Well, I’m 23 now. Older and wiser and all that crap. I will now proceed to be sappy.

Looking back on the year I had, I’m glad I didn’t give up. I’m glad I wrote what was basically a shitpost about my favorite turtle and favorite villains that snowballed into multiple works. I’m grateful for all who have read my writing and told me that they enjoy it. I’m grateful for this lovely community, for my amazing new friends and their excellent art, and for finally rekindling my spark for being alive. It’s been a while. 

And now for the slightly less serious, as a direct call out to Ant Ward, listen man - pitch Netflix a Rise! villain spin-off series. Or better yet, just a spin-off about Warren and Hypno. I will watch it. Hell, I’d write for it if you let me. They have so much potential that needs to be explored! But I digress.

When I was in high school, I kept very detailed journals (that I mostly wrote in class instead of paying attention) for all 4 years, and by the time I graduated I had filled about 10+ notebooks. When I came back from my first year of college, I deep cleaned my entire room, and in a fit of stupidity, decided to throw all my old journals out.

EXCEPT

That apparently past me decided to rip out five pages and put them in a folder with a bunch of old play bills, class certificates, etc. Those five pages describe my first kiss (ever) with the man who is now my husband. We weren’t talking at the time that I threw these journals away (in fact we hadn’t spoken in at least 3 years and wouldn’t reconnect for another 5ish). I have no idea what possessed me to save these pages but I’m so so glad that I did.

gf needed to borrow formal clothes for a funeral; she only came out about a year ago so just doesn't have any yet. so i brought her my one singular dress to try on, not really knowing whether it would fit her

it did. i pulled it over onto her and she said she wanted me to look first, she hadn't really worn a dress before. she stepped back and seeing her in it was just. magical. it fits, i told her. she looked in the mirror then too. i'm gettin kinda choked up, i told her, my voice went all hoarse. me too, she said.

idk why it felt so intense, so emotional, we stood there holding each other for a minute and i felt us both shaking. it was hard for a second not to cry. just one of those moments you feel overwhelmed with love. idk man. i never anticipated any of this

ok last message for now lmao— sorry, feeling a bit chatty i guess! one of the weirdest things i remember about my canon is regarding why i always specify i'm season 2 osmp phil. s3 osmp phil existed in my canon, he was just... a separate guy from me called crowley. he was from my home flock, so we were close in a very friendly brothers/rivals sort of way. he was a massive prick, but hey, he was family. i always lowkey wonder if there's anyone else out there who remembers him, but searching for canonmates is wayyy too intimidating for me haha!
