Jack Harkness, the most offended he's ever been or will be in his life: You telling me that there were TWO Doctors in the same place, at the same time, both with barely any clothes on, doing strenuous activities, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON INVITED ME??

Dc x dp idea i think 175
Jack and Maddie find out about Ellie and Danny being phantom all at once.
They didn’t take it well.
They couldn’t accept it. They could never experiment on something that looked so much like their son. They couldn’t even bring themselves to hurt the “clone” she too looked just like Danny when he was younger.
Clearly the no good spook had to leave. They kick him out with nothing. Not even his phone.
With jazz in a summer program, sam and tucker out of town he has no where to go. He has to leave before they literally chase him out.
Ellie in her ever so helpful way just pats his shoulders. She has the perfect place to crash until he can get in contact with jazz or his friends.
She tells him all about the clone she met and how they bonded. About how she’d dropped by many times unannounced at his adoptive parents house. About how cool they were. They didn’t even care if she used her parents around them!
Out of all the ways the reveal could have happened he never expected to be sitting in a farmhouse with a plate of pie. He guesses the Kent’s are too bad.
They were even okay to let him stay there until he could figure out what to do next.

Torchwood gets massive props from me for using the "character gets tricked into thinking they did something terrible and confesses it to their loved one" trope with the loved one instead of freaking out just going "no you fucking didn't. We're going to figure out what's actually going on here"

Do you think Death was chasing down puss in boots but kept on having to do his job every time one of the baker dozen died. He’d be so close and then do a Swiper “aw man” everytime because Big Jack Horner just kept on killing people

So after sinking 6+ hours into some projects, I felt justified to indulge in what ever angst I so pleased as a break. Naturally some Octodads trauma was the one I went with <XDD
But its not just the usual drama and angst that made me draw them. Something I really like about this Octodads thing is the idea where you've got 3 grown men who've all been alone for years. They've been through some serious trauma and pain, but they all had to face it alone. No one was ever there for them. They had no choice but to either bottle it up or try to deal with it themselves. Which hasn't gone well for any of them-
Now they're all in a position where they have people who not only care and want to listen, they understand their pain. They've all been through something horrible, and they're able to lean on each other in a way they've never leaned on anyone else before. Idk something about these guys facing their trauma but now having someone there to support them after all these years alone is really nice to me. 😭😭
Of course I just show the sad parts though, and not the actual resolution afterwards ASKDJNSLDVLN
ALSO these were supposed to be simple sketches with grey backgrounds. But here I am at the butt crack of dawn posting this. Whoops- (ALSO ALSO more dramatic version of a drawing below :0)

When I saw this old photograph, I knew that I had to draw the Crew of Light this way, all balancing on top of totally-not-imbued-with-supernatural-power Jonathan. He's normal. It's fine.

me trying to explain why a particular character isn't inherently bad or evil but they were wronged by the world as child they were stripped off of their innocence and forced to face the ugliest side of humanity and to them the only way to fix things was to become the very thing they hated the most, it was ugly and probably no one hated them more than they themselves but they thought this was the right thing to do and all they wanted in the end was to protect their loved ones

Dc x dp idea 68
Danny’s parents drag him to a ghost convention. It can happen anywhere in the dc universe.
Skulker decides it’s the perfect opportunity to sneak attack his prey.
Skulker attacks Danny in front of whichever side kick or hero is in that town. Just skulker normal hunt him down and hang his pelt on the wall.
Definitely nothing concerning. So why is someone trying to protect him?

“You could’ve died the first time, I most certainly won’t take that chance twice!” Hiccup’s tone was stern, yet he still couldn’t quite help the tilt of his lips. Jack’s excited-puppy look was just too sweet to really reprimand.
Jack could only laugh, the joyful smile remaining on his adrenaline-flushed face.  “But I didn’t die, it’s just a little jump!” Jack grinned teasingly, arching a brow at Hiccup as he leaned in close to him as if to dare him.  “Don’t tell me you’re too chicken!” He giggled, blue eyes bright as he looked into Hiccup’s, their faces mere inches apart.
Hiccup swallowed thickly as he looked down to Jack, taking in the wild look in his gorgeous blue eyes, the healthy flush of his cheeks, and his ruffled white hair, moving slightly in the breeze. His eyes darted to Jack’s pink lips for just a moment, before he caught himself, pulling back a little and narrowing his eyes at the teasing.
From our Lost in the Woods AU with my dearest @santathegrey (Jack took Hiccup’s dirt bike over a ledge and gave Hiccup a damn heart attack)

Ok here’s my two cents that no one asked for on the current (sort of?) debate going on in the Creepypasta fandom on here rn.
For starters, I grew up with Creepypasta. I also grew up mentally ill. I am also autistic. So I know my way around good and bad mental health rep at this point. And to be honest? A lot of the original stories DID suck balls at representation or just horror writing in general.
However, nowadays I see other people on here, often mentally ill or any other social outcast, taking these characters and reshaping them as their own to fit their own feelings and experiences, and I don’t think anyone has the authority to criticize things like that. Cringe culture is supposed to be dead anyways, nevermind the fact it’s inherently ableist at its core.
We also need to take into account kids still exist in the fandom. Pre teens who got tired of shit like scooby doo and wanted something more “mature” or “edgy” to get into without fully going off the deep end into full blown horror movies. At least that’s how it was for me. Not everyone, especially someone who’s younger, is gonna be comfortable with the grit and gore a lot of Creepypasta “purists” are pushing for these days, and that’s okay! When a fandom gets popular it’s always inevitable and unavoidable to have the popular characters get two dimensionalized.
There’s also the whole mascot horror thing that I don’t wanna get into, but I’m 90% sure that also plays a part in the old favorites like Jeff and slenderman being brought up again. They were and still are recognizable characters. Recognizable characters aren’t a bad thing. Making horror more approachable for younger audiences isn’t a bad thing. People having their own interpretations based out of their own experiences isn’t a bad thing.
Some of us grew up and wanted the more edgy and reality based content, and that’s also not a bad thing! But neither side should be dictating or policing how the other enjoys content in this fandom. If you personally don’t like the way something is written, characterized, depicted, or drawn, no one’s forcing you to look at it. No one’s claiming it as canon. No one’s asking for you to accept it as the end all be all.
At the end of the day this fandom was built on OCs and personal depictions of stuff. I can’t name a single character or story in this community that was created by some outside party like a movie or TV studio FIRST (because I know some got so popular they breached the fandom and got their own shows/movies/comics/etc). Everything here was created by someone who wanted an outlet for their creativity, or their pain, or their coping, or whatever else.
Realism and dark headcanons aren’t bad, and neither are any of the headcanons out there who just wanna make a goofy found family of social rejects as a form of escapism.
A 13 year old drawing a fictional layout of a fictional mansion where these fictional characters live isn’t going to suddenly invalidate the horror, I promise, it’s not that deep and it never was.
A 22 year old making a dark comic on the realistic origins of Jeff who is a fictional character in a fictional world isn’t going to suddenly invalidate the more softhearted side of the fandom.
Sure, there can still be a split if people are so adamant about that, but as someone who personally enjoys both the brutal horror side and the “haha Jeff is 15 and gay” sides equally, y’all need to at least learn to be civil to anyone who has a different headcanon than you. And if that seems like too much still, the block button exists for a reason.
TL:DR this fandom is based entirely off OCs and headcanons and people can do whatever the fuck they want because none of it is real and horror comes in many shapes and sizes and intensities and no one should be bashing anyone on their headcanons or views or rewrites or whatever else.
EDIT:
Actually wait I think I have more to say-
Horror, like any genre, has NO AGE LIMIT. And by that I mean, if someone younger wants to delve into scary stuff, they should be allowed to do so without criticism. I personally grew up on “child friendly” horror media like Scooby-Doo, and the older I got the more horror I wanted to experience.
There’s no right or wrong way to “understand” horror, and I frankly think it’s ignorant and stupid to say if you don’t fully “understand” something, then you shouldn’t be involved in it at all. Horror isn’t always about gore and unspeakable violence and the eldritch entity that wants everyone’s skin inside out. That’s why horror has sub genres for fucks sake. Gut wrenching brutality against innocent people isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay!
However, bashing anyone’s tamer headcanons, or calling anything anyone interprets differently than you “stupid”, that’s not okay. God, I feel like an exhausted parent giving this lecture to fellow adults, but this really needs to be said and stressed.
I am an adult. I like when stuff in the fandom takes a dark turn. But for nostalgia’s sake, I also love the fanon so much, because that’s what I was exposed to.
And for fucks sake if it comes down to picking sides, I would rather stick with the part of this fandom that gives zero shits how you see a character as long as you’re having fun.
You can have your serial killer 30 year old Jeff and your canon-accurate-to-that-one-image eyeless Jack, but don’t shit on other people if they don’t want the same thing. Your interpretation isn’t canon, and neither is anyone else’s for that matter.
Realistic, dark, gritty Creepypasta isn’t a new concept, and neither is “adult” Creepypasta. And by the way, Creepypasta was never stated to be for adults. That’s like saying kids and only kids can eat trix cereal. It sounds that stupid on paper.
Let people interpret things the way they wanna interpret. No one is infringing on YOUR character ideas. Creepypasta has no age limit, nor a set way the horror has to be presented. Those who do continue to claim that just sound like pretentious assholes.
Very small side note, I personally think it’s inappropriate and rude to keep using Toby as a “bad example” of mental health rep when the creator has stated multiple times the character is old, not researched, and not even in the fandom anymore. Leave the poor guy alone.

Random ass au where a certain someone is a magical girl.
Not who you'd think.
So, as Vlad was straight up dying on his hospital bed cursing Jack and his life choices to hell and back, a magical little creature just pops by his bedside and asks "Yo you wanna be a magical girl?"
Vlad, who was entirely sure he was hallucinating went fuck it and said yes.
A while later Vlad finds himself fighting against magical beings he was sure as well didn't exist before this. Well, he knew ghosts existed but not any other magical/mystical being.
It all just seemed a bunch of honeybunch to him.
All of this in a cutesy dress he was sure he never would have worn -or afforded actually- before that fateful day that he can surprisingly pull off really, very well.
He's so busy enjoying his newfound freedom and fighting against magical creatures for so long that he just genuinely forgets that the Fenton family existed. At least, until he was invited over to Amity Park via letter and decides to meet his old friends in the flesh.
Surely, him being out of the game for a few days wouldn't lead to anything bad, right?
He meets Jack and Maddie, then their children who he was sure they didn't have any of. He's a bit off put by Jasmine, because he doesn't have any unresolved trauma thank you. Then he's a bit suspicious of Daniel because the boy is quite literally on the verge of pinging his magical senses but also far away from doing so.
Not to mention the mention the entire surge of energy coming from their basement.
But this is a vacation and so if nothing is wrong, then he doesn't have to deal with it. He's just here to relax, maybe do a bit of sightseeing, try not to murder Jack Fenton and maybe investigate what's up with Daniel.
Unfortunately, he wasn't that lucky.
Two things happen at the same time. One, a ghost attack and two, a monster attack. Vlad is just, incredulous at this because it was fine for all of the two days here, of course he does the whole transformation thing and does his job.
Then he finds out why Daniel was so close yet so far from pinging his senses. Because the boy is literally like him except for the fact that he transforms into a ghost instead of a magical girl and, conveniently, Daniel also finds out his secret.
It was going so well too.
