You can barely breathe— the small thatch of curls at the root of Steve’s cock aiding in your slow asphyxiation as he shoves his length roughly back past your lips with deep guttural growl.
“Maybe next time you’ll think about what filth comes outta your mouth before you speak to me,” he grunts, retreating his hips before filling your mouth once more. “Say you’re sorry.”
Looking up at him through tear-dampened eyelashes, you shoot him a look as if to say, how can I?
He smirks down at you. “If it’s so easy for you to curse in front of me, then you can apologise with my cock shoved down your throat.”
You mumble your apology, the words barely discernible had you not known what you’re saying.
“Good girl, finally learning some manners,” Steve praises. You almost expect him to allow you a reprieve when he pulls back, but you’re naive to think he would let you off so soon.
You gag and splutter, hands splayed across his thick thighs as you try to breathe through the intrusion in your mouth. On instinct, you push back against his hands holding your head in place but Steve quickly turns, reaching down to pinch your nose closed.
Instantly you start to squirm at his feet, and the lack of oxygen causes your lungs to painfully constrict, desperate to hold onto whatever precious little air you have left.
“Count to ten with me. One, two…”
Silently you count with him, and for the ten seconds he’s essentially suffocating you feels like an hour.
“… nine, ten.” Steve lets go at the same time he pulls his cock from your mouth and you heave deeply, trying to regain your breath. Saliva and diluted pre-cum drips down your chin and onto your breasts as he tugs your head back to look up at him, his weeping cock bouncing against your lips.
“Fight me again, and I’ll do it for a minute next time.”
I have been thinking about calling this current phase of my health and fitness journey "The Mustache Journeys". Why, you may ask? Well, I got to thinking about it. I am rebuilding my fitness after an extended layoff. I am covering old ground for a second time as I gain back progress I may have lost. But during the gap in serious training, I grew a mustache (perhaps you noticed in my selfies). I had been to my son's place in south Wichita prior to the trip two weeks ago, but my mustache never had. I had been to Tom Sawyer's Bicycle Shop priort to my most recent trip, but my mustache never had. And I had ridden my bike to the town of Schulte prior to my ride yesterday, but I had no mustache in those earlier rides. So maybe I'll call this phase of my fitness journey The Mustache Journeys to commemorate the new me in honor of that part of my appearance that is really new.
[STOP LOOKING AT ME AS IF I'M WEIRD!!]
Here's how I did last week.
Sunday, May 16, started with a ride home from the Howard Johnson. I got some sleep, and then later that day rode my bike to Scooter's for a white chocolate iced mocha.
Monday the 17th the day started with a ride to Scooters, then a stop at the Kwik Shop up the street for drinks, and then a ride to the YMCA for weight training.
Tuesday was a rest day. Wednesday the 19th was my payday, so it was early to rise for a ride to the ATM, a stop at Walmart, and a trip to Scooters for mochas. I was planning on weigfht training that afternoon, but a ride back from a doctor's appointment fell through and I had to call my grandson for a ride. (Jordon has a driver's license. Where on earth did the time go?)
Thursday was an early ride to Scooter's. (Am I ever glad they didn't move in next door. I'd be missing out on so much exercise!) Later that day was a ride to the Y for weight training. I was on the ride home when Becky called to suggest that another mocha would be nice, so I turned around and returned to Scooter's. Since I'd done weight training, I asked for a shot of protein in my blended mocha. Made it all the better!
Friday was a morning trip to Scooter's, then an evening trip to the Howard Johnson hotel for the late night shift.
Saturday, May 22, started with a ride home from the hotel and a few hours of much-needed sleep. When I got up, the weather report said there was a 60% chance of rain, but I had purposed I was going on a long ride today so I decided to risk it and head south on Hoover Road for K-42. The rain held off, and that afternoon I paid a visit to the town of Schulte.
Schulte is a very small town in the Wichita metro area, best known as the home of Peter the Apostle Catholic Church and church school. It was only about an 8-mile ride to get there, but it is the first town outside of Wichita proper I have visited since resuming my fitness journey and so I was glad to make the return visit.
There was a southerly breeze of about 15 mph, adding a bit of challenge to the ride there. I took a ride home on one of the rural roads west of the city, meaning I could shift the bike into the higher gears and do a little speed training. Then it was back into Wichita on the Prairie Sunset Trail, a stop at Walmart for groceries, home for a much-needed shower and a ride back to the Howard Johnson for another overnight shift.
Tomorrow I'm sure I'll start the new week with a bike ride home for some sleep. (Do you suppose it's possible I might just go to Scooter's before the day is over?)
Today will be a relaxed day, spending time with B, making a grocery run, and doing some cooking and meal prep for the week.
This morning we ended up doing something which required me to look semi presentable, so I put on makeup for maybe the 2nd time since quarantine began, and curled my hair for the first time in, oh, at least 6+ months. 💁🏻♀️
Madonna Celebration Tour. Chase Center, San Francisco, CA. February, 2024.
YES! I was alive in 1984! And I dressed just like this! Loved the night of nostalgia and memories of my life through the decades. Madonna! Madonna never goes out of style! 🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩

After 3 hours of sleep and it being apparent I'm now awake for the time being. I decided to start the day with some positivity rather than grumpy over the lack of sleep. Thank you @fatmaninalittlesuit for doing Self Love Sunday, I think I needed this more than I realized.
A BIG suggestion to anyone in a fitness/health journey: If you feel you need to, take a break of a few days or weeks, maybe even a month if you feel you need it. But be careful NOT to slack off so much you lose all (or almost all) of the progress you've made. Having to go back over ground you've already covered once is SO frustrating!
This past week was my first full week of fitness work since getting my new bike. So here's how I did:
SUNDAY 3/21: Rode bike to Walmart 2 miles away to get groceries, then rode home.
Monday it was raining so I took a rest day.
TUESDAY, 3/23: Rode bike 4 miles to Central and West St. to make a payment on an account. Then rode about 3 blocks north to Continental Cyclery only to discover it was closed. Not closed for the day; closed, period. Note on the door telling what number to call to reach the owners. Looking through the windows, the sales floor which used to be wall-to-wall bicycles and accessories was bare. Talk about a sight to bring a teat to my eyes! Then bicycled home. Had to stop and walk the bike a couple of times due to fatigue in my legs.
WEDNESDAY, 3/24: Got called into work for the overnight shift, so late that evening walked and rode my bike the mile into work. Had to walk it part of the way because I didn't think it was wise to ride the streets in the dark. Mostly rode back roads and parking lots.
THURSDAY, 3/25: Early that morning, rode my bike home.
FRIDAY, 3/26: The apartment needed some groceries, so it was off to Walmart to get them. Those handlebars can be really convenient to haul home heavy items as long as they're not too bulky and I ride cautiously.
SATURDAY, 3/27: Rode bicycle to local Y for a badly needed weight training session. Then rode home. Decided when I got home that we needed some more groceries so I hopped back onto my bike and made it to Walmart for some more good things to eat, and then biked home.
The pic above is from Saturday's ride to the gym. I hope I'm not fudging things too much by posting it today as a Sunday Selfie, but anyway who's counting?
The most sobering day for me was Tuesday. I used to ride all over town, even to nearby towns on a regular basis. The notion that I could get winded or fatigued after a lousy eight miles is something of a bring-down. I'm coming back; that's understood. But I'm gonna have to put a few more months of training under my belt before I go taking off for Lake Afton Park again.
