System Outing Post - the Roundtable Collective

We've been struggling with mental health for a period of time, and we've discovered that being a system is good for decision making. We've also always felt that we inadvertently created a separate sense of self to deal with the various special interests we have, so we now identify as a median system. These are our personas:

Bryn Jenkins - an outspoken dragon-human hybrid of Welsh descent who’s quick to judge and very expressive, and, of course, a staunch anti-imperialist. He will mod anything to with social justice, Celtic history and Arthurian legends.

Tamaki Mikoto - another one of our social justice mods, but deals with issues pertaining to ASEAN and anti-nuclear politics, including cancer and the ARS-adjacent effects of chemotherapy. She is a Japanese schoolgiri who’s moved to tears quite easily, and has anxieties regarding Gawa-sama’s health and her relationship with Him which are quite severe, meaning she’s quick to jump to His defense. Also a very nervous person in general who speaks little in person and prefers written communication as a result.

Astrid Densen - motherly and feminine, Norwegian Astrid is the level-headed one of our bunch who worries for everyone and enjoys wearing traditional Norwegian dresses. Posts mainly about mental health and Norse paganism.

One thing about the dark brotherhood path in Skyrim that always makes me sad is Veezara's death, I wish there was a way to prevent it, and keep lizard boy alive. Even if you kill Cicero things will never be the same, and that makes me sad :(

Morthal - Do you enjoy exploring dungeons and ruins? Why or why not? I doooo! I LOVE dungeons and Ruins! They're fun! I do get lost in them which bothers me but I love goin around Blackreach with Cicero, it's so so so pretty.

Solitude - Who's your favorite Jarl? Who's your least favorite? Why these? Hmmm! I'll be honest I think they're all pieces of shit and hate them all lmao, Ig I'll go with Elisif because her castle is where you can do the Sheogorath quest.

Markarth - If you could rewrite one questline in Skyrim, which would it be? The Dark Brotherhood. Make it so that you have more options such as being able to find that Astrid is sellin the Sanctuary out to the Penitus Oculatus; maybe by rifling through Her belongings or Maro's. I wish there was a way to be able to convince the others to also join Cicero, or that there was a way for the Listener to be able to like go Against Cicero without the killin him section as well for people who refuse to realise the Old Ways are better like Astrid. Perhaps there could have been a way to allow Astrid to realise the error of her ways and repent to the Night Mother and Sithis!

I also wish there was a way to rebuild the Dark Brotherhood properly aside from the Two Random Initiates who don't even have names. Like I wish you could recruit more people, fix up the Falkreath Sanctuary, set up More Sanctuaries (Like how Oblivion's got apparently over 200 sanctuaries in all of Cyrodiil), Have Speakers, Silencers. Also perhaps a way to reinstate Cicero as an Assassin assassin rather than a Keeper who's allowed to kill just because the Listener says so. And maybe Listener can marry the Keeper.

dream about skyrim quest

i dreamed that someone posted a list of all the bandit clans in skyrim on tumblr. apparently in this dream, they all had names like the goblin clans in oblivion. also in this list though, i found out about a quest that i didn't know existed before. apparently there were small nordic ruins that you had to visit and pull a lever at each one to complete the quest. i found them all, and the last ruin was at skuldafn. i had to beat the main quest to get there, but once i was, i ran into some strange npcs. apparently i had a mod that added shadow the hedgehog and rouge the bat as npcs that you would randomly encounter throughout the game. the rouge npc had the voice of astrid, but the npc herself looked like a dark brotherhood member wearing the armor, but she had dark red hair that was about shoulder length. it didn't look like any of the hairstyles in skyrim, so i thought that it was probably added by the mod. also, the end of the main quest was a boss battle against alduin, but he had big spikes all over him, and he flew around all over the place and you didn't use dragonrend on him. you had to shoot him in the air. also skuldafn kinda looked like the imperial city.
