[S1E4 SPOILERS, BOOK 1 SPOILERS]

Thinking about the most recent Slarb scene in the Wingfeather show. Yknow the one. Where Slarb is bullied relentlessly, mocked, shoved around, and ridiculed. And, ofc, the violent fist fight he dukes out with Vop. They’re both half naked, damn does that scene have some 🤨📸 poses. And then ofc once he kills Vop he’s surrounded by angry Fangs. Slarb flees, and is immediately grabbed by Gnorm by his throat, and slammed into a wall. That very much doesn’t happen in the books, thus making the scene a lot more intriguing to watch. Slarb is fighting, clawing at the hand choking him out. One shot even shows Slarb’s feet kicking uselessly, just barely unable to find purchase on the floor. Then Slarb has to beg for freedom, using the only piece of information he has that’s useful, completely at Gnorm’s and the Fangs mercy. You can honest to god hear Slarb starting to lose consciousness.

Anyhow, those scenes have inspired me to make more Slarb whump, and maybe actually post it this time. Love y’all, stay safe.

Dream Ye Olde Hot Topic episode is based so much in the set design that i know they'd absolutely rock

like old school hot topic, metal spikes near the door and dim ass lights. so many belts and patches

and if i had my way Avatar making a cameo (biased here because im love them and all the acoustic mini sets they've done for interviews and stuff) playing all acoustic yet still heavy songs to replicate the blaring metal/emo music in the store

if ed wouldn't convince stede to buy a mesh shirt to wear now and again purely cuz he wants to see The Tits then I'll eat my hat aksnfkgn
