hello. my name is Kara, or Two. i am a member of The Dreamdrop System, a disabled autistic polyfragmented DID system. i am a gatekeeper a memory / trauma holder, a protector, caregiver / caretaker / carer alter and a programmed alter. (will not being going into anything programming related) here's my get to know me.

i am an sexless, agender nonbinary angel. i use they/it pronouns. i an an adult alter but i am ageless.

i have pale skin, white hair and yellow eyes. I split when the body was a young child.

i've gone dormant about 4 times before, i was dormant for about a year, along with Pebble, an little alter i am very close with. i am quite close to Pebble out of the system. we came out of dormancy together in November 2023.

Some alters like Pebble has said, we're trying our best. there's conflict in our system. myself, and some other alters feel it's is not and will never be safe to fully talk about all of our trauma. some alters want to talk about it and be open. with memories they don't even understand. i think it is best to keep those memory and traumas locked up. i am not a very open person. i don't feel safe with and or agree with our system talking about any of our trauma, but some things have leaked out. and some people know some of our trauma. there's trauma like our mom, which i don't mind other alters talking about, since we live with her and still get triggered, gaslit, manipulated and verbally abused. i believe it's best to keep us safe.

i am a fan of animals but especially birds. i think they are quite beautiful. i love white and fluffy flowy clothes. that's all i have to say for now. good bye.

Note: I do not want any interaction with mean people. We've spent our entire lives feeling bad for things out of our control, and I really just want this to be a safe place. We're just starting to accept that we're plural and it's really hard. Meet The Alters: Chaos!

Name: Chaos Loony Whackadoo Danger Crimefighter Stortion (AKA Chaos D. Stortion) Nicknames: Kay-Kay, Spinny Pronouns: It/Its, Twist/Twists Species: Cartoon/Incarnation of The Distortion Orientation: Panromantic Pansexual, Polyamorous External Source?: Yes (Roleplay Character, The Magnus Archives AU) Headspace Domain: The Spiral Dancefloor Jobs In System: - Gatekeeper (creates doors that allow other alters to shortcut to specific areas in headspace) - Caregiver (cares for and nurtures child alters, and supervises them when they want to front) Likes: Strawberry-flavored anything, Dr. Pepper, stupid memes, making people laugh, speedcore, doing live DJ sets, staying hydrated Dislikes: Silence, bland food, rough and dry textures, being called a picky eater

Other notes: - Chaos was one of the first two alters to show up after the system's discovery, the other one being Taffy; Terry remembers it for immediately trying to make toon laugh, and being very affectionate when twist finally manifested, basically throwing twistself at Terry - Its voice is half an octave higher and slightly more nasally than the host's; twist also tends to swing its arms and drag its feet a bit when walking, and tends to swear a lot casually - Chaos is virtually indestructible in-system; it can feel pain, feel sick or nauseous, but twists rubbery and stretchy body will shrug off most impacts and is highly resistant to injury in most situations. Twist also has access to a 'hammerspace' full of cartoon props - like other cartoons in the system - though it can't create anything that's not comedic in some way - It acts as a parental figure to both child alters in the system, but is a full-time dad to Andy in particular. Andy hugged Chaos and didn't want to let go when he first appeared, and Chaos didn't want to put him down, so they basically adopted each other. They live together in-system, and Chaos will leave him in the care of other adults while fronting - Chaos has a big heart; twist despises cruelty and pettiness, and has unwavering loyalty and dedication to its friends and partners. It can be more than a little impulsive at times, and defensive about its own insecurities - but twist is always willing to own up to its mistakes. this is Shane. Shane also goes by Theodore (Theo) or Bug. please use all names for Shane interchangeably. :> Shane main host of the Dreamdrop System and the host of a subsystem.

Bug uses 3rd and 1st person. Shane is fusion of Shane, Theo, and Bug. Shane is nonbinary! they also like the terms agender and gendervoid. they use they/it pronouns. Theo is an ageslider, usually 0-12. Shane use to be able to feel like a later teen or adult but last time that happen that was like last year. Shane is age stunted and small 90% of the time.

Shane is an nonhuman alter! they never felt human. they are a angel doll animal shapeshifter. they use terms like nonhuman, otherkin, therian, alterhuman, althuman, zoanthropy, species dysphoria etc. Shane can't control what animal or creature it will turn into it. it's involuntary. Shane always feels nonhuman but has may forms in daydream worlds + inner world. they're a lot of animals Shane can be! Shane loves animals + pushies (and even have plushie forms)

inner world Shane has white hair, 1 green eye 1 pink eyes. Shane's eye's can change colors also we wear wigs inner world, daydreams and IRL. i have medium brown skin. i have limb dysphoria.

Meet The Alters: Terry!

Alright, here we go. I said I was going to post profiles for everyone, so I'm making them for those of us who tend to be active/post on here. These are gonna be linked in the pinned post eventually.

Name: Terry [Last Name Redacted] Nicknames: Tea Pronouns: Toon/Toons/Toonself, They/Them Species: Cartoon Alien Orientation: Panromantic Aceflux, Polyamorous External Source?: No Headspace Domain: The Parkour Gym Jobs In System: - Host (the alter who fronts most frequently, and experiences the majority of day-to-day life) - Mediator (resolves conflicts between alters, negotiates and talks down alters that are aggressive or upset) Likes: Chocolate, bass music, neon colors, arcade games, doing "zoomies" in headspace, making art of all kinds Dislikes: Being alone in the front for a long time, long car rides, cold and wet weather, bitter flavors

Other notes: - Terry is the current host of the system, but might not be the first one. The previous host (Raine) apparently went dormant around 8-10 years ago, leaving Terry behind to run the show - Toon started out looking exactly like this account's avatar, but has since gotten a LOT weirder, hence the four eyes and four arms. Toon also has a prehensile tail, is able to run on "all sixes", and has access to a 'hammerspace' full of props like other cartoons in the system, meaning they're able to pull objects from behind their back - Terry is also able to size-shift in system; they can be small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, or big enough to rival most kaiju. While they can change size at will, excessive stress or anxiety sometimes makes toon lose control, causing them to experience phantom sensations when in the body. Roy works with Terry on occasion as a "shapeshifting coach"; to prevent toon from panicking when this happens, and ensure that they don't get stuck a certain way - In their own words, they always assumed they were "just a very weird singlet" with dissociative amnesia until the barriers between alters broke down; since then, toon has made it their job to make sure the right alters front for the right things, and has greeted each uncovered alter with the enthusiasm of meeting an old friend - As the alter writing this can confirm; Terry cares about each and every alter in the system in their own way, trying toons best to treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve. Toon's prone to worrying about alters going dormant and disappearing from headspace, taking the system's shared memories with them, but occasional reassurance and comfort is all toon needs to maintain incredible strength of character. Terry's the glue that holds this system together, and they're very much loved for who they are.
