Okay, I ended up getting crushed (in a good way) by the: True love's kiss, but he's not the one. But what if we up the ante on anguish and pain? In another example and characters?

That the boys who kissed the prefect (Sebek, Ace, Floyd and Cater) saw that his "best friend" (Silver, Deuce, Jade and Trey) managed to wake up the prefect by kissing them proving that him are his true love💔

I think that would be much more painful to see, that your most loved person already has their loved one and it's not you.

But hey, it's an idea that occurred to me, I'll leave it in your hands if you want to do it. No pressure! Your twst writings are so entertaining <3

⋆⋅☆Sebek

When he learned of the spell that had befallen you, he hurriedly made his way to find you as swiftly as possible. Many were impressed by the unusual sight of him forsaking his duties, yet had they witnessed the concern etched across his face as he dashed through the school's hallways, it would have unveiled the depth of his worry.

Discovering you peacefully asleep in the infirmary, a serenity washed over you that made him yearn for the days when your exasperated expression met his loud voice, longing to hear your requests for help with homework. He sighed, a sigh not of annoyance, but rather of the realization that you had been ensnared by a sleeping spell – a rather foolish predicament, he mused. Nevertheless, his true sentiments lay in the admission that weeks ago, he had acknowledged his profound feelings for you.

Summoning the courage to kiss you, he envisioned your smile and your eyes meeting his. Yet, as he leaned in with hope, only to find you still unconscious, a surge of rage consumed him, making him leave the room with heavy steps.

By the end of the day, guilt had settled within him, recognizing the immaturity of his earlier outburst. Compelled to address his mistake, he visited you, only to be met with the sight of Silver tenderly kissing your slumbering form. Frozen in place, he observed the scene unfold until your eyes fluttered open, and you exchanged an enamored smile with Silver, your hand gently caressing his face.

Retreating from view without being noticed, he adopted an uncharacteristic coldness in his next encounters with Silver and you. In training sessions with Silver, he became a forceful contender, driven to win, yet even here, victory seemed to elude him.

With time, he allowed those emotions to vanish, redirecting his focus to his role as a knight, dedicated to safeguarding Malleus.

Love, he concluded, was never intended for one whose sole pursuit was the protection of his liege.

⋆⋅☆Ace

Ace and Deuce were around when the spell hit you. They were a mess, trying to figure out how to wake you up. When they thought about the true love kiss, things got awkward. Ace noticed Deuce blushing at your sleeping form. He shook off the idea that Deuce might like you because, according to Ace, you preferred spending time with him. You always came to him first in the morning, helped him with school stuff, and he was sure that if he kissed you, you'd wake up because you loved him as much as he loved you.

So, why didn’t you wake up when he kissed you? And why did you wake up when Deuce did?

Was Ace that blind? He didn't even remember you and Deuce being that close. Well, except for when you chatted in class, sent papers to each other, or when Deuce started giving you cheek kisses. By the Seven, he felt so clueless.

To deal with his feelings, Ace decided to distance himself for a bit. He didn't feel good being around you two. However, being without his closest friends at Night Raven College felt weird.

Sure, Ace could make new friends, but would they ever be as fun as you two?

⋆⋅☆Floyd

Floyd found himself carrying you like a sack of potatoes on his shoulder after overhearing that you had fallen victim to a sleeping spell. In an attempt to wake you up, he sought Azul's expertise to brew a potion. However, as he gently laid you down on the VIP room's sofa, he witnessed Azul becoming uncomfortably affectionate with you. Suppressing the impulse to grab you again, Floyd's told Azul to back off and quickly he got an answer. He listened as Azul explained that a love kiss could wake you up.

In typical Floyd fashion, he took those words like nothing, leaning down to kiss you without considering whether you reciprocated his feelings. In his mind, the two of you were unequivocally in love. So when you didn't wake up, he erupted into a fit of denial, accusing Azul of playing around with him regarding the concept of a love kiss as a cure. Despite his protestations, Azul reassured him that he wasn't lying. Frustrated, Floyd stormed out of the room, leaving behind an aura of annoyance that he redirected towards others, likely ending in detention.

Upon his return, still perturbed by your lack of reciprocation, Floyd witnessed Jade holding your hand as you sat on the sofa, engaged in conversation. Barging in, his gaze pierced you as he interrogated his brother about how you woke up and Jade, with a teasing look, disclosed that he had just kissed you.

Now, Floyd's annoyance escalated as he watched you, the person he harbored feelings for, being affectionate with his brother. In his perception, his own brother had betrayed him. Consumed by anger, it took him weeks to talk with both of you, maintaining a consistently sour mood. However, with time, Floyd moved on, losing his feelings for you. The three of you eventually resumed normal interactions, as Floyd couldn't sustain his frustration with his brother for long.

If Jade was happy with you, Floyd was fine with it.

⋆⋅☆Cater

Cater sprinted to your side as soon as he heard the news of you being placed under a sleeping spell. Worry clouded his thoughts, preventing him from thinking straight as he entered the room. There you were, surrounded by Riddle and Trey, who appeared to be brainstorming a solution to wake you up. Cater observed as Riddle approached him, a slight blush adorning his face, to convey that the apparent cure was a love kiss.

The information left Cater at a loss, unsure of how to navigate the situation. Despite harboring feelings for you and being exceptionally close, he had always believed that your relationship was purely friendly. While he cherished your friendship, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was just one of many in your life. Riddle, always there to assist you with studies, smart, kind, and a housewarden, seemed like a more fitting companion. Adding to the mix were Ace and Deuce, who were constantly by your side, creating a tight-knit trio. Cater vividly remembered the day he invited you to the music club, eager to spend time with you. However, he watched as Kalim quickly captivated your attention with his lively personality. Even though he knew he could have joined the conversation, Cater felt a sense of exclusion. Seeing you so engrossed in Kalim, despite his own efforts to plan a special day for the two of you, made him question his place in your life.

So, he didn’t even entertain the thought of kissing you, he knew deep down that such an action wouldn’t awaken you. His assumption was quickly validated when he returned to the room after his classes to find you awake. And even after assuring himself that you would never love him back, he still felt his heart sank as he witnessed Trey fully captivating your attention.

Even in that moment, you didn’t spare a glance his way, never once acknowledging his presence.

[ part one out of seven in the noble gentlemen series ]

Out of all the unconventional nobles that existed, you had to admit that the rumors of the “Heretic Leech” piqued your interest more than others. His interruptions at parties were always interesting to listen to, though you found yourself wary to actually be in his company.

Yet ironically, the first time you met Floyd was at a grand party. There was a loud crash, and a servant kneeling in front of a man, profusely apologizing. There were whispers around you, and you barely caught the words “Oh Sevens, he’s doing it again.” before the man grabs the servant by the collar.

His voice was low and menacing as he spoke, "These shoes are my favorite y'know..." You swallowed, half-terrified at finally meeting the madman everyone denounced.

The servant looked halfway to fainting when the man suddenly started giggling, "Ju~st kidding! They were my favorite, I don't like them anymore." The room reluctantly resumed its earlier festivities as he patted the servant, "Your face was so funny I couldn't help myself~"

Unluckily, he caught your stare and a lazy grin showed up on his face. "You wanna play too~?" He crooned, walking up to you in big strides. Oh no. No, no, no. It was no good to get involved with someone nicknamed the "Heretic Leech".

But before you could walk away, he grabbed your hand and pulled you to the middle of the ballroom. He danced, haphazardly bumping into the others and grinning at you so brightly it was impossible to know what he was thinking and from that moment on, Floyd Leech started becoming a part of your life.

Floyd would always put on "performances" at any parties you two attended. These performances include tap dancing on the dining tables, as well as using his utensils to drum on crystalline cups. The others definitely don't appreciate it of course, but Floyd seemed to revel in the chaos that he created, smiling broadly at you.

"Eh~ Don't be such a spoilsport," He would pout, whenever you said that you saw guards coming. You actively weren't trying to spoil his fun, you just didn't want him to get arrested. (And as his sort-of-accomplice, you’d get arrested too.) But well...Floyd was the type of person that would think prison is fun.

Mood swings happen often with this troublesome noble, and a smiling Floyd can turn into a frowning one in an instant. Although it confused you at first, you've learned that it's best to ask him what he wants when he gets into one of my moods.

"Ugh, I promised but...I don't wanna see you," Floyd said shortly, refusing to budge from where he was sitting in the tree. You nodded lightly, circling the tree to somewhere where he can't see you. You asked him if it's okay if you stay here. More often than not if his first request is fulfilled he would halfheartedly agree with your request. If you accidentally fall asleep under the tree, you'd probably wake up to a smiling Floyd poking at your cheek; his previous bad mood forgotten.

Floyd got hurt. A lot. Whether it be from exchanging fisticuffs with other nobles or falling out of the trees he so often climbs, Floyd always has some form of injury or another. (Not to mention injuries from his blood-stained side job that he kept away from you.) He somehow mastered the art of unlocking your window from the outside, often inviting himself in just to show you his new injury.

"Hey, you'll patch me up right?" Once you gave him an affirmation, he smiled, squeezing you tightly. "Man, you're the best!" Yes, yes, you were the best. But also, how would you explain to the others in your household the concerning amount of money you spent on medical supplies? (And you often wondered where he got these injuries. Surely there weren't that many people who were eager to pick fights with Floyd…unless…? Were the rumors of the Heretic being an assassin really true?)

The name Jade Leech wasn't something unfamiliar. You've heard whispers that spoke of danger and death in darkened corners— a Reaper in all senses— and praises of an upstanding noble in prestigious gatherings. However, it wasn't until after the first meeting that you understood why people feared his name.

You had an unfortunate run-in with him late one night. And by unfortunate, you happened to be the sole witness of one of his assassinations.

You turned a corner. One second there had been a man in front of you, and in the next second, he had collapsed in a heap. You rushed to help him before a hand grasped your wrist.

The movement pulled you away from the body and a pair of mismatched eyes greeted you from the shadows. Your heart plummeted as you remembered the rumors, and you almost shivered as the man in the shadows spoke, "Oh, you poor unfortunate soul. If only you hadn't walked this way."

There was a sharp sting of something and your vision faded to black. When you woke up, you were safely tucked into your bed, with no recollection of how you got there. There was, however, a scented note on your bedside, "Do not run if you value your life." followed by the initials J.L.

Your attendant burst into your room soon after, "Master! Marquis Leech has sent you an offer to work with him!" And that was the start of your very dangerous employment with Jade Leech.

Jade obviously kept you on the more legal side of his business. But he still showed you hints of his more illegal dealings, leaving a bloody knife there, or a severed finger here. You tried telling him that it was unnecessary, not to mention unsanitary, and he blinked at you before bursting into laughter.

"My, so you aren't one to be easily scared, huh?" Jade smiled; something so disarmingly polite that it made you avert your eyes. "I'll have to keep that in mind for next time..." Wait...next time...? It wasn't until you spoke to those around him that you learn that the Jade Leech was fond of pranks. (That was, if you could call leaving people's body parts scattered around a prank.)

Jade Leech, assassin guild master extraordinaire, was a collector of rare plants. Your favorite part of your job as his new...assistant, was to water these plants in the greenhouse adjacent to his mansion. It was always damp and humid there, but you didn't mind, since you liked seeing the rarities that Jade ever so carefully grew.

"Are you fond of them?" Jade's voice startled you, and you looked up, wide-eyed, to see him standing not too far away from you. "Why don't you take one that suits your fancy? Oh, don't touch that one though. We use that to cultivate poison, fufufu~" You couldn't tell if he was joking or not, but you decided never to touch any plants you didn't recognize. Especially the strange mushrooms you found growing on a log underneath a tarp. Those looked...especially dangerous.

Jade seldom got hurt, but the one time that he did, he sought you for help. It was no surprise to you that he knew where you lived, but it was definitely a surprise to walk into your room and find your boss bleeding all over your floor. In a panic, you almost called your servants but he stopped you with a hand on your arm.

"Ngh... Apologies for...the intrusion. Yours was...the closest... The wound isn't deep..." Jade took a shallow breath, and his eyelashes fluttered in the moonlight. "I know...how to treat it. Would you...help me?" You bit your lip as you nodded, grabbing a cloth to staunch the blood.

After doing emergency first aid, you helped him stumble back to his house. Someone who looked identical to him— his twin, your mind supplied— took him from your arms and told you to wait in the drawing room. You just prayed that Jade would be okay… (After a few sleepless hours, Jade was good as new with the addition of a new scar on his side.)

It was no secret that the biggest restaurants and bars were all under the Ashengrotto name. However, what caught your interest was the rumors of there being an information guild run by Lady Ashengrotto's son, a charismatic young man who created the guild from the ground up.

When you walked into the bar, you were surprised at how classy everything was. There was a buzz in the air as the customers laughed, drank, and dined. You tugged your hood over your head, making a beeline for the bar.

A silver-haired bartender gave you a smile as you settled into one of the high chairs, "What can we offer you tonight, dear customer?" You recite the words that others told you to say before: you can’t get something for nothing.

The bartender looks surprised for a moment before he recovered, "Because everything has a price. Let me lead you to the back, dear customer, and you can tell me what services you require."

When you tell him that you want to talk to the Azul Ashengrotto, the bartender laughed heartily. He turned to you, sliding on a pair of steel-framed glasses, "Well then, dear customer, you are now talking to the Azul Ashengrotto." He leaned forward, a charming smile on his face, "What kind of deal would you like to make with the devil?"

Azul was strange company. After your consultation with him, your contract stated that you are forbidden to seek him out. But it turned out to be quite the one-sided statement when Azul sought you out himself. You had to come up with various excuses for the people of your estate as to why Azul Ashengrotto was once again sitting in the drawing room for the nth time that week.

"What is it?" Azul's gloved fingers tapped on the table lightly. "Oh, are your people growing suspicious? Why don't you inform them that we have some business with each other?" As if it was that easy. Azul was supposed to be someone hard to reach, not someone who invited himself over to another's house almost daily.

It turned out that Azul would offer performances at one of his more high-end restaurants every once in a while. He sent you an invitation to one of these performances and well...it would be a waste to turn down such an invitation, right? Well, consider yourself amazed. His elegant playing and powerful singing voice had you at the edge of your seat.

"How was it, dear customer?" He had you escorted to his office after the show. "Did it match up to your expectations?" If you decided to earnestly compliment him, you'd find a strangely flustered expression on the usually unruffled gentleman's face. He would dismiss your observations as a trick of the light, but Azul Ashengrotto was surprisingly weak to praise. (He invited you to the next performance after that too. And the next one. And the next one—)

When Azul finally handed over a folder with all the information that you requested, it marked the end of your contract. You had paid half of the price in money, and the other half was to be repaid by favor of Azul's choosing. A dangerous way to repay something, you knew,  especially at the hands of someone notoriously scheming.

Azul carefully looked at the folder before flicking his eyes to your face, "Honestly, I could've delivered the information the week you hired me, but...you were a very amusing customer, so I got a bit too carried away." He smiled, something that touched his eyes for the first time, "My request to you is to keep in touch with me." Oh. That was a surprisingly sweet request. It was almost like—

"Oh, and let us rendezvous at least once a week," Azul chuckled. "The atmosphere at your house is very pleasant indeed." ...And there was the catch you were looking for. Well...it wasn't an impossible request. And besides, it wasn't such a bad thing to let the information guild master have tea at your house, right?

[ bonus: how do these nobles know each other ? ]

— Jade and Floyd are naturally related. The Leech family businesses and the assassination guild were passed on to Jade when he became of age. With Floyd having no interest in doing the paperwork, he chose to work as an assassin instead. And because Jade was often engaged in maintaining these businesses, he lets Floyd attend any parties or invitations on his behalf.

— The main reason Floyd gets injured a lot is exactly because he's an assassin for hire. (Only for the best price, of course.) Half of his injuries are attributed to the resistance he faces in getting to his target. In return, Jade bails him out of any trouble he gets into.

— The two love wrecking the rhythm of high society, Floyd in the limelight of day and Jade through the cover of night. You could say that they're two peas in a pod in that sense. (And their nickname was the Twin Reapers...it just goes to show how much influence they had over the aristocrats of the city.)

— Jade and Azul met each other through mutual interest, being the leaders of two very lucrative guilds. They both agreed to merge their businesses together— after a thorough contract was written, naturally. Now the two essentially run the underground world together.

— Although they both run the underground together, Azul preferred killing as a last resort. He thought that it's better to corner a rat and use it to your advantage before finally disposing of it when you deem it past its usefulness. (Jade has since adopted that mentality when extracting information...)

— As for Floyd and Azul... Floyd thinks that Azul's restaurants were cool, so he part-timed there when he wants to get out of social gatherings. Azul appreciated the sentiment, but he preferred to put Floyd behind the bar or in the kitchen to limit the trouble he can get himself into. (The taller got himself into trouble anyway, being the thrill seeker he is.)

I keep seeing you mention it, what’s TMDG?

It’s a soon to be finished yandere!Jade story titled The Most Dangerous Game! The plot follows you and Jade getting up to lots of fun fwb shenanigans while Jade masquerades as Floyd. It’s a fic based on this concept I wrote a while back when Floyd’s basketball card was first unveiled in twst. >:D

As much as I love the idea of the twins sharing a darling, it’s also very delicious to imagine the two of them refusing to share and instead fighting over you like you’re the last love in their worlds. Or when it’s just one of them who loves you and the other could care less, but then he sees you interacting with his brother and suddenly he’s not too fond of the chemistry he’s seeing. And so of course he’ll begin to want what he doesn’t have, and now you have two eels pining for you…

🌪 Tornado - Who is your most impulsive character and why?

In terms of fandom related characters, Floyd Leech from Twisted Wonderland, Jay Merrick from Marble Hornets, and Amane Misa from Death Note. All of these characters pretty much immediately act or react whenever they need something or if they need to adapt to new situations. How well they adapt to these situations varies.

I actually have a wip in progress (hehehe, I think I teased it a few months ago) and it involves an oc of mine who got isekaied into Twisted Wonderland. As of writing now, her name is Key and she doesn’t always think things through. The reader is often given the impression that she has a semblance of being thorough and precise, but there are many instances when she does things because she can or because she’s told that she can’t.

In terms of fandom related characters, North Italy/Veneziano from Hetalia World Series, AE-3803 from Cells at Work, and Swindler from Akudama Drive. All of them express themselves fairly well and are pretty much experts in emotional intelligence. They rally the troops behind them due to their passion and fervor and their emotions strengthen rather than hinder them in their endeavors.

As for the wip I’m working on… I’m inclined to say Key again because she is in the tough position of being transported to a world where she doesn’t quite fit and she’s being drowned in responsibilities that she shouldn’t have to shoulder. She’s very open with her emotions among those close to her, polite and distant towards others, but on the occasions where she breaks… she immediately shatters into a million pieces.

Twisted Wonderland: Dorm leaders in Genshin Impact Au

This is a ramble about how I can imagine and see the twst Housewardens/Dorm Leaders if they were in genshin. Hope y'all like my ideas, so anyway on with the show!

🌹Riddle Rosehearts:

The rule bound rose of the Lawrence clan~

For our prescious strawberry I can imagine Riddle being another poor child who was born into the Lawrence clan. A to be redeemer of the clan's fall from power, trained to harness his vision to strike back against the Knights of Mondstadt. An ever useful obedient child who has only grown up hearing the rules and misguided arrogance of elder clan members. Forcing him to be their perfect rose, a better heir than Eula could ever be. Especially after she left her family behind, Riddle's lessons and pressure was doubled from then on. But even as he suffered he gave no objection, these were the rules, and he was a Lawrence above all else and had to uphold their "honor."

As for his relationship with Eula, there is an edge of rivalry between the two mixed with an air of empathy. Riddle sometimes looks to Eula with envy at being so free in his eyes, but a part of him also deems it as foolish and a mockery of the clan. But even if he's so bound up in his lessons, maybe all the withered rose needs is a little push to finally grow free from those who would use him as no more than a tool.

🦁Leona Kingscholar:

The overlooked warrior of Natlan~

In this au Leona comes from a family with a long history of warriors, stretching as far as any of them can remember the family has always known a warrior's spirit. And for Leona, he too was a warrior, just as much as Farena in this universe. Both equally capable, but show their talents for warfare in different ways. While Farena was powerful and unyielding like a champion told in legends. Leona was a crafty warrior, using wits above his brawn to gain the same result.

Which while impressive, is not nearly as flashy or eye catching as his older brother. Leaving him in a shadow no scheme of his can overcome. And so he began to laze around, keeping his mind as sharp as any spear, but dejected beyond giving any effort. Even more so when Farena had a child, and so feeling even more eclipsed by a baby of all things, Leona left, deciding to go out in his own as an adventurer. Perhaps in this way, the lost warrior may carve out a legend for himself.

🐙 Azul Ashengrotto:

The Ruthless Master of Contracts~

In this au Azul is an interesting case, as you could guess our capitalistic octopus resides in Liyue, living as one of the faster growing merchants of the region. Publicly known for being such a kind and benevolent philanthropist, he's known all throughout the harbor of Liyue for helping all his clients with a pleasant smile for all their poor unfortunate needs.

But under the surface, he is more akin to a ruthless businessman, a Mafioso in a sense, holding contracts and other deals like a chain against all his clients. Gaining wealth and patronage for many people and even some business owners in the harbor. Trying to have a hand or tentacle in every pot. Often bringing the ire of the Liyue Qixing, always being watched and probed so they can unveil his wrong doings, but seemingly always escaping their grasp at the nick of time.

And like many people of Liyue, Azul was inspired by Rex Lapis, appreciating him and hearing of his stories and tales ever since he was a boy. But his view on contracts is more a corruption of what the Lord of Geo would view it. Instead seeing their power as a way of control and advancement for his own ends.

☀Kalim Al-Asim:

The wanderlust merchant of Sumeru~

In this au Kalim is still the son of a well known wealthy merchant family. Originating in Sumeru, they are known to trade and sell a number of things from all over Teyvat. Starting as traders of knowledge and later beginning to add more items to their trade, the Asims soon became so wealthy only the region of Liyue would be more wealthy than them. Whether it be texts of knowledge, or simple goods and fineries, his family has seen many of what each region has to offer. And so as a way to both teach Kalim about bartering and selling to people of all regions, the freedom, song and dance loving boy was sent out to explore and learn of every culture he could. To widen his world view and to make him less wet around the ears. And when he gained his vision from finally feeling free, Kalim rode the winds and did just that, travelling where ever he could, enjoying himself as he saw what the world has to offer. In a way, no longer feeling the weight of carrying his family's history on his shoulders. For once just being able to be Kalim, and experiencing all the things he didn't thanks to being rich.

As for I guess one of his favorite regions so far, i'd say he likes Mondstadt the most. It is the city of song and dance after all, and definitely up our sunshine boy's alley.

The Fairest in all of Teyvat~

In this au our queen of beauty is as much a model as he is in cannon, but hails from Fontaine as a sort of idol. The jewel of the nation so beautiful and graceful, even the Hydro archon herself would have to judge him as being worthy of bearing the title. For how else was he deemed worthy of bearing a vision. But if you were to ask vil, he would say he earned his vision as well as his status through his own tireless work and effort. The archons had no place in that process. And he'd continue to show the world the truth behind that very fact.

💀Idia Shroud:

The Craftsman of the Fatui~

For Idia, aka Mr SCP, in genshin I can see him being recruited to the fatui for his genius intellect in crafting inventions. They saw how well he built and let's say a certain doctor/Dottore saw him and wanted to make him his assistant. A second brilliant mind who pounced on seeing idia rebuild ortho. Saving his brothers life in the machines he had made. So with the good doctor taking him under his wings, idia despite himself was dragged into being a helping hand to whatever the fatui had planned. Liking it less and less the more he saw and received plans on what to build. Fearing for the months ahead more each day as Dottore's ruthlessness scars him more every time he sees it. Only finding a bit of safety with a ginger haired harbinger, who both wanted something challenging as well as appreciating idia for being a dedicated brother. Not to mention, often asking idia for a toy for a certain brother if hus to play with.

The Reclusive Dragon of Inazuma~

Rarity: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

In this au Malleus is a legendarily powerful dragon who resides in inazuma, a powerful and ancient dragon who has known both archons and were friends with each as they founded the region under their rule. For centuries malleus was a great, albeit sometimes introverted friend of the twins, helping with advice, or just simply just being a person to sit with and enjoy the silence. And for a while he lived with the humans, learned of their customs and became a loved figure. Even earning himself a few tales and stories in the process much to his amusement from mortal imagination.

But as is the lore of inazuma, soon tragedy struck, and one by one malleus saw friends and the mortals he once so loved die one after another. Only being remembered in songs and the distant thunderclaps from the shogun who mourned their passing. And with every death, so too did malleus stray from inazuma, only being seen with makoto and ei. But even makoto, the glue that was the last thing that held them all together had passed away in khaen'riah. Leaving him and ei broken. And seeing Ei hold herself up more and more, malleus left as well. Grieving in isolation, sometimes walking the streets of inazuma at night appreciating its changes while also feeling sadness for those who would not be able to see what had been made.

hello, i'm a big admirer of your theories and watching a movie based on the disney park i thought of a connection between the haunted mansion and the disorganized dormitory, was that a reference about the school's past or if there is a chance to have but a ghost that has a connection with the foundation of the school? it would be very interesting to know how the school came about or in whom the disorganized dormitory hurts inspired, maybe it's just a random idea but I kept thinking about it💓

And now , this isn't a random idea at all my dear and thank you very much for leading me to it ! I'd previously written theories for the Ramshackle dorm but the haunted mansion..? I watched lots of streams and videos for this and I can't believe how much I've been missing all this time omg-

Well then ! Let's go for it !

Twisted Wonderland theories part 4 : Haunted mansion and Eliza's background :

First of all let us quickly review what we previously found about Ramshackle dorm's possible inspirations :

The designs are clearly based off Disney's thro the mirror and there's no argue on it - But the same design was used in the video game epic Mickey as well

The other point was with the ghosts . I was pretty sure that they're designed after disney's famous lonesome ghosts for both designs and the house they lived in which did share similarities with Ramshackle dorm

Well I totally missed the biggest hint amd that would be the haunted mansion ; a direct and strong source for not only our beloved ghosts but also the main reason and reference of our latest and so far , greatest event which would be the ghost marriage

Before I start talking about what and why leaded to Eliza's story ; let me have a small update on the haunted mansion:

With some YouTube videos and documentaries on the haunted mansion's establishment , you may now understand the high similarities between the Ramshackle dorm and the well-known haunted mansion better :

You can check the videos out for full explanation but let me just bring some of the interesting hints out here :

1) The three men and the ghosts : Pretty similar to Ramshackle's ghosts , aren't they ?? I still can't relate to the third ghost or...corpse with that beard but take a look at the other two : From the form of the skull...to the shape of the hat . Familiar , right ?

2) The mirror : No extra words I guess , the picture has it all ( Not much different from our dark mirror , is it?)

Well if you guys watch the YouTube video you'll get to see plenty of more details in a better explanation there , but for now let's get to my favorite part :

The ghost bride :

Well then before having a look at where Eliza did exactly come from , let's review the mostly mentioned thoughts on her

1) Eliza does have a Hamilton reference : I personally agree on this one . Since Disney had hosted a Hamilton remake in the late years and because both stories have a bride who is blinded b love and doesn't see the incomplete parts of their crush (Alexander Hamilton vs Idia Shroud lol-) that's pretty possible to be ( I actually had a doubt whether the ghost bride's name is pronounced as El-ee-za or El-ai-zaa and so @poisonepel helped me with it )

2) Eliza is based off the corpse bride : Well this one seemed a bit too good to be true since Tim Burton's Corpse Bride isn't a Disney original , but due to what I found on the bride's background , it wasn't that wrong

Well recently @vaudedrome-dorm too shared pics of the latest ghost bride from Tokyo's 2019 event and the similarities are just too obvious . But the story is far greater than just a cute 2019 parade ; let's return to The haunted mansion's first days

When the haunted mansion was finally open to the public , a ghost named hatbox ghost was one of the strongest-spookiest hints there to frighten visitors ; but due to some reasons , this ghost was immediately replaced with a newer figure named : Ghost bride which hasn't ever been even close to getting removed so far

The first design is believed to be this painting which was inspired by this mysterious photography , (close enough huh..?)

Then through later designs , the ghost bride was given plenty of changes . Each one creepier after another ...

Well well , as you can see , the first designs weren't much pleasant amd the main design was a corpse with a beating heart on chest , which later grow famous with the nickname of Beating heart bride was the longest design our bride has been through. Designs did change a lot during it's time , but the heart remained the same

2) Well years later after having the heart beating bride for too long , they decided to give it an all new design : They removed the heart and instead , came up with a fully digital blue-ish phantom of the bride , which seemed more suitable for the haunted mansion

The bride is stcuk next to the mirror and pics in the middle of the ride , but the most interesting part are the portraits . They show a woman dressed as a bride stepping next to a man , as you move through the ride , the man's head disappears as if his head gets cut of or better to say : they proves that the groom had died

Another amazing design at the haunted mansion is how a ghost marriage is supposed to be taking place there . Portraits and designs are another aspect of it :

Due to having different designs over the time ; plenty of different stories have bee spreaded about the ghost bride's possible back ground , but let's look at the two of the most famous ones of them :

1) Constance, also known as the Black Widow Bride, who was unveiled in the 2006/2007 upgrades having replaced the original beating heart bride tells the story of a bride who murders her husbands and takes their riches for herself, hence the name Black Widow Bride. Constance does not however tell us all of her secrets and we are left to imagine the worst. While it is nice to leave the audience wanting more…

Well well that's all that was explained so far about the beating heart bride which was the first and almost the most famous design of the ghost bride

2) Now Melanie, who is in DLRP, is a completely different story…she was a young bride in love but whose father was completely against her marriage and was devoted to stopping it no matter what…but her parents died in an accident so happy ever after right? No…her groom was then killed by the Phantom of the Manor (I’m not sure who this is or WHY he wanted to kill the groom) and so she kept waiting for him to show up at the alter even in death. And again you’re left with questions, or at least I am…who is the Phantom in this Manor and why did he kill Melanie’s groom? Was he her father hell-bent on stopping her marrying this young man? Was he a jealous suitor?

I believe most of you are well-familiar with Tim Burton's Corpse Bride which is actually based off this story . So to everyone who assumed Eliza to be based off Corpse bride : You were indirectly right ! Because the bride we now are talking about is most likely based off the same thing Burton was inspired by

Okay , now let's get to our best part of the bride's history , something that is indubitably Yana's main and direct reference for Eliza's design : TADA !

Let's take a look at Tokyo's 2019 Spooky "Boo!" Parade where this version of the bride showed up ; a special tokyo event featuring the haunted Mansion but his time , with all alive and human cast :

I leave reading the full info to you but let me bring the important parts out ; the bride

In 2019, the Bride was added to the parade. She walked in front of the float with Mickey and the knights. Her appearance differed from previous Bride costume characters - her hair is done up in a bun, and her dress and veil are more stylized and cartoony - but her dress is designed with a red heart in the center of her chest. This was the first time that the original bride appeared in the parks as a live character.

The bride was accompanied by five men dressed in matching suits and top hats. They acted as admirers to her. They proposed to her and she playfully pushed them away, as they made their way down the parade route.

You see!?? Yana didn't come up with that story out of thin air ! The bride , the haunted Ramshackle dorm , the marriage , the slapped proposers!!!! They were are designed based on canon Disney events along with her knowledge and research ; just , impressive

omg...I mean I know that Yana always does her research but this...this was waaaaay greater than what I was expecting...

Upcoming is the Wish upon a star event and many already are expecting it to be a Pinocchio reference , but who knows ? What surprises is Yana willing to give us this time ? Let's see
