One of my favorite tidbits of submas trivia is the fact that in Pokémas, they literally have a voice line for the two of them saying "All aboooard!" together. They could've just played one of Ingo and Emmet's individual "All aboard" lines at the same time (they each have multiple), but no, there's a dedicated voice clip for that to ensure that they say it simultaneously and neither drowns out the other, and I think that's sweet

This is a legitimately fun idea with a lot of potential.

Like whether you choose to make this an au where N is either still involved with team plasma or otherwise has already left it there's a lot of drama to be had. Pluuuus if one includes his ability to speak to pokemon it could lead to some verrrry interesting moments where N manages to get crucial information but has to come up with lies of HOW he got said information due to not quite trusting the twins with the fact that he can speak to the mons.

(And yes I'd still want there to be pokemon in this au. Imagine sherlock holmes with a pokemon. itd be great)

She sends Ingo back home!! And he slowly regains his memories with help from his brother and bestieee

But um. Sends Rei with him. And he has an amnesia and is scared of EVERYTHING

Here you go, I guess! More Legendary Vessels AU! I've actually had these mostly drawn for a few months now. But you know. Busy busy, too many projects. But because I get the occasional note on my previous posts for this AU, I figured, screw it! I'll finish these up! Besides. Playing with markers is fun!

With Palina here, the only Warden I have yet to draw is Sabi... But to be honest, I don't really have much in the way of fun or interesting ideas for what I could doodle with her. I've also been playing with the idea of having members of the Galactic Team also being Vessels, but I'm never able to decide on who would be a Vessel for what Pokemon. It's hard to decide.

The middle bottom one exists because I just think the idea of something/someone getting scruffed by someone/something much shorter than them is funny. Calaba is tiny! But that sure has hell won't stop her from going mama bear on people's asses and scruffing them!

Also I keep forgetting that I made the knock on wood gag last time and so this isn't the first time I've posted a drawing of Ingo. Given how much Emmet ends up popping up in these, you would think that he would show up more often, but nope! :p But admittedly, I just like coming up with concepts and scenarios for Emmet more. He's actually the reason that this AU's concept came to me in the first place, after all. So he can show up in more of these. As a treat. But also his usual bluntness combined with the fact that he's the only person who knows what the hell's going on, while also having zero investment in any of it is just very funny and lends itself well to humorous interactions with other characters.

I'm super proud of how this turned out! Originally I was actually planning on not digitalizing this because I thought it would be too much of a pain in the ass lmfao. Glad I finished it.

I had fun with this!! It's been my little in-between project that I turn to when I need a break from school because I've had a lot to do lately (my fault 100% so I'm living with my consequences but eyy I'm almost free)

How did Elesa get a Blitzle as a starter if she's from Sinnoh? (hang on this is ironic she could've learned about warden ingo in school back there)

Blitzle Elesa backstory under cut!

Blitzle was gifted to Elesa so she has an “easier time” integrating into Nimbasa by her well meaning dad. This is not the greatest move, since the two feel they are more obligated to stick together then, you know, actually choose each other. Blitzle’s meant to be a utility mon— he helps charge elesa’s hearing aid batteries and basically serves as an emotional support when things get rough. He’s… not the biggest fan. (I like to imagine Blitzle was originally part of a battle track, but his IVs aren’t the greatest so they shuffled him out. He’s a bit bitter about that.)

Inciting incident where they actually start taking the proper steps to becoming partners is when Elesa takes a tumble down a hill and Blitzle twists his foreleg going after her. (Local child eats shit! More at 11.)

They’re just kids, and they’re still learning.

(When Elesa decides to challenge the gyms, Blitzle’s so excited he accidentally trips their house’s circuits.)

Bad things definitely happens to Emmet in the frail Emmet au. Lol

For one his health overcomes him at times. Resulting in him spending a day sitting around and not doing a whole lot. It depresses him a lot as he's a man who's used to moving about and keeping busy.

For another he and Ingo have... Issues. Ingo not clearly remembering Emmet results in tensions between the two. Im thinking of a scenario where some emergency happens and Emmet freezes up due to some phobia and fear. Like a fear of heights. Since Ingo can't remember Emmets fears he becomes angry with him when it appears he neglected to help people in need. Cue angst.

Oh and Emmet gets taken hostage by poachers who want to use him to get the location of lady sneaseler nest out of Ingo.

Should I have led with that?
