Update

This nugget is doing really good. He ended up with permanent nerve damage to his back legs but it doesn't let him stop tryna torpedo himself everywhere.

Me: Still been lagging a healthy routine. Kind have been putting myself last. Thankfully in person class picks back up next week and I'm feeling pretty hopeful to change up my environment.

My dog is doing this new thing where when it’s time to go inside after a walk she goes limp like a ragdoll in protest. Jokes on her, since she’s still small enough I can just carry her inside, but I respect this level of drama.

just found out there’s a really reputable mini cattle breeder that lives like two hours away from me… so now i’m daydreaming about buying like a big plot of land, building a tiny house, and using the rest of the land to host a very humane and lovely mini cattle sanctuary/petting zoo.

#i would knit them so many cute little scarves and blankets #and i’d play them tons of jazz #because jazz makes cattle happy and i want them to be happy #and i’d only have the ones who like being pet/like people participate in the petting zoo #the rest could just do whatever they want during that time #and i’d get a couple great pyrenees to protect them #and some barn cats #just cause no farm is complete without a barn cat #and we’d all be a big happy family #just me and my mini cows and my pupperoos and my barn cats #and then to keep the farm profitable i’d also grow a lot of weed and sell it to local dispensaries #the weed money would then go towards continuing to provide for my sweet babies #people would be so jealous of me and my mini cattle and our weed money #they would come from far and wide just to sneak a peek at my adorable lil cows and bulls #i know most farmers get mini cattle because they serve essentially the same purpose as regular cattle but take up less space #but i would just get them to be my friends #i would not game end them for food #nor would i steal their milk #i’d just want them to be happy and feel loved

"this animal is actually a precious sweet intelligent angel despite its completely unfair public image as a filthy screeching pest" is well meaning and all but I think respect for wildlife shouldnt be that conditional and nature isn't here to generate feel good tiktoks or look pretty at the zoo. It isn't even here to ecologically benefit us, it doesn't owe us shit! More importantly you should consider that it's great and awesome when an animal is a filthy screeching pest. You should adore that we have a planet of corpse wallowing barf eating poison slobbering louse spreading hairy ghouls and feathered imps. I hope the sky dinosaurs shit on every car in the world every day forever. I'm glad when we paved over the forest and filled the earth with a labyrinth of toilet water we just made a utopian diarrhea playground for creatures that can chew through power cables. Love that there's a type of bat that can cut you in your sleep to slurp your blood and by the way it pisses the entire time, just pisses and pisses because it's filtering the excess water out of your blood. "Oh but it hardly ever goes after humans!" Yeah well guess what?? It should. Oh wolves are just pretty misunderstood pupperoos and not scary fairy tale villains?? Just because it's rare doesn't mean wolves can't be incredibly dangerous and it fucking rules actually. Based fairy tale villains. Get wolfed dummies!!

Hands down this is the best day I could ever remember! BECAUSE THERE ARE MINI DOCTORS! Have you checked out @mr.saddlebagshams account recently?! She posted the most cutest of tootatoots last night and I am thrilled that they are all tiny doctors in training, baby snippers, tiny cutting utensils - they're all Scissors' babies! As many of you know, Katie borrowed Dr. Mr. #Scissors Esq a few weeks ago for some breeding. She had wanted to use him and offered to breed him past one of her rust based females which would test him to see if he carried rust. Not only did he go on a nice date with that lady, Souvlaki, but he also got to go on a date with Shacha, earning him the title of "love doctor" 😏💗. All the pups look amazing! Katie and her hamsband have obviously taken amazing care of them as they all look so healthy and chonk. Mommas Shacha and Souvlaki were awesome too! Annnnnd best of all for me, it looks like Scissors doesn't actually carry for rust which is a HUGE deal for my breeding 🎉. I might even shift around breeding plans knowing this! I also know that some of those pupperoos will be looking for new homes! So if you've been considering a pup in the short term, definitely contact @mr.saddlebagshams to see about adopting one. As I've mentioned, SBH is taking a break from breeding as we welcome our baby, so we won't be breeding again until at least February.
