hello i do not know if this has been shared here already but snowflake is a system that allows you to access censored websites and applications from all over the world. And if you are in a place where the internet is not heavily censored, you can help someone else do that by adding a simple web extension to your browser (which is super easy, safe and takes maybe 2 minutes) or just keeping this webpage open. Further information on both how to bypass censorship and how to help can be found here. And here is there support channel regarding Iran in particular. Please help and share this if you can!

Please don't get distracted, listen to actual Iranian voices. This so called "misinformation" about the 14,000 to 15,000 prisoners being excicuted, (people that are also miners I might add) that is going around saying it's not true is just another way to distract you from what's happening in iran. The Islamic Regime has done multiple executions In their past, including not that long ago in 2019. Why would they hesitate to do it again once people stop paying attention to their crimes against humanity? The Regime wants you to forget about the voices in Iran, don't let that happen!

the tomb of esther and mordechai in hamadan, iran. the site is believed by iranian jews and christians to house the bodies of the aformentioned biblical figures, and is an important site of pilgrimage for both. the earliest known account of it was made by the jewish traveller benjamin of tudela in the 11th century.
the interior has been renovated so many times throughout the centuries that the original hebrew inscriptions on the walls have been lost in several paint-overs. what we're left with today is practically gibberish.

Please imagine this scenario.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“After nights of restlessness you finally sleep. In the midst of it you hear your phone ringing. You reluctantly open your eyes. You can see that it’s early morning.
You pick up the phone.
A monotone voice begins to speak.
“Your son was executed this morning. We have buried him at this address.” They give you the address of your son’s grave and hang up.
You are left alone with thoughts raging in your head; barely registering the ringing sound after the phone call is finished.
You feel yourself sweating. Your breath quickens. You look around you. Looking for any sign that this was a lie, a nightmare.
Did he just say that they have hung your 22 y.o son? That’s impossible. Your son was alive just a few hours ago. You saw him. Hugged him. They didn’t say anything about this! He was supposed to compete in the wrestling matches after his release.
He was innocent.
You look around you again. The hand not holding the phone grasps the blanket, forms a fist. Everything turns black.”
This is what happened to Majidreza Rahnavard’s family this morning (12 Dec)…
They allowed Majidreza’s mother to visit him without mentioning anything about execution.
She left him thinking that her son would be released soon without knowing that that would’ve been the last time she hugged her son.
Look how happy they both are.

I don’t even know what to say…

A young woman named Samira Sabzian is about to die.
She might have died already - she's been on death row for ten years, and her time might have just run out.
Samira was a child bride in Iran - she was married at 15 and, by 19, had given birth to two children. The regime of Iran is about to have her hanged, but by saying her name, you could help save her life. Please use the hashtags #savesamira and #samirasabzian - blog about her if you can, talk about her on social media if you can, spread the word if you can. Tag your mutuals here, tag any influencers you know or cool people you follow. Bit by bit, we can help make a difference, whether it be by raising awareness of her or helping ensure that she is remembered.
This information was sourced from various Instagram posts as well as an article from IranWire!

If I made you uncomfortable by tagging you here, I'm so sorry. I hope you have a lovely rest of your day!!

In the recent poisoning incident in the dormitory for karaj's technical and vocational university, one of the students, Sarina Mahmoudsalehi got arrested after her voice got recognized in news and media when she was sharing videos about the incident and they're forcing her to confess to being involved with all the poisonings in karaj.
She was in court today and her father said it'll help with the trial process if we share this information.
Please post this everywhere you can, they threatened to execute her.
#سارینا_محمودصالحی #sarina_mahmoudsalehi
This is really important. In the last 3 months the poisoning of students have been happening in a concerning rate. Since last week more than 26 schools in 15 cities have been poisoned. Now the university dormitories are under attack too. The target of these attacks are majorly female students.
Now Sarina Mahmoudsalehi is arrested for reporting the incident and she's being framed for doing it. She's being framed for a case of serial poisoning.

🚨🚨URGENT: PREGNANT Woman in Iran Faces Execution🚨🚨
IranWire reported a few days ago that Shahla Abdi, a Kurdish woman in her early 20s, has been sentenced to death. Other female prisoners have noted that she was in poor physical shape due to the abuse she's been suffering. This is especially concerning since she's pregnant.
Spread the word. Say her name to save her life.

As of now telegram, Twitter, tumblr, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and soon enough whatsapp are blocked in here; that means no social media whatsoever
The VPNs we use are failing one after the other; And the internet speed is gradually getting less and less and less
Once they cut us off the massacre will begin

i know the conversation should focus on palestinians first and foremost (although i'm not an expert on how palestinians feel on the matter--others have posted about how heinous it is for israelis to claim palestinian dishes as their own, and notably how they are destroying the plants and land which produce those dishes while enjoying them) but I suppose as a form of solidarity, I hope none of y'all zionist fuckers enjoy any vietnamese cuisine either. i hope every bowl of pho you buy is spat in because i'd rather my home culture's dishes be tainted than to let you enjoy them

I don't think it was very sensitive from snl and Timmy to air a Hamas joke on the day the al shifa hospital had to stop working due to IDF attacks but I also don't think Timmy deserves the shit storm coming for him rn.
He didn't joke about dead babies.
People need to stop glorifying Hamas. They are killers, terrorists, not freedom fighters.
Though making them the butt of a not very funny joke rn is... Well... Unnecessary.
