I totally forgot to post this yesterday and posted some asks instead. 😄 Oops. Here’s part 2:

This kind of thing is explored in lots of modern TV shows, like Twin Peaks, in which David Lynch basically attempts to trace the root of all evil to the detonation of the first atomic bomb in New Mexico, and how, ever since that first occurrence, which broke a seal of sorts, evil has cycled through mankind in increasingly devastating but sadly repeatable patterns all over the world these past 80 years.

Morphic resonance would hold, however, that the detonation of the bomb, and its introduction of some new evil into the world, is not itself spontaneous, but a product of a similar pattern of human behavior that pre-exists the bomb even further.

So, essentially, the cycle of evil is endemic in mankind, traced all the way back to the Bible. It will continue until, well, probably forever. Or until the cycle can be broken in some way, explained through the Christian lens by Christ’s return to judgment and Revelations.

Another big thing that came out of this for me was the thing I initially mentioned, and it’s related to something @twdmusicboxmystery talked about yesterday: the way we think about “codas,” ie: how the same patterns of events seem to be happening again and again and again in TWD, beginning with the pattern of events that first emerged in season 4.

Like, I think it’s very clear that’s what’s happening. What happens in season 4 is like the original emergence of the new pattern, the Big Bang, the original coda, and once it begins, everything seems to happen very quickly and all at once. I’m mainly talking about the events that begin with the Governor’s attack, then the cycle of 4.9-5.8. The Governor, himself is a good example of morphic resonance, as he can’t seem to break the pattern of behavior that leads him to the same exact conclusion time after time after time. He keeps failing, and his daughter keeps dying. The cycle only breaks for the Governor once he’s finally killed.

Anyway, the pattern that starts in season 4 and culminates with Beth’s death is repeated a myriad of times over the seasons, with various characters, who we usually refer to as proxies, and amid various arcs we refer to as templates. I don’t think I need to bring up any examples. We’re all pretty clear on these.

The morphic “field,” or population of people through which these patterns seem to resonate, is widespread across TWDU, but it mainly applies to characters in TWD, and even then, it often most obviously applies to Daryl (ie: his experiences with Denise and Leah, who are OBVIOUS Beth proxies). But even when it applies to other characters, like Michonne, it’s still a repetition of that same pattern, over and over again.

So morphic resonance holds that this “pattern,” which begins in 4.8, did not emerge from nothing. It was anything but random. Its causality may be hidden from us, needing to be investigated by looking backward at everything that happened before, every little root, nook, cranny, branch, leaf, and blossom that precipitated its eventually “ripening” or formation in season 4, ie: the things TD does basically every day. Because if we look back, we can see little echos of this pattern that go all the way back to the pilot.

I’d like to say that this works on two levels: the micro level, which is predicated on specific character choices that are made in seasons 1-3, and then the macro level, which focuses more on human tendency in general, greater battles between good and evil, survival and compassion, etc. Like the monomyth, or hero’s journey, human patterns of behavior that repeat over and over again as part of a shared memory or consciousness. In some ways, it’s a tale as old time. Man emerges into conflict, man loses something important, man struggles to get it back, man makes a mistake, and fails.

In Blair/Gina, however, we learn that these destructive patterns can be broken, and in the ensuing outcome, lives can be saved. The hero can win and reap their reward. This is huge!

The presentation is very obvious, using the Groundhog Day trope, which is in and of itself a product of a kind of resonance, as its roots go as far back as “A Christmas Carol,” and maybe even further, priming the audience to believe such a trope without question. The basic gist is that a hero is given one or more second chances to make a major change to their past choices, which in many ways saves their life, either spiritually or physically, and in some cases, the lives of others.

Now, onto how this could affect Daryl and Beth, and some speculation: I’ve thought a lot about this in the past. I’ve always wondered if perhaps TWD would do, with Daryl, a kind of “It’s a Wonderful Life” episode, or like the Smallville episode “Lexmas.” Probably Daryl would be unconscious, having a near-death experience, and in this would have a detailed hallucination or “dream” about what his life would be like if he had done something differently in his past and been able to save Beth’s life.

This something would be the key to breaking the cycle, like how Blair/Gina learn that they must work TOGETHER to make it to 5 o’clock. Through this hallucination, we’d see what really happened during “Coda,” plus the missing 17 days, and somewhere inside of that memory would be the thing Daryl did differently in order to save her. It’s possible even that the thing he has to change takes place BEFORE the “Coda,” like in “Alone,” for example. Maybe we don’t have those missing 17 days because the outcome is still…undecided!

In either case, the hallucination would then fast forward to the present tense, in which Beth is alive, and the two of them are together, probably married with kids, living the happy life he has always dreamed of. TWDU did this in “In Dreams” with Grace, so I don’t think it’s out of the question. They have also done alternate reality dreams before in TWD, like Rick’s “old man” dream, and Michonne’s drug-induced hallucinations in “What We Become.”

Seeing that shot of him and Judith lying unconscious in the trailer has increased my interest in this possibility, but of course, it’s really just headcanon or wishful thinking at this point, one possible choice tptb could make among zillions.

If something like this were to happen, then I feel it would motivate Daryl to try and implement the same change from his near-death experience in reality. Possibly, this change would result in his being able to save JUDITH, our final Beth proxy. We already know he bridal carries her while she’s unconscious, like he does with Beth in “Coda.”

In the end, I feel there would be some grand parallel back to Grady, which would teach us about the CRM’s involvement. Like perhaps he would hand Judith off to a doctor in a helicopter. I know that someone from our group has speculated this could happen before, I just can’t remember who. I think it was maybe Ann who also speculated that it could be BETH on that helicopter who takes her away. So the reward here is both cosmic, literal, and thematic. By finally fixing whatever he failed to do the first time around with Beth, and saving Judith’s life, he breaks the thematic cycle, ie: the causal structure that causes her to keep dying and dying again and again, and is then rewarded with the knowledge that Beth is actually alive, and this would, I expect, propel him in some way on his journey deeper toward the CRM.

This would be a dream come true, of course. Again, I reiterate, as you all well know, it’s just one way it could go, of zillions. BUT. Even if the details are wrong, it doesn’t feel out of the question, in terms of how Beth could conceivably return at this point. For example, maybe Beth isn’t on the helicopter, but after Daryl hands Judith off, or Judith is taken, etc., then he will, in some setting, somewhere quickly thereafter, discover evidence that Beth could still be alive. Like, maybe he goes back to Grady. Idk.

I mean, there was evidence that TWD filmed there recently. So in a kind of parallel story to Michonne’s, he then must go to find her, or at least pursue the lead that she could be alive more closely. If he brought anybody with him, it would be Carol. Maybe she initially is going to go, but then something happens, maybe with Ezekiel, and she can’t. This would be a recall to “Consumed” and then a replay of “Diverged.” Daryl would honestly probably then go alone, since most of the people who are left have somebody by now that they need to stay behind and take care of.

I also think that while they may not show us in TWD, he may end up on his trip with characters from World Beyond—ie: Hope and Leo Bennett, and maybe even T. Brooks Ellis, and members of the Primrose Team. Or maybe he’ll be straight up abducted by Jadis. I have no clue! Lol. OKAY. That's all! I'm so sorry for all the writing here lol. Clearly this episode is blowing our minds in many ways. I didn't expect Tales of the Walking Dead to be so fruitful but I’m really loving that it is!!!!

I won't lie and say that I can totally wrap my mind around this, but I get the gist of it. Thank you so much for your research and explaining it and my lack of being able to comprehend all of it has nothing to do with your ability to explain it. You did a great job. While I was reading, I started thinking about the episode Coda.

We have come to realize that we're seeing Coda through Rick's perception. I'm thinking that all of TF in that hallway were affected by how Rick perceived the situation and them sharing the same perception which might not and probably was not true. Mainly that Beth was not shot dead but simply shot. To some degree we've always suspected that but with tptb introducing these concepts to us they're confirming to us that overall, we're understanding what it is that they're laying down story-wise, at least to a certain degree.

By the way I am the one that has a head cannon about Daryl handing Judith over in the helicopter and it being Beth.

Thanks! I totally agree this is something to do with Coda. I am also interested in the Folie a Deux reference which refers to shared psychosis. I think it also might have something to do with Coda. I have notes on that too which are far less…. expansive. Lol. And I also agree it is no coincidence that tptb are most casually introducing these rather fringe topics.

Loved all your thoughts! I echo @wdway in saying, thanks for researching and explaining this. It made sense to me. It’s definitely a very abstract concept, and the fact that it’s intangible always makes it difficult to wrap one’s brain around. But I have a background in particle physics, which can be equally brain-bending, and a lot of the concepts you lay out here are at least similar to particle physics concepts.

Another thought I had—and not necessarily related to TWD; or, what I mean is, I’m not saying this is exactly what the writers are going for; rather, just another way to explain some of what you said above—has to do with the concept of fate.

Concepts of fate and destiny have been around for a very long time. They were big in ancient Greece, and even long before. But most people also now know that we create our own realities and our own problems. So, if people kept ending up at the same crossroads, or the same bad things keep happening to them, they label them as destiny. But in the age of information, most people also recognize that it’s more that the person is doing it to themselves.

And often it’s not at all their fault. It’s done in ignorance, or they have some kind of trauma they haven’t dealt with and therefore can’t break out of.

Because I write fiction, and I do have some time travel fiction, I’ve been asked about my philosophy on time travel before. Like, do I think it’s possible to have people go back and change the past in order to alter the present, Back to the Future style, or not so much?

And my answer is always the same. I don’t have a problem with people changing the past. Time travel doesn’t negate free will, and you can write a story lacking free will if you want, but that’s a whole other ball game. If we’re still in a free will universe, then they kinda have to be able to change the past.

But I also don’t think it matters overly much. They might be able change single events, but they’ll still end up at the same crossroads if they haven’t truly learned the lesson.

So, my philosophy of time travel is that, sure, they can change things, but all roads lead to the same destination. UNTIL they learn and change themselves.

I was just thinking you could apply that to the circular arcs in TWD, as you explained so well above. They’ll keep reliving the circular arcs until they fix things. Until they hit the one that will help them survive long term. Until they realize neither Beth nor Rick truly died. Anyway, as I said, just my swirling thoughts after reading your above thoughts.

Finally, while reading what you said about Daryl and Grady and such, a new head canon formed, with him handing Judith off to a helicopter as it’s jumping off point. You know how when an ambulance picks someone up, especially in the movies, the people who don’t ride along tend to say, “what hospital are you taking them to?” I was thinking, what if someone takes Judith and when Daryl asks where they’re taking her, they tell him to a hospital in Atlanta. Maybe that’s why Daryl goes back to Grady: looking for Judith. Who knows what he’d find there, but maybe, much like Michonne on the boat with Rick’s stuff, Daryl finds some evidence there that Beth was alive and well at Grady long after TF left Atlanta.

Wouldn’t that just be crazy? And amazing? And heart wrenching? And all the things? Anyway. As I said. Just more head canons forming. Loved all your thoughts and research!

@twdmusicboxmystery, I enjoyed reading your thoughts above and love your Atlanta/Grady head canon. Guys, didn't Greg N. say a few years back that Grady blow up or burned down or something like that, was destroyed. I don't know that that was an official approved statement or if he was just winging it to move on to another question and the official status of Grady is still open ended.

A little side note about the time of Rick's interview when TF first arrived at AZ, the time of 3:37. That episode was s5e12 Remember. I was just thinking how much of a coincidence it was that that particular time is brought up in the Tales episode. Remember, was the same episode where the long discussion at Comic-Con was brought up about the armadillo that Daryl was cleaning on the porch. I wonder how many people went back to check it out because they remembered it as being a possum. In doing so watched scene with the time given of 3:37. I always enjoy these little coincidences. Just a thought.

Yeah, good point about Remember. They do seem to be pointing back toward the reset after Beth a lot lately.

Yeah, Nicotero did say something like that. But it was also a “probably” statement. Someone asked what happened to the people left behind at Grady. And he said something like. “Oh, they’re probably gone. Yeah, I think they’re probably dead by now.” It always made me chuckle. Good job, Greg. Wait to be convincing. And I’m not even saying it’s not true. “By now” could mean Grady fell at some point before the present, and it doesn’t mean Beth isn’t alive. His reply just sounded somewhere between planned and flustered.

Psychiatrist John Weir Perry has discovered a typical sort of process in individual transformation that involves a radical change in ego attitude over the course of months rather than years (The Far Side of Madness, 1974). This may be the best model to describe the kind of social change envisioned by the New Age, but it is not a comforting prospect. Perry calls it psychotic process.

In Perry's view, schizophrenia is the psyche's natural response to a woefully inadequate ego whose internal monologs are failing in nearly every respect. Faced with repeated disasters and impotence in daily living, the schizophrenic abandons these tame morphic fields abruptly and enters a kaleidoscopic world governed by the unregulated and wild morphic fields of the archetypal imagination...

Perry's approach stands well outside the mainstream of psychiatric attitudes to schizophrenia. In his view, psychotic process is so frightening to those of us who are sane that we cannot bear to contemplate it. We want to shut it down as quickly as possible, generally by prescribing anti-psychotic medication to silence the voices schizophrenics hear and to halt the frightening flood of wild images. This shutting-down response teaches the psychotic individual to have as much distrust for his process as we have. The Links between the Archetypal Feminine and Altered States of Consciousness.

Femtheogens: The Synergy of Sacred Spheres.

Femtheogens is a compound word made up of “feminine” and “entheogens.” Entheogens is yet another compound word made up from “entheo” and “genesis” that refers to the mystical and sacred properties of the psychedelic experience. Femtheogens, through its roots in “entheogens,” refers to the feminized sacredness of the experiences such substances can induce. Femtheogens is as much a word, as it is a concept. It refers to the capacity of the entheogenic experience to revive the broken sacred feminine and filter its essence through to us. This capacity is enhanced by the strong connections between the archetypal feminine and the entheogenic experience. The two share qualities that can heal, transform, and support the expansion of our consciousness. These qualities are also major points of suppression for both, as they run counter to our western mindset and emergent social paradigms.

Femtheogenic consciousness operates in the spheres of oneness. This oneness is a spiritual connection that reveals the reflections we emit to each other. We are all mirrors of our shared humanity, and we all hold each other within ourselves. This oneness is not only a metaphysical idea. It is the oneness that chaos theorists have called the butterfly effect, where a butterfly flaps its wings on one continent and causes a hurricane, weeks later, on another continent. This is the oneness that reveals itself in the intricate dance of cause and effect. It is the oneness of quantum physics and the oneness described by Rupert Sheldrake’s idea of morphic resonance. The feminine consciousness is by nature aware that everything is connected. This is a knowledge the feminine has always carried in her body’s centers of creation, where all life emerges and regenerates from. Similarly, in the infinite realms of entheogenic channels, we can witness the threads of our interconnectedness and interdependence. Here we encounter the pulsating presence of Indra’s net and meet the potential of reawakening our links with each other, nature, the divine, and ultimately ourselves. The invisible space of singularity that femtheogenic consciousness reveals us to contains Eros at its core. To recognize its presence is to awaken to the most powerful force in the universe.

The next femtheogenic consciousness link relates to chaos. We have battled for generations to tame chaos because we have perceived it to be one of our greatest survival threats. It hasn’t always been like that, the early Gnostics and Alchemists recognized chaos as a vital element of the creative process of transformation. Today we relate to chaos as a state of disintegration, rather than a stage of transformation. We have failed to acknowledge the inherent order it contains because its nature is creative rather than linear; it is not to be imposed, it is to emerge. In its field reside the rhythms of matter and the deeper wisdom of the creative process. For our ancestors the Goddess was linked with nature. Nature held the archetypes of the great mother on one end, seeming to give continually in a limitless way, and the devouring mother on the other end, turning ruthless and unreserved. As our early ancestors gradually viewed nature as a chaotic force that needed to be controlled, they reflected that onto the feminine, installing our unconscious collective link between the Feminine and chaos. But the archetypal feminine, in its dynamic aspect, has a creative link with chaos, and that is a link with the transformative and regenerative aspects of chaos. Entheogenic journeys embrace chaos and its transformative potential and teach us it is a valued stage in our unfolding process of individuation. During a deep entheogenic journey we are taken apart and then put back together. Chaos gives birth to a new order that is of greater complexity than before, a step further on our evolutionary journey. A big part of what drove our connection with nature, the Goddess, and entheogens underground is our collective difficulty to be with chaos, and femtheogenic consciousness holds the potential of reviving that relationship in a meaningful way.

The next femtheogenic consciousness link is boundary-dissolving experiences. Our societies are based on divisive boundaries that maintain the illusion of our separateness, and the ultimate and most dreaded boundary to cross is the dissolution of the ego. The ego has been a big part of our evolution, and as a concept in itself it can have many useful functions. What is dysfunctional is our need to hold on to it. The ego needs to undergo many deaths if we are to transform into a more authentic version of ourselves. We need to peel through the layers to reach through to the core of who we really are. The essence of feminine consciousness is based on the elementary feminine experience of boundary dissolution, motherhood, where the ‘Other’ is contained within oneself. That symbiotic bond between mother and offspring is not merely a physical one, as it extends way beyond the physical birthing process. Entheogenic experiences are also, by their very nature, based on the dissolution of boundaries on various levels. In these realms, the divisive lines between us and Other, conscious and unconscious, masculine and feminine, past, present, and future, dissolve, and that is the most threatening aspect of entheogenic consciousness for both individuals and the general status quo. Both the Great Goddess and entheogenic journeys deliver us to a point where in order to evolve, we need to transcend our boundaries, and release ourselves from the ego-driven mirage of our delicate reality.

The next femtheogenic link relates to the vital cycles of life, death, and rebirth. The most potent entheogenic experiences that people report the greatest and most profound changes from are journeys within a supportive set and setting, unfolding into the ultimate spiritual experience of ego-death. Femtheogenic consciousness allows us to flee our ego, if only for a second, and receive the wisdom that necessitates and even welcomes death.

Torchwood: End of the Road (1 episode, s04e08, 2011)

We finally start unraveling the twisted web.

After the showdown, Olivia takes the Torchwood team to Nevada. Esther remains outside while Jack, Gwen, and Rex are taken to meet Angelo Colasanto, Olivia’s grandfather. Angelo has devoted his entire life in pursuit of immortality but is now aged, infirm, bed-ridden, and connected to an array of life support machines.

The three men who met Jack when he was being butchered in New York represented three different families who are in some way responsible for Miracle Day: Frines, Costerdane, and Ablemarch. They swore to purchase the power of resurrection and collected Jack’s blood from the butcher, and they know of the Blessing. They also are completely off the grid.

Outside of the Colasanto estate, the stock markets are in free-fall, driving world players into bankruptcy. Brian Friedkin arrives and storms the residence with a CIA team to arrest the Torchwood team. Friedkin takes Rex to the other room and threatens his life, but he’s stopped by Rex when the Eye-5s transmit Friedkin’s confession that he is employed by the Three Families. CIA superior Allen Shapiro arrives and arrests Friedkin before getting the story from Rex.

Shapiro antagonizes the team, but Jack finally sways him by allying Torchwood with the CIA. Meanwhile, Friedkin and Olivia are loaded into an SUV to be taken to a safehouse, but the trip is cut short when Friedkin detonates a bomb he was wearing and kills everyone in the vehicle.

Jack takes a personal moment to say a few tender words to Angelo. At the end, he removes Angelo’s oxygen mask and kisses him, but the act kills Angelo. Literally kills him. Upon closer examination, the team discovers a null field generator under Angelo’s bed. The device cancels the morphic fields that caused the Miracle, and since it can disguise weapons of mass destruction, Shapiro tasks Jack with disabling it. It seems that Jack’s hunch about morphic fields was a good instinct.

Since the Torchwood files suggest that Jack operates best when his team is in duress, Shapiro motivates him by deporting Gwen. Meanwhile, Esther calls her sister (who is in psychiatric examination) and finds out that she is volunteering for Category One as a way out of the world.

Oswald Danes has sold out Cowboys Stadium for one of his hellfire-and-brimstone events. His antics are wearing thin with Jilly Kitzinger, especially when he demands that she bring him a prostitute. Jilly is approached by Shawnie Yamaguchi, an intern who is eager to become her assistant. What Jilly doesn’t know is that Shawnie is a CIA operative. Oswald’s prostitute arrives, but she’s frustrated because he wants to treat her like a date instead of a sex worker. When she storms out, she tells Oswald that he’s been classified as Category Zero.

Oswald takes his frustration to Jilly. Category Zero consists of those who violated morality and have thus earned a trip to the ovens. Oswald strikes Jilly and she fights back, forcing him to run with her laptop. Jilly encounters the mysterious PhiCorp man from a previous event. He warns her that she’s being watched, then kills Shawnie. In the end, Jilly is brought under family protection courtesy of a mole in the CIA. That mole is Charlotte Wills.

In the Colasanto estate, Jack manipulates the null field generator to cancel sound. He confers with Esther and Rex, telling them that the technology cannot be allowed to propagate. He needs to leave the manor with the device. Rex and Esther help Jack escape, but Jack is shot in the process. Esther drives the critically wounded Jack away while Rex runs interference.

The Miracle Day story swings back into action as the pieces start to fall into place. We’re driving a little closer to the masterminds behind the crisis and we get a bit more extraterrestrial influence as we see how the Three Families have been pulling the levers all along, but the episode still suffers from pacing issues with a good chunk of padding. As with most of Miracle Day, this episode could have been better told in about 75% of the time.

We did get some good callbacks to the core of Torchwood, from memories of Ianto to the destruction (and subsequent looting) of the Hub, but we can also see the large narrative issue with the Oswald Danes storyline. The story arc started with him as a major genesis event, but his part in all of this has been nothing more than a side story. I don’t like Oswald Danes on principle, but I certainly think he should be more of player in events.

Small perk: We have two Star Trek alumni (Nana Visitor and John de Lancie) in this episode. Sadly, one of those talented actors is wasted in this story.

Rating: 3/5 – “Reverse the polarity of the neutron flow.”

As the Timestamps Project proceeds chronologically through 2011, we start to ping-pong a bit between Torchwood and Doctor Who. When Miracle Day (including the Web of Lies addendum) concludes, the project will pick up the final series of The Sarah Jane Adventures. To start the whole process, the next adventure will return us to Series 6 of Doctor Who with Let’s Kill Hitler.

Ep 7 - Zero Hour (live) Tyler: makes an effort to be nice - me: /suspicion wait wasn't there a Hassan in another episode, is it the same dude? I don't remember where that name popped up also time loop wat "the mayor's handbag poodle" fdghfft so is only... Hassan... looping. uh oh. very perturbed that Gwen and Rhys have just been chilling the last couple of episodes with no resolution to that thing.... did they just fuck and nothing happened?? Anwen is seven??? holy shit ok..... so not a time loop..? so why was the Rift having a hissy fit ok wild theory, delivery people are acting as the neurons/circuitry of a Cardiff-wide program entity good fucking job, Tyler, you scared a straight(?) guy wh....... BLESS GWEN SHOUTING WITH A GUN yeah but Hassan shook off the effects just for you didn't he Tyler, you were working for 24 hours and lost your whole brain you thin-willed little man ok so Rhys and Gwen are.... cool? internal Gwen consistently making me SAD every time huurgh they do a really good job of making Gwen feel slightly off I gotta say, most of the time she feels just like regular Gwen but then she'll just do teeny tiny things or react in slightly odd ways... it makes actual sense that only those closest to her have noticed, which is uncommon. Usually with the writing in these kinds of plots it's like oh my god are you guys blind, what is wrong with you, why can't you see this isn't your friend I hate how much I miss Jack when he's not in an episode >:T stupid sexy harkness

Ep 8 - The Empty Hand (live) oh no Andy what did you do yes Andy a tingly hand is definitely a sign of amnesia it's pretty clear it ISN'T Andy, he's a lot of things but a ranting bigot isn't one of them leave him alone Let. Andy. And. Rhys. Be. In. The Hub. Give. Them. Biscuits. RACIST RADIO?? oh god this is absolutely horrible OH oh i guess that'S ONE WAY OF DOING IT A BOTTLE OPENER?! jesus Gwen..... captain honkers............ god, quantum technology sounds really annoying yeah regular Gwen definitely had space hacker skills, yup trying in my head to merge "Andy" and "Jekyll and Hyde" somehow I do enjoy the way Orr is influenced by literally any form of desire and accepts them, even darker ones, not just vanilla sexy bimbo stuff like most "change to match your desire" shapeshifters in sci fi I'm so confused by these Red Doors guys, I think their motivations are completely opposite to what I thought, I guess I wasn't paying attention? hmmm. fake!Gwen you're uh... flying a little further off track this episode aren't you oh no they picked Andy specifically because they needed to test it on The Goodest Boy hwuuugh my face when gwen and jack are arguing: :0 I know this isn't real Gwen and I usually hate when characters argue but I love the way they've grown to be able to batter conflicting grey motives against each other so ferociously and can still come out of it knit as tight as before- flashback to that bit in Miracle Day when Gwen kidnapped Jack for the sake of her family and he fought back just as fierce for his life, but then when the situation changed they immediately were by each other's side again working in harmony - Jack is ruthless and Gwen is passionate and after all these years working together they get it, they understand each other even when they're opposed and I Just Think That's Neat long ramble there but I'm curious if after this fake!Gwen won't be able to shake it off the way Gwen can, adding to her feeling "off" for Jack what.... is Three Sol. aside from Earth. y'all cheering for that vagueness huh is Andy staying with Rhys and Gwen that's so cute NOO ANDY YOU'RE SUCH A GOOD BLEESEMUN .....does that mean he can join Torchwood now? Jack. what. UH. okay this is beyond usual Jack standoffishness and frustration yvonne wh w h o m s t? I feel like maybe I shouldn't have listened to this one while tired, I feel like some key plot points might have escaped me.... I hope they get re-iterated later otherwise I shall be confused?? Still so many open questions... part 3 still to go!

Ep 9 - Poker Face (live) I don't remember who this Yvonne is but she has her own theme and that's ominous poker analogy count is at uhhh 4 and we only just got to the intro theme oh shit the chief of Torchwood 1... that's a DEEP cut... There are several different ways I personally go about charging my hyper_visuals (images/photos)

Audio frequencies

Symbols or sigils

Radionics or Psionics

Biophotonics or Morphic fields

1. Audio frequencies can be found all over the internet in the form of binaural or isochronic tones, rife frequencies, solfeggio frequencies, alpha, theta or beta waves etc. It is easy to find tones of frequencies that are specific to the substance or ingredient you wish to use. I personally play the frequency over the image or object several times if not for a whole entire day to imprint the desired vibration. The addition of a quartz crystal grid or spear can be helpful to this endeavor as well. This method is easy, quick and free and in my experience quite effective!

2. Symbols or sigils or any type of glyph or such is straight forward for any practitioner of witchcraft or chaos magicka or the like. One would create the symbol/sigil as a stand in for your desired affect or even specific ingredients, concentrate your energy upon it then overlay it onto the image. In the case of blueprints for specific substances or such one could just overlay the blueprint exactly onto the image thus charging the image with the desired affect. This method requires a bit of skill with ensigillation and the use of photo manipulation programs for best effect.

3. Radionics/Psionics if you have never heard of Radionics or Psionics I would recommend diving down those rabbit holes if you are interested in weird and alternative technologies. Radionics also known as Hieronymus Machines is an alternative technology which can use the electromagnetic field that humans naturally generate (or any other electromagnetic fields) to imprint programming or codes either onto other humans in the form of healing or onto even pieces of paper in order to manifest desires. Psionics is the application of mental frequencies (electromagnetic brainwaves) to whatever medium is being used (in this case images) to cause sympathetic vibrations in the recipient. An example would be taking an image of clouds and using the Radionic technique to imprint the Psionic frequency of lucid dreaming into the image if done powerfully enough when the image of clouds is viewed it would trigger lucid dreaming. This method is most potent, and after a bit of practice and study into the technology and techniques can become the most potent for many different applications as it can be applied long distance.

4. Biophotonics also called Morphic fields are intangible energy signatures which flow through everything in the cosmos, the study of this energy field began with Orgone/Orgonite and I would also recommend plunging down that rabbit hole as well for in-depth understanding of eloptic and etheric fields. With concentration, meditation or induced trance states one can tap into the energy signatures of people, plants, animals etc. and harness that energy field to be used to empower themselves or coaxed to "enchant" an object or even a sound or image. This method requires the most intense study and concentration, but nearly no physical materials whatsoever.

In my opinion for the ends you are seeking I would recommend using the audio frequencies method, as it is the simplest, and you can find exactly what you are looking for freely, including specific frequencies of plants with all their medicinal benefits. Use the frequency to imprint your image by simply playing the frequency over the image, or if the image is a physical copy place it over the speaker, add a clear crystal quartz over the image to boost imprinting or even a clear glass of pure water can act as tunning medium to increase the frequency programming. This is one of the closest things to my heart that I've posted in a long time. If you're going through anything rough right now, i encourage you to read this even though its definitely cheesy and kinda long.

I dont always know the best words to say to encourage people I care about who are struggling. I love all my friends but when I see you having a hard time i dont know what to say beyond just "hang in there, i believe in you." And i know that isnt enough. So instead I'm gonna try to share something that helps me a lot with keeping myself afloat with my mental health, while also infodumping about something I love (because why wouldnt I do that lmao). I'm gonna tell yall a little story about why Undertale is my favorite game. (Or I guess technically I should say has my favorite narrative in a game. Persona 5 is probably my favorite as a game overall. Hell, its narrative comes in close second as my favorite, although that has more to do with my politics than with my personal life [specifically my belief that change sometimes must be achieved outside what's considered legal or even sometimes moral, and that fighting injustice trumps everything else including law])

This may come as a surprise to yall but I have the occasional bout of struggling with mental illness. (For the record that was a joke. I'm pretty open about my struggles xD) There are times when I feel like I'm powerless against *insert struggle here*, and those times are often. But as cheesy as it sounds, something about this little indie RPG has made a big difference in my life.

I've never been a big believer in the whole "That band/artist/person/book/whatever saved my life!!!" cliche. Whatever that thing was, didnt save your life unless you mean that the thing, in a literal sense, physically prevented you from death. You found inspiration to keep living from the source material, and then YOU saved your life. But I guess that's kind of pedantic, and in the colloquial sense it makes sense to say that thing "saved your life." If we're applying that definition, then I think it's safe to say that Undertale at least played a part of saving my life.

I'm not going to go into too much detail here because a) yall didnt come here to read the whole plot of Undertale, and b) spoilers. But basically Undertale is a story about this (canonically gender nonbinary, fun fact) 8 year old kid. (For the sake of this post I'm assuming Pacifist run as canon.) This kid climbed a mountain that it was said no one would return from. What they were running away from, who knows. But they fell into a chasm and found themself in a magically sealed underground full of monsters, many of whom wanted them dead (because a human soul was necessary for them to escape the Underground). But through a seemingly ordinary human feature-- determination-- the child was able to change the fate of the Underground forever. They befriended monsters who fully intended to kill them. They journeyed through a treacherous landscape. And at the end of it all, their determination even managed to save every monster in the Underground.

Their determination allowed them to do all this. Now that's a message that resonates with me. Simple human determination can do so much. I mean sure in a fictional video game it can allow a character to literally defy death, control time, and reshape the world as they see fit. But even in the real world, determination holds so much power. Think about it. Some people think of it as prayer. Some think of it as witchcraft, manifesting your will on the world through magic. Some might even say that human thought and brain wave patterns can have effects on morphic energy fields that cover the planet and can be scientifically observed to influence random number generators. But all these things hold one thing in common: your determination. In prayer you're determined to appeal to the highest power you know to fulfill what you've asked for. In the other two, you're determined to exert your will upon the world in some way or another.

Your determination can get you through so much. I keep myself afloat these days by reminding myself to stay determined. Because my determination will see me through and give me the strength I need to grow, to improve myself, to make smarter choices, to do things that I didnt think I had the courage to do. And I believe in all of you too. Please do me a favor and learn a lesson from a silly little indie game. Stay determined, for me.

The Archwing

Starting the quest

The Archwing quest is given to the Tenno upon completion of the Mars Junction, and can be activated in the Codex. Upon setting it as the active quest, the Tenno will receive an inbox message from the Lotus containing the Odonata blueprint.

Inbox message: The Time is Now

Incoming briefing from the Lotus.

Lotus (video message): "This is the master blueprint for the Odonata Archwing, the first of many Archwings. To complete it, you must find its component parts. Unfortunately, an ancient Orokin archive detailing the locations of the parts was recently stolen by the Corpus. Your first job is to recover this archive. Hurry; the Archwing needs to be ready before the Balor Fomorians launch their first attack."

The Odonata Archwing requires 7.000 credits, 300 circuits, and Odonata wings, harness, and systems in order to be crafted, and takes 1 hour to complete.

First Mission: Recover the Orokin Archive (Tessera, Venus)

(Void Sabotage preview)

The mission is a Void Sabotage mission, starting on the Void tileset with Corrupted enemies.

Lotus: "The Corpus have snuck into the Void and secured crucial Orokin archives detailing the hidden locations of much-needed Archwing parts. Your mission is twofold: cut off their access to the Void, and recover the data. Get to the portal. We need to shut the Corpus out of the Void before we search for the Orokin archive."

The Tenno must complete the normal objectives for Void Sabotage: finding the portal and reversing the polarity, then crossing over to kill the boss and take the Void key. On the other side of the portal is the Lynx in the Corpus Ice Planet tileset. After taking the Void key, the Tenno must use it to set the Torsion Beam device on overdrive and escape through the portal.

(after the Torsion Beam device overloads) Lotus: "That's it. The portal has collapsed. I've located the cache containing the Orokin archive. Get there now."

A hidden cache is waypointed on the map.

(upon opening the cache) Lotus: "You found the Orokin archive. You are one step closer to unleashing the Archwing."

[on board Orbiter]

Ordis: "The Lotus has passed along possible coordinates for you to search for the remaining Archwing parts. Check your navigation console for more information."

Second Mission: Extract the Odonata Archwing Wings blueprint (Aphrodite, Venus)

The mission is an Excavation mission on the Corpus Ice Planet tileset, against standard Corpus enemies. Only one excavator needs to be successfully defended.

(after completing an excavation) Lotus: "That's it, you found an Archwing part blueprint. Head to extraction when you are ready."

[on board Orbiter]

Ordis: "Oh my, the Operator has returned with an Archwing part blueprint. You must forge it immediately! It won't be long now before you're flying through the skies like a—winged death machine."

The Odonata wings requires 7.000 credits, 150 alloy plate, 1 neurodes, 150 polymer bundle, and 500 rubedo in order to be crafted, and takes 30 minutes to complete.

Third Mission: Extract the Odonata Archwing Harness blueprint (Mantle, Earth)

The mission is an Excavation mission on the Grineer Forest tileset, against Frontier Grineer enemies. Only one excavator needs to be successfully defended.

The Odonata harness requires 7.000 credits, 1 morphics, 1.000 ferrite, and 300 rubedo in order to be crafted, and takes 30 minutes to complete.

Fourth Mission: Extract the Odonata Archwing Systems blueprint (E Gate, Venus)

The mission is an Excavation mission on the Corpus Outpost tileset, against Infested enemies. Only one excavator needs to be successfully defended.

The Odonata systems requires 7.000 credits, 1 neurodes, 1 morphics, and 500 salvage in order to be crafted, and takes 30 minutes to complete.

(upon crafting all the Odonata components) Ordis: "The Operator has all the necessary blueprints to craft an Archwing—so what are you waiting for?"

(upon crafting the Odonata) Ordis: "Congratulations, you've crafted an Archwing. Now, I must commence calibration. So much to do. By my calculations, this process will take—372 hours—oh, that does seem like a long time…."

Lotus: "Tenno. This is an urgent mission. A Corpus scout ship with information about the location of the Grineer Balor Fomorians has been located. Raid this ship for intel. We need to know everything they do."

Fifth Mission: Find Corpus Intelligence about the Balor Fomorians (Montes, Venus)

(Remote Observer #27 banner)

The mission takes place on the Corpus Ship tileset. There are no Corpus enemies, and although the Tenno is waypointed to the other side of the map, the Lotus does not have time to give instructions before Vay Hek starts broadcasting transmissions.

Vay Hek: "For too long the Corpus have extorted the Grineer. Frohd Bek, consider our contracts cancelled. This is a hostile takeover!"

Frohd Bek: "Not wise, Councillor. I was hoping the Tenno had taught you a little humility when they destroyed your precious Fomorian fleet."

Vay Hek: "[laughs] Did you really believe the Tenno destroyed all my Fomorians?"

At this point, loud rumblings and booms can be heard as the Grineer start attacking the Corpus ship. As the Tenno progresses, tiles will be damaged by ship-to-ship fire and boarding pods, which contain Grineer soldiers.

Lotus: "We have a problem… there is… something breaking from the Void!"

Vay Hek: "Bek! Meet Balor. Your fate, my future!"

Frohd Bek: "Impossible…. All units, full alert. Prepare for boarding…."

Lotus: "This ship is disintegrating. Aborting mission. Get to extraction."

Ordis: "Sorry, ship integrity will not permit extraction at this time."

A cutscene will trigger.

[The warframe is forced to its hands and knees as the ship starts breaking up around them. An explosion destroys an entire section of the hull, and the warframe is sucked out into the vacuum of space. The Landing Craft flies around nearby, but cannot pick up the warframe.]

Lotus: "You only have one chance. Ordis, deploy Archwing."

Ordis: "But, my calibrations – it's not—"

Lotus: "Ordis, do it now!"

Ordis: "Okay, deploying Archwing."

[The Landing Craft deploys the Archwing package, which flies over to the warframe and affixes itself to it, along with the Imperator Arch-gun and Veritux Arch-melee. The Tenno, now able to manoeuvre in space, watches as the Landing Craft cloaks itself in the Void and flies away.]

The cutscene ends, placing the Tenno in free space, with the debris of Corpus ships all around them, and a Balor Fomorian looming in the background.

Lotus: "Tenno, you need to get to the other side of this debris field where Ordis can safely extract you."

Grineer combat craft, such as Dregs and Dargyns, are scattered throughout the debris field and will attack if the Tenno gets too close. The Fomorian is equipped with a powerfully destructive laser with a seemingly infinite range, and the Tenno must generally try to keep some debris between them and the Fomorian's eye.

(if the Tenno is being targeted by the Fomorian, variant) Lotus: "The Fomorian's weapons are designed to destroy capital ships. Don't let them hit your warframe."

(if the Tenno is being targeted by the Fomorian, variant) Lotus: "Get to cover. The Fomorian's guns will obliterate you."

(if the Tenno is being targeted by the Fomorian, variant) Lotus: "Incoming fire from the Fomorian. Find cover."

(if the Tenno is being targeted by the Fomorian, variant) Lotus: "Tenno, you have to keep moving."

(if the Tenno is being targeted by the Fomorian, variant) Lotus: "Stay out of the line of fire!"

Hidden in the debris are Zeplens, stationary Grineer ships that are dormant until the Tenno gets within range, whereupon the Zeplen will project a spherical energy net around itself that traps the Tenno within. The energy net cannot be bypassed or destroyed; only destroying the Zeplen in the centre will allow the Tenno to proceed.

(if the Tenno is trapped by a Zeplen, variant) Lotus: "That Zeplen just engaged an energy net. You're stuck in here until it's destroyed."

(if the Tenno is trapped by a Zeplen, variant) Lotus: "They're trying to trap you in an energy net. Destroy that Zeplen to take out the net."

(upon destroying a Zeplen, variant) Lotus: "Energy net dissipating. Keep moving."

(upon destroying a Zeplen, variant) Lotus: "The net is down. Get going."

Lotus: "You're almost through the debris field. Just a little bit further."

Ordis: "Operator, the Archwing is performing beyond expectations. I suppose my calibration process was not necessary after all."

(when the Tenno reaches the extraction point) Lotus: "Ordis, can you extract now? Tenno, stand by for pickup."

[on board Orbiter]

Lotus: "We now have the tools to take on Vay Hek and his Balor Fomorians. His arsenal is growing, but so will ours. There are more Archwing designs and more weapons. Together, we will take to the skies and confront this new threat."

What’s The Point? Why Does Your Life & Journey Matter?

So this theme has really been prevalent the past few days… giving up and what’s the point?

Why does your life matter and why does all of this difficult stuff that you’re going through matter?

How does it make a difference?

The answer isn’t sexy, and it’s one of those boring areas that no one really wants to focus on - the morphic field.

Nowhere near as glamorous and appealing as Twin Flames or getting your desires fulfilled lol ;)

Empath Load

In spiritual and personal growth circles, we often like to talk about purpose and what you came here to do.

Well one of the really ugly, nasty jobs you agreed to come to Earth to help with is cleaning up the morphic field.

Everything in the cosmos is thought - even the original I AM is thought. Reality is just many thoughts all vibrating in agreement, and an emotion is just a whole bunch of thoughts thought at the same time; too many to see, so you feel a quick emotion instead of thinking a million individual thoughts.

So one of the important pieces of info you’ll come to along the way is that ego identity creates the separation and privacy of your thought from the rest of ALL-THAT-IS.

If you had to imagine it, think about the Internet.

The Internet is the sum total of all knowledge and all the websites belong to the greater whole called the Internet.

BUT, each website is actually stored on its own machine, called a server, hosted at a web hosting company somewhere around the world.

So even though that website only actually exists on the server its stored on, it’s part of this greater collective of knowledge called the Internet.

It’s its own individual entity while being part of the ALL at the same time.

This is a tricky concept at first, so you may need to come back to it a few times.

In a nutshell therefore, ego is the identity that stores a body of information, separated from the whole.

So while your identity exists, your knowledge you gained is stored in your identity. When you die, that knowledge returns to ALL-THAT-IS. The identity is the storehouse for the knowledge.

The reason you need to know this, is because the same applies to planets - and that’s what we mean by the coming here to this plane to clean it up.

All the history, ideas, thinking, agreement of thought that makes up the morphic field of the reality of Earth, is bound to this plane.

This includes karma as well - you pick the karma and related memories up from the field - this is why two people can experience the same past life.

So, in order to fix this reality, we have to be inside it. That’s why we need to “come here on a mission” in order to do this.

How it happens once we’re here is empath load.

Our empath ability basically makes us sponges for negative energy inside the morphic field, and we attract to ourselves energies we’re good at shifting and those that are aligned to what we’re currently working on.

It’s when you keep attracting the same energy over and over on empath load that you experience being “stuck” on a lesson.

In addition, all of us agreed to be born into difficult family lines, which had us facing trauma and chaos in our childhoods, with sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse, disabilities, challenges and horrible generational patterns.

The reason for this is the kind of souls we are…. we don’t let this stuff change us into ugly people.

If we do attack, at worst we attack ourselves - suicide.

When you look at serial killers, all of them have some pathology in their past - abuse, trauma, some sort of difficult experience.

What happens to them as a result? They become serial killers.

And even if they don’t go to that extreme, most secular people let these experiences beat them down, hold them back, and paint them into a corner, where they live small, timid lives, always afraid to step even a tiny bit outside the line. They become judgmental, mean, angry, bitter, closed minded…. you know what I mean.

Empaths are different.

Most empaths will take the trauma and try to turn it into a triumph.

They’ll go out and teach about it, share their story, spread hope. They will find a way to help others who are facing similar challenges.

They’ll find a way to try to make the world a better place, despite the challenges they’ve faced.

This means they’ll stop the ugliness in its tracks.

It’s brilliant if you think about it…. the ugliness is woven into family lines and the very structure of society.

So we populate those family lines with people who won’t be turned ugly by the experiences, will try to find a different way to parent, or will decide not to have children. But very rarely would an empath ever perpetuate the hurt and abuse to their own children.

So we clean up the family lines.

Likewise, instead of going out and finding people to abuse, torture and murder, or people’s lives to make difficult, we now not only take that ugly energy out of the societal structure, we replace it with the solution that the empath finds to improve the world.

So instead of landing up with another serial killer in society, we land up with an organization that helps the victims of serial killers.

But it does mean that the mission we volunteered for is to live very crap lives.

But if we’re not here doing it, then all we’re going to land up with is the serial killers and narcissists and egomaniacs, who will try to alleviate their pain by lashing out and making life harder and harder for others in society.

Impact on the Morphic Field

There is a bit of good news in our favor though, and it’s an even bigger reason why you are so important to what we do - why it matters so much.

The concept of the morphic field was really brought to light with kinesiology, and the subsequent research of Sir David Hawkins.

One of the really cool things they discovered over the two decades of research was the Human Consciousness Scale (view this at http://lifecoachestoolbox.com/index.php/the-human-consciousness-scale ).

The scale shows the path of evolution as you develop and grow, as well as what your thinking will be at each level, and importantly, how many people in the field you impact or reach energetically.

Basically, the higher you go up the scale, the more people at the lower ends of the scale you counterbalance.

So one person resonating at 700 counterbalances 70-million people who are depressed and suicidal around the world.

This means that each one of our advanced lightworkers and lightwarriors is worth 70-million or more of those who stand for the dark, i.e. people ruled by their ego.

This is where we get the 144,000 from - we ONLY need 144,000 vibrating at 700 - 1000 in order to shift the entire planet by winning the morphic field.

Literally, by existing and being alive on Earth, your HIGHER VIBRATION energy counterbalances the morphic field of reality, swinging it more in our favor.

This is why it matters that you do stay alive, and you do stick around.

And every single time you shift, every ego death you face, you go higher up the Human Consciousness Scale.

Every time you go up the Scale, you impact even more people in the field, and we inch just a little bit closer to winning the morphic field.

What we do is hard - it’s hard work. And there are days you just want to throw in the towel and give up.

DON’T!!

Just because you can’t see the big picture yet doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

In 2014, I honestly knew nothing compared to what I know now - and once I just dove in to my stuff and cleared out all the layers, everything just started falling into place.

That’s only 4 years ago. You are so much closer than you think.

Focus on dropping personalization, on realizing that you and this identity you are now, don’t matter - that’s where these feelings of unworthiness come from.

Your system is trying to help you realize that NONE of this matters - it’s where your sanity lies.

You’ve attached so much importance to stuff that has no importance at all, and once you’re on the other side you’ll see that.

Go deep into the emotions - feel ALL the pain. Unearth every single thought and statement and bring them to consciousness - say them OUT LOUD and own them as yours, without resistance.

Just stay alive.

Promise yourself that no matter how bad the pain gets, you won’t give in. You’ll keep fighting.

No matter how hard it gets, how bad the pain gets, just remember that it is ONLY your personalizing it that makes it painful.

When you can realize that you don’t matter, then what is happening to won’t matter either.

The ONLY thing that does matter in the worst of those moments is that you stick around to fight with us.

It’s a terrible dichotomy…. you have to realize that you mean nothing to see your value, but, lol, it’s all dualities up here.

Surely you’ve seen that by now?
