer)
- love is such a central theme of your music and often it's portrayed in its most impervious and hurtful aspects, would you say that that comes from an abundance of experience in those aspects from you or is it more because that side just inspires you more ?
- what would you say are the most difficult parts of love/relationships for you? what have you encountered most that was hard for you?
- hope is another central theme of your music, do you feel like it can be hard to make hopeful songs without bordering on cliches or just empty optimism ? (and I'd reword the question also in reference to what seems to be his life motto too)
- in terms of hope, would you say that you were more cynical when you were younger ? and if so why do you think that is ?
- in your music and your life you seem to deeply appreciate and protect your friendships, but there's also a lot of longing for a partner in your music, do you think that friendships alone could be enough for you or are you someone who is happiest when they're with their significant other too? ( if he says the second option ) and what specifically do you find in a partner that other forms of relationships don't give you?
- your music is at times referring or hinting at sex, often with very effective and imo interesting metaphors and symbolism, but I wanted to ask is it a deliberate choice for you to be more symbolism rather than explicit on this topic?
- as a woman I have often felt objectified or sexualized by male singers and directors etc so I am always grateful that with your music there never are contents that make me or , from what I've heard, any of your female identifying fans feel that way, is that also something that u consciously decide to do or is it just subconsciously part of your work bc that's how you operate in life in general?
- speaking of these topics, you have said in the past that when you make music you take into consideration what that music will leave to the listeners, for example you try to leave them with hope and resilience rather than despair, do you ever feel like this ideal limits you while making music? like for example you'd write something but then discard it bc in your opinion it's not something that you'd want the listeners to be left with after listening?
- if that answer is yes then what would be some examples of things you avoid bc of that reason?
and I'd have MANY MORE QUESTIONS honestly I could go on all day especially if I had a whole new album to base them on!
then I'd also ask questions about his opinions on other things like
- in your opinion what is the worst characteristic of today's approach to music making?
- what do you think is lacking most in today's music and that you'd hope to see in the future?
- do you think that music fans sometimes also have a wrong approach to music too?
then I'd ask like
- you always talk about your relationship with us fans and how much you treasure it but it is no secret that you've had issues with certain aspects of fandom too, how do you juggle with contrasting feelings? knowing that those behaviors you have issues with (rightfully so) might be coming from the same fans that you feel loved by at concerts?
- in your relationship with fans I know you get comfort by our closeness and our comradery but do you ever feel like those aspects of it might be a double edged sword sometimes? bc fans might feel like they're entitled to doing and knowing more things than what is actually appropriate?
I'll stop now bc it would be too long but ahh ... so much to know!!

Arya Stark, the badass heroine of Game of Thrones
Tumblr media
Imaginary interview with Arya Stark
Arya, how would you describe your relationship with your family?
Arya Stark: At first I was very close to my family, especially my father Eddard Stark, my mother Catelyn Stark, and my siblings. We were a close-knit family and supported each other through the challenges we faced. However, as our family suffered tragedies, our relationship began to fracture. I found myself separated from my family for long periods of time and faced hardships that changed me profoundly. Despite this, I still have a strong attachment to my family and I am determined to protect them at all costs. My relationship with them is complex, but fundamentally one of love and loyalty.
How has your relationship with your wolf Nymeria helped you on your journey?
Arya Stark : My relationship with Nymeria has been one of the most important in my life, and she has helped me many times on my journey. Initially, Nymeria was my playmate and protector in Winterfell. She was a symbol of my Stark identity, part of my family. However, when I was forced to leave Nymeria behind. It was very difficult for me, but I kept thinking about her throughout my journey. Later, when I was on the run and in need of help, Nymeria reappeared in my life. Although she now has her own pack and is savage, she has shown her loyalty to me by saving my life and hunting my enemies. Many times, Nymeria has been a crucial ally in my adventures. She helped me escape dangers, find food, and hunt down my enemies. It also offered me a source of emotional comfort, reminding me of my roots and giving me a connection to my family and my past. But more than anything, Nymeria taught me the lesson of freedom and independence. She became a representation of my own strength and independence, a reminder that I am able to take care of myself and survive in the cruel world of the Seven Kingdoms.
Are there people you would like to reconnect with one day?
Arya Stark: There are several people I would like to reconnect with one day, but unfortunately some of them are no longer alive or beyond my reach. However, if there was one person in particular I could reconnect with, it might be Gendry Baratheon. He was a close friend during my trip and I felt a certain chemistry between us. Although we have been separated, I often think of him and wonder what has become of him. Of course, my current priority is to pursue my own quest and stay true to my own path, but if fate were to bring us together again, I would certainly be happy to see him again.

It’s always embarrassing when a character in a book is a writer and publishes a book that you’re told is incredibly well-written and a best-seller and you get a suspicious amount of fawning over how brilliant the character’s book is and how clever the title is and how glowing the reviews are, until you realise you’ve been ambushed by an insidious form of self-insert fanfiction in what looked like serious literature. I once read a book in which a character was writing a book whose plot was “structured like a cathedral” and I was like well that sounds nice, I wish I was reading that book instead. It’s fine to have a character who’s a successful writer but as a rule it’s not a good idea to frustrate your reader by making her feel like the book you wrote is inferior to the fictional book

I'm constantly torn between horror and astonishment about how utterly vile some people get about things that haven't happened yet and never may. How do you have such strong opinions on the events of a show that hasn't aired yet. At least wait until you actually know what to be upset about before getting the pitchforks out.
I know, I know that would require rational though and that's not what we're here for, but I will honestly never understand why some people take so much pleasure in being angry, especially about things that aren't even a thing yet. How do you lot not get ulcers?

Friend: You talked about meds making your brain go quiet for the first time, what do you mean by quiet?
Me: Imagine you're trying to do some work, but you're doing it at a kid's table. The kid to your left is singing a song, but they don't know all the words so they're just singing the same line over and over again. The kid to your right is singing a completely different song on loop. The kids opposite are chattering away and it's mostly just noise, you can't keep track of what they're saying and they change topic every few minutes anyway.
And you're trying to get this work done, you're on a deadline, but none of the clocks in the room work, you don't know how fast time is moving but you know you don't have enough of it.
Now imagine waking up like that. And going to sleep. And everything in between. I wake up with a new song in my head every day, often multiple overlapping songs, and conversations that are moving too fast and so much time-blindness. Imagine the sheer relief when the kids stop talking and you can hear yourself think. Slowly, purposefully, calmly think.
Adhd meds. Honestly life-changing

sappy mazov/nilsen headcanon time sorry
so I think when they’re just getting to know each other there’s a summer where mazov has nilsen over to his family’s dacha, or some similar type of little farm, and it’s really overgrown and ramshackle and freely shared by neighbors since his mother’s passing. anyone can grow their potatoes there if they wish. but just for the visit he is quite happy and weirdly in his element digging up potatoes and beetroots and onions and cooking and washing the bedsheets and doing all of the domestic work for his guest which absolutely wrecks nilsen who has the classique sexist leftist blinders on about domestic labor existing at all and the internalized homophobia is there too but here is the most unavoidable malewife material in front of him with his shirt sleeves rolled up to show his forearms, it’s unbearable

forgot to mention I'd also want to ask questions about his clothing and appearance in particular I'd say something like
I've noticed through the years that you've shifted a bit in your wardrobe (as is normal) and in particular I noticed that you tend to wear less big designer things (obviously you still very much wear things that none of us can afford lol but not those glaringly expensive brand items you sometimes worse in the past, before walls) and the designers that you do wear are a few and usually constant for ex Burberry or Fred perry or stone Island, so mostly British ones. I wanted to ask is there a reason for that shift? and are your choices deliberate? if so then what guides them ?
that shift in clothing has also been associated to a shift in your public persona too I would say, and a decrease in your "celebrity appearance" and general celebrity-typical public appearances and activities, was that also intentional?
if so then why? and what kind of perception would you like people to have of you know and can you make an example of something that you think is working towards that?
would you say that you prefer to utilize these silent ways of communicating more than just outright talking about how your ideals or goals etc have changed? why do you think that is?

Hello! I've came up with the idea of imaginary fandom dedicated to the gay vampire movie set in the 80s.
Ok, my name is Alexy, and I'm a fan of vampire movies. One of my most favorite is The Lost boys. I've rewatched it yesterday and I thought that it's kinda frustrating that in such movies the main character usually hates the fact what they're a vampire now, while vampirism can be read as a metaphor for being different. So I've just for fan asked chat gpt to give me idea of the gay vampire movie where the main character is actually happy about becoming a vampire. It gave me something to work with, I've made some queries to develop the story, added, revised and rearrenged some scenes to make a coherent plot and made this Google doc with what I can call the lore of this movie.
So let's pretend it's real phph.
Feel free to create new scenes, appearances for the characters etc, it is supposed to be fan😸

Good day to remember the time my disc math prof forgot to bring her dice to the day on platonic solids and when I raised my hand and pulled out my dice bag she asked if I was really such a nerd that I had dice on me at all times. Which yes. I am.
