Best healthy chocolate cake with chestnut puree. 🌰 Have you ever tried anything with chestnuts? 🌰 Flourless and with no eggs. Made with flax egg. Can be vegan if you use plant based milk. My puree I bought in @plodinehrvatska from the frozen, in frozen section. Wait until cake completely cools down before serving, otherwise it will be falling apart. Store in refrigerator once it cools down so you can cut even prettier slices. Ingredients: 🌰 2 cups chestnut puree 🌰 1/2 cup coconut oil 🌰 1/2 cup maple syrup 🌰 1.5 cup ground almonds 🌰 1/2 tsp salt 🌰 1 tsp baking powder 🌰 1 tbsp flax seeds (grind it and mix with 3 tbsp water to get flax egg) 🌰 2 tbsp coconut oil 🌰 5 tbsp cocoa powder 🌰 1/2 cup oat or almond milk 🌰 1 tbsp maple syrup Method: Mix chestnut puree with coconut oil and maple syrup. Prepare the chocolate on the side, using last 4 ingredients: cocoa, coconut oil, maple syrup and milk. Mix both with ground almonds and flax egg.
