Our Chemical Hearts by Krystal Sutherland is such a beautiful book and I feel so glad to have read it. It is heartbreaking and reminds me that the emotions I feel have been felt by other people. Sometimes I feel really broken, but there is always a way forward to heal from that pain. ♥️

how many hours a day is it normal to feel guilt for

#at what point is this stress a health hazard #still not over the fuckin rigamarole #it took to finally talk to a cardiologist about the way my heart feels (far too aware of it all the time and hurts occasionally) and bc my #mom kept focusing on the few times i had palpitations the dude dismissed it as anxiety . yes i am aware of the anxiety #THE ANXIETY CAN STILL BE HAVING NEGATIVE EFFECTS. there is a limit to the cortisol and other assorted !!!!!!!!!! chemicals our bodies make #is it anxiety or is it obsessive or is it innattentive . goodness knows. i’m guilty all the time
